"You two are not helping." Ahsoka said with a sigh as she watched Anakin and Jayden pace in front of her. Jayden had been allowed into the Temple after making it very clear he was not leaving Ahsoka's side, not caring if this reveals their secret relationship to the Jedi. All Jayden cared about was getting Ahsoka through this and off the planet if she is seen guilty.

Anakin sighs and stops his pacing, coming to sit down beside her. "I'm sorry Snips, I... I just don't know what to do!" he says helplessly.

"I don't either," she replies.

The bell then chimes, signalling that it's time for the trial. Ahsoka looked at Jayden with a look of fear but he sent her reassurance and stood with her and Anakin as she was lifted on a platform before several members of the Jedi Council. Jayden stood with Anakin, arms crossed and his fists clenched tightly but he restrained his rage though he was sure several Jedi around could sense it.

"Calm down." Anakin whispered to him. Despite their past issues, both cared for Ahsoka and wanted to proof her innocence to the Council.

"Hard to calm down when the girl I love is being framed for something she did not do." Jayden growled.

"Padawan Tano, serious charges, have been levied against you." Yoda says. "How plead you?"

"Not guilty Master," she says immediately. "I would never take the lives of innocents. The values of the Jedi are sacred to me!"

'Seriously, the Jedi say they are wise and udnerstanding yet they can't even use that wisdom to sense she's telling the truth?!' Jayden thought to himself.

"There is evidence to the contrary," Mundi says. "You were alone with Letta Turmond when she died. Can you explain this?" he asks.

"Someone used the Force against her." Ahsoka answers.

"Which brings us to Ventress. Can you explain your association with her?" Plo says.

"We, had a mutual understanding. I thought she was helping me," she says, before immediately being cut off by Windu.

"Did she help you acquire the nano-droid weaponry they found when you were apprehended? The same devices used in the bombing of the Temple." Windu demands coldly. "And why were you in the company of former Sith Apprentice Darth Khan?"

"This doesn't concern him." Ahsoka said firmly, making it clear this was about her and her trial, she was not going to let the Jedi apprehend Jayden as well. "And I was set up, and deceived! "As you are being deceived now!"

"The question is Padawan Tano, who is deceiving us? Ventress, you, or someone else?" Windu questions.

"I am not deceiving you!" Ahsoka exclaims. "I would assume Ventress but, but I can't be sure! My sense is... clouded!"

"Clouded by the Dark Side, these things are Padawan Tano. Dangerously clouded. But not just surrounding you, surrounding many things in these times." Yoda says. Jayden gritted his teeth as he can easily sense what their decision had been the entire time, they just wnated to hear Ahsoka's side of it but had already condemned her regardless if she was telling the truth.

"You've already made your decision haven't you? This meeting is just a formality!" Anakin roars in outrage, having deducing already what is to happen.

"Now I understand why Revan left this damn order." Jayden muttered but it was loud enough for the Jedi Masters to hear.

"Reached a decision we have, though not in total agreement are we." Yoda says grimly.

"It is the Council's opinion, that Padawan Ahsoka Tano has committed sedition against the Republic." Windu says, not an ounce of compassion or sorry in his voice, which leaves Jayden a quiet, seething rage. "She will be expelled from the Jedi Order."

"You can't do this!" Anakin yells in outrage, rushing forward with his fists up but the sentinel guards activated their blades to keep him back. Jayden remained silent, but he was seething with rage and worry for Ahsoka as he was just an inch away from activating his own lightsabers.

Ahsoka's platform is lowered back down to them as she gazes down at the floor, eyes breaking with tears as a sense of hopelessness and grief washes over Jayden from her end of the bond.

"Your Padawan status will be stripped from you, and you shall forfeit all rank and privileges in the Grand Army of the Republic." Mundi states. "You will be turned over to the Republic court to await trial, and whatever punishment they set for you."

One of the Sentinel's yanks her Padawan braid off, and it takes all Jayden had left to not leap at the guard in rage, as Anakin looks on in horror and helplessness.

"Henceforth, you are banned, from the Jedi Order."

Jayden left the Temple, seething with rage but not letting it control him as he had a clear purpose on what to do next. the only reason he hadn't attacked and freed Ahsoka is because she didn't want him too. She didn't want him to give them any reason to imprison him and she asked him to do it for her, for their child. So jayden was left with nothing to do... except for one thing.

Find Ventress.

She was with Ahsoka and attacked her, so Jayden will get his answers from her.

"Jayden!" He heard and paused before looking to see Anakin walking up to him with a firm glare. "We're going to find Ventress."

"Looks like we're on the same idea." Jayden said as they walked on to find their target.

It took them a while, but they managed to find Ventress in the lower levels. They stood on upper platforms, watching her walk on before she stopped and looked to the right, having most likely sensed them as they leaped onto another platform and Ventress walked on with a bit of panic in her step as she walked on faster until she heard two thuds behind her and smirked.

"Skywalker and dear old Jayden." She greeted as she turned to them.

"We know you're behind all this." Anakin said angrily.

Ventress smirked at them. "Prove it."

She leaped onto another platform as Anakin and Jayden activated their blue and purple lightsabers respectively and went after her. Ventress surprised them with a dropkick as soon as they joined her and she kicked Anakin in the face before trying to punch Jayden who caught her fist and clenched, causing her knuckles to nearly break as Ventress winced in pain before Jayden used the Force to press her up against the wall hard then dropped her.

"Tell us what you know!" Jayden demanded, causing Ventress to chuckle.

"Still have the anger within you, jayden." She said as she smirked at him. "You really have grown since being our Master's former pet."

Jayden scoffed. "You can't say you weren't the same and he betrayed both of us when we were of no further use to him. Now... what do you know?" He used the Force to start choking her, lifting her off her feet as Jayden glared at her, his eyes briefly changing to red-yellow colour, the eyes of his Sith self.

"I-I'll.. t0tell you!" Ventress choked out and Jayden dropped her as Anakin joined him, both pointing their lightsabers at her as she rubbed her throat and glared at them. "When I heard Skywalker's pet was on the run, I thought she'd provide me with a rather large bounty."

"Bounty?" Anakin asked as he and Jayden shared a look.

"I was going to catch her then turn her over to the authorities, collect whatever bounty was due." Ventress continued and both Anakin and Jayden could sense she was telling the truth so they deactivated their lightsabers.

"What stopped you?" Jayden asked, knowing Ventress never stopped pursing her prey unless it was for a very good reason.

"At first, I admit, I was only interested in the money and a little bit of revenge." ventress growled as her past meetings with Ahsoka came to mind from the length of the Clone Wars. "But then I realized, Skywalker, your padawan and I have much in common as Jayden does. the three of us abandoned and tossed aside by our Masters when we were of no further use to them, isn't that right Jayden?"

Jayden glared at her for those words but couldn't deny she was right.

Ventress looked at Anakin. "After I left the warehouse, after I left your little padawan alone, I was walking away and I thought she came up behind me to talk more. But I was wrong. Someone came out of nowhere and hit me from behind. Not just anyone can sneak up behind me. It had to be another Jedi."

"I don't believe you." Anakin scoffed.

"She's telling the truth." Jayden said after he used his senses for any signs of deceit but found none. "And she isn't easy to sneak up on. I know that fact very well from our time as Apprentices under Dooku."

Ventress smirked at him, having enjoyed those days. "Whoever you two are looking for has my lightsabers. That's how you'll know you found the criminal."

"Did Ahsoka speak to anyone else while you were with her?" Jayden asked, crossing his arms.

"Yes, in fact the person she spoke with told us to go to the warehouse in the first place. This person's name is... Barriss..."

Jayden waited outside as Anakin confronted this Barriss. From what he was told, Ahsoka and Barriss were good friends but if she was the one behind everything... well Jayden was going to show why it was not a good idea to make him angry. His enemies find out that it's a small Universe when he's angry with them.

The door opened and Barriss got kicked out by Anakin. Barriss looke dup, her eyes widening as jayden activated his red lightsaber and pointed it at her. "Going somewhere?"

Anakin stepped out the room, lightsaber pointed at Barriss as well. Barriss growled and attacked the two who parried her blows. Jayden saw she was using Ventress' lightsabers, but regardless of that she wasn't skilled with the curved hilt as Ventress had been. Plus Jayden had learned from Count Dooku, one of the most skilled swordsman in Jedi history next to others like Yoda and Windu.

The duo fought Barriss down a hallway of the temple before Anakin sued the Force to send Barriss out the window and down to a courtyard. "She's mine!" Jayden growled as he leaped after the one who was responsible for Ahsoka's situation. Jayden landed atop a building near a courtyard where Jedi younglings were training, several of which Jayden recognised from that situation with Hondo.

"to think the 'Chosen One' would work with a Sith!" Barriss spat before Jayden kicked her down to the courtyard below and lunged for a killing blow but Barriss parried his attack and knocked his lightsaber out his hand. Jayden scoffed as he grabbed his second one.

"I am not Sith." Jayden declared as he activated the purple lightsaber and assumed his stance before he and Barriss continued to duel. Jayden parried her blows with one hand as he demonstrated his superior skill before he went on the offensive in a surprise attack, throwing her off her balance as Jayden began to overpower her, slashing with harder strikes that made her stumble. Jayden then kicked her with a Force kick, sending her across the floor.

Jayden then began to Force choke her and lifted her off her feet as he menacingly approached with his lightsaber raised to end her life. "Jayden wait!" he heard Anakin shout and looked to see him coming. "We need her alive or else Ahsoka will be found guilty! Barriss can tell th Council what she did and Ahsoka's innocence will be proven."

Jayden growled but sighed then released Barriss but not before he gave her a big punch to the face that knocked her out. "She's all yours."

Jayden waited outside the Jedi temple, at the steps leading up to it. Ahsoka had been set free after Barriss was revealed to be behind the bombing and framing Ahsoka. Now the Jedi were offering her a chance to come back but Ahsoka had silently revealed to Jayden that she was going to refuse if they do because she can't handle it anymore. Her eyes had been opened to what the Jedi were and plus she had a child to worry about.

Jayden looked up as Ahsoka walked down the steps and as soon as she saw him she ran down and leaped into hsi arms, crying tears as she allowed her emotional pain to be free. Jayden held her close as he comforted her and led her away. The galaxy, the JHedi and the Sith could burn for all Jayden cared, he'd leave it for another one and live his life with Ahsoka and their child...

And that's it for this chapter. Next one will either be Ahsoka's first season 7 appearance, or the birth of their child but i can't really figure out how to make that go aside from "Ahsoka gives birth and they name the child."

It could be just an off screen thing.
