Attention and Armory Break In
Death attracts attention while Spawn breaks into an Armory to get Guns.

"You think that this is Stain who is known as the Hero Killer is doing?" They believe that this is Stain's doing because this death is almost his style never knowing it's not his doing but someone else that's a strangers from another dimension.
"Not sure, but in the meantime we will look into this and we are going to get some Heroes to help us with that", while the police talk about this there was Jade in normal civilian clothes watching them talk while among the crowd.
Jade is wearing a green sleeveless shirt and a long black skirt similar to a school girl's uniform, "I wonder when Spawn will be back because I need to inform them of this problem", Jade commented to herself until she bumps into Izuku Midoriya and she falls into the side walk.

"Oops! Sorry about that", Izuku apologies and offering Jade his hand to help her up.
"No I'm sorry because was busy talking to myself until I bumped into you never knowing you were in my way", Jade said as she stands up holding Izuku's hand.
"You a Super Hero?" Jade ask because she can see Izuku's attire is that of a Super Hero.
"Yeah, but I'm still under training and rookie.",
"What's your name? Oh my name is Jade Wu", that family name Wu is actually when she was posing as Lisa Wu while hunting Spawn.
"Izuku Midoriya, my Hero name is Deku", he introduce himself to Jade.

"Let me guess, you want to be like All Might the Number 1 Hero out on the streets right?"
"Yes, All Might was my Idol when I was a little boy. At first I was saddened after I found out I was Quirkless knowing I couldn't be like All Might or any of the other Pro-Heroes", Izuku tells Jade of his past.
"Then how do you have a Quirk now?"
"After meeting All Might for the first time I saw his weaken form which came from a injury he sustain from a battle from one Villain he passed some of his One For All Quirk to me, although we did talk about Quirkless people being Hero is in impossible. Yet he gave me some his One For All Quirk and got me as apprentice to help be like him."
"Okay I get that, but was that supposed to be a secret? Because I notice nobody else is talking about All Might's weaken form like if they didn't even know about at all", Jade ask if that was supposed to be a secret which cause Izuku to pause since he just blurted that out to her.

"Oh yeah All Might's weaken form was supposed to be a secret but I think you can keep that a secret too can you Miss Wu?"
"Yeah I can and please call me Jade. Anyway why are you here again?"
"Oh all Heroes should respond to any crime that's been committed."
"Oh, let I remind you Izuku that every Hero cannot stay moral forever no matter how they think or feel about, because some wars are fought in secret and there are no morals on that if that war ever shows it's face here", the secret war that Jade was talking about is Heaven and Hell.
"What is that mean?"
"You'll know someday, if your a believer", after that Jade parted ways with Izuku.

Elsewhere
Spawn arrives at a large warehouse which is a armory that contains a ton full of guns that he may need to fight off and kill dozens of Quirk and Quirkless Criminals that might invade the Alleys more than once, "this reminds me of the night I stolen some of those Weapons from that Military Base back in my dimensions", Spawn commented as he collects all those Guns he needs.
Then suddenly a spot light opens meaning someone the Soldiers who were station there somehow found out about the break in.

"Even that brings back memories, but this time no shooting at me", Spawn flies off by smashing through the roof leaving no trace of presences that he was there and with the large amount of Guns he collected and he also hand his chains smash all of the security cameras for anyone can see him after he arrive at the armory.
End
Coming up next, Spawn makes more dead bodies out of Quirk Criminals who invade the Alleys and then runs into Izuku Midoriya who will eventually a learn a thing about his dimension that being moral is irrelevant.
Notes: The Guns I'm using here are the same Guns from the Film but I'm also using some that are not from the Film.
