I have been on fanfiction.net now for sevensomething years, although I started writing fanfiction before I even knew the term existed. I think it's unfair for people to judge fanfiction as a less creative medium just because it draws on already established storyworlds. This just makes it harder to write something that is good, original, canon and IC.

I appreciate alot of different fandoms (for examples see the stories below); it's best if I write on what appeals to me. Usually the writing happens when I think something should happen in a story and doesn't; or if I see something in a story that not many others can see. It also helps if I become extremely attached to particular storyworlds or characters.

I have written the most stories about Harry Potter. Patient Potions Master was my first attempt at this when I felt that after OotP Harry's grief about Sirius' death wasn't dealt with as much as I would have liked.

Without You, I'm Nothing and those stories that relate to it: The Last Time and Sleeping with Ghosts have all been very much a labour of love for me. I am currently toying with the idea of writing a sequel so there maybe something new to read soon if you enjoyed those stories!

As I've said before I like anything well-written, canon, and IC. Slash is all very well when it comes to Remus/Sirius but I've never been able to buy Harry/Draco. I don't really like anything graphic unless, like the story, it is well-done and relevant.

No Coward Soul is Mine is an ongoing project, set during the First War and told from both Lily's and Snape's perspective.

I beta, have written in the past, and intend to write again for the Doctor Who fandom. I'm very much into Nu Who and strongly ship 10/Rose...Name me a girl Whovian who doesn't?
