It makes Jason act even more emotionally unstable than he already is, and the Decepticons suffer the brunt of it. Storm Hawk Phoinix-The continuation of "Phoinix". Phoinix and Ranndi are now Storm Hawks, and with that comes some other unpleasant truths that Phoinix learns are even more shocking then what was kept from her. To add to the mix, she has to learn to control her new powers which Shadow had awakened, and understands why he is the bane of Ranndi and Ace's existence.
