After the battle is ended. previously on Italica. when Swanick is carrying Rory, he got himself slapped, which in the end hurts his eyes. so he and his team decided to go back to the Formal mansion for a negotiation on the hostage and signing up a treaty.
Pina: Me pleading to the enemy for mercy!? the imperial princess!? if they demand to surrender the city, I'll have to plead for mercy-. (Pina thought herself, as she is seeing the Tyranid.)
Hamilton: To show your appreciation for your assistance here. we'd like to negotiate fair and equitable compensation. article 2 is regarding all envoys, as well as their expenses, and article 3 is regarding the trade privileges with shopkeepers on Alnus hill. however we would like to make it clear, we have the right to possess the right of the captive. (She said as she reads the paper.)
Licto 922: However we don't want to interfere with local customs, but we want you to at least treat the prisoners humanely. that's fine with us, as we only need 3-5 persons for intel gathering.
Lelei: We understand that human resources are necessary for Italica's recovery. however, they want to assure that the captive is treated well, yes. (She repeats Licto's words as a translator for the tyranid.)
Hamilton: treated well?
Lelei: Like a friend or a relative, like someone familiar. not treated as animals.
Hamilton: would friends and relatives attack and plunder this peaceful city of Italica?!

1. The Tyranids can choose any 3-5 captives from the battle, to take them with. all profits gained from the chosen captives and rights over their treatment solely to the Tyranids. furthermore clan Formal and the Empire promise to refrain from cruel treatment to the captives during restraint.
a sign of gratitude towards the Tyranid reinforcements, Clan Formal and Imperial Princess Pina Co Lada will ensure safety during travel and stay of a meditating delegation between the two factions of the Tyranids and the Emperor and the Senate. furthermore, the size of the delegation and share of expenses is decided through consultation, but a minimum of 100 Suwannee is to be burdened by the Countess and Princess.

Licto 922 begins signing the letter, and then it was returned to Hamilton, to be shown about the treaty, that the tyranid has signed to them. this treaty will be active for around a year. as this treaty somehow could be renewed if the two factions agree.
Outside of Italica, the tyranids forces, that are sent here are about to leave. so the third tyranid recon team is ordered to select which prisoners to select from. as all they need is given around 5 prisoners that can be brought. as the tyranid might need more info.
Swanick: yeah this girl and this girl, and also this girl too. (he said as he points to those women captive.)
Shulka: I see that you're thinking about what will happen to these women after this, but... commander, you're only choosing women?
Swanick: we also need that one man. there's no special reason this fantasy-like girl with feathers growing from her head. (Swanick said as he points to one male prisoner and siren which is named Myuute.)
Then the tyranid forces that are sent to Italica, begin to fly off with 5 of the prisoners, as they are all riding their flying tyranids and fly off to Alnus Hill. all of the Italian's begin to say goodbye to them, for saving their city.
Meanwhile on the merchant trades. the trade for two bags of huge sums of wyvern scale does go well. as the merchants pay them around 1000 from the 4000 silver denari for all of that. thought due to the shortage of treasury the merchant can offer around 1000 silver denari. so in a nutshell there is going to be a discount if the three of them could make him buy the information that was needed so that two bags of wyvern scale has been paid off in the end.
After the trade, the recon team begins to go home, back to base. with it, the 3 girls begin to get asleep, from this long journey. suddenly, as Geck is the one who is steering the tyranid maleceptor, he ordered the maleceptor to stop, as he found something strange. then this wakes up the three of the girls and alerts the rest of the tyranid.
Geck 388: we got smoke on our two, officers.
Swanick: again are you kidding me! (he said as he begins to take the binocular and see it for himself.) isn't coming this way? can't get a clear few to see what is it?
Geck 388: ah I think I got it.
Swanick: what do you see?
Geck 388: ah a tiara!
Swanick: ok. a tiara!?
Geck 388: Looks like a blond! uh, a blond with crinkled, a hottie with men's cloth, followed by even more hotties.
Swanick: That roses! (he said as he gets closer, as he uses the binocular to see it.) 3 kinds of roses, must be the order that is the princess is talking about.
Then as the tyranid squad sees the rose knight is near. they have to be calm, and not screw up the treaty, as Swanick said. as told everyone in his team to calm down, and do not attack the rose knight at all.
Panache: Where are you from!
Tyrac 234: uh from Italica to home.
Panache: Where is home!?
Tyrac 234: Alnus Hill.
Suddenly all Rose knights begin to draw their weapons and pointing them at the tyranid. thought the order is not to engage them due to the treaty. so they must stay calm and do not shoot them at all cost, as they could settle this with talking.
Panache: what do you mean Alnus Hill?
Bozes: It's you, you are one of them! (she said as she grabs Tyrac 234 in the neck.)
Swanick: Woah hang on, my guy does not offend you, did he? (he said as Panache points her sword at Swanick.)
Panache: Don't even move!
Swanick: hey just take it easy ok. I'm sure we- (he said as he raises his hands up, as he comes unarmed.)
Panache: Silence!
Swanick: wait get the hell out of here everyone, I will stay here, go to the checkpoint lads. (he said as he told his squad of tyranid to leave him. then the rest gets out as the maleceptor begins to run as fast as it can to the checkpoint.)
Swanick: so are you all doing good? (he said as the Rose knight point their sword at him, as he raises his hand in the air.)
Then Bozes Slap Swanick. this causes him to become unconscious, then Rose knight begins to bring him back to Formal palace, as they manage to capture the otherworlder enemy that comes from Alnus Hill, this also does not please the Princess, of what they have truly done, to one of the tyranid that they brought back to the Formal Palace.
Despite this, Swanick's team is going into the checkpoint and wait till the perfect time to infiltrate the palace and rescue Swanick there, as he was needed in the meeting session right now, as they are all waiting for him.
Pina: You idiot!
Panache: Your majesty, what have we made you this angry?
Pina: Don't you get it.
Hamilton: Master Swanick! master Swanick say something! master Swanick, talk to me, please!
Swanick: uh uh uh, ugh. (he said as he remained unconscious again. so he was brought to be taken care of, because of this.)
Pina: We've broken the treaty on the very first day.
Grey: they can use this reason to restart the war. I would put a pass to your father to do that. but we do not know these tyranids would do the same thing.
Pina: if they did it, we will be over very quickly. (she said in disappointment.)
Grey: at the very least, Bozes and Panache do not go overboard and kill that guy. maybe come forward and apologize for what they did.
Pina: you want me to just gravel on them?
Grey: I don't think you want to fight. all things considered.
Licto 922 is the one now leading the tyranid to this stealth operation, as lictors are the tyranid species who are good at stealth. so they begin hiding on the tall grass, and then, when they found the wall, then all decision is what Licto made, due to his mastery at stealth. as he begins to move forward, while the rest stays, except for the three girls.
Meanwhile outside Italica, at nighttime. as the tyranid do not want to cause trouble. the three of the girls have to go inside Italica, while the tyranids will stay. so they have to let Tuka doing her spirit magic, and then all of the guards suddenly fall asleep. which means the rest now can go and find Swanick without killing the guards and alerting them, as they all fall asleep.
Meanwhile at the room in Formal mansion. Swanick begins to wake up and regain his consciousness again, what he had seen is four maids.
Mohmu: Are you awake master Swanick?
Swanick: Where am I?
Mohmu: you are in the mansion of House Formal.
Swanick: so they brought me all the way here.
Then the 4 maids begin to take care Swanick, despite he is a tyranid warrior prime, it's quite strange for a maid to take care of him. now he had seen it that he had found a literal cat girl, as what the hivemind told him, as he must be an otaku tyranid.
Kaine: there is nothing wrong here. we were ordered by the Princess to give you the best service possible. all you have to do is ask one of us, and we will take care of you. your action in this town has given us a new life, and for that, we are grateful my lord. (she said as all of the maid's bows to Swanick.)
Swanick: aww don't mention that.
Despite this, in the end, the maid becomes soo loyal to Swanick, due to his tyranid action, that he had done in Italica, as he and his team along with the tyranid fight off the bandits. despite this, all of the maids are ready to serve Swanick, all he needs is just to ask them.
There goes after some explanation, the 4 of the maids, begin to treat Swanick and heal him. along with giving him drinks. as it was told by the princess to give this tyranid warrior the best service, because of their actions. then suddenly there is a new guest who appeared from the door, and it is Swanick's squadmate, that comes to rescue him.
Geck 388: Officer are you alright? huh? (he said as he looks at Swanick, being taken care of so kindly by the maid, which the rest begin to get shocked by it.)
Swanick: Hey guys. (he said as he looks at his squadmate.)
Meanwhile, in the guest room, Princess Pina is discussing with her two knights about their behavior and what they have done towards Swanick.
Pina: Bozes, Panache you've attacked an officer of the Tyranid. you treated master Swanick in a less hospitable way and endangered his life, this is a violation of our treaty. these people possess the power to fight off the flame dragon, so imagine what would happen if they declare war, the Empire would fall. (she shouted to the two of her knight.)
The two looked down in shame for knowing what they've done.
Pina: it is on you to make them forget of what had happened, you're going to offer that tyranid your body.
Bozes: huh? (she said and looked at Pina in shock.)
Pina: I know it's degrading, but you must do whatever it takes.
Bozes: I am a daughter and a nobility your majesty and I understand what it takes to protect the throne, I must do what must be done if that is what it comes to.
Back to the Tyranid on the Formal room
The tyranid were talking and socializing with the maids, as they see that they treated their squad leader with the best service and kindness. thought a little time of hanging would be ok for a little while, as Swanick is healing. for Geck 388, his dream about monster-girl after coming they came to this fantasy world, had the taste of his officer.
Geck 388: Corporal geck 388 reporting milady, 31 years old and single! my hobbies are anime and doujinshi! and I'm 100% single, and it's pleased to meet you! (he said as he salutes Persia since he had found a real catgirl. in return Mamina laughs at his behavior.)
Despite Geck 388 is a tyranid termagant. he sure to have been an otaku who enjoyed much anime and reading a doujinshi. Geck 388 sure share the same hobbies, as he was an otaku, and in the search of monster-girl, or known as felinids or cute mutant girls. for him has come true as he could see it in his own eyes that this one is the real deal.
Mamina: the way you fought those bandits was awesome. I really mean it, I totally saw everything! (she said to Krakia 734, as she appreciates his fighting method.)
Krakia 734: Nah it wasn't that great.
Lelei: These snakes of yours, how do they shed? (Lelei being curious about Aurea snake hair.)
Aurea: That's kinda a secret.
Mohmu: How do they make fabric like that? (she asked about Tuka attire, as Mohmu is curious, which is pretty much what an eldar exodites would wear.)
Tuka: I don't know what kind of weaving that they use, and it's really stretchy and really comfortable.
Kaine: to have you here your holiness is truly an honor. the mercy of the mighty Emroy is a wonderful thing, to behold.
Rory: Something like that.
Persia: how's the tea?
Geck 388: aah it's the best tea ever. (Geck 388 appreciating Persia made tea.)
So goes the tyranid enjoying their time in Italica. as the two hive guards, Rekto and Vrakkar also suggest they would not need any dust off any soon. as Swanick does say that this one night could a sort of cultural interchange.
The Tyranid also enjoy the food given by the maids, as they eat them. those cookies, bread, and fruits are sure to be delicious. as old habits never truly die from the tyranids. along with the tea was good, that the tyranid enjoy eating much of the food till it was empty. after all, according to the hivemind, this is the perfect scene to show a good image for the tyranid, for the rest not to fear them as they are a bunch of wholesome, along with kind Xenos.
Meanwhile Outside the room. Bozes prepare to get inside, as she is about to Seduce Swanick Ikardi, as all of this is the order from the princess herself. and she would do anything to save the Empire, whatever the cost is.
Bozes: As a daughter born into a noble household, I am prepared for this. of all things, but... but, but that I'll be ordered to offer my body to the tyranid I tormented. this is for the sake of milady Pina and the Empire. (she thought as she is about to get ready to seduce Swanick, and sell her body to Swanick in order to make him forget all of this.)
She opened the door and find out the maid along with the tyranid squad are hanging out and having a wholesome moment together. in the end, tyranids are not a sort of cosmic horror, they are your friends. as this scene was all meant for propaganda purposes by the hivemind.
Then from what she sees, the tyranid is taking pictures with the maid, as they have a camera that they manage to get. as this could be a memorable moment. then the rest of the tyranid continue to talk with the maids and enjoying their time. for Bozes, she is like being ignored, and from the look of it, she clenched her fist in anger, as she thought Swanick pointing Mruck joke to Bozes, is the reason why she gets angry, as it insults her.
Bozes: I don't believe this. I'm the second daughter of the honorable Count Palesti! the nerves of this tyranid. this bug has no idea, what it took me to lower myself!
Bozes begin to get close to Swanick in anger, and then she begins to put a hard slap in his cheek, this results in him screaming in pain, because of that hard slap. because of that behavior that Bozes did.
Pina: Alright what is wrong with his face? (she said in anger.)
Bozes: That is my doing your majesty.
Pina: Dear god! how would I explain this!
Number 2: well ma'am if it is all the same to you. we would like to take your life, and you just do what you need to do.
Lelei: He said, whatever you want, it's fine. (Lelei translates what is Number 2 saying to Pina.)
Pina: This is not good! the sun almost set, why don't we sit down for breakfast and talk it out and know each other better.
Geck 388: We appreciate the offer milady. but the thing is, our master has called our officer back home, to report to some of our lawmakers.
Lelei: Swanick is returning to his home to testify their senate. (Lelei translates What Geck 388 is saying.)
Pina: Their senate?
Lelei: That is correct. that is why they are in such a hurry.
Pina: These tyranids demihumans have a senate? so then, that means. depend on what he tells them. they could have their military, something in retaliation. something horrible. (Pina thought as she was horrified of the tyranids having a senate.)
Pina: I would like to accompany you to Alnus Hill.
Swanick: What's that?
Pina: I must speak to your superior, and apologize to him, for violating the treaty. is that possible sir Swanick?
Swanick: Come with us, huh?
Then the rest begin to get out from the Palace and get into the ride of the maleceptor, before it was told to go by its handler. well for the hive tyrant, he allowed to bring them in. as they will have to go fast as they could as time is against them. thought the maid there say goodbye to them, and then the Princess, and Bozes board the maleceptor, and then Swanick and his team go to Alnus Hill.
As time goes, they almost arrive at Alnus Hill. then Suddenly a tyranid harpy begins to fly by towards Swanick, and his team. Pina was terrified at that strange wyvern. then she begins to witness other scenes, where termagant tyranid firing their biomorphs weapon on the target practices, along with the training, like a sort of Bootcamp.
After that she saw hive guard firing their weapons along with the tyranid warrior, in the firing range, to practice their skill. along with doing their special training. this revelation that she sees from her eyes, about the strange demihumans had shocked her.
Pina: What are those staff? is every soldier in the tyranid are a wizard?
Lelei: No ma'am. they are not using any magic. those are weapons they called biomorphs.
Pina: Those are weapons?
Lelei: This is how they work. the fleshborer, which is one of their biomorphs weapons, contains a compact brood nest where Borer beetles lay their eggs, which hatch and mature, sustained by the weapon for future use as ammunition.
These beetles are kept in their mature state in a hormone-induced dormancy until the weapon is ready to be fired. At this point, neural impulses from the wielder force one of the insects into a firing sphincter. From here, the beetle can be fired at a target by a further impulse. (she explained one of the tyranid ranged biomorphs weapons which are the fleshborer.)
Pina: every tyranid soldier has that weapon.
Lelei: not all of them have it, as a different types of tyranids possessed different types of biomorph weapons, it could be range or melee. all tyranid knew to use their weapon very well, as it was a part of them since birth.
Pina: They do not need to be in the proximity of their enemy, to take them out.
Lelei: it's the reason why the imperial army fell.
Suddenly there is plenty of tyranid tyrannofex and exocrine begin to show up on the battlefield for practices. then these 2 types of tyranid begin to go on inspection, as they are told to stop moving, and then do some target practices.
Pina: First their strange wyvern, and then their behemoth beast. they are truly a creature from another world. why do they come here, what do they want from us?
Lelei: The Empire steps on the griffon tails.
Bozes: Mind your mouth girl, do not speak so casually, when the Empire is on the verge of collapse.
Lelei: My tribe roams as it pleases. we never answered to the Empire.
Pina: I supposed you can rule a nation by force. but you cannot control what they think no matter how hard they could try.
Then they have arrived at Alnus base. thought Pina, wanted to talk to Swanick, but he had the hive tyrant calling him for briefing, along with other genestealer too, and he tells that Krakia 734 is going to take care of them. after that he rushes to the office for the briefing.
Inside the meeting room. Pina and Bozes both are terrified, seeing the hive tyrant's appearance as he was huge and intimidating. then Lelei tells them that the hive tyrant, which is their general is not going to eat them, and to calm down.
Lelei: This is hive tyrant 295744, from the tyranid forces.
Hive tyrant: please go ahead and have a seat. (then the four of them at the table begin to have a seat.) well now, having you here is a bit unusual. so there must be something you want to discuss with me?
Hive tyrant: Regarding the treaty. I'm afraid things are about to get a rough start, and I would like to apologize for that.
Lelei: she's sorry.
Hive Tyrant: Swanick's report is very thorough. you haven't communicated with your inferior yet.
Pina: It's true, but we've taken care of that.
Lelei: It's true (she translate Pina language.)
Hive tyrant: We are currently using you as an intermediate, between our government and those running your Empire. if this is causing you any problem, we would be more than happy to reconsider the terms of the treaty.
Pina: The treaty is fine as it is. I don't think any changes are necessary.
So the dialogue with Mruck was all about Swanick embarrassment. as it was much of how Bozes slap Swanick, and how he was pretty much embarrassed because of this slap. so after the meeting ends. the hive tyrant told them to spend at least a day in the base. thought it's a good thing that Swanick communicates with Tuka, as the goodwill of the Tyranid is needed for the scene, that to prove that the tyranids are not evil and a bunch of hungry bugs.
The next day, there is a maleceptor is stationed near the gate. On this new day, they are about to visit the planet that the tyranids were on. which is lies on the other side of the gate.
Mruck: These will be flying off the radar officer. keep an eye on them for us.
Swanick: are we showing up on announce?
Mruck: people already know that they are going to be there. this is directly from the hive tyrant. he wants our guests to have a proper welcome. treat the princess like you would any ambassador, and a quick tour around Nidsca would not hurt a bit.
Then they are all prepared to enter the world where the tyranid were, which is residing on the gate itself. thus the special region guest, later on, is about to witness what lies in the world of the tyranid, and the place that they have been living on. the special region guest all are curious to find out what would it be, as they are going there because Swanick is summon to this tyranid senate meeting, as the hiveminds demand data on the special region.
