Aoi Hyoudou: Not a chapter, sorry! Just providing you guys a small glimpse of each Elite member and what you will expect from them in the series. Give your thoughts on which one do you like the best. I'm hoping to get chapter 6 in late August after a few projects are completed in July.
Name: "Cutlass" Reiko
Age: 25
Gender: Female
Appearance: A young woman in her mid-twenties with short teal hair and dark red eyes. She had a slender body yet a slightly built frame, suggesting she had years of experience in martial arts training. Her outfit consisted of a black overcoat over a dark sleeveless tank top with a white collar and a red tie, a teal belt over a red and black pleated skirt, and a pair of combat boots. On the back of her overcoat was a black raven logo, indicating that she too was part of Ash's notorious group, the Elite Corp. Strapped to her waist and secured inside its hoister was her high-tech artificial blade, Shadow Blade.

Ranking: Second-in-command, one of the four founding members of the "original" Elite Corp, and the former apprentice of Pokémon Hunter J
Background: A Sinnoh-native, born in Hearthome to parents who were both retired coordinators. Her parents were overprotective of their daughter, so they enrolled her into a dojo to learn martial arts for self-defense. Reiko was a prodigy in the dojo and was quick to earn a blackbelt in less than two years. When her teachers started lessons on weapons, swords were her weapon of choice. Once she was experienced and old enough, she started to enter martial arts tournaments, which she keeps winning victory after victory, which leads up to her seeking tough opponents for her to beat or at least get some fun out of it. She actually got into fights with street gangs and other thugs.
Obviously, she got into trouble with her parents, who disapproved of her behavior and tried to get her interested in Pokémon coordinating. She yells that they can't control her while her parents retaliated by yelling back that they won't let her get her own Pokémon if she keeps this attitude. In the end, she ends up running away after concluding that these two people whom she has called mom and dad for years were just holding her back and wanted her to be weak by playing dress-up at Pokémon contests.
Several years later, Reiko became Pokémon Hunter J's first apprentice and the first member of the "unofficial" Elite Corp after both sides agreed on certain terms regarding a prototype high-advanced sword and promising challengers.

Appearance: A tall, beautiful, and slender woman with long dark blue hair and dark red eyes. Her outfit consisted of black military apparel with long sleeves with buttons on the upper arms, a blue scarf on her neck, and high-heeled boots. She also has a raven-like tattoo on her chest, which is the sign of her undying love for Ash.
Status: Currently unknown (Spoiler alert: Don't appear until towards the end of Arc I)

Background: Very little is known about this member other than she used to live in a small village in the outskirts of Snowpoint City and she's very obsessed with Ash. It is also hinted that she's a manipulative and barbarous sadist who lacked empathy for people whom she deemed weak since she lived by her father's philosophy ("The strong survive and the weak die"). She enjoyed putting her enemies through great pain, both physically and emotionally.

Appearance: He has the appearance of an elderly man, with a right yellow eye, a white mustache, and a shaved head. His face is lined by large scars on the left side of his chin that go down to his neck and across his left eye. Despite his aged appearance, he is quite stocky and muscular. His outfit consisted of a regal black leather coat with white fur lining, short sleeves, and three black fur stripes running along the bottom. Around his neck was a raven-like necklace, solidifying his loyal to Black Raven.

Background: Very little is known about this member other than he used to be Mustard's former master and old friend. He is regal, egotistical, and full of pride. He does not hesitate to impose his perceived authority over others, taking the role of leadership after Black Raven (aka Ash), whom he refers to as "His God", is away during missions. He even goes as far as to openly challenge those who disagree with his God's ideals.

Name: "Triptych" Lester Dawson
Age: 20
Gender: Male
Appearance: Lester is 5'8", is moderately buff, and has brown eyes. He has short black hair that is mostly padded down but slightly spikes up at the ends. The back of his hair does not extend past his ears. His hair does not change regardless of the situation. In all of his outfits, Lester will nearly always wear an oval jewel with a silver mounting that he can remove if he so chooses.
Lester wears a plain white T-Shirt with a black leather jacket on top, which slightly flaps up at the end. He also wears a pair of blue denim jeans with a distinct rip across the left knee. He also has a pair of white sneakers with blue highlights. Lester also wears a pair of black leather gloves. Stitched into the back of Lester's left glove is a Key Stone. Attached to the back of his right glove is a silver mounting that holds an oval jewel. The jewel in its mounting is removable.

Background: Because of an unfortunate childhood incident, Lester possesses a split personality. Unlike many cases of the disorder, Lester (in his current personality) actually remembers what his previous personality did before switching to the current one. In many cases, people would forget what a previous personality did upon switching personalities. Because of this, Lester possesses a coherent memory of his past, and his condition may be easier to treat and cure than many others. It is also possible that Lester does not possess a true split personality, but may only merely have quickly shifting emotions, which others confuse as separate personalities. Lester has three distinct personalities.
Lester's rational, calm, and collected personality is the most mature and level-headed. Here, he uses a wide vocabulary, is generally polite, quiet, friendly, and intelligent, commanding the respect of quite a few peers for his ability to quickly diffuse conflicts. He spends much of his time reading and researching what interests him. He has a knack for correcting the mistakes of others, trivial or otherwise, to their annoyance. Is very perceptive, good at reading others, and forming a detailed idea of their personalities, a form of psychoanalyzing if you will. He also enjoys tutoring others, though they sometimes have trouble keeping up with him.
Lester's angry personality is prone to violent outbursts, is rude, and unsocial. He also has no inside voice and uses profanity often. Here, he prefers to spend time in the gym, working out to increase his strength and high pain tolerance. He also tends to disobey orders or twist words around to mess with people, spending time in detention because of it. Being slightly arrogant and cocky, he will also readily accept challenges from anyone (could be anything). He is generally avoided when this personality is the current one. Is good at physical fighting, but causes others to think overkill when he fights.
Lester's crazy personality laughs a lot and cracks jokes at every corner (most of them not funny and some are bad puns). He has very low expectations for humor and will laugh for minutes on end if he hears something even remotely funny (his record is 90 minutes). Most of his jokes make his peers roll their eyes or groan miserably. He spends much of his free time researching new jokes and does manage to make his peers genuinely laugh on occasion. However, he enjoying pranking them on a regular basis, and frequently makes them the butt of his jokes. Being a master prankster, he is also good at detecting and evading attempts at prank retaliation and has turned other peoples' attempts to prank him back against them or on someone else. He also laughs a lot when battling, something that can be highly annoying to opponents.
Because of the communication problems having multiple personalities may cause, the jewel on Lester's right glove functions the same way as a mood ring, changing colors to denote current personality. Blue for calm, red for angry, and yellow for crazy. This helps, as others know when to approach him and when not to do so. Lester is aware of his condition and wears the jewel to help others know what his mood is. Fortunately, his calm persona is the one that manifests the most often (about 50% of the time), so he is frequently civil with others. The calm personality is also seen as his "default" personality, so the jewel's color is only mentioned when he is anything but calm. Suddenly switching personalities may lead to a change in tone in his current sentence.
The jewel Lester often wears is removable, and Lester takes it off when battling, to prevent the opponent from predicting his strategies based on personality. To be even more unpredictable, Lester will occasionally use tactics not associated with his current personality, seamlessly switching from one set of tactics to the next.

Name: "Scout" Jake

Gender: Male
Appearance: A young man wearing a simple red shirt with a black raven on it and black jeans. He isn't fat but, he isn't skinny either. He wears big, nerdy glasses, has brown eyes and black, mushroom hair.
Status: Active
Ranking: 5th and considered to be the "veteran" of the Elite Corp
Background: Scout, who had to live independently from his parents, dorm at the university of Sinnoh. He originally wanted to become a Pokemon Professor. However, after he had earned his degree, he found out that it was practically useless since many people who tried to become professors were jobless.
Since Scout didn't want to depend on his parents and tell them that he essentially wasted his life, he tried to go find work elsewhere. His plans to do so many things fell apart when he realized he couldn't find any work. He started to doubt himself and wonder about who he even is. It starts to spiral a bit down, to the point where he believes that he can't even find someone to love and marry and that he's just meant to be alone.
After months of trying to find a job, he finds that he cannot get one at all. The numerous times he tried to apply to jobs, even not related to his degree, he was rejected whether it be that he didn't have enough experience or that they just didn't like him. Disheartened and seeing that he'd "wasted" his career choice, he sees no other option than to join the Elite Corp with Hunter J and Black Raven and do what he can like a job in the Elite Corp. He believes that it's too late to make any changes and that he is stuck now where he is.
Scout is usually laidback and tries to act nice with everyone and is usually quiet when speaking to new people. He's a little more open to those he is familiar with and close to. Beyond his external appearance, however, inside he constantly reminds himself that he is nothing more than a tool for the team, and no one really cares about one another, as well as dealing with other personal regrets.
If he has grudges against his certain coworkers who pick on him, he doesn't show it and still acts friendly. However, that doesn't mean he isn't willing to let some things bite back with karma. For example: If Scout was aware that one of his fellow members was in trouble (and it happens to be one of the ones he has a grudge against), he wouldn't go and help them and leave them to their fate. He would only help out those who were nice and looked out for his back.

Name: "Lightning Strike" Joshua "Josh" Smith
Age: 21
Gender: Male
Appearance: A young man in his early twenties with black spiky hair and blue eyes. He was donning an orange T-shirt and a pair of light-blue pants over an overcoat. There was a black raven logo on it.
Status: Active
Ranking: 6th and one of the "newbies" - according to Cutlass
Background: Joshua grew up in Pallet Town with his adopted mom Toba and adopted dad Arron. Both of them are friends with Delia Ketchum. They asked her to be Joshua's godmother in case something were to happen to them. Ash and Joshua grew up like stepbrothers, got along well together. Joshua used to date a girl named Jen for a while until Jen broke his heart and became Pokémon Hunter J.
Joshua is a loyal Pokémon Trainer and a great friend. Despite Hunter J's feelings of him being a loser. No one knows of their past relationship. Joshua would do anything to help his fellow Elites with their jobs. Maybe even find a girlfriend.

Name: The "Majestic Lotus" Sarah
Age: 20
Gender: Female
Appearance: A young woman with long blond hair which reaches to her back and diamond blue eyes. She wears a black overcoat over a diamond blue dress, a black skirt, and a pair of black high heels. Around her neck, she wears a raven-like necklace.
Status: Active
Ranking: 7th one of the "newbies" - according to Cutlass
Background: Lived in a hostile environment with her parents due to their addiction, alcoholism. She doesn't see them as parents but as bickering children. She had a knack for Pokémon battling and pro-wrestling. She is fascinated by fighting types due to their strength, and steel types to their defensive power. She and Ash had a battle and he won a close one. Sensing her potential asked her to join which she thought for a while before accepting. Black Raven once helped on finding her brother a nice home until he was older enough to journey as a trainer.
She joined the Elite Corp for excitement in her life even if it's being a criminal. A goal is to have her own villa and live in style.
Sarah has a strong will and dedication to complete her mission and is quite competitive like her fellow Elites. She can be quite sarcastic and has a tendency to taunt her opponents. She is somewhat of a flirt with the males of the team especially with her leader Black Raven (Ash).

Name: "Stratos" Sierra Victor
Age: 14
Gender: Female
Appearance: She has the appearance of a young albino girl with short white hair and black eyes. Her outfit considered of a shortened, white garment robe with a raven logo on the back.

Ranking: 8th, considered to be the "weakest", and one of the "newbies" - according to Cutlass
Background: Sierra Victor was born an orphan, found at the doorstep of an orphanage at Sunyshore City. As a kid, she was not well-liked by the other kids living in the orphanage due to being reclusive and not being able to get along with everyone. Her only saving graces were the kind orphan keeper, who was always patient with Sierra's reclusiveness and marveling at the wonderful technology that made up Sunyshore City. Her interest in technology got her to go to the local library where she found books on technology, and that is where she found her fondness of spying gear and the art of surveillance, and along the line, she also took a fondness for flying bird Pokémon, who are known to spy and prey on the weak Pokemon to feast on.
Stratos has trouble understanding and feeling human emotions and interactions. Despite her mental health, she genuinely wants to feel and learn what it's like to be a human being.

Name: Carmen Prescott
Age: 29
Gender: Female
Appearance: Carmen is 5'8", has forest green eyes, and a face that is oval in shape with high cheekbones and features that many have described as smooth and comforting. She has Caucasian-toned skin. Carmen's build is rather athletic with some curves and lean muscle in her torso and legs, along with a medium-sized bust (larger B cup to smaller C cup). In terms of hairstyle, Carmen possesses straight golden blonde hair that mostly reaches the small of her back, though locks near the middle of her head will touch her waist. Carmen typically lets her hair down, leaving it to flow freely down her back. The front of her hair is styled in a hime cut, though she has a habit of brushing or combing it aside to the right, exposing more of her forehead. She also has a deep scar across her forehead that extends down her left cheek, which is partly covered by her hairline.
Carmen's usual outfit is a simple white sundress and white slip-on shoes, along with a tan-colored sunhat. She also has a red long-sleeved sports blazer draped over her shoulders like a cape or hussar pelisse and usually does not actually wear it properly. She has a pink Alice band on her head with a yellow bow on the right side. Her KeyStone is contained in the bow's knot. On her left wrist is a Z-Power Ring and a Dynamax Band.
While infiltrating the Elite Corps, Carmen wears a long-sleeved black dress with a long flowing skirt, almost like a ballroom gown. She also wears a pair of black slip-on shoes. She wears her Z-Power Ring and Dynamax Band on her left wrist but has her KeyStone in a fixture shaped like a Black Raven. She also has a black sports blazer with the Black Raven logo emblazoned on the back, and similarly to her usual outfit, it is draped loosely over her shoulder like a cape or hussar pelisse.

Background: Carmen is outgoing, assertive, strong-willed, cares deeply for her Pokemon and those close to her, and is unafraid to speak her mind, which might have gotten her into trouble on more than one occasion. Kind and easygoing takes life in stride, and can often find a silver lining in many gloomy situations. Disgusted by sexist people and flirts. Due to the way she was raised, has great pity for the poor and underprivileged. She also tries to get along with other people in general. Carmen also has a positive outlook on life, and while she gets mad at people, could never hold grudges, believing them a waste of energy and a pointless stress factor. Carmen frankly believes that the best form of revenge a victim can take on an offender is to live their life to the fullest and show that what happened did not affect the victim at all. Carmen has an effect on others in that if they do something out of line, thinking about how sad and disappointed she would be at them would be enough to make them feel regretful unless they have total hearts of stone, that is.
Dwelling on the past and regretting past actions is also something Carmen dislikes since she thinks it is best that energy is invested in planning for the future instead, which is why she doesn't think about her past often and dislikes sharing it. She is afraid of being judged the wrong way by others, as she is slightly insecure by what other people think about her, which is one reason she tries to be friendly to everyone. She also is willing to help those she knows very well with any personal problems. Is shy at times, especially if there are too many people around her. Carmen has a tendency to be reticent and secretive about herself, a somewhat hidden trace of vulnerability within a soul that has been tempered by hardship and pain. Emotionally, Carmen is an open book and is unafraid to cry openly if saddened or distraught. But she definitely does have a deep strength of character that will stand up against injustice.
Carmen is also a very fast learner and can pick up skills relatively quickly. While she may not be the most flexible or strategic Trainer, she has the ability to telegraph her feelings to her Pokemon, allowing for a high empathetic connection between herself and them, which seems to make them want to fight all the harder for her. It is perhaps this ability to be sensitive and empathetic to others that enabled Carmen to acquire the ability to utilize aura and it likely also accounts for her proficiency in the special techniques of Mega Evolution, Z-Moves, and Dynamax/Gigantamax. Some think this trait about her is dangerous since it could induce people to throw their lives on the line for her. To sum it up, when the chips are down, she is also very daring and audacious and capable of acts of high courage and heroism.
