Side Notes

Delphox had narrowly avoided Darkrai's vicious Dark Pulse. Goh, however, had not been granted the same mercy by fate. A couple of hours had passed before Delphox had managed to regain consciousness. It sat up and looked around at the many dark and indistinguishable trees that surrounded it. The confused Delphox couldn't remember why exactly it happened to be there, or who it even was. The last thing it could remember was a dark, chain-shaped beam that charged towards it before being engulfed by a red flas-

That last thought had triggered something in Delphox' mind. It staggered backwards as it clutched its head while the suppressed memories were struggling to break free. It took multiple strides backwards until it felt a sharp pain sting through its foot. Delphox quickly retracted its leg and looked towards the source of pain. It was met by multiple cracked shards of red and white laying on the ground.

Delphox kneeled down as it observed the mess, noticing that the fragments could form a singular, whole item. It took multiple attempts before it finally manage to properly put the 4 separate pieces together, forming a ball of red and white with a black line separating them in the middle. At the very center of the ball was a white button. Delphox looked at the object curiously, before pressing the button, causing it to open and envision the same red flash engulf it.

...

Delphox was met with a rapid surge of flowing thoughts. Every memory it had as a Fennekin, Braixen, and Delphox came rushing back, regaining all of its memories with Serena, Clemont, Bonnie, Ash, Pancham, Sylveon, Altaria, and most recently the boy. Despite this feeling like an eternity for the Fox Pokemon, to a bystander, not even 10 seconds had passed before the Fire/Psychic type fell to its knees. While Delphox was overjoyed by the return of the fond memories it shared with all of its companions, it also meant its most recent ones had come about, which means...

Delphox had started searching frantically for a sign of the boy who saved its life. It remembered the mix up of trainers, the Mothim being randomly captured, the argument with the boy that led to him being caught up in Darkrai's attack. Delphox stopped dead on its tracks upon that last thought. An overwhelming feeling of guilt overtook Delphox as it remembered how stubborn it was to stay and fight the Darkrai. Had it not done that, then perhaps the boy wouldn't have had to protect it from the Dark Pulse.

Small tears began to shed, before Delphox wiped them away. It couldn't afford to feel sorry for itself after the boy had suffered through that devastating attack. It lit a flame at the tip of its wand to provide some light as it scouted around, clinging to hope that the boy had somehow survived the blast. The chances of this decreased little by little as each minute passed without any sort of progress.

It began to feel hopeless, and Delphox's momentum was halted as it tripped over something and fell, causing the small light it lit to be quickly extinguished. It felt like this was an omen sent by fate. The disheartening feeling that Delphox felt started to take over, and this time, they couldn't be suppressed with optimistic beliefs. As Delphox sat down, clutched its knees, and buried its face down, a faint voice had caught its attention. Delphox realized that what it tripped on must've been a Pokemon and quickly went over to apologize.

"Shay-Shaymin," The Pokemon responded. Delphox was stunned by the sound of what it heard. Perhaps its hearing was affected by the Dark Pulse, or maybe it gave out when its memory was lost. Either way, Delphox couldn't bring itself believe what it heard was truly a Shaymin, because doing so would mean regaining hope, something that Delphox wasn't willing to risk for absolute disappointment.

Yet again, however, the creature uttered the same phrase. "Shaymin-min," this time Delphox knew what it heard was correct, but this call was from further away. That was strange. Surely the Shaymin couldn't have moved that far in such a short timespan, especially not without Delphox hearing it, but the same voice came elsewhere, and then another, then one more. Delphox couldn't understand what was going on. It hadn't lit its flame earlier to avoid the potential disappointment from what it may actually see, but this time, it had to, there was no other choice.

As Delphox raised its wand, it took a deep breath, closed its eyes, and lit one more flame. When it opened, a entire group of small, shrub-shaped creatures that were each encompassed by the colors of white and green appeared before the Fox Pokemon's very eyes. They were everywhere. Every direction Delphox faced, it could see a small Shaymin with flowers on each side of its head. It was real! There were Shaymin!

Delphox had regained hope once more, but another feeling joined it, confusion. The Shaymin were there, but they all seemed to be walking towards a singular destination, somewhere that Delphox couldn't see. It followed the direction that the Shaymin were heading to, and found another clearing, even smaller than the one it ended up in when it got lost with the boy. The light of the stars reflected off of Delphox's eyes in the most magical way. But the stars weren't what gave it hope, it's what Delphox found in the middle of the clearing that did. Multiple Shaymin, all gathered around a sole figure. It was the boy.

All the Shaymin were using what Delphox believed to be the move "Aromatherapy", but Delphox had never seen it being used on a human. In unison, the Shaymin all called out and simultaneously directed Aromatherapy on the boy's unconscious body, causing a bright shine to emerge. As the light faded, Delphox could see that some of the wounds on the boy's body were healed, but not all. Not to mention, he still remained unconscious. Delphox looked concerned and wondered if the move had failed, but a Shaymin that looked different from the rest approached Delphox.

In Pokemon language, the following conversation occurred:

"What happened? Why isn't he fully healed?" Delphox asked in a worried tone.

"You need not worry. We've secured the boy's life, but his main injuries still exist. Our healing works differently for humans. To be more specific, it's incomplete. And if you want to preserve his life, you will have to take him to be treated," The Sky Shaymin calmly informed, "As a parting gift, I'll lead you to the direction of the city you came from." The Sky Shaymin quickly formed leaves around it before using Magical Leaf to direct a path for Delphox to follow.

"I-I see," Delphox responded while giving the boy a concerned glance, "Very well, you've done what you can to help him, and I thank you for that. From this point onwards, he will be my responsibility."

The Sky Forme Shaymin nodded, and directed the others to spread over and leave a path for Delphox to walk through. The tall Pokemon walked over to the boy and carried him over its back in a piggyback position. Delphox used its mouth to carry the wand that held the flame. It started to depart through the trail of leaves, but not before giving all of the Shaymin one last nod of gratitude. Once it had, Delphox had begun to run, not wanting to waste any more time in order to sustain the boy's life.

Delphox' limbs began to ache, but it never wavered as it made its way to Jubilife City, the only place that could truly restore the boy. The wand's flame illuminated the path of leaves, which began to grow more and more scarce as Delphox progressed, but that didn't matter. They already served their purpose of leading Delphox to the right direction. Now, it was all on its own.

Delphox kept running as slight glimmers of light could be viewed in the distance. With every stride, each light grew even larger than the last, until it finally stepped upon the grounds of Jubilife City, but this was still no time to celebrate, for there remained a life to be saved. In the midst of Delphox's urgency, it failed to notice that its trail was followed by a certain planelike Dragon, currently keeping its presence invisible as it hovered above the pair.

Delphox began to plead with the civilians and bystanders for a hospital that could treat the boy it was carrying, and while only the Pokemon could understand its pleas, the humans understood the problem well enough from the boy it carried on its back, and lead Delphox in the right direction. As it began to run, however, a feeling of numbness surfaced all over its joints, causing it to collapse on the ground.

'No no no, not now!' Delphox tiredly thought. A crowd began to gather, and some bystanders began calling for an ambulance while others came over to comfort the desperate Pokemon. Delphox didn't prefer this method, as Jubilife was the largest city in Sinnoh, with medical emergencies going around that constantly meant that ambulances would arrive later rather than sooner, but as it saw no other way with its limbs refusing to function, it simply prayed to Arceus that the boy could hold out that long. It gazed up at the night, expecting to solely see the black sky and stars, but instead found a cloudshaped figure scanning down on their area before flying away. Delphox smiled at the sight of this as it shut its eyes and drifted off to sleep.

Altaria gaped downwards and spotted the Fox Pokemon along with the boy named Goh, both laying on the ground with a group of people checking up on them. Altaria quickly rushed to the rendezvous point that Serena had set up in front of the Poketch Company Building. There, it saw Serena, Cinderace, Pancham, and Sylveon all exchanging worried glances, clearly distressed by the lack of any finds. Fortunately, Altaria had come bearing news, although it was up to fate to determine whether it was good or bad.

"There's Altaria!" Serena pointed out as the Dragon/Flying type had descended from the sky and rejoined the group. "Did you find anything?" Serena worriedly asked. Altaria responded with a nod and beckoned the group to follow it. Before they began to leave, Serena had recalled Pancham and Sylveon in their Pokeballs, not wanting to physically pressure them any further, and had offered to do the same for Cinderace. The Fire type had refused this offer in favor of seeing its trainer again up close, which Serena understood.

As they followed Altaria, they ran into a large crowd, clearly all focused on something she couldn't see. Once she managed to finally push past the horde of people, she found some medics carrying Goh along with her Delphox into an ambulance. Serena and Cinderace ran to their respective partners in tears. Once the medics noticed this, they quickly attempted to hold them back and calm her down.

"Please let us go! This Cinderace belongs to that boy, and that's my Delphox!" Serena said as tears fell down her face.

A few medics looked to each other in confusion, wondering why these Pokemon were with different trainers. They did a quick scan earlier on the boy using the Trainer Card they'd found in his pocket, which showed them that his name was Goh, and carried a varying set of teams for different journeys, but always had a Cinderace in each one.

Serena quickly pulled out her own Trainer ID and told them they could check it to prove she was telling the truth. One of the medics had pulled out Data Records Rotom and typed in the numbers on her card. Sure enough, her picture appeared, along with a full set of other pictures that included every member of her team, including Delphox.

This was enough for the medics to allow her and Cinderace on board the ambulance as both Goh and Delphox were carried in on stretchers. Once inside, Cinderace had come into full view of its trainers unconscious and battered body, which brought it to more tears than ever before. As they drove, the medics questioned her as to why she had Goh's Pokemon, and Goh had hers. She explained her side of the story with the Pokeball mix up that Nurse Joy told her about. Serena told them that they could confirm this with Jubilife City's Nurse Joy later, which the medics took note of.

"Well, whatever the case may be, it's truly a miracle that Goh here had managed to survive. His injuries seemed to have indicated a clear death, or at least permanent crippling, but he managed to avoid that," said the medic that'd been looking over Goh, much to Cinderace's relief.

"And for you, young lady," the medic continued, "I have good news and bad news."

Serena braced herself and said, "Could you start with the bad news?"

"Well unfortunately, there's a bit of a problem. We couldn't find your Delphox's Pokeball anywhere on Goh, so we have to assume it's been destroyed at some point during their time together, you'd have to recapture Delphox if you want to remain its trainer."

Serena sighed in relief. The bad news was simply a minor inconvenience. She gently gripped her starter's hand, careful not to put any pressure that might risk agonizing pain. Delphox had responded to this by regaining consciousness and attempting to sit up only to be held down by the multiple fastened belts that kept it on the stretcher. Serena and Cinderace were shocked by the occurrence, but the medics simply looked at each other and remained nonchalant, something that could only be accomplished by years of experience.

"And well, the good news is, your Delphox hasn't suffered any severe or even concerning injuries. Only a few wounds and bruises were found. Nothing a simple Heal Pulse from one of our Chanseys can't cover. As a matter of fact, it should be cleared off the stretcher and ready to walk on its own two feet as soon as we arrive at the hospital," The medic said. Tears of joy escaped Serena's eyes, for she'd realized that her very first Pokemon was in no dire condition.

When they arrived, Goh was quickly wheeled in and brought to an ER to be treated, while Delphox was simply brought to a group of Chansey, who'd used Heal Pulse to clean any uncomfortable wounds or bruises off of it. Serena and Cinderace were told to wait outside in the hallway. Serena couldn't believe what had just transpired. Just a day ago, she was joyously exiting a plane and stepping into Sinnoh with all of her Pokemon safely together. Now, she was waiting in an empty hallway with someone else's Cinderace while outside of an ER as she desperately clung to hope that the boy who accompanied her starter was brought to good health.

Cinderace began to feel cold, and was shivering as it sat next to Serena. She realized that due to its lack of actual clothing(the pants being an evolutionary design), the cold hospital probably wouldn't suit the Fire type that was accustomed to warmer weather, so she offered to have it return to its Pokeball once more. Since Cinderace had already found its trainer and learned that he was receiving proper medical treatment, it complied this time and returned to its Pokeball in a red flash of light.

The cool air had affected Delphox as well, and Serena reached in for its Pokeball, only to remember what the medic in the ambulance had told her. It turned out to be more than just a minor inconvenience. She reached in for a spare Pokeball, only to realize that wasn't going to work, either. She'd left those with the rest of her belongings, none of which she brought during the events that happened over the last couple of hours.

"I'm sorry Delphox, I don't have an extra Pokeball," Serena said disappointingly, "But don't worry, I'll catch you once more. And when I do, I won't ever lose you again." A faint light glimmered in Serena's eyes, and Delphox could only smile at her unbreakable loyalty to their bond. It raised the arm opposite to Serena and used it to softly press her head against its shoulder, indicating it to rest.

Serena felt her Pokemon's warm shoulders. It comforted her as her mind began to drift. "Hey Delphox, do you remember when we made our first Pokevision video?" Delphox was perplexed by the questioned, but nodded while saying its name. "You were only a Fennekin back then, and we didn't know much about our goals. I hadn't even realized I'd wanted to become Kalos Queen at that point."

"And yet, we'd made so many great experiences as we travelled through our entire home region with all the friends we'd made." She continued, while her mind lingered to the thoughts of Bonnie, Clemont, and Ash, her heart beat slightly faster upon the memory of her crush. "That's why, I was so scared when we first arrived at Hoenn, and even more so when we lost our very first contest. I struggled to keep my spirits up. But you stuck through with me every step of the way. From when I made my comeback contest, to when you evolved to earn us our final ribbon."

Serena never let the smile on her face fade as Delphox' heart felt a soothing sensation from the warm nostalgia. With the warm and fond memories etched into their brains, they quickly drifted off to sleep.

Oblivious to the chaos that ensued, Ash proceeded with his Ultra Class battle against Conway.

"Gengar, use Night Shade!" The smiling ghost launched two jagged ocular beams in the direction of the Gripper Pokemon. Conway reacted accordingly by ordering Dusknoir to dodge, to which it successfully did. It'd been a back and forth battle for the past couple of minutes, neither side gaining a solid advantage over the other. When one struck a mighty blow, the other retaliated with an even fiercer strike.

"Thunder Punch!"

"Ice Punch!"

The collision of the two punch attacks sent the ghosts flying backwards, but still nowhere near enough to stop either's momentum.

"I must commend you, Ash. Dusknoir's improved vastly since our last battle, and yet Gengar still manages to hold its own without fail. What its physical attributes seem to lack, it makes up for with speed," Conway remarked.

"I gotta hand it to you too. Gengar's just barely holding its ground. Your Dusknoir may not be the fastest of the bunch, but its certainly got bulk," Ash proudly retorted with some praise of his own.

The compliments seemed to have taken effect, as both the Pokemon and their trainers had suddenly received a second wind, born out of resilience and the mindset to not lose.

"Well then, it seems the finish line is in sight for us, because you see, Ash, we've got one final trick up our sleeve," Conway slyly commented.

Ash tensed up when Conway put emphasis on the word "trick", clearly remembering the very move it used when they battled in the Sinnoh League. Ash quickly ordered Gengar to escape, but the confused ghost didn't know what exactly to react to. Just then, large panels of pink surrounded the battlefield, forming a cube that encompassed both Dusknoir and Gengar within it. The latter of the two was quickly startled and immediately began to try breaking itself out with a barrage of Night Shades and Shadow Balls.

"Remember how I complimented your Gengar's speed, Ash? Well I've decided to start using it to my advantage. Now marks the beginning of the end for the two of you. Dusknoir! Shadow Punch!" The boy with glasses proudly stated. Dusknoir charged towards Gengar and built up energy for a brutal attack.

"Gengar, get out of there!" Ash yelled. It was a fruitless effort, as the speed altering effects of the Trick Room gave Gengar's opponent a massive speed boost, while decelerating its own. The Shadow Punch struck Gengar right in the center of its face, immediately causing it to crash to the ground. Ash's spine shivered, but regained his bearings as he started to cheer for his Pokemon, encouraging it through despite the disadvantage.

"Pika!" Pikachu joined its trainer in its cheering, not backing down as Gengar lay on the dirt.

"Whatever you try, its no use. I've given Dusknoir one of Gengar's best traits. Not even its remarkable power can save it now. Dusknoir, finish it off with one last Shadow Punch!" Conway said, pushing up his glasses as he expected the final blow.

Despite his cheers, Ash still felt a crushing hopelessness in the battle. All he could think off was Gengar's battered body frozen to the ground.

'That's it!' Ash thought, as the gears in his head grinded. "Gengar! use Ice Punch to freeze the ground." Gengar hesitantly thought in confusion, but put its faith in its trainer's plan. A white gleam encompassed its ghostly fist as it shot the ground with a cold smack. Ice swiftly began to spread over the battlefield, which startled Dusknoir and delayed its attack.

Conway was at a loss for words at his rival's decision. 'What's he doing? How can a cold floor possibly benefit him?' Conway thought, but left no room for an opening as he ordered Dusknoir to continue on with its attack. As the opposing Pokemon approached, Ash quickly sent his own order to Gengar.

"Use the icy ground to glide away!"

In response to this, Gengar quickly slid sideways and evaded what would've been the finishing attack. It took a moment for the occurrence to register in Conway's mind. 'I see. While Trick Room can alter a Pokemon's inherent speed, it bears no affect on third party resources, this makeshift ice skating rink being an example," Conway thought, "And what's more, it can only be used to Gengar's advantage due to Dusknoir's lack of legs. Ash, you never cease to amaze me with your unorthodox maneuvers."

Ash looked to Gengar, who could now easily avoid all of the Dusknoir's following Shadow Punches. Conway, however did not take this comeback to lightly.

"While your plan is impressive, Ash, it possesses a glaring weakness," Ash gazed confusingly at the other boy, "You'll see what it is now, Dusknoir! Use Thunder Punch on the ground." As it did, the ice began to crack at the overwhelming pressure as it shattered bit by bit. Fortunately for the raven haired boy, he had a counter.

"Refreeze the ground with Ice Punch, Gengar!" The Ghost/Poison type responded to its trainers command by punching the ground, replacing the shattered ice with the same smooth, white surface that it created earlier. The two trainers looked to the other, giving an excited grin as they each said the exact same thing.

"Go!" Both Ghost types began punching the ground, and a constant exchange of shattering and refreezing ice began, neither side giving an inch. This kept going, eventually to the point where they spent more time shifting the floor than directly battling with the other. Due to its superior speed in the Trick Room, Dusknoir began to gain the upper hand, causing a larger ratio of broken ice than frozen ice. Conway smirked at the apparent advantage, but that new confidence didn't last long. The pink barriers that made up the Trick Room slowly started to fade, indicating the end of the move.

Ash let out a broad smile. This wasn't part of his plan, but he took advantage of the situation to capitalize on the speed that Gengar had just regained. With quick instincts, Ash yelled out the last move, "Now use Shadow Ball!". Gengar put two miniature orbs together to form a much larger and more powerful one before launching it straight into the direction of the Dusknoir. Conway had no time to react. All he could muster was a small splutter of sounds while the super effective Shadow Ball hit Dusknoir square on the torso. No room was left for a comeback as the dust faded, revealing two swirls on the Dusknoir's eyes.

The drone Rotom registered the sight before announcing the result, "Dusknoir is unable to battle, Gengar wins. The World Coronation Series rankings will now be changed." Ash looked at his Rotom phone, revealing the numbers 86 for his new ranking.

"Well now, Ash, congratulations on defeating me again, despite my progress. I wish you good luck on all of your future battles, as well as your participation in the Ultra Class tourna-" Conway stopped mid sentence as he grasped the issue. Ash simply looked sheepishly as Conway pinched the bridge of his nose and sighed as he realized he'd lost to this same oaf again.

"Alright, I guess its time for me explain what the Ultra Class Tournament actually is." Conway began, glancing at Ash to ensure his attention. "First, the basics. As the name implies, this courtesy is only extended out to participants in the Ultra Class. But to be more specific, only 16 participants can join, which means only the earliest who register and receive a battle ticket can participate. Each trainer must win through 4 rounds before being declared the winner of the tournament: The preliminaries, followed by the Quarterfinals, then the Semi-finals, then the Final round."

Ash listened in, making sure not to drop a single piece of information on such a big event. Conway proceeded with the explanation, "As each trainer advances, more points are awarded towards their ranking. Once they win, they're granted with the prize of the 9th rank, but that's not even the best part," this confused Ash, since he didn't know what else could really surpass being given the highest rank in the Ultra Class, until Conway continued, "The winner of the Ultra Class Tournament is also offered the chance to challenge any member of the Master Class for their position, with the exception of Leon, of course."

Ash's eyes widened and his jaw dropped. This was a major opportunity for him, no, the entirety of the Ultra Class as a whole. It was a worldwide event and he couldn't believe he hadn't known of something so important much earlier on, and that was the problem. The registration deadline had already passed and all the battle tickets were taken by this point. Ash slumped over, cursing at himself for missing the chance to take part in what could've been his chance at joining the Master Class and challenging Leon.

"Well Ash, since you certainly feel down on your luck, I figure I may as well give you some glimmer of hope, think of it as a reward for defeating me." Conway said. Ash's head perked upwards and the fire in his eyes could quite literally be seen as he expressed the dumbest but most determined look imaginable. Conway hesitated for a second, before beginning to speak again, "Okay, this is usually secret information, so try not to let out the fact that I told you of this." They huddled over in a secretive manner as to not let any onlookers creep into the conversation.

"Normally, in the last week or two before the tournament, certain people who've successfully registered for tickets hold battle gatherings. They'll have you pay certain fees in exchange for the chance to battle the ticket holder. If you manage to win, the ticket's yours. If you lose, the ticket's gone along with your money. The organization behind the World Coronation Series doesn't usually sponsor these events, but since it's technically within the rules, they have to allow it. I've attended one as a spectator and can confirm the aforementioned details." Ash made sure he got in every bit of this without missing a hint of information, delighting Conway.

"Hold on, where do I even go for one of these things?" Conway looked around for bystanders before pulling out a note from his pocket and scribbling a description on it. He handed it over to Ash and said, "Put that address in your phone, you should find your way from there." Conway closed his eyes in satisfaction, before turning to depart, "It was nice battling you again, Ash. If you do make it to the Ultra Class Tournament, I'll be cheering you on." Ash smiled. He'd been so caught up reminiscing on the old memories he made in Sinnoh that he hadn't realized he was ready to make more.

He walked off into the direction of the Pokemon Center with Pikachu on his shoulder. The young trainer was actually surprised by the fact that despite his excitement, he managed to contain himself from jumping around like a little kid, something Iris would say. He didn't know if it was exhaustion, maturity, or maybe even both. Either way, he was happy, and carried a huge smile on his face as he walked back to the Pokemon Center, which he estimated to be a 20-30 minute walk.

He passed through the numerous buildings, taking in the view. Some were bright, some were dull, but what truly caught his attention was the blaring siren that entered his hearing range. He raised his head to look at the street of the sidewalk he was on and saw an ambulance urgently rush by, followed shortly by a slight trail of cold wind that brushed against his skin, causing his spine to shiver. As it passed, he glanced at the backdoor windows of the ambulance and spotted a familiar face sitting inside.

"Serena?" Ash said.

"Pikachu?" His yellow companion said from his shoulder, enough to knock him off his temporary trance. He quickly gazed over to his partner, and shook his head in utter disbelief. There's no way it could've been her, she wouldn't have any reason to come to Sinnoh...right?

"It's okay Pikachu, it was nothing." He reassured it as he gave its head a quick pat before continuing to walk. His encounter with "Serena" took some of the excitement he had for the Ultra Class Tournament away as the questions tormented his head. Once he arrived to the Pokemon Center, he quickly got a Pokeball from his pocket and handed it over to the nurse behind the counter.

"Hi Nurse Joy, could you heal up my Gengar for me?" Ash said while handing over the Pokeball of the exhausted Ghost type.

Nurse Joy responded with a nod and said, "No problem, we'll take your tired Pokemon for a few minutes." Her Chansey assistant took the Pokeball and went over to heal it. A phone rang in Nurse Joy's office, which led to her departure from the counter to answer it. Ash stood for a few seconds, and contemplated between heading back to the room or going out again, he chose the former. He could hear the Nurse's part of the phone conversation as he traversed through the hall and made it to the door of his room.

"Yes, hello?"

"..."

"Oh my, I see, I'll be sure to inform him."

"..."

"Yes, thank you."

Ash didn't prefer to eavesdrop on what should have been a private conversation, so he began fumbling for the door key to his room. Before he could, though, he noticed Nurse Joy exit her office and call out to him.

"Hey Nurse Joy, what's wrong?" He asked, followed by a confused head tilt from Pikachu.

"I...I received a call from the hospital earlier," Nurse Joy said, obviously anxious about the news to give, "It's about Goh."

Two things to mention:

1. If you're wondering why Delphox always referred to Goh as "the boy", it's because it never actually got the chance to learn his name. None of the previous chapters mentioned Goh introducing himself to Delphox. I just incorporated the moniker to give a little something extra on the Delphox' POV portion.

2. For the Amourshippers, there'll be far more moments in the next chapter.
