He gets very angry and decides to sneak out of the house under the invisibility cloak to blow off some steam. He meets an oldman named Kramer at the park and they start talking. He tells Kramer about his life after finding out that he's a squib. Kramer tells Harry of a way that he could help him with Voldemort, his death eaters, and the people who betrayed him. During the Summer he learns about the life-style of Kramer and decides to implement it on dark side.
