My roots are forever in fanfiction. :)

I have always loved reading and writing fanfiction since my teen years, everything from the Buffy universe to Harry Potter to Twilight, it's only fitting my professional fiction career hinges on what? FAN FICTION! :) In the mid 00s I sat in the movie theater and my worldview about Jane Austen was forever changed. On the screen were these sweeping, breath-taking images of the English countryside, of elaborate homes too big for even a giant, and I wanted to be IN the movie. A staunch feminist, I wanted to wear pretty gowns and go to dances and try to find a husband! In 2018, I divested myself of said lousy husband who was more a Lt. Wickham than a Mr. Darcy!

Sadly, like my letter never arrived for Hogwarts, I couldn't turn back time and only live the few good parts of 1812 . . . but I can every single time I start a new file in Scrivener! :) Thank you for visiting my fanfiction profile, and if you'd like to follow me on my website or other places, you can find me below.
