Two weeks after returning from the Enchanted Forest, Emma and Regina got married under what became their apple tree. Henry Sr. and David walked their daughters down the two aisles towards each other. Cora and Snow had helped their daughters plan the wedding. Regina had now gone two months without an episode. She was loving her life. She had married her true love, her son was being loving towards her again, she had her parents back, Snow and David were wonderful to her, and she had a baby on the way. When Regina was five months pregnant, she began having small and short episodes here and there. Emma took her for her twenty-week ultrasound, "I would just try to rest as much as you can," Whale said. "I think the further along you get, the more stress is placed on your body, and the more you'll experience episodes. If you feel uncomfortable walking alone then wait until someone is with you. If things get really bad then give me a call."

"Thank you," Regina said.

"Now, would you like to know the gender of your baby?" the coupled nodded with big grins on their faces. Whale looked at the screen as he conducted the ultrasound, "let young Henry know that he's going to have a little sister. Congratulations you two."

Regina and Emma left the appointment happier than ever. Their family was just as thrilled as they were. Regina explained what Whale had told her about her episodes and everyone told her to just ask for help if she needed it. That made the mayor cry tears of happiness. Well, the hormones didn't help.

Regina had mild episodes throughout her second trimester. Once she entered her third, things got worse. She walked into the station one day to meet Emma for lunch. The sheriff was out, but David was there. "How are you feeling?" he asked.

"Pretty good," she answered. Regina began to walk towards a chair but collapsed on the way. She fell onto her back and David ran to her.

"Are you alright?"

Regina was in tears, "I don't know. What if I hurt the baby?"

David lifted the woman, "I'm taking you to get checked out."

After Regina was in a hospital bed, David called Emma. Whale did an ultrasound and found that the baby was perfectly fine. He had Regina's discharge papers processed but told the mayor she could stay and rest as long as she needed to. "Thank you, David," she said softly.

"Hey, it's no trouble. I told you that I'm here for you. I'm just glad you're both alright."

"Me too," David and Regina turned to find Emma had arrived. She walked over and kissed her wife, "I brought your cane. Hopefully, it will be of some help."

"Thank you, dear."

David excused himself and headed to Granny's for lunch with Snow. Emma and Regina said they would join them as soon as they could. Emma wrapped an arm around her wife to help support her as they left the hospital. Regina had placed one arm around Emma's shoulders and held her cane in the other hand. Cora and Henry Sr. were also meeting them for lunch. As the four parents waited, David told them to not fuss over Regina. It was difficult for Henry Sr. and Cora to just sit there when they saw their daughter. She was hardly supporting herself and was relying on Emma and a cane to stay on her feet. The parents were in a corner booth because it was larger. Emma helped her wife settle next to Snow and then Emma sat next to Regina. "I'm fine," she said knowing how worried everyone probably was. "I'm a little tired, but I'm fine. The baby's fine too. After lunch, I'm going to go home and rest."

"Emma, why don't you go with her?" David suggested, "I can handle things."

"That would be great. Thanks, dad, I really appreciate it."

"We both do," Regina said.

"Just call if you need me," Emma told her father, "I'm serious."

"If I really need you, I'll call," David said.

Regina ate some soup and grilled cheese. She craved comfort food recently. After finishing, she laid her head on Snow's shoulder. She had done that a few times. Snow wrapped an arm around Reigna, "I'm done eating. If you want, I can take you home while Emma finishes," Snow whispered.

"I can wait for Emma. I always do anyway."

Snow chuckled along with everyone else. David had told his daughter to not worry about the bill and to just get Regina home. David and Henry Sr. ended up having to help Regina out of the booth and to the car. They returned to the table once Emma drove off.

The following day, Regina was able to get around more easily. She still needed her cane, but she didn't need someone to support her. Regina decided after what had happened the day before that she would work from home for the remainder of her pregnancy.

"Regina," Cora walked into her daughter's home office, "lunch is ready. Would you like to eat it in here?"

"Actually, why don't we eat it outside?"

"Okay, do you need any help?"

"Thanks, but I'm good," Regina smiled. Cora went to conjure up a table in the backyard and set the table. Regina carefully made her way outside. "Mother, I may need help sitting down." Cora walked over and helped her daughter before serving her and then taking a seat herself. "It's strange to see how domestic you've become."

"It feels strange every now and then. I understand why you love it so much. It feels good to take care of the ones you love."

"Emma and I were talking about baby names last night and I think we've come up with one. Would it bother you if we didn't name her after you but named her after Snow?"

"No, that's a lovely gesture. It won't bother me at all. I wasn't a very good or attentive mother. I understand why you and Emma would want to honor Snow."

"Thank you for understanding."

"Can I know my granddaughter's name?" Cora gave her daughter a smile.

Regina returned the smile, "after she's born."

"Oh, you're no fun."

Regina laughed with her mother and the two ate lunch. Sometimes, Regina still couldn't believe the wonderful relationship she now had with her mother. She finally had everything she had ever wanted. Well, almost everything.

Two months later, Regina and Emma welcomed their baby girl into the world.

"Now can we know her name?" Cora asked.

"Odette Margaret Mills," Regina announced. "Odette was the Swan Princess and that's my way of honoring Emma. I think Margaret is obvious," she smiled at Snow.

"Why?" Snow asked.

"Deep down, you always believed in me. You've done so much for me since the curse was broken and tried so many times to help me change in the Enchanted Forest. How could I not honor you?"

Snow gently hugged Regina, "well, I'm touched and flattered. Thank you, Regina."

Regina had never felt happiness like this and Cora felt guilty for depriving her of it. After everyone else had left, Cora returned to her daughter's room, "mind some company?"

"Not at all," Regina smiled as she held her baby, "would you like to hold her?"

"Absolutely," Cora took her granddaughter and sat in a chair by the bed. "I owe you an apology. Actually, I owe you a few. I deprived you of happiness because I thought it made you weak to love. My own experiences told me that. I'm so sorry about Daniel and forcing you to marry the king."

"I forgive you. In a way, you helped me find my happiness. If I hadn't married the king then I wouldn't have met Snow or Emma and I wouldn't have my kids."

"I'm glad that you are able to forgive me."

"So am I."

"She's just so beautiful. She looks just like you did when you were born."

It made Regina happy just to see her mother rocking her baby with a smile on her face. She can't recall Cora ever really smiling when they lived in the Enchanted Forest. Well, a smile that wasn't an evil one. Cora was now a regular mom and grandmother. She'd sneak Henry treats he wasn't supposed to have and spoiled him. She was spoiling Odette before she was even born. The Mills family would never be anything but complicated, but now everyone had their hearts and in turn their happiness.
