Meanwhile on a random tyranid infested planet.
On a planet that has much of its biomass being eaten. the tyranids are all enjoying their feast to eat the planets out of their biomass, as the hivemind ordered them to do so. this was a world where previously known to be a place rich with life and it was known to be one of the imperium-controlled planets, while it's too bad that this was located on segmentum ultima.
This planet still has some life left, and all of the humans here are either leave this planet or get devoured by the many tyranids that managed to eat up this planet's biomass. the imperial guards and space marine that tried to defend this planet are all dead, as the tyranid had devoured them and kill them all.
The threat is gone. the planet is still in progress being consumed by the tyranids. the tyranid still doing the job that their hivemind told them so. as they begin to grow their number there, this attack on this planet is under the leadership of one hive tyrant leading the entire tyranid on the ground to feast upon this planet's biomass.
Suddenly bam. out of nowhere, a gate has appeared. while the tyranid are just there doing their own things, they just did not care if a gate appeared there. but some tyranid just got themselves confused on the gate that suddenly appeared on this planet. this was quite confusing on how it appeared there, that the tyranid regardless don't care much about it.
Some of the termagent begin investigating the structure along with the ripper swarm. the two types of tyranids are doing their job of investigating it so. and if there is any potential of food that is about to come there. so with the curiosity of this tyranid they are idling there and look at the structure with curiosity.
tyranid warrior prime: this is strange? what kind of structure appeared here. fellow tyranid it looks like we have to be prepared for what comes there now.
The termagent and hormagaunt broods begin to stop their activity as they obey their swarmlord order. along with other tyranid to be steady of this structure, as the tyranid are curious of this structure and why it was appeared out of nowhere.
Tyranid warrior prime: oh, it looks like there are much more meals that come out from that gate structure. the meal might contain orks, and a strange form of abhumans. attack fellow tyranid! attack the prey right there, tyranid there is a more meal coming out from that structure.
The tyranid warrior prime rallied up his forces to attack the forces of the gate. along with other of the forces, that come near him. yet the grassland seems so green, but there is some tyranid bio-structure were made from the grown. while the many vegetation is still intact. yet nature is truly wonderful after all. despite he has to use anything he had to use, since he was a warrior prime tyranid, meaning that he is a junior officer. that also means he is able to command least a small tyranid force unlike the hive tyrant, which could command like the entire swarm.
Hivemind: remember fellow tyranids. I want some of those people alive! so do not kill anyone but try to capture some of them. so we could interrogate them about what lies beyond the gate! I have a wonderful plan for this mysterious structure. I want you to take prisoners at least around hundreds or thousands of these new guest that come from the gate. because i want them to be interrogated and questioned. after that you should not eat them, you should treat them humanely since I have other plans for these prisoners in the future.
Every tyranid on this planet begin receiving their direct order from the hivemind, to capture at least some prisoners. despite stuff like this is not normal either for a tyranid, regardless they have to obey their master's command. since every tyranid are connected to the hivemind. so the one that was near the gate begins doing what they are told to do so and start-up killing the auxiliary's forces first, as they are in front of the line of assault.
tyranid warrior prime : the enemies have brought their flying unit with them. now gargoyle and harpy, eat your meal right there.
The tyranid warrior prime ordered some of the harpies and gargoyle tyranid to counterattack the wyvern. as those two are the available airforce that is available in the surrounding area. but much of the weaker tyranid were getting killed by the Saderan as the smaller ones are easy. but they are not going to be easy once they come in huge numbers. those tyranids keep fighting as they slaughter the first wave of demihumans that are like trolls, ogre, orcs, and beastmen. despite they expect the orks to be difficult but it looks like they are fragile.
After the auxiliaries forces that were on the front managed to take down some of those smaller tyranid forces. then come the humans with roman legionaries appearance. along with more wyvern managed to come.
Since the current number of the tyranid in this grassland area is so small. the hivemind is busy redirecting the rest to go here and fight their new prey. and yes there is a new order that they are assigned on.
For the imperial. seeing how the tyranids are crafty, as they have giant swords and weapons that were crafted in a strange shape. this thing is more than a regular beast. these people ways of fight are not something that a regular beast would do, as their fighting skills is like what demihumans would do and
As the Saderan managed to kill as many swarms and hormagaunt and termagant tyranids on their path. they begin pilling up their bodies and make it like a pile of mountains. then they begin to place their flags on the top of the pile of dead tyranids.
Saderen Empire general: We the Saderan Empire declare the conquest and dominion of all these lands! in the name of his imperial majesty Molt Sol Augustus. listen up well all of you vile beast! and surrender to us now!
Legate: this world is empty yet full of wonder. but what lives here is nothing more than a vile beast that is far dangerous. they attacked us with their spike from their hands and strange sword that some of them wield. yet they are way different than demihumans they look more like a vile beast and a monster from what I see.
Saderan noble: this place will be a perfect place to expand our borders. but we must kill all of these monsters away. they are nothing more than a mere beast, that one day we could bring these things to our heel and they will serve us as an auxiliary unit.
While for the one Tyranid warrior prime he is still not in action. he is still away trying to command little of his forces as some of them are still on their way. yet there is some tyranid structure there were build with excellent biofortification.. as the other begin to make their defense there.
Tyranid warrior prime: the enemies have brought their flying unit with them. now gargoyle and harpy, eat your meal right here, and also I'm going to wait for the rest of the tyranids to come and feast upon the free meal that is coming to them, and regardless master, your order will be done so. the tyranid might try on getting some prisoners then.
Imperial POV.
This place was not a paradise. but a strange world with no civilization at all, with what we are facing is nothing more than monsters, with weapons. all I can see is a grassland and strange place that has a strange structure of an organic structure. our forces were slaughtered by a bunch of vile beasts, even I saw one of them even have a sword with them. despite I expect the gate leads to civilization, so we could civilize the barbarian there. but it ended up in a world where many of these monsters lying around with strange staffs that spit small bugs and other things into our legion and it managed to penetrate our armor.
We imperial force regardless will never lose to these monsters and will take over this world if we have to. this empty world would be perfect to expand our territory further and spread our glory and claim this empty land for our empire.
Suddenly a dragon flying across me and I begin to counter our wyvern with ease, as those enemy wyverns begin to eat them. I have no choice but to witness the horror of these flying creatures. but our wyvern manages to take care of some of them before they were killed by its attack. these creatures are far stranger than I could ever imagine.
Despite these vile beasts able to fight us face to face, as they strike our men with their spikes on their arm and their magic staffs that spat a strange magical element that managed to destroy much of the auxiliary forces. as their melee combat was dangerous and it's like facing a bigger beast than you. but we begin to prepare our siege equipment in order to deal with their strange fortification. I thought these things are nothing more than a simple beast, but I was wrong about them when I see their appearances and the way they fight.
yet these creatures are far different and foreign than anything I have encountered on Falmart. how could they build an organic-looking structure and have a different variety of races that are far different in their role along with their weapons that they use, the same goes with their melee weapon is all organic but strong, that it managed to shred our shields? they seem to know the strategy and taking cover, are these things are more than a simple beast.
but regardless these beasts will fall to our might of numbers and they will be tame and submit to our will. these beasts would make a good force for our auxiliaries forces and we could expand more of our number with these strange beasts that we managed to find on the world beyond the gate. once again our might will grow bigger from this after we managed to win against these monsters and claim this land for the Saderan Empire.
End of the imperial POV.
As the Saderan begin to push further and further with fewer foes to fight. the tyranid warrior prime ordered the remaining tyranids back to the fortification and begin to mount up a defense there. as those harpies and gargoyle, tyranids are few in number, but those wyverns managed to take down some of them with their lances and their wyvern managed to bite some of them.
Then they begin using catapults and rams to break through the doors, despite the place and fortification have no doors but it has a fragile and weak part of the wall. they begin to send more of the orcs, along with hordes of goblins to keep fighting the defender. but those arrows just give those tyranid small damages, so they are still ok. so they continue on in combat fighting against hordes of Saderan forces.
The Saderan have around 400k forces in total. in the expedition throughout the gate, they send around 180k forces strong. as they will claim more land for their empire with that number, yet they are doing in a good as they begin to progress further. as previously their calvary unit charged upon many tyranid hormagant, and a small squad of genestealar, which the genestealer are all dead, those are the one who resides near the gate are the one that died, as those calvary charges begin stabbing them in the chest and head.
Those ripper swarm has proven to be a problem for the calvary, as they ruined the charges. seeing that they are small it becomes more of trouble for the calvary, as their presence begins swarming them and eating up their horses. but those trolls and orc enjoy smashing every last of them, with their clubs and other weapons.
Then the reinforcement begins to arrive. with that many of the big tyranid and more tyranid warriors begin to get into the actions. as there are more tyranids from the skies begin to make their presence and attack those wyverns with sheer power with their bio-weapon and attacking them from melee range. as those wyverns are now outnumbered by the tyranids in the skies as they spread terror towards the Saderan forces.
Many types of tyranids begin to come from the right and the left side of the fortification. as the skies filled with some flying tyranids that are striking the wyverns one by one, as and they begin to aid their ground unit, with a strike from above.
tyranid warrior prime: it looks like it's my time to get into action now. since my forces have arrived. time to have my feast here. looks like there are so many meals are just coming from that mysterious structure. well then here I come!
The tyranid warrior prime begins to get into action as he begins to slay many Saderan forces that he sees, along with their puny auxiliaries with such ferocities and strength. he also slaughters many legionaries in his trail, as those in a formation become easier prey for the swarmlord to attack.
As the battle is about to end. the tyranid do not forget, about the hivemind order, that any Saderan higher ranks and nobility must be taken as prisoners, since they are an important key member for more information, and she has other plans that she is about to do in the future. the tyranids captured them and let some of what's left of the imperial expeditionary forces retreat back to where they come which is the gate.
After countless hours of fighting. the tyranid begin crushing the Saderan expeditionary forces so hard with their numbers and strength. but the one who gots more kill for the tyranids in the hive tyrant himself, like the two swords that he wields slays many of the Saderan, as many begin to fear him, as he was no regular beast but he is some kind of demon who leads all of these monsters in combat.
The carnnofex begins a devastating attack on many along with lictors begin to surprised the Saderan auxiliaries and the many legionaries and calvary out of their hiding. as they begin to attack them one by one. the ripper swarmer has become more of a nuisance as they are just everywhere, and the bigger force is out of luck on dealing with them.
The wyvern is all killed by the flying tyranids as they were killed by their ranged weapon. the tyranid harridan according to the Saderan is the most devastating dragon that spits out its fireball across many and it fires it rapidly, which is not what a regular dragon can do either. along with this harridan strikes from the skies as it brought fear and terror to the Saderan, as they have a hard time taking down one of these dragon creatures.
A few of the Carnifex and maleceptor tyranids are deployed near the fortification. begin to have their fun as they attack all of the Saderan armies in close combat. which is far devastating that many legionaries died against this vile monster. more warrior and hormagaunt tyranids begin to join the battle, as they strike further fear to the primitive forces that try to attack this infested planet with many tyranids residing in it.
Their morale broke so hard, that their will to fight is no more, and decided to get out. but some of them that were higher ranks were captured. along with hundreds more become prisoners in their mercy, which confused them either. on why would such a vile beast would want them. do they either going to be conserved as their food and cooked alive?
There is no use for fighting anymore and resulting in the battle further being futile, as hundreds of thousands of imperial forces are being destroyed by such a mere beast. it is unbelievable from what they see, hell even the melee combat of these beasts is very extreme from what they had seen. the tyranid swarm leader the hive tyrant performance is what brought fear to them, and they could already identify that this giant beast with four giant swords is the leader of the army. now they all begin to retreat in fear as there is nothing is worth looting and land claim for in the world beyond the gate.
The battle has been won by the tyranids as some Saderan forces managed to retreat back to the gate with defeat, and no loots to be got from the world beyond the gate. the tyranid begin to do what the hivemind told them to do so. and they did what they are told to do so. thus they begin taking around hundreds of prisoners in the end and have to put them in a special prison that is available from some abandoned building and the hivemind ordered them to treat the prisoners humanely and not to eat them.
Despite the effort of that one tyranid warrior prime, managed to do as he managed to command some of those tyranid forces that were near the fortification and the gate. he managed to hold on his own until the hive tyrant and many of the tyranid swarm begin to come in order to aid his small forces, in order to repel these primitive forces to where they come, and also to follow the hivemind order.
Some Saderan is about to tell the tale of the cursed land that they are conquering and of what consequence that they are about to face later on, because of this. the fear is about to get real on the senate on the imperial palace later on. but things are about to be heating up as how things go on, but the tyranids are going to be making their presence in the world beyond the gate.
Behind the scene. as the battle is over, the hivemind has recorded it from the start. as she has the camera on her. despite she doesn't possess any physical form either, she uses other magical way or other ways throughout the warp in order to record the entire footage of the incident, she sees that the gate open up on this tyranid infested planet, as a potential for her plan. yet the hivemind has a plan that she is about to start.
