Peter led Sue and her daughter up to his spare bedroom and let her get set up.

"Okay, I know it's not much, but beside from your brother when he has a hangover, or when our friends need a place for the night, not many people stay the night here." Peter said to Sue, and she saw he has already set up the room for her as the bed had fresh sheets, the room was swept and cleaned.

"I'm sorry you had to go through the trouble." Sue apologized for him being stuck with her as she placed Valeria down on the bed to sleep.

"Don't worry, it's nothing. Besides, I needed to clean these things out anyway. You just finally got me motivated to get it done." Peter promises her with a chuckle, causing Sue to giggle.

"Wow...I can't remember the last time I laughed." Sue whispered to herself and blushed.

"Well, I'm told I'm a funny guy, so you better get used to laughing again." Peter said jokingly as Johnny came past.

"Pete, nobody says that." Johnny informed Peter as he walked past.

"Hey, I'm at least better than you, guy who flirts with everyone." Peter scolded the doorway.

Sue rolled her eyes and saw the two of them really do have a sort of friend/brothers relationship.

Peter then turned back to Sue and sighed. "Your brother drives me crazy."

"Yeah, try growing up down the hall from him." Sue dared him with a chuckle.

Peter then began to back away from the door and clapped his hands quietly. "So, yeah, everything's set up, feel free to get yourself set up. Take a rest if you want, me and Johnny can watch over Franklin if needed."

"Thank you." Sue said and Peter left her alone in the room.

Sighing, she sat down and saw her phone just went off and saw it was Ben. Quickly answering it, she placed it to her ear and whispered to allow Valeria to sleep.

"Hey, Ben. You getting set up at Johnny's?" Sue asked.

"Yeah, your brother doesn't exactly keep the cleanest of places." Ben answered in the phone. "How's it going at this Peter's place?"

"Honestly? Not what I was expecting." Sue admitted. "He's a nice guy. Sweet. Johnny was telling the truth. Shocker."

"Well, get yourself set up, I'll stop by in a little bit." Ben promises and hangs up.

Sue smiled and was happy she has so many good friends before cuddling her daughter close and went to sleep.

A little while later, Sue wakes up to hear the unmistakable laughing from her son downstairs and also noticed her daughter was missing.

Jumping up in fear, she quickly looked and saw she was missing and ran downstairs and saw what almost looked like a gathering in the living room as it was full of people.

She then also noticed that the only elder in the room was holding her daughter and she recognized her from the photos around the house as Peter's Aunt, May Parker.

"Hey, sis. You're finally up." Johnny said as he and Franklin were currently playing video games with two other men as Peter was placing food down on the coffee table.

"Okay, help yourselves guys." Peter tells everyone when he noticed Susan was awake. "Oh, hey, Sue. Wanna join us?"

"Uh, sure." Sue guessed as she walked down the stairs and walked sheepishly towards them.

"Guys, this is Susan, Johnny's sister." Peter introduced her to everyone who looked to see her join them. "Sue, these are our friends. Guys, mind introducing yourselves?"

"Hi. I'm Ronnie Raymond." Ronnie introduced himself to her.

"Cisco." Cisco introduced, but he was a bit focused on the fact he's getting beaten by a six year old on Mario Cart.

"Caitlin Snow." Caitlin introduced as she was sitting on the couch next to Ronnie and offered a smile to her.

"May Parker. Peter's aunt." May introduced herself as she walked over to Sue and handed her Valeria. "Sorry, Peter thought you could use the rest, sad thing is he doesn't know how to change diapers."

"Well, it's not like I get a lot of practice." Peter defended. "Not until one of these doofus' forget how to use a toilet."

"Hey!" Cisco/Ronnie/Johnny all cry, startling Valeria in the process.

"Shh!" Caitlin told them all off. "Don't startle the baby."

Before anyone could respond or reply to either Caitlin or Peter, there was a knock at the door.

"Oh, that must be Ben." Johnny guessed. "The guy forgot you never gave him the address to this place."

"Who is this Ben?" Ronnie asked.

"He used to be friends with Reed back in college, but then they sorta drifted apart until after the fact. When they got back in touch, let's say he wasn't a fan on how he treated me. If it weren't for him and Jennifer, I'd probably still be there." Sue confessed. "Be warned, he looks threatening, but he's a sweetie."

"Come on, how threatening can a guy that goes to school with another scientist every?" Cisco asked when he looked and saw the big man walk up to them with a smile. "Oh my god, that's more muscle than man!"

Ben Grimm laughed at his startle and held a hand out. That hand looking like the fingers themselves are made of muscles. "Hey, names Ben Grimm."

"The guy looks like you if you actually hit the gym." Ronnie whispered to Peter who was offended but couldn't admit he was wrong.

"The guy looks like my high school bully in New York if he lived in the gym." Peter retaliated, looking at this man's gigantic muscles.

"Are these real?" Cisco asked.

"Hundred percent." Ben promised. "Oh, hey, Sue, wanted to warn ya. Jennie said she needed to go over some things with your new location and was on her way from New York last night. Should be here in a few hours."

Ronnie then reached and pinched Ben's forearm and was shocked at how strong it was. "Oh my god..." Caitlin then smacked her fiancé's shoulder in annoyance. "Ow!"

"Next time, it'll be harder." Caitlin promised him.

"Glad I am not married." Peter said to himself before poking the man's back, shock at how muscular he was. "These can't be real."

"Okay, can we all leave the hulking muscular man alone?" Sue asked of them.

"Right, sorry." Peter apologized and left him alone. Just then, his phone went off and he looked to see it was Yuri. "Uh, I gotta take this. Be right back." He then walked outside and left them alone.

"What was that about?" Sue asked.

"He does that a lot." Cisco commented. "Game night, movie night, when we're out for a drink. He always needs to take the call from whoever. There's been a lot of theories on who he's talking to."

"And it turns out he can't get drunk." Johnny commented, knowing exactly who he's talking to.

"Really?" Sue asked.

"Yeah, some strange metabolism." Caitlin guesses.

"Yuri, what's up?" Peter asked as he picked up the phone and closed the door.

Yuriko Watanabe, Detective at the CCPD, is Peter's inside ear at the police department over the years.

The funny thing is the two actually met years ago. Back when she was just a rookie cop in New York and Peter had just taken care of his uncle's killer. Over the years, she was transferred to Central City, and became a detective.

"Just wanted to thank you for taking care of the Mardon brothers." Yuri said as she was at the crime scene back at the bank.

"All in a day's work for...Spider-Cop!"

"Wait, what? No! You promised you wouldn't do that again." Yuri stated.

"The police detective ever understood Spider-Cop. Thought he was a loose cannon."

"I regret everything." Yuri sighed before hanging up and turning to see her partner Detective Joe West.

"Second robbery this week." Joe sighed to her. "I'm just glad that Spider-Man was able to stop them before they got away."

"Yeah." Yuri sighed before she put her phone away.

"Everything all right?" Joe asked her.

"Yeah, just dealing with an distant...very distant relative that likes to push my buttons." Yuri explained when Captain Singh approached.

"What have we got?" Singh asked.

"The perps shot out the bank, took the cameras down, and killed the security guard. Spider-Man gave them a chase, and in the end caught them before they could escape." Joe recapped and gestured to the two who were currently in a police car.

Back at the Parker (now also Storm) household, Peter showed Franklin his new room after everyone else left as they needed to make sure everything was ready for tonight.

"And we can decorate it anyway you like if you and your mother plan on staying long term." Peter promised and saw him looking down at the ground as he sat on the bed. "You doing okay, Buddy?"

"No..." Franklin admitted as Peter walked next to him.

"Mind if I sit here?" Peter asked and Franklin nodded, and Peter took a sit down. "I know how you're feeling. I know what it's like to be somewhere you don't know anyone. Be in a new environment."

"Really?" Franklin asked.

"Yeah, when I was your age...my patients passed away." Peter informed the kid who was surprised to hear that. "I went to live in with my uncle...and then when I was older, he also passed. I then moved here to live here with my aunt, the nice lady who you met earlier. I didn't know anyone here. I was afraid I'd never make friends here."

"What happened?" Franklin asked as Sue was passing and froze when she heard the two talking.

"I met your uncle, and he was...crazy to say the least. He was a good friend, made me feel like I belonged here." Peter said as he ruffled the kids hair. "I'll do the same for you and your Mom. You guys'll be safe here. I'll make sure you guys are welcome."

"Thank you, Mr. Peter." Franklin said as he leaned, and kinds snuggled with him.

Peter was definitely not expecting this to happen considering they all met just a few hours ago. But he wasn't gonna push the kid away when he obviously needed comforting. Placing a hand on his shoulder, Peter rubbed his hand up and down his arm.

"You can call me Peter, kid." Peter whispered to him.

They stayed like that when Sue walked in and saw them. "You know he fell asleep."

Peter then looked down and was shocked to see he actually did. "Huh. Didn't notice."

"He's not usually able to sleep in new environments like this before." Sue commented.

"Maybe he knows he's safe here." Peter guesses.

Sue then watched as Peter moved slowly and allowed Franklin to rest on the bed and the two adults exited the room.

"I heard what you said earlier...thanks. For everything." Sue thanked and Peter closed the door enough that he can leave when he wakes up.

"Don't mention it." Peter said happily when they heard a knock at the door.

"That might be Jennifer." Sue guessed.

"Well, you two can talk, I'm gonna make something for the four of us, she's welcomed to join for dinner if she's interested." Peter offered and walked down the stairs.

"I thought you had the Particle Accelerator tonight." Sue reminded him.

"Yeah. But it's gonna be a late turn on." Peter was saying when he froze at what he just said. "You know what I mean."

Sue laughed as he went towards the kitchen, and she headed to the door and opened it to see that it was indeed Jennifer Walters.

"Jennie. Great to see you." Sue said happily and hugged her friend.

"Oh, Sue. It's good to see you're safe." Jennifer said as she returned the hug.

"Well, come in. You planning on staying long?" Sue asked as she leaded her inside.

"As long as it takes to get Reed off your back and hopefully behind bars in the end." Jennifer stated as she looked around the household. "So, Ben mentioned you're staying with a friend of Johnny's?"

"Yeah, his names Peter. He's in the kitchen making dinner for me and the kids." Sue said and gestured across the house where the kitchen was, which was the next doorway near the living room.

"Really? He a nice guy?" Jennifer asked.

"Yeah, Johnny wasn't lying about how good he is." Sue promised her.

Peter then walked out and over to them while wiping his hands off with a towel after cleaning them. "Okay, so I've got everything I need for spaghetti. If you want, I can throw in a few veggies for the kids." He then looked over to Jennifer. "Oh, hey, I'm Peter." He held his hand out for her to take.

"Jennifer." Jennifer greeted and shook his hand. "I'm a lawyer."

Peter looked confused as to why she just mentioned that. "Oh, well, I'm a scientist over at Mercury Labs."

"That's her way of warning you if you do anything to me, she'll take you down." Sue explained to him.

"Oh, well don't worry. If I do something she doesn't like, she can beat me up." Peter promises her when they heard the front door open. "I'm not as strong as I look."

"And he doesn't look that strong to begin with." Johnny said as he came up and shook Peter around before walking into the kitchen.

"Thanks, Johnny." Peter said sarcastically.

Sue laughed at their interaction before rolling her eyes at the childish behavior.
