Chap 5
Eli woke up on the floor of the TVA HQ before he was grabbed by TVA minute men and was dragged down the hall.
"This again? I thought we were past all of this?" Eli asked, he looked around and saw his friends being dragged as well as Malkin, Hunter, and the now horrible disfigured Peter-417. Malkin just looked at them smirking as she was being dragged away.
"Aren't you going to whip out your tendrils and kill everyone?" Noah asked.
"I'm afraid this place has power dampeners everywhere." Malkin said.
"Did you seriously ask her for help?" Alice scolded.
"Look," Noah clarified, "these guys don't seem to have our back and I'm sure Malkin isn't too thrilled about being here either. Though if she broke us out I would still try and kill her, make no mistake." The group was dragged through the halls of the TVA and into the main control room. All of them were thrown down before Wyatt Underwood.
"I take it you're the illusive What If Universe?" Malkin said standing.
"Aren't you a clever one?" What If said, "How did you know?"
"I'm intune with all of creation," Malkin said cryptically, "It was only a matter of time until I found you." suddenly Superfluffy burst into the room.
"What is going on here?" Superfluffy asked.
"It's none of your concern." What If said, "I'm doing what needs to be done."
"They're my characters so it is very much my business what you do with them." Superfluffy shouted, "Why do you have the Warriors in custody? We agreed to let them go."
"Your Warriors are not only a glitch in the universe but an active danger to our very existence. If they continue to exist the cracks in the metaverse will continue to spread until…" What If paused for a moment, as if trying to figure out what he should reveal, "until…..until something very bad happens."
"Who told you this? Who said this would happen and how come I was never told?" Superfluffy asked.
"I didn't tell you because I knew you would fight me on this." What If said he turned to the other TVA soldiers, "Prune them."
"Oh no you don't!" Superfluffy said as he outstretched his hand a blue energy emanated from it and disabled the TVA's power dampeners. The Warriors immediately leapt into action, Eli suited up and blasted the guards who had previously held him hostage. Emily and Garret began blasting from their wands and taking out TVA agents and equipment. Alice began throwing agents around like ragdolls. One nearly snuck up behind her and pruned her but Malkin quickly blew the agent back with a quick energy blast.
"Your welcome." Malkin said before she began fighting other agents. Kyle began running in flash time and knocking agents unconscious, and moving warriors out of the way to keep them from getting pruned. Noah was using his suit's increased strength capabilities to run around and tear through the agents. All while this was going on, What If blasted Superfluffy onto his back and created an energy sword. What If walked up to Superfluffy and made a move to decapitate him. Superfluffy blocked the blow with an energy shield before opening portals below himself, the Warriors, and Malkin's followers. The unlikely alliance found themselves tumbling through a colorful vortex before the portal opened up and spit them out.
Earth-77, Mojave Desert, 2281
A portal opened up in the middle of the desert and threw the team into the sandy dunes below.
"What just happened?" Chris asked as he sat up.
"What If betrayed us," Superfluffy said as he stood up and brushed the sand off of his shoulders.
"What is with you people and weird names?" Emily asked.
"Yeah," Alice said, "You've got some explaining to do."
"Alright," Superfluffy said, "I would love to do that, but not here. We don't want any radscorps or deathclaws getting a hold of us."
"Radscorps?" Eli asked.
"Massive irradiated scorpions." Superfluffy explained, "Follow me."
"What about Malkin over here?" Garret said as he pointed over to Mother Malkin, who was brushing the sand off of her coat.
"Oh you don't have to worry about me," Malkin said, "At the moment it seems that our goals are intertwined-"
"That's what you said before you tried to smash all of our earths together." Kyle said.
"Oh please," Malkin said, "my goal isn't as big and cosmic as that. No, I simply want revenge on What If Universe and the TVA. I thought I was going to have to kill Superfluffy but it seems that you two aren't as tight as I thought."
"Look as much as I would love to explain how all of this works, we really don't have time for this right now-" Suddenly the grinding sound of TARDIS engines filled the air. The group turned around and saw the blue police box standing in the middle of the sandy wasteland. The doors opened and out stepped the Doctor.
"What are you people doing!?" He asked as he stepped out. "The whole timeline is chaos!"
"Nice to see you Doctor," Malkin said, "It's been a while."
"What is she doing here?" The Doctor asked.
"It's a long story," Superfluffy said, "Listen, Doctor, you don't know me but we desperately need you to take us where we cannot be found." The Doctor looked over at Malkin, "Does she have to come?" Superfluffy turned and looked at Malkin.
"Yes," Superfluffy said, "we'll need her."
The TARDIS, Location Unknown
The group sat in the TARDIS as the Doctor meddled with the controls, "We are now in the Time Vortex, no one will be able to track us down until we land. Now, I think its time I get an explanation."
"Why don't you explain it." Emily said to Superfluffy.
"Alright," Superfluffy began, "For starters I think I should explain who I am. My name is Superfluffy1022, and I am your creator."
