In Spawns universe Halo industries

Grifter was waiting in WildC.A.Ts HQ also known as H.A.L.O industries in the office of the founder of the team Jacob Marlowe also known as Emp, he was a white man in a grey suit with powder white hair, he was also a little person or a dwarf depending on what term you like to use, "you know it's time like these i wish the youngbloods were still around" Emp said to Grifter. "you and me both but they were to much of rulebook followers or loose cannons" Grifter pointed out, "especially Chapel", long story short the youngbloods were an intergovernmental super hero team formed by Jason wynn the man who us to be Al simmons boss and took part in his murder.

"You and me both, but i'm happier that Jason wynns no longer around" Emp said, then a blue portal appeared out of nowhere in the centre of the office and Void and Warblade landed in front of Emps desk, Warblade appeared to be carrying a large black sports bag over his shoulder, "i'm not gonna ask about the grosseries yet so what did you learn from Cagliostro?" Emp asked, "more than we thought" Void replied, "what do you mean?" Grifter asked.

Void and Warblade explained what she had gotten from Cagliostro, about the other world and what Cagliostro said was Satan's plan, "okay that's not good but got any proof of his words?" Emp asked doubtfully, Warblade put the bag on the desk "okay you can come out now" he said, unzipping the zip.

Tikal herself burst out of the bag and took a big gasp of air scaring Emp shitless and Grifter eyes widened in surprise, "AIR!" she shouted as she fell out of the bag, "what the shit" Jacob swore in surprise, Chaos then exited the bag, stepping very sheepishly out, "do i want to know what the fuck these alien is doing on earth" Emp asked frustated, his loud voice made Tikal hid behind Chaos, "back off why don't you" Warblade said, "girl got raped and then dumped in rat city like most of the bums there", Emp and Grifters heart softened considerably, "oh well sorry to hear that" Emp said apologetically, "i'll live" Tikal said, "relax kid we'll protect yah" Grifter said stepping forward.

"Names Grifter leader of the Wild, Covert action team or the WildC.A.Ts for short", "i'm Tikal and this is Chaos" Tikal introduced, "Void, Warblade Grifter i'd like to speak to Tikal and Chaos along" Emp said, "okay we will be just outside" Grifter said closing the door after him as they left.

Departure of Raphaela Terran affairs

Spartan and Zealot were going in with their casual wear; this included their secret identities, Spartan's name was Jackson marlowe and Zealot's real name Lucy Blaze. Spartan wore a grey jacket, jeans, with a white T-shirt and red tie. Lucy wore a red trench coat with a black cotton shirt and grey jeans with a black belt.

She also had a gun holster on her right hip, a warrior like her isn't caught unarmed if they were were caught at all, the two walked up to the man at the desk, "we're here to see miss Gabrielle" Jack said, Zealot just kept moving to the elevator "do you have an appointment" the man asked, "just tell her that it's about Angela and Spawn" Jack replied, the man immediately nodded and go the phone as Spartan caught up with Zealot in the elevator.

For 2 whole agonizing minutes they had to listen to a recording of madam castaphorai from the tintin TV show, apparently angels liked earthly shows like that, heck demons liked shows such as the muppet show, most shit themselves laughing.

Finally the elevator opened to Gabrielle's office, Gabrielle was in fact an Angel who was in charge of heavenly and hell events on earth hence the name of her department which is seen a little ways above. Gabrielle had snow white hair and wore a blue t-shirt, black skirt and a pair of glasses.

"Oh the kherubim of the WildC.A.Ts" Gabreille said "didn't expect you to be here", "we're here to talk about Angela and Spawn" Spartan told her, "what you caught them making out" Gabrielle quipped, "you saw the news of the missing church?" Zealot asked impatiently, "yes? Garbielle replied "let me guess you think those two had something to do with it".

The 2 nodded, "well we got a tip from the wizard Cagliostrio, something about the chaos emeralds", "the what now?" Spartan asked, "magical minerals with powers that very few can rival" Gabrielle explained, "you gain all seven you gain those powers" she paused and got a drink "problem is after they are used they scatter and get lost, in fact we found one recently".

"Do these powers include moving massive objects like a church?" Zealot asked, Gabrielle hesitated as she realised what Zealot was implying, "all together they could yes, but we have one in a secret location" Gabrielle replied, Zealot and Spartan looked at each other, "can you confirm that?" Spartan asked.

Gabrielle took out a phone and a piece of paper, she wrote something on the piece of paper "i'll try but if you want here, this is the address" she said handing Zealot the piece of paper,

"The person you're looking for is called Ariel, she's an angel like me, she should be home" Zealot didn't stand in the ceremony and immediately turned to the elevator, "you are away from someones gonna die by her hand right?" Spartan asked, Gabrielle shrugged.

When Gabrielle called on the phone no one picked up, oddly enough, which was worrying. "Zealot can take care of it" Spartan said confident in his fellow teammate, "I figured also is it true that she and Grifter are making out?" Gabrielle asked curiously, "well-maybe" spartan admitted.

"So anything else you can tell me?" Spartan asked, "yes actually there's a rapist on the loose, one that targets celestials" Gabrielle said with a frown, "any details?" Spartan asked, "to do that i'll have to tell you a little story, one that might help your case and mine" Gabrielle replied. "Very well but i'm gonna have to record it" Spartan said pressing his ear, since he was a machine he could record without any device.

"During the first world war there was a hellspawn who used to be Thomas Coram" Gabrielle began, "like all Hellspawn he sent souls to the Malebolgia and led the Allies to victory however there is a little twist in the tale", "okay but how does this concern the church" Spartan asked, doubting that something like this can be explained from WW1 Gabrielle continued regardless

During the war the Germans managed to push the forces back, hundreds of miles then another hundred more. Off course the allies were getting desperate and for good reason, however they one day spoke to Thomas who was a renowned hero, albiate a secret one, together with a deal they made with the Malbulgia in return for sending souls to him from both sides, the leaders of the allies created a secret program.

This program was to turn 7 former criminals into fully supernatural soldiers, bonded to their inner demons, each demon represented a specific sin, and only the people who had committed each sin the most could join, thanks to the Malbulgias instructions they found them and the Malbulgia created these demons and summoned them to life outside the host's body.

The seven then became known as the agents of sin.

Pride the enduring, an honorable soul even his demon had honor and treated the war as a just war, unlike his fellow brothers, despite this he could turn over a tank with his hammer as if it was wooden table, his demon installed a dominant presence into everyone, even celestial warriors who tried to stop him.

Envy, now he, he has a lot of titles, the slippery, the sneaky, the tricky, the traitorous, you name it, he was always jealous because he wanted to fight on the front lines, but the job he got was a sniper and sharpshooter, with all those eyes of his its extremely hard to hide.

Greed is the thief of the group, no safe and no security can stop him, however he liked to get sidetracked but it never seemed to affect the mission. Anything he can get his claws on he'll keep but is reasonable and willing to trade.

Wrath is one you have to keep in mind, the explosives expert, and by that i mean a real expert, he is even an expert with that grenade launcher of his, that demon on his back as a very fiery temper.

Gluttony the supposide leader of the group, he dishes out orders like chores on a list, and his thirst for blood would make even a vampire sick and jealous.

Sloth is not the kind that likes to move about, he's too lazy to so he just stands there and endures he and his demon seem to have the best partnership, the demon can take a full blast of Elemental fire or necroplasma and still walk away only slightly smoking and that big gun of his host's, well i think you get the picture.

Then their is Lust, he or she is the infiltrator and spy, i say he or she because well Lust is genderless, some call him a female due to the host being mostly female, others call him a male due to the fact that the only reason he has a host is to grope her sweet body. In Fact he/she doesn't care what body he/she perverts, he/she just has so much Lust in him. In Fact that's how he/she gets his/her information. Seduction, he likes making time with men to feel both the woman host he inhabits and the body of the man the host fucks with. In the process he gets information about the enemy. Mainly from high rankers of soldiers who know about certain things

"And why is this relevant" Spartan asked picking up on the fact that she had gone into the greatest detail on Lust, "this is relevant because after the war they disbanded and were hunted down by celestial warriors as well as the nations due to them wanting more souls for the Malbulgia" Gabrielle replied, "most of them were hunted down and imprisoned inside original sin itself and original sin is in everyone, only objects of great power can resummon them", "like the emeralds?" Spartan asked, "exactly however it has to be a person who committed one of those sins the most if you know what i mean" Gabrielle confirmed and Spartan did know what she meant.

However during this time of the hunt Lust's host got herself pregnant and had a son, Lust stayed away for a little while, but eventually returned, killing both the host, her husband and snatching the child's head, he then made a doll's body to pervert, making it a grown males body so he could satisfy the lust for both his man and woman side. But eventually lust was sealed inside the original sin of humans with the others, but the child was a different story.

The child grew to be the goat demon Godred but in hell they called him the fornicator, he would hide his identity behind illusion and mind magic, so powerful even a celestial warrior fell victim to them.

Gabrielle's expression became more and more painful. Spartan could tell he had had to abandon his fiancee when his mind was transferred to a machine's body, "you were one of the victims weren't you" Spartan said sympathetically, Gabrielle nodded, whipping a tear from her eye. "No need to conti-" "no it's fine it's important to say" Gabreille interrupted.

The child Goudred became one of the Malbulgias greatest servants, many called him the goat, based on the theory of the sheep and the goat, you know how that goes right?, well 2 weeks ago he disappeared and no one knows why?

"So you think that Goudred might have something to do with it?" Spartan asked, " he is a powerful sorcerer and maybe even the agents of sin themselves are involved" Gabreille answered. Spartan stopped recording, "thank you for the information miss Gabrielle" Spartan said, as Spartan entered the elevator "i hope it helps your case and if you do find Goudred" Gabrielle called out, "rip his head off".

Meanwhile

Zealot had gotten a taxi and was driving to the address Gabrielle had given her, apparently Ariel was the name of the angel who owned the house, it was an impressive house, not to flash and yet not exactly humble. Zealot entered the house, "hello!" She called out, no answer, the house looked deserted, she took out her pistol just in case, she also had a knife up her sleeve so she was ready for close combat even though she could bench press a man backward.

She continued to stroll around the house, it was large enough to be a mansion but was very close to town and not as fancy as most people would have made it to be, this Ariel was definitely no showboat. She checked every wardrobe, every cupboard, every room. Not a single person, "this is a waste of time" she said out loud putting her gun away, she then heard someone opening a door somewhere, it sounded like the front door and then she heard someone coming her way.

She put her back against the doorway to hide, she took out her gun again and cocked it, ready for a fight, when whoever it was got close enough she jumped out of hiding and fired three shots at the figure's leg. The figure raised its arms to his face to protect himself but the bullets just bounced off his leg in different direction, "FUCK!" the figure exclaimed, it was a teens voice, in fact it was a teen standing before her.

In Fact it was a superhero, but which one, she racked her memory, was it Superman, no to young, Superboy, no the suit design was all wrong, who came after Superboy, Invincible!, the boy was Invincible. He wore a blue, yellow and black suit and had black hair sprouting from the top of his mask, the eyes were covered with pieces of glass like spyglass lenses.

Of course she only knew him by reputation, most Superhero's did unless they were in big teams or groups, Invincible, AKA Mark Grayson was the son of former superhero Omni-man, a member of an Alien race called Viltrumites, a warmongering species who were distantly related to the extinct kryptonians. Very distant if you consider the cosmic barriers between universes like Marvel or DC, each universe has their own major events and these barriers can become very thin when major events are not happening on earth which is how crossovers can occur.

It is complicated to explain but now back to the story.

Invincible was still in a state of shock, "Jesus what the hell was that for?" he asked, "that's what you get when you sneak up on Zannah of Kheru" Zealot said, "wait Zealot?, Your Zealot!" Invincible exclaimed, "the one and only nice to meet you Invincible" Zealot said, holding out her hand for a hand shake while she holstered her gun. Invincible shook his hand carefully about how much strength he used.

5 minutes later Zealot explained what was going on and asked about Shadowhawk while she was at it, the 2 had once worked together with Firebreather and Zephyr Noble as a team called the Pact, and Invincible said he hadn't seen him in a while, "so why come here?" Zealot asked as she finished her cider drink, "Eve is a friend of Ariel and visited her, but then it's like she disappeared a week ago in fact, and by the looks of it both" Invincible replied.

Eve or Atom eve was a superhero like Invincible and was also part of the guardians of the globe, Eve was also invincible's girlfriend, "does she know Ariels an angel from heaven?" Zealot asked, "don't know but i'm gonna find both of them" Invincible said, just then they heard a banging, it was rather loud, they rushed to the source.

It was in an upstairs bedroom, possibly a housekeeper's one, the banging continued, it was coming from behind a bookshelf, Invincible removed the Bookshelf with ease due to his superhuman strength. Behind the bookshelf was a metal door, there was a button next to it. The banging continued. Zealot pulled out her knife and pressed the button pressing her back against the side of the door for cover. Invincible didn't need cover due to his invulnerability.

His altered ego was somewhat of an irony since he seemed to have to go to hospital every few days but he could still deflect a bullet with nothing but his own body, the door opened and it turned out to be somewhat of a cell, albiate a very comfortable one. Inside the room however was a blond woman bound and gagged in front of the door, legs held up and only wearing undergarment, "oh shit sorry" Invincible said blushing and turning around to give her some dignity as Zealot untied her.

"Are you okay?" Zealot asked as she untied the girl and removed her gag, "yes i'm fine" the woman said, "i take it your the housekeep" Zealot said, the woman nodded as she was untied, she was then properly dressed and explained what happened.

Meanwhile

Maul and Voodoo were not in their superhero attire, and both were their alter ego's, Jeremy tone and Priscilla Kitaen but let's just call them by their superhero names, Maul was now human sized and his skin was it's normal pinkish white color and was grey shorts, a purple shirt that looked like it was more suited to the beach with green spirals and a green t-shirt underneath. Voodoo wore a fabric red bikini over her breasts and grey shorts which didn't cover much of her upper legs but for the sake of dignity she wore a grey vest over her body, and golden earrings with double circles dangling down on each.

They were both heading to a police station where Savage Dragon and his son worked, recently Burke and Twitch were transferred to that same police station and worked together with Savage and Malcolm dragon which led the two dragons working with Spawn one time.

"So babe when do you think we can get dinner?" Maul asked, his voice was not as deep in his human form as it was in his purple hulk like form "well maybe we can get some while were questioning savage dragon amor" Voodoo said teasingly, "oh well here we are" Maul said as the police station came into view. Then something unexpected happened, a desk carrying a police officer was hurled out the door and landed on the other side of the street, the officer torso was squashed to a bloody pulp, "oh shit what was that?" Maul cursed.

Then the rest of the doorway was destroyed when 2 more officers flew through the door, but these were the two Maul and Voodoo were looking for, the first was Savage dragon himself, he looked human enough except for his dark green skin and the crest on the top of his head. He wore a typical light blue police uniform with a belt with pouches on it. The second was his son Malcolm dragon, he had a lighter shade of green on his skin, he was also slightly shorter than his father and wore a white t-shirt and green jeans.

Both landed on the sidewalk, "you Okay son?" Savage asked, "yeah i'm fine" Malcolm replied, Voodoo and Maul rushed over, "are you two okay?" Maul asked, "Voodoo? Maul? the hell are you doing here?" Savage asked, "looking for you" Maul replied turning purple and growing a couple of feet as well as gaining some muscle and a pair of black bone spikes on his back.

Jumping through the broken doorway was one of Savage dragons enemies, Arachnid, he was a frankenstein like monstrosity with 3 pairs of red arms "get ready savage-" and that was when he was grabbed by Maul who had grown to the size of the police station itself, "get lost" Maul snarled and slammed Arachnid on the ground hard enough to knocked him out.

Savage then cuffed all three pairs of arms with specialized cuffs he made himself, meanwhile Malcolm was answering Maul and Voodoo's questions, "Sorry i'm afraid we haven't seen Eddie in a while we tried calling him but he didn't pick up" Malcolm explained, "which either means he has been teleported by the church or he's just gone off the grid" Voodoo deduced.

"If you do see him tell him we said hi" Savage dragon said, Malcolm then decided on something, "huh Dad okay if i go with them?" he asked, Savage looked at him then smiled, "you're old enough to make your own decisions young man" he said giving Malcolm a hug before they departed.

An hour later at H.A.L.O industries

"Holy shit an actual Mobian" Malcolm exclaimed as he caught sight of Tikal, Zealot had told them about what had happened at the house, apparently Eve and this Arial had been kidnapped with a jewel and that Shadowhawk hadn't been seen, Emp had called the Avengers and Thor contacted Heimdal apparently Heimdal couldn't find Angela anywhere in the universe, "some all seeing eyed being" Emp thought. Then Spartan replayed the recording about these agents of Sin and Goudred or some such.

Of course what they had figured out about the scenario was only partially true, it's hard to explain so i'm just gonna let you take your time in order to figure it out, but it was partially correct. Invincible had tagged along in order to get Eve back, they all knew that if whoever kidnapped her and Arial wanted to make this thing known he or she wouldn't have bothered.

Then Tikal made herself known to the rest of the group and now Malcolm couldn't hold his excitement, "what the fuck is a Mobian" Invincible said, "that thing most likely" Zealot replied pointing her sword at Tikal, she backed away nervously, "back off Zealot the little bugger has been having it tough last few hours" Warblade said placing his own arm blade infront of Zealots, Zealot sheeved her blade, "so gonna introduce us to her?" Maul asked, "I'm Tikal," Tikal said, "and who's the water monster?" Malcolm asked.

Chaos walked out from behind Emps desk, "that's Chaos my friend" Tikal said, "so you know about Mobians huh" Emp said, "yeah my dad told me about how he worked with them 5 years ago with Shadowhawk" Emp rubbed his temples at the revelation "oh shit fate is really messing with my head isn't she" Emp said to void, "it would seem that way" Void replied.

"Alright, we'll need to prioritize.

One: Find a way to get to Mobius

Two: find Spawn, Angela, Shadowhawk, Redeemer and the two missing cops

Three: find Atom Eve, Arial and the emerald

Four: stop whatever bastard is trying to do whatever he is doing" Emp said, "everyone clear?", they were all clear, "Invincible, Malcolm you can join if you want" Emp offered, "fuck yeah were joining" Malcom said as he placed Tikal on his shoulder. Mark smiled and that was all he gave as an answer.
