Emma began to worry when Regina didn't arrive home. She was supposed to be home by now. Emma left Remy in charge while she went out to look for Regina. She saw an ambulance pull into the hospital and something made her stop. Regina was lowered from the ambulance on a stretcher and Emma ran towards her. "What happened?"

The paramedic recognized Emma, "coachman called and said he was knocked out and when he came to she was lying on the ground unconscious. Stab wound to the abdomen."

"Is our daughter okay?"

"No," a deep voice came from behind.

"Killian, what's going on?"

"Rothbart is the one who attacked the coach and took Odette."

"He's dead."

"No, that was a clone of himself that he created."

Emma looked in the direction Regina had been taken and back at Killian, "I don't know what to do."

"Stay here," Hook said, "I've already got more than enough people to help search for her. We don't know what Regina knows so she's going to need you."

"Keep me posted."

Hook nodded and left. Emma sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half before a doctor emerged, "Mrs. Mills," Emma stood, "your wife is stable and in a room. We were able to repair the damage from the blade and give her a bag of blood. You can see her now."

Emma followed the doctor to Regina's room. The brunette was incredibly pale and appeared smaller than usual. Emma took a seat by the bed and took Regina's hand in hers. She kissed her wife's hand as tears ran down her face. "Don't worry, honey, we'll find her. That bastard will never hurt her again."

Regina began to wake up two hours after her surgery, "Odette," she mumbled a few times before her eyes fluttered open, "Emma," she said upon seeing her wife, "Odette."

Regina tried to move quickly but winced from the pain, "careful," Emma said. "You shouldn't move around yet."

"I have to find Odette. Rothbart has her."

"I know, but the whole kingdom is searching for her. You need to rest."

"Everything happened so fast. I just stood there."

"There wasn't anything you could do. He had the element of surprise."

Emma sat with her wife as she cried. Regina knew Emma was right, but she felt that she had failed her daughter. Magic was the only thing that could kill Odette and Rothbart had plenty of it.

Robin was walking through the forest when he came upon a lake. There he saw a single swan who looked depressed. The swan swam to the reflection of the moon on the lake and suddenly there stood a beautiful young woman. "Princess Odette?"

"Robin Hood?"

"Are you alright?"

"Yes, but what about my mother? She was badly hurt."

"I received a message that she's stable and doing well. We have to get you out of here."

"I can't leave."

"Why not?"

"The spell will stay with me and if I'm not at this lake when I'm a swan, I'll die."

"How do we break the spell?"

"Last time my mother broke it when she kissed me."

"It may be a while before she can venture out."

"Just head back and have everyone try to find another way. Now, go before Rothbart returns." Robin hurried off and Odette just stood there hoping that this was not her destiny.

Robin returned to Storybrooke, "she's really alright?" Emma asked.

"As alright as she can be as a swan stuck in a lake," Robin answered.

"Emma, I don't want her to be alone at night," Regina said.

"I know, but I can't leave you and the kids."

"I can go keep an eye on her," Robin offered.

"That would be great," Emma said, "thank you."

"I'll go too," Cora said, "just in case Robin is spotted by Rothbart."

Everyone had their own tasks. Regina and Gold were to look for a way to break the spell that didn't involve Regina traveling since she couldn't. Emma, David, and Snow mapped out a plan of attack to take down Rothbart. The others prepared weaponry and searched for the sorcerer.
