(The next Morning Yoshi wakes up at 1 AM to see Birdo reading the other book of his)

Yoshi: "HEY THAT'S MINE IT'S SECRET!"

Birdo: "Aw come on Yoshi! I really like it!"

Yoshi: "BUT IT'S-... Birdo think it's good?"

Birdo: "Yoshi is so creative! These stories are AMAZING! Yoshi is also a great artist!"

Yoshi: "You really think so?"

Birdo: "YES! This is what Yoshi thought was so embarrassing!? Sugar egg, this is the next big time novel! Yoshi writes great stories!"

Yoshi: "Wow... Thanks..."

Birdo: "I wanna act these out! Pretend to be that robot!"

Yoshi: "That's the mean one?"

Birdo: "Yeah! Yoshi could be the super hero!"

Yoshi: "Maybe we could be actors?"

Birdo: "Yeah! But first I WANNA PLAY!"

Yoshi: "What we gonna play?"

Birdo: "Can we tickle wrestle again?"

Yoshi: "LET'S GO! GRRRR!"

(Birdo jumped on the bed and grabbed Yoshi. Yoshi laughed hard but used his feet to push Birdo back. Birdo grabbed the sheet and threw it on Yoshi. Yoshi couldn't see and Birdo was able to easily tickle him. Yoshi fell off the bed with the rest of the sheets. Birdo got off but didn't realize Yoshi got under the bed. He pulled her legs causing her to fall and Yoshi jumped on Birdo's back then wrapped his legs around her stomach.)

Yoshi: "Looks like me won this time! TAKE THIS!"

(Yoshi grabbed Birdo's belly with his hands and tickled her)

Birdo: "N-NOHOH! Y-Y-YOSH-SHI DAHAHADN'T WIN! AAAAAHAHAHA!"

(Birdo fell to the floor with Yoshi on her back. Yoshi won.)

Yoshi: "Gotcha! kitty kitty kitty!"

Birdo: "AHAHAHAHA! AAAAAGH!"

(While they were playing though... There was yelling downstairs)

Mario: "THEY ARE UPSTAIRS 3 ROOMS TO THE RIGHT!"

Cop1: "LET'S GET THEM!"

Cop2: "WE'LL GET THOSE MURDERERS!"

(Yoshi took his hands off Birdo's belly)

Birdo: "Why Yoshi stop? I like it!"

Yoshi: "WE'RE UNDER ARREST BIRDO!"

Birdo: "Oh yeah! The argument last night!"

(Yoshi gets off Birdo and they stand up hugging each other.)

Yoshi: "I NOT GONNA LET THEM TAKE YOU!"

(A yellow cop yoshi and light blue cop yoshi break the door and charge in)

Light Blue Cop: "YOSHISAURUS AND BIRDO! YOU ARE UNDER ARREST FOR THE MURDER OF HAPPY AND JEWEL MUNCHAKOOPAS"

Yoshi: "WHAT!?"

Birdo: "YOSHI DIDN'T MURDER ANYONE!"

Yellow Cop: "STAND DOWN AND SURRENDER! I AM YELLO AND STRENGTH IS THE WEAKNESS OF WIND!"

Light Blue Cop: "I am light blue, ice is the weakness of speed!"

Yoshi: "I NOT GOING TO LET YOU HAVE BIRDO!"

Light Blue Cop: "Guess we'll do this the hard way!"

(The light Blue Cop spits ice to try to freeze Yoshi but Birdo acts instantly)

Birdo: "YOSHI SUPER MOVE!"

(Yoshi launches his tongue at Birdo and she does the same. They lock tongues and spin around making the tornado. The ice deflects off the tornado and hits the Yellow cop freezing him)

Light Blue Cop: "NOOO!"

Birdo: "Now time for you!"

(Birdo sucks up air and blows him against the wall. Yoshi runs up to him and grabs him by the tail throwing him out the window.)

Yoshi: "WE BEAT OUR WEAKNESSES!"

Birdo: "Yeah we did!"

(But then Mario entered the room with white overalls, cap, and red shirt. He used a fireflower)

Mario: "Yoshi... I never thought you'd-a do something like-a that..."

Yoshi: "Yoshi thought Mario was for Birdo and Yoshi kissing... Did Mario betray me?"

Mario: "No Yoshi. I saw what you-a did to your mom and dad."

Yoshi: "SHUT UP ABOUT MY MAMA AND DADDY!"

Birdo: "How DARE Mario say ANYTHING about Yoshi's parents! Yoshi not kill ANYONE! King Boo did! Do Mario even know how hard that was on Yoshi!? Yoshi couldn't even move after they died! Yoshi was so sad and still is! I THOUGHT MARIO WAS FRIEND BUT YOU JUST A BIG MEAN JERK!"

Mario: "Quit trying to be all innocent. We saw the video. King Boo was not in it. You two killed them."

Yoshi: "THAT STUPID PENNY! Mario KNOWS Yoshi wouldn't do that! But I not gonna let Wart take back Birdo either!"

Mario: "That wasn't the reason-a Yoshi. I saw your conversation with-a Birdo out in the street in the night right before they died. I heard what you-a said. It hurt-a me to believe you could do something so awful! You and Birdo planned to kill-a them because they would not let you two kiss."

Birdo: "MARIO YOU LIAR! THEY EVEN TOOK US TO A RESTAURANT TO GIVE US ALONE TIME! HAPPY WAS AGAINST IT AT FIRST BUT HE SAID HE JUST WANTED YOSHI TO BE HAPPY! THEY JUST MAKING SURE I NOT MEAN TO YOSHI! THEN THEY FIND OUT I TREAT YOSHI NICE AND WERE ALL FOR US BEING TOGETHER! THEY NEVER TRIED TO STOP US ONLY TALK WITH US! I NEVER KILL THEM AND NEITHER DID YOSHI!"

Mario: "There's-a no use talking with-a you. Maybe I can talk some sense into Yoshi. Yoshi, just go with the cops. I-a called them here. Yoshi, you're-a only 14. We can get-a you counseling. I know it's-a hard losing your girlfriend, but I think-a I can strike a deal with them. Instead of the death penalty we'll-a give her 20 something years behind bars."

Yoshi: "NEVER NEVER NEVER! NO BODY GONNA TAKE BIRDO WHILE I ALIVE!"

Mario: "Yoshi, you don't mean you'll fight me?"

Yoshi: "I FIGHT YOU OR ANYONE ELSE! I NOT GONNA LET BIRDO GOOOOOOOOO!"

Mario: "Yoshi please. Consider what you're-a saying! I don't-a want to fight such a close friend as you. I'd-a even call you a family member. If you did-a fight me you know you'll lose. I'm a skilled warrior. I toppled-a Bowser who's much-a tougher then you. All that would happen is you'd-a go to jail and be in another cell far away from Birdo and you'd-a never see her again. You couldn't-a beat me Yoshi. And don't-a think Birdo could either. Birdo is a monster and a freak. I even-a beat her before. Neither one of you can-a beat me! All that would happen is both of you would go to jail and never see each other again. So if you-a won't do it for me, just go for Birdo so you can be with her in 20 years."

Birdo: "MONSTER AND FREAK!? OOOOOOOOOORGH! YOSHI YOU COULD EASILY WHIP MARIO'S BUTT! BUT STAY OUT OF THIS! I GONNA TEACH MARIO A LESSON! THIS PERSONAL NOW! I NOT WEAK LIKE BEFORE!"

(A green yoshi cop barges in)

green Cop: "CALLED FOR BACKUP!?"

Yoshi: "Alright Birdo! You get Mario and I take on these cops!"

Mario: "You can't-a be serious! Prepare to lose Birdo!"
