(The next morning Yoshi woke up first to find himself with his arms around Birdo and hers around his. First he was shocked then remembered what happened last night. Also she drooled a little and it was over Yoshi's chin but he didn't mind.)

Yoshi: "Hehe. Forgot Birdo Yoshi's girlfriend now."

(Yoshi still having his arms around her looked at her closed eyes still daydreaming.)

Yoshi: "I no know when she's cuter. Asleep like this or tickling me when awake. I go ask mama to make a great break-... oh yeah..."

(Yoshi laid his cheek against Birdo's)

Yoshi: "I really not wanna wake her up... But I just so alone. I want my mama and daddy back!"

(Yoshi slowly took his arms off Birdo and got up wiping the spit from his chin.)

Yoshi: "Me shouldn't have done that. Now I feel worse... Without those warm comforting arms..."

(Yoshi walked around in circles trying to think of what to do. Looking back at Birdo he only wanted her to hug him and to be comforted. She had spit on her chin from the night)

Yoshi: "That's not gross at all. Me hope Birdo not mad..."

(Yoshi sat down next to Birdo and shook her belly)

Yoshi: "Birdo? Can Birdo get up? Please?"

(Yoshi didn't realize exactly how ticklish she was. Birdo laughed in her sleep and threw her arms around)

Yoshi: "Birdo? Are you awake?"

(Birdo instinctively grabbed Yoshi's hand and woke up)

Birdo: "HAHAHA! Yoshi!"

Yoshi: "Yoshi sorry... I just so sad still."

Birdo: "I not mad! Me get it..."

Yoshi: "Doe Birdo really love me or did Birdo just kiss to make me feel better?"

Birdo: "No! Me really do! Stop acting like that!"

Yoshi: "Alright. Just that flower game said Birdo not like me."

Birdo: "I KNEW THAT'S WHAT YOSHI WAS DOING! Yoshi, that's just pretend. It's not real."

Yoshi: "Alright. Guess Birdo right... *sigh*"

Birdo: "Yoshi? Wanna play something?"

(Yoshi's stomach rumbled)

Yoshi: "I do but Yoshi kinda hungry. Guess we can't get the food in the fridge."

Birdo: "Me know a secret place that grows alot of fruit! Right behind that bridge!"

Yoshi: "So that's why Birdo was living there!"

Birdo: "Come on let's go!"

(Birdo got up then felt the cold from her spit. She wiped it off with her hand quickly still a bit embarrassed)

Yoshi: "Eeew! Haha! Birdo drools! hehe!"

(Birdo blushed harder)

Yoshi: "Hey! I only kidding! Come on!"

(Yoshi walked up to Birdo and kissed her on her mouth)

Yoshi: "We boyfriend and girlfriend now! I no think anything you do is gross! I just playing!"

Birdo: "Alright I try not to blush as much."

Yoshi: "I even think the drool is cute."

(Birdo's stomach rumbled)

Yoshi: "Come on! Let's go!"

(Yoshi and Birdo walk to the front yard and down the street. They purposefully not hold hands so no one realizes they are a couple. But thanks to Penny other yoshis come out and mock.)

Random yoshi: "Eeeew! Yoshi kissed a swyer Yoshi kissed a swyer!"

Random Yoshi 2: "Yoshi broke the law Yoshi's gay!"

Yoshi: "SHUT UP IF YOU KNOW WHAT'S GOOD FOR YA!"

(Sirens are heard from behind.)

Birdo: "Oh no. I shouldn't have kissed Yoshi last night. I sorry Yoshi!"

Yoshi: "Sorry for what? That make Yoshi so happy! Now I gonna help you! Come on LET'S GO!"

(Birdo jumps on Yoshi's back and he tries to run, but the cars beat him to the end of the street. Yoshi turns around and tries to run but realize the cops have them surrounded)

Yoshi: "OH COME ON!"

(Ruby, Penny and Boshi get out of the back of one car with a police from the front. Out of the cars behind, police get out with a grey male yoshi, and a purple yoshi. (these two are new characters. The purple one is a judge and the grey one is the "so called" priest. His name is Pail))

Judge: "Yoshi, we have determined that you have a relationship with Birdo. We cannot allow this type of rebellion in the island even if you are only 14 years old."

Yoshi: "BIRDO CAN'T HELP HER MUTATION! IF IT WASN'T FOR THE STUPID TEST NO BODY EVEN KNOW SHE HAS SWYER SYNDROME!"

Birdo: "Yoshi, maybe I should just go."

Yoshi: "NO! I NOT WANT NO OTHER GIRL BUT YOU!"

Judge: "This confirms it. We have a verdict"

Yoshi: "How did you even find out anyway!?"

Pail: "Penny showed us a recorded video of you two last night."

Yoshi: "WHAT!? PENNYYYYYY!"

(Yoshi tries to run at Penny but a cop throws a rope around his legs tripping him.)

Yoshi: "YOU BIG MEANIE!"

Cop: "Be thankful I didn't use the tazor on you!"

Penny: "HAHAHA! Yoshi, you really thought I'd keep that promise?"

Yoshi: "Y-you PINKY promised!"

Penny: "Worth it too! Got paid a hefty bargain!"

Yoshi: "Penny... We been friends since... Since I just 7 years old..."

Penny: "The world spins on money!"

Yoshi: "I not EVER GONNA TRUST YOU AGAIN!"

Penny: "You'll never have a chance too!"

Pail: "Yoshi, leave Birdo. he or she or whatever, has swyer syndrome."

(Yoshi stands up.)

Yoshi: "does it matter!? Just look at her! What part Birdo got? She born with that! It's only that mutation!"

Pail: "It matters because he cannot pro create."

Yoshi: "What does that even mean?"

Pail: "Birdo cannot have children."

(Yoshi looks at Birdo)

Yoshi: "Birdo can't?"

Birdo: "No... I no have a womb."

Yoshi: "So what!? Why is that so important!?"

Pail: "The law of Yoshi's island is the same as the bible. The biblical reason for marriage is to have children. If Birdo cannot then the law says you cannot be together"

Yoshi: "That's what the bible says?"

Pail: "Yup! Now get away from her or be banished!"

Yoshi: "Me thought it said it wasn't good for man to be alone so God made a help for him. The reason for marriage is for help!" (Yoshi's trying to quote Genesis 2 18)

Pail: "Indeed but it also says men cannot lay with men!"

Yoshi: "But the biblical definition of what makes a boy or girl what they are isn't DNA! It's parts! yoshis noses are the different parts!"

Pail: "It sure does say DNA is what makes them that!"

Yoshi: "Where!?"

(Pail realized he just made that up out of the clear blue sky.)

Pail: "I'm not getting into a debate with a child. Either leave him or we will banish you from the island. BOTH OF YOU!"

Yoshi: "NEVER! Pail not even know the bible!"

Pail: "Like you do? You can't even read! So Since you've decided, it's up to Birdo. Are you staying with him or not?"

Birdo: "Yoshi?... I not want anything to happen to you..."

Yoshi: "But if Birdo leaves she be all alone! I no want you to be all alone! You no got any friends..."

(Birdo was amazed by his response. She thought: "After just losing his parents the main thing on his mind is how I FEEL!? He is the sweetest yoshi I ever know! Me CAN'T leave an adorable yoshi like him!")

Birdo: "NEVER! I gonna stay with Yoshi! No one as nice as him! You just a BIG MEAN JERK! I never heard of Jesus being as mean as YOU!"

Pail: "Those are just children's stories! You don't know because you're an idiot! You just learned to talk a few days ago! You can't read either!"

(Tank came out of his house and was in the front yard. Being very quiet. Just listening.)

Yoshi: "I NOT LEAVING BIRDO!"

Birdo: "AND I NOT LEAVING YOSHI!"

Judge: "It's settled. You two have ONE HOUR to pack your stuff, find a boat, AND BEAT IT! We'll be watching you!"

(Yoshi sticks his tongue out, sticks his hands in his ears, and blows)

Birdo: "Who needs this stupid island anyway!?"

Yoshi: "We gonna go to the mushroom kingdom! And get away from these creeps!"

Birdo: "Yoshi? Maybe THAT is God's will! For us to get away!"

(Pail gets furious)

Pail: "SHUT UP AND START WALKING!"

(Yoshi and Birdo went back to Yoshi's destroyed house to pack the little that was left. Birdo looked around for boxes to help Yoshi. Yoshi didn't have much. Just a few pictures of his parents.)

Yoshi: "Mama... Daddy..."

Birdo: "I sure they would be ok with us being together!"

Yoshi: "Mama only wanted to be sure Birdo was the best girl for me. She even let us go to that restaurant to have alone time."

Birdo: "Happy also wanted to be sure I wasn't treating Yoshi bad. He was really nice aside from that."

Yoshi: "Just wish... they could've seen us kiss... Just to say how good Birdo was."

Birdo: "Yoshi, all we can do now is try to be as good as they were! Let's make them proud of us! They did see us kiss! Yoshi told me about Jesus, well me believe that was right! Birdo believe they saw us from heaven and were really happy! They saying so many good things about us right now! You just can't hear them yet!"

(Yoshi smiled and a tear fell from his eye.)

Yoshi: "Uh huh! That right! Mama and Daddy happy for Yoshi! They think me got a good girl! Now I gonna do everything to make Birdo happy! Like you make me!"

Birdo: "Yoshi you so nice! You the sweetest Yoshi ever! Sweet like sugar!"

Yoshi: "Me like sugar!"

Birdo: "You so sugarie sweet I gonna call you sugar egg!" (Thanks UltimateCCC for the nickname!)

Yoshi: "That's cool! Me like it!"

(Yoshi's belly rumbles some more)

Birdo: "Come on sugar egg! Let's hurry so we can pack some fruit as well!"

Yoshi: "Wait! I gotta get something Birdo!"

(Yoshi ran to where his bedroom used to be. In what was left of his drawer he looked around. Finding 2 books.)

Yoshi: "Phew. They didn't get hurt!"

(Yoshi came back with the books)

Birdo: "What are those?"

Yoshi: "Nothing. I tell Birdo later."

(Yoshi put the books in the boxes. His belly growled louder.)

Birdo: "Now can me and Yoshi go to the forest?"

Yoshi: "Yeah. Let's go!"

(Yoshi and Birdo grabbed the few boxes and went to Birdo's bridge. What they didn't know is Tank had followed them and was spying on them)

Tank: "Poor kids. I really should've treated that girl better when she was my patient. Yoshi lost his parents. Why are they so mean? That Pail guy isn't acting anything like what I was taught about Jesus. What is he doing? I hope no one sees me. I'm gonna make sure their trip to the mushroom kingdom goes smoothly."

(Yoshi and Birdo gather fruit from the trees. Yoshi is starving and eats some.)

Birdo: "Yoshi is a HUGE eater!"

Yoshi: "More then other yoshis."

(Yoshi clears two trees totaling one thousand apples. Then proceeds to to gather more fruit in the boxes.)

Birdo: "Alright sugar egg! They're filled to the top!"

Yoshi: "How much longer we got?"

(3 cop cars arrive)

Yoshi: "Guess that answers that question."

Judge: "Alright. Time's up! Where's your boat?"

Yoshi: "Daddy had a boat in the shed..."

Pail: "Walk back and get it!"

(Birdo hops on Yoshi's back and they go home. When they get to the shed Birdo gets off Yoshi and they go in and bring it out. Pail doesn't help in the slightest.)

Pail: "The beach is that way. Get going!"

Yoshi: "I never gonna see this place again!"

Pail: "You could change that now just by leaving her."

Birdo: "Sugar egg? Should we show him our answer?"

Yoshi: "YES!"

(Yoshi gets closer to Birdo and they kiss very loudly.)

Yoshi: "THAT'S OUR ANSWER!"

Pail: "LEAVE!"

Birdo: "With pleasure!"

(Birdo and Yoshi put the boxes in the boat and start walking. Boshi is at the front of the house.)

Boshi: "Look at the little gay couple Ruby!"

Yoshi: "GET OVER HERE!"

(Yoshi runs up to Boshi and tries to sock him in the eye but Boshi dodges with his power. Boshi grabs Yoshi by the arm.)

Boshi: "Weakling"

(Yoshi opens his mouth showing off his teeth and bites Boshi's arm)

Yoshi: "Gyeah!"

Boshi: "GYAOOOOW!"

(Boshi let's go of Yoshi's arm)

Boshi: "HOW THE!? Yoshis don't have teeth!?"

Ruby: "I'll get him!"

(Ruby tries to run towards Yoshi but trips on some purple mushrooms)

(The judge takes out his tazor)

Judge: "ENOUGH! OUT! BOTH OF YOU!"

Yoshi: "Bye!"

(Birdo sticks her tongue out and puts her hands on her hips and blows. They exit. Tank enters)

Tank: "Pail, don't you think you're being rough on the little guy? He just lost his parents man!"

Pail: "That's what the bible says!"

Tank: "Enough of this bible nonsense will you!? None of that is in there! I can read!"

Pail: "Do you have 20 years of experience?"

Tank: "Do you give a darn about anyone?"

Pail: "How about God? Fear the lord who can kill both body and soul. I sure do about him!"

Tank: "So screw everyone else right? Just damn all of them, huh? Just as long as God has his precious little will kept!"

Pail: "God's will is absolute!"

Tank: "Doesn't look like it. You seem to twist it to your own liking! You couldn't even tell those kids where DNA was in the Bible! Sounds to me like you're a greedy old man who just wants money for his stupid church!"

Pail: "Are you trying to overthrow the law?"

Tank: "Man's law or the REAL God's law?"

Pail: "Do you know what I can do to you? I can order my men to lock you up or even execute you! If you're trying to overthrow the law you will be executed!"

Tank: "I just care about those two kids."

Pail: "Well quit it! Either that or die."

(Tank, Pail and the judge exit. Ruby and Boshi stay behind.)

Boshi: "Yoshisaurus HAD TEETH!"

Ruby: "So?"

Boshi: "No yoshis on the whole island have teeth."

Ruby: "Probably got them implanted to fight us."

Boshi: "No. Something else is going on."

(Ruby and Boshi exit. Yoshi and Birdo go to the beach and get in the boat and they start paddling.)
