Hi. I go by Niffs, or Nifty, or Shiny - it depends which one isn't already registered on whichever site I'm lurking on. I love roleplaying, and rarely feel the desire to write fanfic, but meeting a wonderfully talented writer a few years ago caused me to see the allure in it. I've written several drabbles and one-shots, but the only stories I'm confident enough to share (thanks again to that writer) are based on Ouran High School Host Club. Bisco Hatori's characters are terribly inspiring to me, and amazingly complex to work with.

Updates:

After a number of years, the number being so vaguely referenced because I absolutely dread to count them, I've finally done the penultimate chapter of Hysteria. I'm sure it's a disappointing read, as I haven't written fanfic in a while and probably screwed it up, but the end is well and truly in sight. I'd like to thank everybody who reviewed, and who added it to their story alerts in spite of the years-long lapse. The hope that I'd update is something that made me whack myself over the head and, well, update. I re-watched the anime to refresh myself on the characters, and hopefully the epilogue will be entertaining enough to make up for the mediocre fifth chapter!

Seriously, though, I've never had such a wonderful reaction to my writing, and I treasure every drop of concrit and praise -- even the reviews that said 'UPDATE ALREADY, I HATE YOU' XD I love writing, but only my RP posts see the light of day, and the reception that Hysteria has received is overwhelmingly awesome to me. So thanks. Honestly. I kinda love you.
