Regina knew that this machine was not any good given that out all of the magitek force gather. Only she was able to make an opening in it. Something that she thought would not have been possible before had. Technomages were supposed to be able to control anything that was mechanical as easily as they were dealing with clay even more the higher up in skill one was. This was before the pratice had become something that was formally accepted in Mega Central thus further the art even more so then before.

However, this machine here seems to defy that logic but at the same time, strange enough followed it as well. Sure the outer layer seems to be harder to control but that was because they did not know what they were dealing with. The lack of knowledge of something could lead to problems in various ways. The metal could be considered too easily affected by magitek to the point where it controlling took more skill and the proper knack for handling it.

It was not that hard messing with this metal once you understood it after all. As Regina took some of it as if she were merely scooping up clay and started messing around with it. Though she was not merely playing as this was actually something she found she had to do since she only managed to learn what she did through sheer luck and her own natural raw talent for magitek. Though that just managed to get her through the starting line as messing around with the metal in the way that she was actually something that took grandmaster level of skill as technomage user.

Regina's own inexperience and lack of knowledge in this instant allowed her to do something that was not considered possible before. She did not know the difference between various metals as to her metal was metal. Technomage's magitek was a mystical art of controlling electrical impulses and electronic signals. This was done mostly through magic using metal as a medium though their intent follow through. Though there was a difference in metals, one that could be as small and shallow as a puddle or as vast and deep as the ocean. That is what this metal was made to do as it seems to have become a formal art and practice meant that anyone could learn about magitek and once that was possible. Then it was possible to start developing counters to it as growth is never one way. The more positive and helpful ways that are discovered about something the more negative and harmful ways come into existence as well. Knowledge is knowledge it merely exists and it is how someone applies said knowledge that makes it positive or negative...good or evil...helpful or harmful.

If magitek was merely controlling signals and impulses, what if something gave off too many of both. Thus someone like Regina might have the talent to learn how to control this type of metal that would be too easy to do so. She was only able to do so because she did not know why or that what she was doing was abnormal. She had talent so much talent that it was scary just how large and vast it was but not everyone had her level of talent. Sure someone with experience and knowledge could do what she does with effort and someone that has all three would be nearly unstoppable if they had enough of this metal. Though Regina merely had the talent and everyone else that could have informed her of the seemingly impossible feat she was doing with her raw talent plus the level of skill and experience.

As she looked around this place it was pretty vacant at there was machines all over the place doing various things but nothing and no one else was around though. Such a place cause to wonder if she really should be here by herself without anyone else. Even though she was still using her ability to remain hidden from anything non organic.

"No you were entrusted with this task so you have to carry it out," Regina said.

"What is your task," a voice asked

She looked to see what appeared to be a robian flying through the usage of their ears. They were not looking directly at her but they were facing her general direction.

"What is your task," they asked once again.

"Can acknowledge me being here?" Regina asked curiously

"Negative. Nothing is coming up on my sensor however you are there. Why is that, is similar those outside that were also there yet not there at first" they asked cocking their head to the side.

"What do you mean were there. What happened to the other magitek users" Regina declared

"Magitek. This must be the usage of magitek as that person tried to use this as well. Effective...very effective...however that might be the fatal flaw of the ability though" the robian said.

"How can something being effective to be a fatal flaw" Regina demanded.

"Nothing is perfect. Thus something that effective will stand out amongst everything that is not. You stand out because you are trying too hard to not stand out" they said.

From there a more detailed explanation was given but Regina was not able to fully follow it as there were part of it that made sense and others that she was not sure if that how things worked. Rather than dwelling on that it was more important to focus on the mission that she had come here for. Then she could go back and see just what happened to her father and the others after she had left them.

As she ran sure enough the robian did not follow after her as she mess has detected something from when she spoke out loud.

'That must be it' Regina asked

"What must be it," the robian said looking in her direction once again.

Causing her to drop the metal that she had been messing with all this time as it fell to the floor.

'Can it read mind' Regina thought

She continued running through she noticed that the robian did not react that time. In fact, they stopped where the metal she dropped was currently. Realizing that it was probably her messing with that metal that cause the robian to notice her in the first place. After all, it did say that they could not detect her with their sensor but knew they were there.

"Subject must be very skilled or the effects were for those that were outside only" the robian stated.

'Effects was this thing activated once already maybe even more than once' Regina thought

Thus she hurried to where she assumed was the core of this machine or at least something close to it.

What she had stumbled upon was a machine that she did not know exactly what it was but she knew that it was bad news and had to be taken out. Though what Regina did not know was just how bad it was as she had just stumbled across a roboticizer that meant for more than just a large living room size area. This one was designed to be used on a much grander scale as it was once meant to be used on an area the size of a large city or more perhaps an entire forest.
