Emma and Regina took the kids home after eating at Granny's following Neal's funeral. He had gone missing right before Neverland but was reunited with everyone there. He died recently at the hands of the Wicked Witch. The same witch who showed up at Granny's to drop a bombshell. "Would you even remember having a sister?" Emma asked.

"I would only remember if I found out before that lost year."

"Are you sure that she's not telling the truth?"

"You really believe her?"

"I don't know, but why would she lie?"

"I don't know." Regina had started using a cane a couple of weeks ago. She had been progressing in her recovery quite well.

"We can figure this all out later. You need to rest."

"First, I want to go to my vault. See if David will stay with the kids. I'd like you and Snow to come with me."

Emma did but only because she didn't think Regina would rest otherwise. The mayor found a letter from her mother, "what does it say?" Emma asked.

"Zelena's my sister," she said softly.

"We should get you home," Snow said.

Emma walked up to take her girlfriend's arm and help her up the stairs to leave the vault.

That night, Regina walked confidently, and unaided, towards her sister. Emma wanted to stop the woman but knew she'd be embarrassed. Zelena threw Regina down the street and into a car.

"Zelena, stop," Emma yelled.

Regina walked towards her sister with a fireball but the Wicked Witch put it out. She raised Regina off the ground while choking her before throwing her into the clock tower. Emma ran faster than ever towards the tower. By the time she, Snow, and David got there, Zelena was gone. "You alright?" Snow asked.

"I think so."

"What the hell were you thinking?" Emma yelled.

"I was trying to stop her."

"Do you have any idea what could have happened to you? You shouldn't be going around having magic fights."

"Maybe this can wait till..." Snow tried to stop them but they continued.

"What are you saying?"

"You know damn well. You are in no condition for this. Plus, what are you doing walking without your cane?"

"I did just fine! And how can you not believe in me?"

"That's not what this is about. It's about you behaving recklessly when your magic isn't up to par because you had a fucking stroke!"

"Emma, stop!" David yelled. "I get that you're angry, but this is exactly what Regina doesn't need right now. She can't have the stress of this argument. It's not healthy for her."

"And fighting Zelena is?"

"No, but this we can stop."

Emma glared at Regina before walking away, down the stairs, and out of the tower. "She's right," Regina said. "I guess I was just trying to prove to myself that I'm not broken."

"You're not," Snow said, "you're still recovering."

"Let's get you home," David said, "you're shaking."

When Regina, David, and Snow returned to the mayor's home, they didn't find Emma anywhere downstairs. David offered to go check the upstairs while Snow helped Regina. "I wouldn't blame her if she left," the mayor said.

"She didn't leave you."

"Snow's right," David said as he walked into the room, "she's sleeping in your room upstairs."

"I suppose I had that coming."

"I'll stay with you tonight," Snow told the woman.

"You don't..." Regina paused, "I mean, thank you."

The following day, Zelena took three of the Mills children. Zelena didn't know about Faline so she was spared. The Blue Fairy agreed to watch the baby. Regina, Emma, Snow, and David quickly searched for the children before finding them. Regina kissed her children and broke the curse. She, Snow, and David remembered their missing year. Before they could all reunite, Zelena zapped the children to her. Regina walked towards her sister to stop her, but Zelena threw her across the room. The mayor hit her head and she lost consciousness. Emma and David stopped Zelena for the time being. It took a while for Regina to wake up. David helped her to her feet and wrapped an arm around her.

"I know what you're going to say and you don't have to," Regina told Emma.

"I wasn't gonna say anything. Do you three remember that missing year?"

"Yeah, and we remember who cast the curse," David said.

"Who?"

"I did," Snow answered. "I sacrificed David's heart..."

"Which I told her to do," David added.

"And had Regina split mine in half to bring David back."

"Seriously, what kind of forest is this?" Emma asked.

"I'm gonna take Regina home," David said.

"Odette and I will come too," Remy said. He knew that Henry wanted to visit his father's grave and felt that it should just be him and Emma.

While at the cemetery visiting Neal's grave, Snow went into labor. Emma and Henry rushed her to the hospital and contacted David on the way. Regina insisted on coming along. It was either that or she'd walk. David went to his wife's room while Emma walked out.

"Hey, how you feeling?" she asked Regina.

"I'm alright," she answered, "just sore."

"I'm sorry that I freaked out yesterday. I just don't want anything to happen to you and a blow to the head could cause another stroke. You've hit your head three times in the past two days."

"I know and I'm sorry. I overreacted because I wanted to believe that my life could be normal again. Yesterday I was just trying to prove myself."

"And today?"

"I was trying to find our kids."

The two women heard Zelena storming through the halls. Regina had Archie take the kids to a closet and lock the door. As soon as Zelena turned the corner she threw Regina into a wall and froze Emma in place. Once Zelena had taken the baby, David rushed out of the room. Remy was able to unfreeze Emma. "I'll go fight Zelena," Emma said, "you stay with Regina."

Before David could answer, Emma ran off. He noticed that Regina was regaining consciousness and knelt down. "Are you alright?"

"Emma's gonna freak out. That's two more blows to the head."

"She didn't say anything."

"Where is she?"

"She went after Zelena who took the baby."

"What? And you just let her go?"

"She left before I could stop her."

"Help me up," Regina demanded. David did, "let's go."

"Whoa, Emma will kill me if I bring you."

"Do I look like I care?"

"No, but you never do."

"Very funny," Regina took David's hand and the two disappeared in a cloud of purple smoke.

"How did you do that?" David asked when they landed outside the barn Zelena had run off to.

"Honestly, I got lucky."

Regina tried to stay out of harm's way. She was only there to aid with her magic when needed. Zelena eventually lifted her into the air while choking her. The witch telling Regina that she could never be anything but evil gave the woman the strength to release light magic and defeat Zelena. She fell to the ground once Zelena's power was gone. Emma quickly grabbed the necklace and Rumple's dagger while David grabbed the baby. Hook and Robin helped Regina up. After they stopped Rumple from killing Zelena, Robin and Hook took the witch to the station to lock her up. Regina, David, and Emma returned the baby to Snow. She and David named their son Neal, after Henry's late father.
