So basically, you take the characters from SAO, and that's all good. And then you take the idea of SAO, and that's all good. And then you take the plotline of SAO, and you throw that out the window. Literally just a new story with SAO's characters, concepts, and mostly their character relationships. (I'm not sure if I need to say this, but I don't own this at all).
