It is intended to be a very sweet and cute story about the couple, while also answering any questions like the transgender stuff or why Birdo was working for Wart. 19. Chapter 19 Plans

(Yoshi and Birdo head to the fruit forest. Birdo's belly is growling loudly.)

Yoshi: "My sparkle is hungry!"

Birdo: "Yeah! Remember when Birdo used to be embarrassed by that sound?"

Yoshi: "Yup! Birdo's cheeks were so cute!"

Birdo: "Yoshi like Blushing?"

Yoshi: "Yeah. Quite a lot!"

(Birdo points to a peach tree.)

Birdo: "OOOH! My favorite!"

(Birdo opens her mouth and begins inhaling. She gobbles about 10 of them.)

Birdo: "mmmmm!" (Licking her lips.)

Yoshi: "Aw man! No watermelons!"

Birdo: "Watermelons don't grow on trees Yoshi!"

Yoshi: "Oh! Yeah! Oops!"

Birdo: "There's lots of other foods here sugar egg! How about apples?"

Yoshi: "Yeah!"

(Yoshi looks around for an apple tree and begins shaking it. He eats 500 apples in 30 seconds.)

Birdo: "Yoshi looks SO CUTE with that tongue!"

Yoshi: "Sparkle's eyes look super cute as well!"

Birdo: "On the island we couldn't really... Marry..."

Yoshi: "Erm-... It's kinda early for that..."

Birdo: "Yeah guess so. We don't even have jobs yet."

Yoshi: "Speaking of that, what's with the ring?"

Birdo: "Oh this?... Me took it from mama when she died. Thought it would always keep her close to me."

Yoshi: "How was sparkle's mama?"

Birdo: "My mama really cared about me. Birdo had 2 brothers and 2 sisters."

Yoshi: "5 kids is quite a lot!"

Birdo: "Sure is! Mama told Birdo that she couldn't have surgery on my mouth yet because I so young. Birdo had to drink food cut up through straw."

Yoshi: "That's sad."

Birdo: "Better then Wart though. Mama would always take me to the store. Me always sit at the front of basket. She said she loved us all but... Mama really really loved me. Always read bedtime stories and I always sit on her lap."

Yoshi: "What Birdo's mama name?"

Birdo: "I no know."

Yoshi: "How was Birdo's daddy?"

Birdo: "Daddy was usually at work. At night he would play with me. Usually chasing or tickling. Birdo loved it... Always wanted to go back to being a child..."

Yoshi: "So that's why Birdo like playing with me so bad..."

Birdo: "Yeah... sugar egg take me back to being a little kid."

Yoshi: "Speaking of which, Yoshi bet me can catch Birdo!"

Birdo: "Of course Yoshi can! You a speed yoshi!"

Yoshi: "How about we climb the trees and Yoshi tries to catch Birdo up there!?"

Birdo: "YOSHI GOT A DEAL! GRRR!"

(Birdo grabbed a tree and climbed up it. Yoshi wasn't far behind. Birdo at the top flutter jumped to another tree, Yoshi followed. They played around tagging each other for two hours when it got dark. Yoshi is out of breath panting)

Yoshi: "It's... huh... too dark... huh... Let's go home...uuuhuuuh."

Birdo: "What's the matter Yoshi? Did I tire the sugar egg out already?"

Yoshi: "Me gonna... huh... grrrr! Yeah... huh."

Birdo: "Alright Yoshi! Let's go home!"

(Yoshi climbed out of the tree and Birdo behind him. They held hands and walked home.)

Yoshi: "As for that marriage... Yoshi rather wait a few... months... to get a job, house, and have a normal life."

Birdo: "Anything you want sugar egg!"

(They eventually made it back home.)

Yoshi: "I so tired. Just gonna go inside and lay down. Not even gonna take my shoes off or curl up. Just fall down and go to sleep."

Birdo: "Well, if that what Yoshi want."

(Yoshi knocks on the door and Luigi swings it open and blows a party horn)

Yoshi: "AAAAH!"

Luigi: "HOORAY! BIRDO-A KILLED THE EVIL KING-A BOO! YAY! BIRDO IS A HERO!"

Birdo: "Me? Hero?"

Luigi: "YES YOU! YOU'RE-A THE BOO KILLING MACHINE! NOW I DON'T-A HAVE TO DO IT ANYMORE! You're-a the coolest Yoshi ever!"

Yoshi: "Where can Yoshi sleep?"

Birdo: "Luigi think I... COOL?"

Luigi: "Of course! No one's-a ever killed King Boo that-a easily!"

Yoshi: "I tired!"

Birdo: "You no think I'm evil?"

Luigi: "HEAVENS NO! Mario Told-a me about-a Wart kidnapping you! Plus Yoshi could never love an evil yoshi! You are a HERO!"

Yoshi: "Can Yoshi go to bed now?"

(Birdo smiles)

Birdo: "Me? A hero?"

Luigi: "DEFINITELY!"

(Birdo smiles even bigger and even cries a bit.)

Luigi: "What's-a wrong Birdo?"

Birdo: "Nothing. I j-just so happy! No one ev-ver be as nice as Luigi. THANK YOU SO MUCH!"

Yoshi: "I TIRED!"

(Mario enters)

Mario: "We're-a nice here in the mushroom kingdom! We won't treat-a you like those others!"

(Birdo hugs Mario then Luigi)

Birdo: "Thank you Mario and Luigi! And thank you most sugar egg!"

Yoshi: "Birdo can thank me by telling Yoshi where the bed is!"

Luigi: "E-gadd want's to study-a Birdo's power more!"

Birdo: "Really!? Let's go!"

Yoshi: "No! Yoshi tired!"

Mario: "Tonight!? Luigi it's-a late! Let Birdo get-a some rest! Yoshi why didn't you say anything?" (They were ignoring Yoshi this entire time both being totally focused on Birdo)

Yoshi: "WHAT THE EGG CRACK!? WHATEVER! Where's the bed!?"

Mario: "Our-a guest room is upstairs 3 rooms down."

Yoshi: "FINALLY GEEZE! Goodnight!"

(Yoshi walks upstairs)

Luigi: "What's-a wrong with him?"

Birdo: "I no know. Anyway goodnight!"

Mario: "Goodnight Birdo. Also one more thing..."

Birdo: "Huh?"

Mario: "I'm-a sorry for attacking you."

Birdo: "Oh that... Well Mario know now! Me forgive you! Goodnight Mario."

Mario: "Goodnight."

(Birdo walks upstairs to see Yoshi in bed with his shoes still on. Not curled up like usual.)

Yoshi: "I just... too tired to... take shoes... off."

(Birdo grabs one of his shoes.)

Birdo: "I can do that sugar egg!"

(Birdo pulls off both of his shoes.)

Yoshi: "Thanks Birdo..."

(Birdo gets into bed next to Yoshi.)

Birdo: "Guess tomorrow we can look for a job!"

Yoshi: "Yeah... This... new life..."

(Birdo got caught up looking at Yoshi's closed eyes.)

Birdo: "Oh Yoshi really is a little sugar egg! You so cute!"

(Birdo put her arm around Yoshi's back then feeling his shell.)

Birdo: "Me wish I born with one of those. Why me gotta have all these mutations?"

(Birdo closes her eyes with her arm around Yoshi. She falls asleep in 30 minutes. But Yoshi forced himself to stay awake)

Yoshi: "Birdo want a shell? Birdo gonna get a shell! Yoshi just need some glue, plastic, and rubber band... I just *yawns* so tired!"

(Yoshi looks at Birdo's closed eyes.)

Yoshi: "Me can't *yawns* let down such a *yawns* cute girl! I gonna make a shell then come back!"

(Yoshi slowly picks Birdo's arm off his back. Then sneaks off)
