Author's Notes
Hey guys Chapter 3 is here. I'd like to explain how the UAI works. I like to imagine the Ultimate Alien Initiative a bit like the Limiter Release from the Ultraman 2019 Anime, where he gets crazy strong but for a small period of time 10 minutes (Longer in some cases or for as long as he wants if he was to be granted Master Control) before either reverting back to the Alien's base form or in some cases transform back into Ben, afterwards the Omnitrix will have a cool down before the next transformation, this I believe is a good way to prevent Ben from becoming too reliant on the Ultimates like UAF.

Chapter 2: A Fight With an Eraser

"All I see is some kid who just broke the law..." A voice drawled. Ben turned to see a man standing behind him, he was tall and pale, his eyes sunken into his face, his messy hair gave the impression that he just woke up.

"Wait, a minute you can't be serious?" Ben stammered. He hadn't realised the Universal Translator activated again for no reason at all except plot convenience.

"Oh I am dead serious..." He said, "But I forgot to introduce myself, I am Aizawa Shouta, Hero Name: Eraserhead"

"I don't give a damn about your name... But there is now way I'm going to jail..." Ben said before bolting, he turned his voice to the girl "I'll explain later!"

Ben's feet pounded the pavement as he sprinted in what he assumed was away from Aizawa, the Omnitrix was on recharge due to the use of the Ultimate Alien Initiative. Dammit Azmuth why is this a thing? He continued running until reaching a park, he looked around for any sign of Aizawa, the coast was clear. Ben took a deep breath and sat on a bench.

"I was wondering how far you'd have gotten." A familiar voice drawled, Ben jumped out of his seat.

"Holy shit!" He yelled, it was Aizawa. "How the hell did you get here so fast?"

"Let's forget the little details, you are under arrest, you have violated the law and I have to turn you in." He replied boredly.

"Like I said before. Not happening." Ben said. He noticed the Omnitrix was back online. He slammed the Omnitrix again and in a burst of green light he felt himself grow and get thinner, wings were growing from his back and shrouding him like a cloak, his skin turned black with dark blue patches that resembled ice crystals and created a skull like pattern on his face, his eyes got larger and formed into compound eyes, a collar of pale blue fur grew around his neck and grew down into a vee shape. The Omnitrix had shifted from his arm onto a belt on his waist.

"BIG CHILL!" He rasped, his cloak flying open to reveal a pair of moth like wings.

Big Chill

Quirk: Frost Spirit

Big Chill is essentially an icy spirit, able to go intangible, fly, and turn invisible. He is also able to create and store a freezing gas which he can later expel through his mouth, or fire beams of the gas from his hands.

Powers: Intangibility, Space Survivability, Tolerance to Extreme Temperatures, Cryokinesis, Ice Breath, Large Lung Capacity, Freezing Touch, Prehensile Feet, Sharp Claws, Enhanced Durability, Enhanced Agility, Gas Immunity, Hypnosis Immunity, Can Ingest Metals, Strong Teeth, Levitation and Flight
Weakenesses: Fire, Energy Based Attacks, Electricity Based Attacks, Opponents that can also go Intangible, Psycholeopterrans (Natural Predator and the only species capable of hypnotising Necrofriggians) , Limit to Intangibility (certain items he can't pass through), Magic, Can only consume Metals, Sensitivity to High Frequencies

"Well things just got interesting" remarked Aizawa. He grabbed an end of his scarf and launched it at Big Chill, Big Chill's body went translucent and the scarf flew right through him. "Damn, didn't realise he could do that!"

"Good shot, now its my turn!" Big Chill rasped before taking a deep breath in and exhaling copious amounts of freezing gas. After the gass cleared, a sheet of ice had covered the entire ground, with Aizawa stuck in the centre of it.

"Impressive" Aizawa muttered, he was impressed by how Ben was able to turn the battle to his favour so quickly.

"You ain't seen nothing yet" Big Chill yelled before slamming the Omnitrix, in burst of green Big Chill was gone and was replaced by a much bulkier figure, his body covered in yellow and silver plating acting as an armour, his head resembled that of a Greek soldiers helmet, his arms ended in metallic hands with pistons on the elbows, more mechanical parts seemed to make up the arm giving the impression that his arms were jackhammers and the Omnitrix was situated on his chest.

"Armodrillo!" He roared, his hands pulled back into his arms and drills came out replacing the hands.

Armadrillo

Quirk: Jackhammer

Armadrillo has a set of jackhammer like arms which he can use to drill into the ground, vault himself into the air, cause earthquakes and send powerful shock waves both through the ground and the air. He has extreme strength and durability able to survive crashing through several walls and can shake off some of the most extreme hits like they were a light massages.

Home Planet: Terraexcava
Powers: Enhanced Durability, Enhanced Strength, Immunity to Gases, Terrakinesis, Drill Hands, Enhanced Digging, Earthquake Generation, Shock Wave Projection, Enhanced Dexterity, Sharp Claws, Arm Extension, Jackhammer Arms, Jackhammer Propulsion.
Weaknesses: Top Heavy, Electricity, Uncontrolled Vibrations, Limit to Durability, Drill can only go through so much, Slammoids (Armodrillo's Natural Predator)

Armodrillo stuck his hands into the icy ground and the pistons on his arms started pumping up and down, increasing in speed, soon the ground started vibrating, slowly intensifying into a concentrated earthquake which didn't affect any of the nearby buildings, but caused the ground in the park to shake violently. Aizawa lost balance and fell down, he managed to pick himself up and study the scene.

"This kids got technique, but what he is doing is reckless as well" he muttered as he took notice of Armodrillo continuing the onslaught of earthquakes.

"Ah yeah! Take that Bandage Man!" Armodrillo cheered, he was about to pull his arms out of the ground to stop the earthquakes when an explosion erupted just few blocks away behind some buildings, this caught Ben by surprise and had made him unintentionally make his arms to cause greater vibrations in the ground.

"Woah, this bad" Armodrillo commented as he attempted to pull his arms out of the ground but he was unable to pull them out for no reason other than the writer wanting to make this interesting.

"Um... a little here?!" Armodrillo called to Aizawa in alarm. He gestured towards his stuck arms with his armored head, to the person that was trying to arrest him. Aizawa got the message, and ran in his directions, his scarf in his hands, he launched them and they wrapped around Armodrillo's arms, Aizawa then looped the scarf on a lamppost to create a pulley system. He started pulling.

"Hey big guy!" He yelled "Try and lift up your body" Armodrillo responded and attempted to lean backwards, miraculously his arms were pulling out and had stopped shaking. When his arms were free a burst of green flashed and Armodrillo was now Ben.

"Ow... That only happens when I get spooked." Ben groaned before looking up to see Aizawa standing over him. "Lemme guess you have to arrest me now for property damage?"

"Yes, but I have a proposition that may benefit you." Aizawa said.

"What kind of proposition?" Asked Ben cautiously.

"You see I'm a teacher at UAH a school for future heroes, you have skill albeit you are reckless" Aizawa responded. "I will let you off the hook for that reckless earthquake, but you will have to train and get into UA if you don't... well you get the picture."

"So it's going to prison or go to some fancy hero school?" Ben said. I'd rather take my chances with jail than go back to school. Ben pulled himself up. He thought about again before coming to the conclusion going to a prison with the same guy he had just defeated would be more detrimental to his health than going to some school.

"Do we have a deal?" Aizawa asked.

"Yeah you got one." Ben said as he reached to shake Aizawa's hand.

"Now tell me about that Quirk first a Water Gun/Lobster hybrid, then an Icy Moth Man and then an armadillo with drills for hands, it looks like a transformation Quirk but on steroids also explain that watch you seem to always go for before changing" Aizawa said, Ben remembered the note from Paradox with a cover up story for him if anyone asks his background or Quirk.

"You see... My Quirk Omnisona means I can tear myself apart on a cellular level and reconstruct myself in a new form, and in this transitional state I am also able to manipulate my DNA to give myself sets of abilities for each form," Ben started "As for the watch, this is the Omnitrix a piece of support equipment developed by a man named Azmuth, you see when transforming a lot of stuff could go wrong, like I might give myself a cancer when changing back, the watch allows me to transform safely as well as provide support equipment for certain forms and catalogue my forms so I don't need to remember the genetic blueprints for each form."

Aizawa was nodding along as he listened to Ben's explanation of his Quirk.

"So what about family? And where did you come from, since you don't look like your from around here." Aizawa asked Ben, Ben started racking through his memory for the cover story and it came to him.

"Well my I don't have a family anymore..." Ben started, At least that parts true. "My Quirk got the attention of a villain named Vilgax who thought he could use me as a weapon. My parents died when I was 10, Vilgax had tortured them to try and make them give me up, they refused and it ultimately lead to their death, I was sent to stay with my Grandpa Max a retired Pro Hero. I was happy during that time until Vilgax had found me again, I had better control of my Quirk and with the Omnitrix I could've fought him, but Max refused to let me, he pulled out some tech of his and went to fight Vilgax himself and he told me to run, as I started running I heard Vilgax kill my Grandpa..."

"I'm sorry for your loss... Didn't you have any other family?" Aizawa said quietly.

"I had a cousin, Gwen, I thought about living with her and her family but I couldn't risk Vilgax hurting them so I did what any rational 14 year old who had witnessed a squid faced super villain brutally murder his parents and grandfather would've done at the time." Ben said.

"And that is?" Aizawa said.

"Fake my own death and high tail it to Japan!" Ben exclaimed.

Aizawa stared at him.

"You're kidding right?" He asked.

"NOPE!" Ben responded. He shooked his head in an exaggerated manner. He looked at Aizawa, "So in other words I'm a homeless teenager with the capability of destroying multiple city blocks"

"Follow me..." Aizawa sighed before walking off, Ben followed suit in a similar pace to him. They stopped at a small house at the corner of a street.

"What is this place?" Ben asked, as he looked at the house, it looked quite cosy, it could've housed 2 people quite comfortably.

"This is my house," Aizawa said "For now you will stay here until other arrangements can be made."

"Oh... wait that means I'm your roommate, does that mean I can call you Roomie?" Ben said excitedly.

"Don't call me Roomie," Aizawa responded.

"Alright then..." Ben sighed, before looking away from Aizawa's empty stare.

"This kid might be more annoying than Present Mic" He added under his breath. Before walking into his abode with Ben, "There is a guest room down the hall, you will sleep their, Bathroom also in the same general direction and your set, also please refrain from destroying my house."

"Can't guarantee that Aizawa." Ben smirked, before walking off to his room. The room was slightly smaller then Ben's room in Bellwood but it other than that Ben was pretty happy with it, he flopped onto the bed.

"First things first, does my phone work?" He muttered, he pulled out his phone and looked at the cracked screen, "No service in the area, well no shit I'm in a completely different Universe!" He stuffed his phone into his pocket again before leaving the room.

He caught a glimpse of the news when he went to the lounge, "No.1 Hero All Might rescues 2 schoolboys from a Sludge Villain."

"That explains the explosion near the park..." Ben commented, "Hey Aizawa!"

Aizawa walked into the lounge slowly, he looked tired.

"What do you want..." Aizawa said before pausing, Ben realised he never told him his name.

"Benjamin Kirby Tennyson" Ben said, finishing off Aizawa's sentence. "Also could you lend me some money, I need to get a new phone."

"Look Tennyson, I have just met you, so there is no way I'm going to lend you money for a new phone, if you need the money get a job" Aizawa said in an irritated voice.

"Your kidding, right?" Ben asked, smiling awkwardly.

"Oh I'm dead serious..."

That's Chapter 3 done, this was only meant to introduce Ben to his new home and Aizawa so don't complain if it's a bit shirt, I'm typing this on a phone and it really hurlers after a while, OKAY?!
