Alnus base, Falmart
the 3rd tyranid recon team is back once again, from their mission. as the guards in the wall have spotted them, and they let them in. after they passed through the fortification, then they begin to enter the base, and the rest begin to dismount from the maleceptor. as the refugees look around the tyranid fortress, and they are awed by its design, along with curious too due to some of the building are organics of tyranid bioforms.
Lelei: this is their fortress? (she said, as she looks at the building after she dismounts from the maleceptor.)
Meanwhile at the office.
Swanick begins to report his finding, and yes he had to tell about this refugee situation too. as the tyranid might need to sort it out. as Swanick sees tyranids around do desk works and collecting reports, instead of acting like actual tyranids, which is all of this are all under the order of the hivemind, as she told the tyranid to do this stuff. Mruck is waiting for Swanick's report as he sits at his desk.
Mruck: What? who the hell told you to bring them here.
Swanick: so bringing them here is a bad idea?
Mruck: do we really know where to keep them, dummy?
Swanick: uhh what are going to do then?
Mruck: I'm supposed to ask that. (he said as he slams his fist to the table.) guess I will report it.
Mruck begins to go to the hive tyrant's office, in order to report what the 3rd recon team has found in their mission and also reporting that they managed to complete their mission, as what it was told to them, and the report is going to be different here.
Mruck: Hive tyrant the recon team has reported
Hive tyrant: good. and what do they find?
Mruck: there is a considerable language barrier. but we have managed, to make a few peaceful contact sir. (Mruck begins to hand in the report to the hive tyrant, then the hive tyrant begins to read the report.) most of the locals least have the most appearances of humans, and their main industry is agriculture and forestry. the detail that what they produce and their economy of what they produce is in the report.
each settlement has something like a chief in place, but we don't know if there is a larger political process at work. we are not yet meet some sort of formal representative. but we could use a few of the locals to start a dialogue with.
Hive tyrant: it could be problematic. as long as we have the images issue here. otherwise, we would make an attempt to kidnap them and bring a retaliation.
Mruck: perhaps general. but the 3rd recon has some refugees from a recent village that just got attacked.
Hive tyrant: hmm they have refugees? well isn't that convenient?
Back at Mruck desk.
Mruck: so for now Swanick. will accept the Coda village refugee as part of the humanitarian effort. and you senior officer Swanick Ikardi, will be in charge of housing and observing them.
Swanick: uh you mean, I'm supposed to be responsible for them.
Mruck: that's right you brought them her dummy. SO YOU TAKE CARE OF THEM!
Then Swanick begins to accept his new responsibility and begins to gather around the 3rd recon team, as this refugee now is his responsibility now. so he and his team walk through the hallway of the headquarter and assigned some of his squad.
Swanick: Shulka and Zenor, we need some rations from the quartermaster. Number 2 and Geck 388, see if you can find us some tent. and I will go to get the paperwork started. (he ordered 4 of his squad in the exhaust and lazy expression, as he moans. suddenly Mruck called him)
Mruck: Swanick.
Swanick: Officer Mruck?
Mruck: do you have a moment hmm.
Then they both go outside for a talk at the headquarter office some talk about the previous mission that he performed previously.
Mruck: alright just admit it.
Swanick: admit what?
Mruck: don't play dumb with me. you know at your schedule you never missed any call from headquarter. after taking down this dragon. not one message has gotten through. you thought we would order you to abandon the refugees, didn't you?
Swanick: hah? must be this new place. messing with the radio frequency and whatnot.
Mruck: you're full of shit. you know what there is a lot of resources here and a vast amount of habitable lands. along with no environmental pollution or disaster, and from what our scouts had said, we could shake the economy and this place is one big chance of influences of images. the council had no idea what to do with this world along with the hivemind, despite we act like a bunch of hungry insects. instead of this, it is worth seeing if any of those from beyond the gate would get our attention on this whole new world.
Swanick: and what happens if they find it.
Mruck: we could least hold this place, and do not let any others get it.
Swanick: You know what Mruck I just bring in some refugees.
Mruck: and in doing so, you begin to make a trust-building process on this side of the gate. and what are these you are sitting on a goldmine of information? that said you will be given an amount of freedom, do you understand? (Mruck said as he walks out from Swanick.) you might gonna rethink your work ethic.
Tyrac 234 and Licto 922 begin building up the camps for the refugees. along with Shulka preparing some rations from the base. while Number 2 is cooking some meal. while for Tuka, she is now dressed in an eldar exodites outfit, minus its waystone and armor parts along with any eldar parts of it, least this could protect some of the problems of the images and attracting awful attention of the eldar. many are awed with the meal, despite the tyranids have to use both combines of tau and imperial guards food.
The next day the refugees are gathered, in order for them to get their names, occupation, and some basic information about them. from it as all of their name and occupation had been list on the clipboard, now the construction of the house for the refugee is about, to begin with.
Tyranid begin to use tau construction drones and other tau technology at the construction due to how they are better than imperium techs, because of the bullshit. while tau technology makes the construction much faster and cleaner than the imperium.
Number 2 is busy cutting the food, and some of the genestealer and termagant tyranids are cooking up some food, while they are unarmed from their biomorphs weapon, instead, they use any cooking utility they find. somehow they could find those grox meat appealing the same goes with tau food. so it's going to be a mix in this case.
Number 2 was known to be the chef, as his experience in culinary grows as ms. hivemind put Kurata's knowledge on his head, he begins to get it now. instead of eating the biomass raw, it's better to cook it first for better taste. Then after the food is done being cooked, Swanick begins to ordered the refugees to eat, and they are all satisfied with the delicious food that the tyranids have cooked them somehow.
Somewhere on the wrong side of the milky way galaxy. the hivemind needs another actor to take the place of Russia, China, and the United States of America, for the tv show that she is developing. as the three of these are required according to the script. so in a nutshell she had to use some kind of warp power again to influences some awful xenos or other faction that is beyond redemption and reasonable at all. because she does not want to make other faction looks bad.
Somewhere on a random side of the galaxy.
For the forces of chaos. they think that this new weak and primitive world is going to be a new one for them to corrupt as they should spread chaos influences to another world from where the gate is. as a chaos Warband near it heard about the appearance of this so-called gate, and decided to take it for them, but they need more information for it.
Thought it was known that the dark eldar had found this world, so a Kabal raid is about to commence anytime soon. but they need information on how to get there. but they have to cross the tyranid infested planet first. but the hivemind managed to order the tyranid to mount a heavy defense against the three forces that are about to invade them later on.
The same goes with the orks that are about to come to get a proper fight in this world. as their ship has terrible navigation, because they don't care where they go, but expect a fight as always. but the hivemind had another idea to clean up their damn mess on this planet after they leave it. as their damnable mushroom or spores will spread to this planet. after the orks mess is done, then the cleanup crew is coming to clean up what remains of their spore, and devour any orks they find there and do not let the angry fungus grow again in this planet once in for all. since the hivemind might have a solution to clean up the planet from the orks infestation.
After all these 3 factions, the forces of chaos, dark eldar, and orks are all coming to the infested planet, as they will take the role of Russia, China, and the United States of America. the hivemind does not want to do it with the necrons, eldar, imperium, and tau, because she doesn't like to villanize and discredit them in the propaganda tv show, because it will destroy its whole purpose, after all, so all of this is all part of the script and still goes well.
Meanwhile back at the infested planet.
Genestealer journalist: we need to know exactly how many people had died in the battle in the special region.
Lictor reporter: it must be including many civilians.
Termagant journalist: master according to the report, saying civilian among the victim in the special region.
Genestealer pres: master it seems like the tyranid swarm is to be out of control.
Hivemind: the problem they face, is unique, and it was a monster. they have to improvise, there is no rule book for this, and by my knowledge, we do not cause those casualties (she answered throughout the minds of many of her tyranids, as the many tyranid journalists interview her.)
Termagant journalist: why did the parliamentary vice fail to mention that?
Hivemind: he is answering a specific question. he is addressing the issue of battlefield casualties.
Despite how in the world journalism didn't damn exist and is an alien concept for such a hungry bug who knows only to eat and consume biomass like the tyranids. the hivemind ordered them to become a pres member and a journalist, as this was also part of the script. those tyranid pres begin to take their notes from the interview with the hivemind.
Back to the special region
The tyranids have built a bathhouse for the refugees to take baths, and clean themselves up. this one has better quality, as they yet stole some tau technology yet again. but this one now is in a form of a tent that was built. while Lelei is busy exploring around the base and get more knowledge of the tyranids. but at least she is unable to get the actual truth of what the tyranid truly are, due to the information of them being the great devourer is censored by the hivemind since she is preventing anyone from discovering the truth.
Inside the bathroom. the three girls, had a conversation, about the tyranids. thought the first thing they think is that this vicious beast would kill them already. but knowing they are now caring demihumans who want to help the people who are in need after all.
Rory: this is divine. I still can't believe the tyranids people set up a fancy bath here.
Lelei: I never had a warm bath like this.
Rory: is that right?
Lelei: I'm from the Lordo tribe, we are nomads, we're constantly moving. so my bath has always been constantly cold. ms. oracle is this new to you?
Rory: Please dear, call me Rory.
Lelei: oh you can call me Lelei.
Rory: well in the temple there is an absolutely gorgeous imperial-style bath. but as one of Emroy's apostles, I've bathed in more rivers and streams than I care to count. so I enjoy the fact that I can take a bath in such a way, it's kinda luxurious.
Lelei: they are going to do this every day. It's what Swanick said.
Rory: Swanick? oh, the senior officer.
Tuka: Wait there is a strange demihuman who saved me right? uh, it's just when I was stuck at the bottom of the village well. I wonder if he was pulling me out.
Lelei: yes it was Swanick's team. he is the officer in charge.
Tuka: Swanick. hmm Swanick.
Rory: you know I think you have fully recovered.
Lelei: losing your family and friends must be awful. I'm sure you are shocked by that, weren't you?
Tuka: I guess, I was. it seems like people have been taking care of me, since that day. I don't know if I deserve to be in this place here, right now.
Rory: sure why not? you and all the kids here. anyone out there who has no family to go back to.
Then the three girls get off from the bath. and decided to dress up. and they are still in the locker room, discussing something about their discovery of the tyranids.
Rory: so Lelei you have been picking up with their language quite easily? (the tyranids have no official language but they have to use low gothic and tau language for a starter.)
Lelei: there is still a lot of it that I have to learn. but I'm still getting a grasp, of their culture. ( despite tyranid had no culture at all. this is quite strange but the script demands it.)
Tuka: everything is so different.
Lelei: these demihumans soldiers, are known as the tyranid swarms, and here is fascinating. the tyranids are not the only faction or race that is on the other side of the gate.
Tuka: so there is more countries and race from the other side of the gate?
Rory: that sounds exciting.
Lelei: there is a world we are yet to discover. it's bigger than we thought.
Meanwhile in the Kingdom of Elbe
Pina: Lord Duran
King Duran: hello princess. what are you doing here?
Pina: I have gathered information on Alnus. I came when I heard someone who is noble birth is recuperating here.
King Duran: information? so are you telling me you don't know what happens at Alnus Hill? Molt's own daughter! allow me to enlighten you. some of the information you seek!
A flashback of tyranids firing their bioweapons and attacking vassal troops with surprise tactics shows, how devastating are these things, as many have mistaken them for a simple beast. as they are very tactical and big in number too, along with it they have a tool of their own.
King Duran: we went through. when we are on the other side we are annihilated. but after that, the emperor still summons the army of his vassal. because your father was afraid to been overthrown, so he had us been thrown there.
Pina: wait just a minute. I know the imperial army in fact lost the first battle. but ac-.
King Duran: princess we fought until the last soldier, we could lose some arrows more. but our enemy is not a creature alive.
Pina: what creatures?
King Duran: listen to me. IT WAS THE EMPIRE! your father knew we had no chance of them.
Pina: what? my lord, please tell me what kind of enemy we are dealing with out there?
King Duran: you want to know? go to Alnus Hill yourself and see what you are seeing before us.
Pina was shocked by what the king has said, and she decided to leave the place, and go back to her knight again. she was approached by two of her knights and Hamilton begin to question what they are going to do next.
Hamilton: Princess I'm assuming that the order of the rose is not charging onto Alnus.
Pina: I'm afraid that would make matters worst. however, I'm sure of it to find out more, we need to go there. Norma has most of the calvary move up
Norma: right.
Pina: Grey what's next?
Grey: Italica. it will be the largest settlement, between here and Alnus.
The rose knight begins to head to Italica then. as they have been tasked on a mission there. since they are going to Alnus to see for themselves what they are facing.
Back at Alnus Hill
Swanick had waited for a new download on his phone, as he had tried to see some update of what he is getting now. even this might be some of the otaku stuff that he is having in his mind. as the internet now is back on Alnus Hill, since the tyranid had to use tau technology for this yet again, in order to establish the internet on Alnus Hill.
Swanick: Woah I got a connection! I guess they finally got the internet up and running, didn't they? so badass! wow, I just got a crapton of updates! (Swanick said as he was way too excited with his phone, as he enjoys accessing the internet.)
Shulka and Zenor both who is standing in his back, as they are trying to report their superior officer. seeing how they are unnoticed, these angered them, as Swanick didn't take them seriously, so Shulka had to kick him. thus he falls and realized that there are two of the genestealer that is behind him, as he falls from his chair.
Swanick: SHULKA IM YOUR SUPERIOR OFFICER! DO YOU UNDERSTAND!
Shulka: not so sure about that.
Swanick: hey.
Zenor: officer there is something strange about Tuka. she has been asking two of everything. meal, lodging, cloth. pretty much demanding it. and when we bring up one of something, she won't touch it. and so she is asking for men's cloth.
Swanick: did you ask her about it.
Zenor: well we try to find Lelei to find out.
Shulka: sir she doesn't know low gothic that well. so it didn't really work out.
Zenor: we asked master Cato if he could help, but he said she is a rare type of elf that he knows little about. he was as confused as we are.
Swanick: well that's weird maybe she must have some imaginary boyfriend.
Shulka and Zenor: HUH?
outside of the base, there is some questioning made for Tuka. from what she thinks is, that one day they should learn to fend for themselves. from the quality of the base that she had experienced. It's much more lavish, that she would want to sell herself to one of the tyranids in order to survive.
then Lelei comes and decided to tell them that there is something special that she is about to show them, outside of the base of the tyranids. then Lelei leads them to the battlefield of many dead corpses are. and they begin to see many wyverns they're all lying to the ground, along with it Lelei takes a shard of the wyvern skin and inspects it.
Rory: goodness there is a lot of death wyverns.
Lelei: what you see is what their remains. after the battle with the outsiders. we are free to take those scales. the tyranids said they have no use for them, they are all ours.
Tuka: huh? thus he had no idea the price you could get for those?
Lelei: the tyranids have no interest in them. you don't have to sell yourself okay.
the refugees begin to takes on as many of those wyvern scales as they wanted and they did so, as the tyranids begin patrolling them along with maleceptor and hive guard are deployed in order to protect them from any danger that is lurking outside. then time skip the dragon scale are put in two bags and ready to be delivered to the maleceptor.
Geck 388: so now the tyranids are a delivery service?
Swanick: stop your bellyaching. it will give them a chance to support themselves. plus we have a chance on looking at them doing trade and commerce around here. WOW who guess who got another update, yeah me! (Swanick said as he plays with his phone.)
Geck 388: and now he's gone.
With it the 3 girls begin to hop on to the maleceptor, along with the 3rd recon team begin to head to Italica, for the wyvern skin trade.
Swanick: well then let's go hit the road! (he said as the 3 maleceptor begin to move and head to Italica for the wyvern skin trade.)
The aftermath of this is, that all that remains in the battle are being eaten by the tyranids. as those corpses of dead vassal troops and imperial troops have already served their purpose. now they have to be clean up. so the tyranid do their best by eating all of them. as the hivemind had granted the order to eat all of the remaining corpses of the battlefield. yes, this is how the tyranids clean up the battlefield and make it look new once again.
Somehow Swanick is summoned for his report. about the civilian casualties that were founded due to how the pres wanting to know what happens there. but they have to wait, as he and his team are heading to Italica for the wyvern skin trade. whatever there, it's all part of the script and the hivemind had set it all, and all of this is part of her plan still. that this propaganda tv show is working after all, as she is almost done with one season. she had already set a diet-like meeting place on the other side and much more stuff that is awaiting as what the hivemind had set for the script that she had read.
