Guest - Oh, Eclipso will be here soon enough. Just with a few added elements, but Shade's been replaced.
10 YEARS AGO:
Clea giggled as she placed on a shirt whilst looking out the window of the Sanctum Sanctorum before she turned and giggled at Steven Strange who groaned as he got up.
"Sorry, but this has officially became my new favorite shirt." Clea told Strange as he got out of the bed and walked over to her.
"Well, in that case, I'm gonna need it back." Strange told her as he walked over and stood face to face with her.
"I'd like to see you try." Clea dared him as she leaned in for a kiss...just as they were interrupted by Bats.
"Oh, sorry, did I come in at a bad time?" Bats asked them.
"Uh, yeah, you kinda did." Strange confirmed to the dog who slowly backed away and went through the wall. "I sometimes regret giving him the ability to speak."
"Yeah. You should've figured a dead dog would have a lot to say to you." Clea said as she leaned in and pecked his lips. "I'm so happy you freed me from the Dark Dimension."
"I'm happy I was able to do it without tearing the fabric of reality to shreds." Steven chuckled as he walked around the room and picked up some clothes to throw on.
"You still going to meet with the Avengers tonight?" Clea asked as she sat down on the bed.
"Yeah, Stark won't let me live it down if I don't go again." Steven sighed. "But I'll be back before it gets too late."
"Oh, you better." Clea said as she walked up and leaned against him.
PRESENT DAY:
In the Dugan/Whitmore household, Courtney began to wake up and heard laughter coming from the dining room of her home.
Walking into the room herself, she was greeted with Kendall using her powers to float ingredients in the air before using fire to scorch them and create a stack of pancakes, followed by severely scrambled eggs.
"God, that's so cool." Mike commented as Kendall lowered both stacks down onto to the plate in the table.
"I've been practicing a little bit." Kendall admits.
"Morning, Courtney." Barbra greeted her daughter as they passed each other.
"What's all of this?" Courtney asked.
"Kendall made breakfast." Pat explained to her.
"She seems to know what she's doing with those powers." Barbra said as she walked back over and sat down.
"Thanks. But I can only do this for a small amount of time. I can't really do things like my mom." Kendall explained to her. "You know, cause blizzards, storms, can't do anything like that. I mean, I did accidentally flood my bedroom once with snow, but we blamed that on a broken air conditioner. I would sometimes entertain the little kids from the home I grew up in."
"So you fixed the tale." Courtney noticed as she looked to Pat.
"Not me." Pat confessed as he looked to Kendall.
"Well, it was sorta my fault it was destroyed in the first place." Kendall said as she sat to the left side of the table, leaving a spot for Courtney.
"So, what's the plan for today?" Courtney asked the group.
"Well, I'm gonna go over some techniques with Kendall at the garage that helped her mother control her powers. If not, I already told her she can head over to the X-Mansion down in New York. I'll call Wanda, she's been acting as the head mistress of the school. Considering the other options would be her brother and Daisy is working on teaching the students how to use their powers.
"Great, I'll come with you." Courtney offered.
"Nope, you've got school." Barbra reminded her.
"Summer school." Mike mocked.
"I...I don't remember what happened." Avery Ho said to Dr. Meena Dhawan as they were running a few more tests after she's finally woken up.
"You were struck by lightning three months ago, have been in the ICU under my care since then and I've been keeping you alive. I don't understand what's so complicated." Meena said as she finished drawing the blood she needs. "How are you feeling today?"
"I feel fine. Just like yesterday." Avery scoffed, feeling like these tests are unnecessary. "My fingers are a little fuzzy, but I'm great. Honestly, I've never felt better."
"And that's what's weird." Meena tells her. "From what we were told, you were hit by a freak lightning bolt. It was...purple."
"A purple lightning bolt?" Avery asked. "How could that happen?"
BATTLEWORLD:
Barry Allen of Earth-S was currently watching as the light of the death of the multiverse was just about to reach him and suddenly as if on impulse began to phase and the wave of light passed over him.
He looked all around and saw that they lost. And he was the only one left to save them all. He looked down and his injuries finally healed themselves and he was ready to run again.
"Okay...you just gotta go fast. Faster than the speed of light, Barry. I know what Kyle said about breaking this rule, but you've gotta do it and you've got to do it, now!" Barry tried to encouraging himself as he took off and began to run and tried to fix everything.
Once he fixed and saved everything, Barry was pushing himself harder than he ever has built up all the energy he could possibly muster and ran through the rebuilding world.
Barry watched as he ran past his teammates as they all began to reform from the destruction and their looks of determination as he finally reached up to Madame Web and sent an entire bolt of electrical energy into Madame Web, into the relics, and then several of the bolts were sent throughout the cracks.
The relics all explode and are sent through their own breaches and vanish, unknowing that every single one of the relics are sent back to fix their realities also had a bolt of lightning trialing them. Ready to strike on any minute.
EARTH-2, BLUE VALLEY (THREE MONTHS AGO):
Avery was just walking down the street on her way home when the lightning bolt came down and struck her, sending Avery flying and rendered into a coma.
PRESENT DAY:
"Not entirely sure." Meena confessed. "But on the brighter side. Your parents should be here soon. They were apparently out of town and couldn't make any phone calls with no signal. I don't know what that's about."
"My folks travel a lot. Finally allowed me to stay behind instead of dragging me halfway around the world for school." Avery sighed.
"Well, the good news is, you are showing us no signs to be concerned about." Meena said happily as she reached to place the beaker of her blood down but missed as the tables wheel moved and the sample began to fall.
Just then, Avery looked and watched it fall when it suddenly began to fall and she quickly got up.
And when I say quickly, I mean about somewhere around three hundred MPH and Mach 1.
She quickly caught the beaker and the second she did, she didn't realize how fast she was going until she somehow made it outside.
When she was outside, she was trying to stop when she ran down the alleyway and finally got herself to stop when she ran into an ambulance and left a gigantic impact on the side, it being pushed in to the point you could see where she slammed into.
Avery then looked down and held onto her hand as it began to phase uncontrollably.
"What...what's going on?!" Avery asked as she couldn't control herself.
Taking one small step forward, she was sent flying across the lot and slamming into another ambulance and shattered the front window.
Avery crawled off the hood and was able to at least back away slowly. Looking down at her hands, she noticed that they were being surrounded by purple bolts of lightning.
Seeing she's finally getting a handle of what's happening and sees she has a long patch of alley to run down, she decided to test this out and started to run down the alley.
After she takes a few steps, Avery began to pick up speed and raced down the alley until finally running into the back of the back of the laundry mat where the team get their suits fixed.
She dug herself out of the clothes and couldn't believe what she's done.
"Am...I a superhero?" Avery started to wonder, thinking she gained these powers longer than she really has.
She then saw a paper fly in her face due to her wind she conducted on the way and saw it was about the JSA and Avengers. Who might be a part of it and she noticed it talked about a speedster on their team.
Could that be her?
In the very same hospital, MJ was visiting Rahne and felt a gust of wind pass.
Jumping, MJ looked back and was wondering what that was. "What was that?"
Rahne then began to groan and waking up. "What's happening?"
"Hey, you were shot." MJ warned her as she got up and approached Rahne.
"I was?" Rahne asked as she looked over herself and was feeling for where she was shot but couldn't find anything. "You sure?"
MJ was just as confused as she was and looked to see there wasn't even a sign of injury on her. "Oh, my god. How is that possible?"
In the garage, Kendall was conjuring up a storm in the middle of the room.
"You've got a handle on this." Pat commented when Kendall's hands began to shake and she suddenly fell to her knees and the storm exploded and sent the water falling in a giant splash at once. "Until you don't."
"It's almost like I was given a limit on how long I'm allowed to control it." Kendall said as she got back on her feet. "I don't know why. Fire, storm, water, snow, tornados, anything. Three minutes later, I can't control it."
"Well, I don't see how that's possible." Pat said as he thought back to the days with the X-Men. "Storm was able to do it for as long as she wanted to. Anything she wished to happen."
"What do you think might cause it?" Pat asked.
"I don't know, but...when I was younger I was an early mutant." Kendall admitted. "When I was a kid, I was about ten years old before I officially gained my powers. Over that time, my parents taught me to control my powers. Promised me my powers would grow with proper training."
Just then, their training session was interrupted by a portal opening and seeing it was Joey dragging in the shooter, followed by Bobbie carrying in her other half and placing her down.
"Uh...what's going on?" Pat asked as he and Kendall approached them.
Joey was currently using his powers to create the Crimson Circle of Cyttorak. It's used as a spell that called upon the powers of Cyttorak and the Crimson Cosmos that conjures an enclosure around an opponent.
"Found her last night, long story." Bobbie explained before he saw Kendall. "Oh, hey, who are you?"
"I'm...Kendall Logan." Kendall introduced himself as she was more focused on the magician. "Daughter of Wolverine and Storm."
"Oh. That's cool." Bobbie said.
Peter made his way back home when he noticed Phoebe was sitting on the steps on the house just next door to him reading a book quietly.
"Phoebe?" Peter asked in shock as he walked over to the fence.
"Oh, hey there again, stranger." Phoebe greeted happily as she walked over to the fence and Peter stood across from her with just the fence separating the two of them. "Looks like we're neighbors. What are the odds of that?"
"Well, considering the town is small, with a population of only 310, and not many of them leave, It's 310/1." Peter joked, causing Phoebe to chuckle at that. "So, we never really had a chance to talk. Where'd you move from?"
"Oh, we moved from San Francisco." Phoebe answered as she held her book against her chest and Peter saw it was called: Evolving Ourselves. "Yeah, our dad thought that it would be nice for us to get out city and somewhere where we can breathe without doing it with smog entering our lungs."
"I see that. My uncle moved us out here just to get away from the crowded areas." Peter agreed with her when he noticed someone looking exactly like her was coming down the street...and out of her house. "Uh..."
Phoebe noticed Peter was confused and almost like she felt her sisters approach and nodded before looking to Peter. "Told ya. We look alike."
"Yeah. You're gonna need to wear a bracelet or something so I don't confuse you guys." Peter stated as he kept looking at all of them.
"The one coming out of the house is Celeste. The one coming from the street is Irma." Phoebe introduces. Sorta.
Yeah, Phoebe was right. It's impossible to tell them apart.
"Hey, Pete!" Someone called, causing them to look and see that it was Teresa with a wide grin on her face.
Speaking of impossibility, Joey and Bobbie were able to conjure up the special spell that'll hold their new friend. But for safe keeping, they removed every gadget and weapon she was carrying. And boy did she have a lot.
From guns, knives, all shapes, and sizes. One has to wonder where she keeps all of them.
Don't ask them. They will never answer.
She began to wake up with a groan and felt around herself for any weapons and saw she had nothing on her and looked up to see she was in some sort of garage, considering to giant door behind her, the upstairs balcony where Joey, Bobbie, Kendall, and Pat were talking about what's happened last night from both ends.
It's been a very productive night for the two parties.
She then got up and reached out when she touched an invisible wall that was stopping her from escaping.
"So...she shot this girl at your school and you decided to bring her here?" Pat asked the kids.
"I think there's more to it than that." Joey explained. "I mean, the Eye of Agamotto showed something shredded that AIM Agent to pieces. And there was only her, and an injured woman in the area."
Pat rolled his eyes before rubbing his head. "What's her name?"
"She's...we never really talked. I mean, she's unconscious." Joey defended as they looked and noticed she was awake and looking for a way out.
"Well...She's awake now, let's get some answers." Bobbie guessed.
Cindy and Yolanda wandered the cafeteria of the school and noticed Cindy was sitting by herself.
"Hey, guys, over here." Cindy called out the two of them who walked over and joined her.
As they sat down, they noticed that Stan was back and was mopping the cafeteria floors. When he looked up and saw they were looking, he raised a finger to his lips in a shushing gesture.
"Hard to believe that guys one of the most powerful beings in the universe." Yolanda told Courtney.
"And he's sweeping our floors." Courtney added on.
"What are you guys talking about?" Cindy asked them, never told about the fact their new janitor was a mystical being from an alternate dimension existing outside of both space and time.
"Long story." Yolanda sighed.
"So, I don't know if you were never told, but your dad's dead." Scott said as best he could as Hope was placing an old timey radio down and setting it up. "He was murdered by the JSA and Dark Avengers."
Hope didn't seem to pay attention to what he said and was busy mixing the dials on the radio.
"So...do whatever you want, but I can't tell you anything, because I can't do anything about it." Scott just kept talking while Hope was using her computer. "Okay, can you say something? Your dead silence is killing me."
"I've been searching for information for years. And when I was thirteen, my mother told me how my father died. Killed with his friends trying to stop the villians." She then turned and faced Scott. "And then, just a few weeks ago, I got a message from him. It was cryptic, and hard to make out, but it was a message for me. It was from my father. He was trying to relay on a location for me to find him. But the signal was cut before he could say where he was. But he's somewhere inside of AIM."
Scott was listening to everything that this crazy woman was saying and didn't know whether she was telling the truth or not. "Okay...what do you need from me?"
"Just this." Hope said as she walked over to him with a knife, scaring Scott for what she's going to do as she brought it down to his belt and broke it open, taking the regulator out of it. "This is going to help me narrow down where my dad is."
"Wait, you kidnapped me for that?" Scott asked her in annoyance.
"Would you have allowed me to take it?" Hope asked him with a raised brow.
Scott thinks and sees she's right. "Okay, fair point."
Peter was back in the therapy office thinking back to the most recent fight he had against Artemis.
"So...you wanna be the first to talk, or should I?" Andrew asked Peter who just stared off into the abyss. "Come on, Peter, we have to talk about it. You attacked a student."
"All I did was push her; she'll walk it off." Peter whispered.
"Okay, and what about the next time this happens?" Andrew asked him. "Today, you tossed a student who could take it. What if you confuse someone for someone else again? Like your friends. Or your family."
"I'm trying." Peter promised. "I don't know what else I can do. I'm doing the exercises; I'm clearing my mind by throwing in the Ghostbusters. But...I've come to a decision I think will help."
"And what's that?" Andrew asked him.
"I wanna quit being Spider-Man." Peter stated, surprising Andrew. "At least until I can trust my own mind."
Barbra was back at work, working at her computer when she gets a knock and someone entered her office, looking awfully like a familiar face she recognized.
"Hi, you Barbra Whitmore?"
"Yes, that would be me." Barbra confirmed. "Who are you?"
"Oh, I was passing by and was searching for my brother, told you knew him." He said happily.
"Who is your brother?" Barbra asked.
"My name's Charles Barton. I'm looking for a Clinton Barton."
The mystery attacker woman began to look around her indestructible bubble that was her prison cell and saw she was surrounded by three kids and the adult left after getting a call.
"So...who are you?" Bobbie was the first to ask.
"Whoever you are, you have to let me out." She demanded them.
"Lady, you have no right to tell us what to do." Joey informed her. "We saw what you did to that AIM Agent. Now trust us, we're no fans of the agency, but even they don't deserve that. Neither does that innocent girl."
"You think I did that?" She asked in shock. "I was hunting the creature that did that before I was hit in the head. I've been searching the world for a monster leaving a trail of bodies wherever it goes."
"A monster?" Kendall asked. "Is that a normal occurrence here?"
"What type of monster?" Joey asked her.
"A werewolf." She answered.
At the hospital, MJ and Rahne were wandering around the hospital when they reached the outside and talking when they reached the garden outside the building.
"You sure you should be walking around?" MJ asked.
"The doctors said I'm fine." Rahne stated. "A few days of observation, but that's normal."
MJ smiles at her and the two continued to take a stroll before heading back to her room, causing Rahne to scratch her arm not noticing that there was hair growing on it.
"Why are you hunting down Rahne then?" Joey asked. "She's not a werewolf."
"She is. I watched her tear through that AIM agent like it was nothing. And if you don't let me out, she'll kill again. And this time, it might not be someone who deserves it." She demanded them.
"Wait, can we back up?" Bobbie asked. "Who exactly are you?"
"My names Fallon Grey. I'm the daughter of blade." She introduced herself, shocking the team.
"Wait, who's Blade?" Bobbie suddenly asked.
Team learn she's telling the truth and Rahne kills another AIM Agent
MJ was making her way out of the hospital after visiting hours are over when she heard glass shattering, followed by a growling nearby. She then began to wonder what that was and immediately bursts into flames, allowing her Starfire suit to form around her as she raced off and saw the room three stories high have been broken. But she then noticed it was not just a random room, but one particular room.
Rhane's room.
Looking down, she noticed there are tracks in the dirt that look like animal tracks and quickly began to follow them.
Pat walked down the street where he saw the man who Barbra talked to and instantly took recognition of the man.
Someone who should be long dead. He walked into the café and saw nonother than Charles Barton. Trickshot.
He walked over and linked shoulders with Charles by accident. "Oh, sorry about that." He then looked and pretended he didn't recognize him. "Hey, I know you from somewhere, don't I?"
"I wouldn't think so." Charles said.
"Are you sure?" Pat asked. "Because I feel like that face is familiar."
"Ah, you must be referring to my brother." Charles guessed. "I'm Charles Barton."
"Barton? Like Clint Barton?" Pat asked.
"He's my baby brother, you now him?" Charles asked.
"Well, we meet from time-to-time, our kids are friends." Pat explained as he took a seat with him. "But he never mentioned having a brother before."
"I'm not surprised, we don't have the best relationship." Charles said.
Pat nodded when he suddenly looked outside and saw someone running away and shooting at something, followed by...a wolf and a woman on fire flying past.
Honestly, how no one noticed that was a miracle on its own.
Pat then saw he needed to check it out and left Charles. "Sorry, I noticed I double parked, but we should chat again some other time."
"I'd like that." Charles said happily as Pat made his way out.
MJ goes searching and finds out another person was attacked, and then he looked to see Rahne curled up and afraid in the corner.
"Oh god...it happened again." Rahne whispered as she held onto a old garbage bag to cover herself up. "Help me..."
MJ just couldn't believe what she was seeing, but knew that she needed to get Rahne out of here, now.
"Hang on, I know what to do." MJ promised, hoping that they weren't doing anything important.
In the Barton household, the two siblings and Cindy sat on the couch while they were currently watching Robocop (Classic, obviously).
"You know you can change your mind whenever you feel like it. Right?" Teresa informed Peter as he looked to the corner where his suit was currently sitting in his bag.
"Yeah, I know. But I don't plan on picking it up anytime soon." Peter promised them.
Cindy and Teresa looked to one another in sadness and knew that he's being really torn apart by this situation with his dad's death.
"Well, it's your decision in the end." Cindy guessed as they watched the movie continue on.
"You call this a glitch?!"
Just then, their phones went off and all saw they got a text from MJ...and she's in trouble.
20 YEARS LATER...
The entire world is a wasteland.
Nothing is left standing, except for the strongest of survivors.
Except that most of the strongest just happen to be the worst people in the world.
In the distance of the apocalyptical wasteland that was once New York City, a T-Rex with an alternate Earth's Symbiote attached to it roared out before marching off into the distance.
Meanwhile, off in the distance, there are a group of survivors sleeping in the middle of a cave with a campsite set up.
"Come on, man. Time to wake up." One of the elders tell the kids of the apocalypse in a cherry mood.
"What? The sky isn't even bright out yet." The young blonde mutant who goes by Songbird told the elder. "What's gotten you in such a chipper mood in the apocalypse?"
The man turned around to reveal someone who looks an awful lot like Pat. "It's finally time we set things right."
"You've been saying that for years, Mike." Melissa rolled her eyes as she got up and grabbed her outfit. "What makes today so special?"
Mike Dugan turned from the face of the cave with a wide smile revealing his elder self to the group of survivors. "He's on his way."
Eiza Gonzalez as Fallon Grey
Matt Dillon as Charles Barton / Trickshot
