As Demona, Goliath, and every other gargoyle that now existed on this side of the planet entered into their stone sleep. Everything was silent as things were made so that they did not keep running if there was no one to watch them after all. The things that kept running during the day were those that were meant originally.

Demona stood there with a shocked look on her stone face and Goliath's stone finger was on her lips.

Then at her side, a bundle of chains hit the ground as they were no longer effective at hold the one that was bound by them

'That one way to get free' Puck thought to himself now fully freed.

Floating around Demona he looked at her face before plucking her forehead.

"Not sure what exactly happened there but you seem to be happy enough here and now. You are getting a second chance at redoing your life it seems" He said

Noticing that before she seemed out of place in this new version of reality that came about somehow. Though as she stood no she seemed in step with it and that he did notice that her mind now match her body. No longer the thousand plus year old immortal gargoyle that once the following night.

"Do not waste it like you did the first time around" he said to her before flying off

Though he was by Demona's side the entire time he was once again used her own words against her. When she demands that he come out and show himself. He did not need to follow that order cause he never went anywhere he was shocked that Demona did not even notice she was still had his chain in her possession. Sure it was not in her hand but was wrapped around her wrist. It was as if she could not see him even though he floated so he was right in front of her yet she went around him like he was not there at all.

Puck just assumed it was this reality's affected her as she was affected mentally by it far more than she was aware of the moment she found herself in it. The only reason she was fully affected immediately seemed to be because she had a connection to him(who was unaffected). However, he was there to help her as he never was since he was not by her side willingly thus would not help or act unless he was made to do so.

Once that loose connection to him was cut then he was freed as her actions before reality changed somehow were voided thus she was stuck with a chain around her wrist. He was curious how she would react to this have now no memories beyond this current world. Though he had other pressing matters to attend to as he had someone he was interested in to check up on to see how things were going with them.

Meanwhile elsewhere in this new world where gargoyles were the major dominant race

A slim, yet reasonably toned young gargoyle of average height with light green brush-like hair that spikes up awoke from his stone sleep. With two locks of hair that drape over his face, and sharp red eyes he looked around not noticing anything that different from before other than a date marked on a calendar though.

"So about another week until she and her friends are supposed to show up here then," he said

"Hey, Senku. What do you want for breakfast" one Byakuya Ishigami asked.

"The usual" he replied.

Byakuya was the typical normal type of gargoyle that was mostly human in appearance with just obvious gargoyle like features and skin stone similar to his original form when he was still human.

Senku was mostly the same as well though his wings were considered to be one of the rarest variations though. Stretching between his arms and legs, rather than extending from his back as with other gargoyles, somewhat resembling a flying squirrel.

"So when is that girlfriend of yours suppose to be coming with her friends again," he asked

"Seriously she is just my friend that happens to be a girl thus merely my girl friend, not my girlfriend no different than Yuzuriha really," Senku told him "Also she is already in love with someone else as well just like Yuzuriha too. Though at least they have admitted it to each other. Took them long enough though"

"Your turn will come as first you made a girl friend and then made another that you talk to about similar interest. Next time you find one that is just for you. She bound to out there for you just need to run into her" Byakuya said.

Senku then sighed as he would not say he and his friend Demona had similar interests though. It was more like they had a conflicting interest which just leads to them talking as much as they did. He met Demona while he was traveling in Scotland as she was a mage but not one that was too tied down to magic like other mages were. Thus the two of them would at a time get into various talks about magic and science though others would try to enter at times. They would be overwhelming as Senku learned a lot about magic from Demona while she learned an equal amount about science from him.

In this new reality, magic was public knowledge however as a result of it being public knowledge. That meant it was studied just like anything else and various breakthroughs on just what magic was and what it could do. However, just like with science not everything could be explained as there were various theories and ideas about everything. This only covered the magic that gargoyles( as well formerly humans) were capable of as things that Children of Oberon would do were still unknown to them and the Grimorum Arcanorum as well. It was known to exist but where and who had it was unknown though
