Main OC: Julio Shinku

Age: 17/Eternal Youth

DB/Nep appearance: Has spiky black hair similar to Goku's and stands at about 5'7 with a light build. He has red crimson eyes and pale skin and most commonly wears a red hoodie with Planeptune's symbol on its right sleeve over a black shirt. Wears jeans and red and black sneakers and has a wristwatch on his right wrist and wears his tail around his waist like a belt. Has a long brutal-looking scar on his left cheek though how he has gotten it has yet to be revealed. He has a synthetic arm with glowing red veins along with several scars along his body from his battles.

Personality: Friendly and outgoing and takes a lot to genuinely make him angry much like Neptune though he is not as random. He can be oblivious at times and very observant at times but mostly goes with the former. He like many other Saiyans has a strong desire to fight but whether he'd let his opponents power-up or not is still in the air. Very protective of his friends especially his girlfriends Compa, Kila, and Neptune. Has grown to be more serious and less oblivious when the situation calls for it.

Abilities: Basic ki control, flight and able to sense energy. Has displayed quick mastery over techniques as shown by his quickness in controlling and using ki. Commonly uses the Kamehameha and Kaioken as his main techniques but has shown to be able to use the Big Bang Attack and Galick Gun and has stated to be able to use the Spirit Ball, Destructo, Disk, and Tri-Beam. His most unique power is his ability to use share energy but has yet to use it more than once. Julio has displayed to use skills and elemental attacks when not using his ki abilities. Uses two swords called Denki and Crimson Nova. Hr can transform into an Oozaru during the full moon but has done so once. Has the ability to manipulate shadows as a means to attack and defend. Can even reinforce his body with them. has been stated to possess soul-killing abilities but he has yet to use them. He has obtained Super Saiyan which he can freely transform into without having to enrage himself.

Weaknesses: He himself has stated he has a ways to go before he can fight as well as Takko and his other friends. He can occasionally push himself too far and uses his energy too quickly as shown in his fights with Noire, Jason, and the Killachine though this is less of a problem. Share Energy takes time to recharge and he can run out quickly if he's not careful. Shadow powers cause him pain to use if used far too long and have been stated to be capable of corrupting him. He has yet to truly master Super Saiyan and as such could drain his energy quickly. If someone he's cared for is hurt he will become enraged and clouds his judgment at times.

Ygo/Nep appearance: Like his counterpart, he has spiky black hair similar to Goku's but his hair is much shorter and not as wild. His eyes are brown but at times looked red. He was shorter than his counterpart standing at 5'2 and a bit scrawny. He wears a black hoodie over a red t-shirt, blue jeans, and white sneakers and wears a red D-Tablet on his right arm. He also has a scar but his is smaller and over his right eyebrow and covered by a descending spike. When on his D-Wheel he wears a red helmet.

Personality: He like his counterpart is friendly and outgoing and random at times as well but unlike his counterpart, he does not have fourth wall awareness. He is also quick to anger like being called short or if somebody insults his friends. He is also more oblivious than his counterpart seemingly unaware of Kila's feelings for him. When dueling however he's much more serious and levelheaded capable of keeping a cool head and formulating plans quickly. However when he duels another wielder of a dimensional dragon he is even quicker to anger though he remains capable of formulating plans and strategies though he gains a level of brutality.

Abilities: Can see and speak to duel spirits and as shown by his interactions with the Nep cast can even touch them. Can use Share Energy to bring forth miracles in dire situations but he has no idea how to utilize it as of now. Plus the upper limits of said power are unknown.

Deck: Uses a CPU and Maker deck which primarily focuses on Synchros but is capable of using his ace monster Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon with ease. He uses a variety of traps for defense and is capable of boosting his monster's attack via traps, spells and equip cards.

Deck weaknesses: He is very reliant on his trap cards and monster effects to hold off attacks and as such a duelist capable of sealing them can gain a massive advantage as shown by his not so fond memory of the trap Royal Decree.

Top 10 favorite fictional characters

10. Godzilla: The King of Monsters. One of cinema's most iconic and beloved characters. I don't have anything deep about him. I just find him to be a badass who does cool stuff and I enjoy watching him take down giant monsters or just destroying stuff.

9. Captain America: One of the most iconic and liked characters in Marvel. For good reason too. He's just such a strong moral compass of a character always trying to help others and do the right thing. Sure there have been times where he's been mishandled by the wrong writer but he's constantly shown that despite all that he's a prime example of a good role model and a phenomenal hero.

8. Erza Scarlet: The Queen of Fairies. I really like her love for her friends and the lengths she's willing to go to save them even dying for them. Plus I love her multiple armors and the multiple weapons she uses. It's very entertaining to see what she'll do next with and how she'll fight her opponents. Plus: I won't deny it she is really hot.

7. All Might: One of the greatest characters in his series, All Might is always fun to watch whether he's fighting bad guys, being a father figure to Izuku or just being ridiculous and hilarious. But easily my favorite thing about him is his true belief that a symbol of peace is needed and the lengths he'll go to help others. He's just such a cool character and I hope he manages to make it through the series alive.

6. Asura: The greatest dad in video game history. I enjoyed playing the game immensely and Asura was the best part. Seeing him go on his quest for vengeance fueled by his wrath and eventually succeed by killing f*ing God himself was incredible to see. His love for his daughter and his desire to save her was truly heartwarming and seeing him succeed at the cost of his life was sad but worth it to see.

5. Saber/Artoria Pendragon: A female version of King Arthur was not something I expected when I watched Unlimited Blade Works but I knew at first look that I would grow to love this character. I love watching her fight it feels natural and you can tell how skilled she is and how she's honed that skill even when hindered and unable to use her left arm or weakened by a poor Master(Sorry Shirou). I especially love her sword it's a beautiful weapon and a damn powerful one. Plus she can be freaking adorable.

4. Spider-Man: My favorite comic book character of all time and one of the biggest influences in my life. I grew up watching this guy's shows and movies and I truly believe he's the greatest hero out there. Seeing him move on and push past the death of his uncle and believing in his last words that are ones that everyone should take to heart.

3. Vergil: Not including DmC's Vergil cause he sucks compared to the OG. I love this guy's fighting style and sword. I still, remember getting my ass kicked in DMC 3 and how satisfying it was to beat him and play as him in DMC 4. I find his past saddening and his goal to make sure something like that never happens again is one I understand. DMC 5 has also boosted my opinion of him greatly though I'm disappointed they haven't made him a playable character.

2. Shirou Emiya. I know some either don't like or have mixed feelings about this character but I don't care. I love this guy and his struggle through life, especially in UBW. Having the things you believe in being challenged so often, meeting your future self who tells you these ideals are flawed, and despite all that staying true to these ideals but also learning to accept their flaws and managing to save himself from reaching the hell his future self has gone through. He's such an interesting character and a good person on top of that. It truly annoys me when people say he's boring when he's clearly not.

1. Tie: Goku and Neptune: I truly can't pick between these two. Let's start off with Goku: My favorite character of my favorite anime series. I grew up watching this guy fight to push beyond his limits and save his friends. I found him heroic and someone to strive to be. Though Super may have made him less this character I still can't help but love this guy. There's a reason why my OC looks like him and in my Dragon Ball fic acts like him at times(Though he's way smarter). I truly like this character and that will never change.

Neptune: When I first got into the series I thought it wouldn't be much and I wouldn't enjoy it that much. Boy was I wrong. The moment Neptune began talking and breaking the fourth wall I knew that this would become my favorite video game series ever and she'd be my favorite character. I find her personality endearing and when I need something to pick me up I go watch some of her best moments and I feel better. Though she can be lazy at times she truly comes through when it counts and cares deeply for her friends. I truly can't help but like this character more than any other except for one and even then there are times where I like her more.
