Salem arises from the cracks of her castle, finally free from her captivity.

Salem: Ah! After 10,000 years, I am finally free! Free to conquer all of Remnant!

Meanwhile, in the depths of Beacon's mountains, the all-knowing mentor known as Sentai awakens.

Sentai: Alpha, Salem has escaped. Assemble a team of Beacon Academy's hunters and huntresses.

Alpha obliges and presses a button that teleports Jace, BJ, Shelly, Jonas, and Sonny to the base. The 5 starting rangers put their hands in.

All 5 rangers: Hunters together! Heroes forever!

As they lift their hands into the air, it suddenly pans to the shattered moon of Remnant, revealing the title card:

They've got, a power and a force that you've never seen before!

After the title card, we pan to the 13 statues of the rangers, and then to a view of the starting 5 rangers while the other 8 members are silhouetted as black figures. The 5 panels slide in on cue to the respective beat.

They've got, the ability to morph and to even up the score!

There is another scene of the 5 rangers sitting in desks before a filter passes by, showing them unmorphed and sitting in Professor Port's classroom. Jace looks at the window outside, seeing an explosion and an army of mixed sentai villains running amok (consisting of Putties, Gedoshu, Vaglass, and Zangyack). He signals his team. They nod their heads and run frantically/comically for the door and rush out. On cue, the bell rings.

No one will ever take them down! The power lies on their si-i-i-i-i-i-i-de!

Several creatures of Grimm, including dozens of Beowolves, Ursai, a Death Stalker, and a giant Nevermore flying at the screen, are seen. It then quickly swipes over to a scene of Roman Torchwick and his henchmen, along with 3 other villains: Mercury Black, Emerald Sustrai, and Cinder Fall, before panning to Ruby, Weiss, Blake and Yang preparing to fight a horde of shadowy creatures. Suddenly, the screen starts to stutter between the current shot and the title card.
