Emma and Henry were watching television in the living room when they heard a crash. "Mom," the blonde called out, "Mom! Henry, wait here." Emma walked into the kitchen and found her mother on the floor, "Mom!" She ran towards the woman who was holding her left wrist. "Are you alright?"

Regina looked up, "huh?"

"What happened?"

"Nothing," Regina lied, "I'm fine."

Emma helped the woman to her feet and held on tightly as she faltered, "no, you're not."

"Emma, I'm fine. It's not as if we don't know what's wrong."

"You're holding your wrist."

"It's sore, but I can move it."

"Go sit with Henry and I'll clean up. If anything changes then let me know so I can take you to the doctor." Regina hobbled into the living room and noticed how Henry moved away from her.

"I know who you really are," he said, "and what you did?"

"What?"

Henry pulled out the storybook and saw the look of shock on Regina's face. That look told Henry everything he needed to know.

Emma was on patrol one night when she saw someone climbing down from the second floor of her mother's house. She ran to apprehend the intruder and was stunned, "Graham! What the hell?" She took in his appearance, "wait, are you sleeping with my mom?"

"Emma," he said softly.

"No," she said emotionally, "you told me that you like me and wanted to go out sometime."

"I know and I mean it."

"Then why are you sleeping with my mother?"

"I don't really have a choice. I have to do what she says."

"You do have a choice. You better hope you made the right one. I'm not working nights anymore."

The next day, Emma walked downstairs and saw her mother in the kitchen, "morning, dear," Regina smiled.

"I know that you're sleeping with Graham."

Regina looked like a deer in the headlights, "if I am, is that a problem?"

"He likes me. He wants to date me, but according to him you haven't given him a choice."

"Of course he has a choice. He's probably just confused. I think you're the first crush he's had."

"I can't tell you what to do, but I'll tell you what I told him. Everyone has a choice and hopefully you make the right one."
