This is a third one-shot that involves the next generation of the Assassination Classroom. The first was very short, and focused on Kyofu, the son of Itona and Kirara. The second was longer, but still short, focusing on Rokuro, son of Nagisa and Akari. This one will also involve the new Shiota family, though it can be read as something separate to the Hunterverse. Please enjoy.

Disclaimer: I don't own Assassination Classroom. Assassination Classroom is owned by Yusei Matsui and Shueisha.

Sleeping wasn't something that was usually done by Nagisa Shiota. In his attempt to be a teacher who can change someone's life, much like how Korosensei did for him, he didn't really get a chance to rest as much as he should. Especially with the family he has now. Eventually, he worked too hard and collapsed. This caused his students to insist that he rests instead of teach, his wife demand he stay at home, and his successor to threaten to beat him up if he taught before the doctor said okay.

For the first time in a long time, Nagisa was found, sleeping peacefully in the bed that he shared with his wife, Akari Yukimura turned Shiota. Though she wasn't in the bed with him right at that moment. No, instead, she was quietly sneaking through their shared house. She quietly snuck into a room where there was a bed and a crib. She reached out and gently shook the occupant in the bed.

"Rokuro. Baby Dragon, time to get up." she said softly.

"Mmm, hrmm. Uwaaa…" a now five year old Rokuro Shiota whined as he got out of bed. Akari smiled a little sadly at the sight of him. It wasn't fair to her son, but she couldn't help but feel a little sad when she looked at him. Despite being a boy, Rokuro was a near splitting image of her late sister Aguri. And while she was still alive, the time Akari thought she was dead still hurt. Fortunately, when he opened his eyes, his father's sky blue looked back at her, and the illusion is shattered, brightening her smile.

"Is it time?! Is it time?!" Rokuro said as he quickly shook off the remnants of sleep.

"Yes, but we have to be quiet." Akari said as she held a finger to her lips. Rokuro covered his mouth with his hands.

"M-mama…" a small voice yawned from the crib. Akari and Rokuro turned around to see a small blue head poking above the side of the crib. Small hands gripped the side weakly and tried to pull the small toddler out as she bounced in her crib. Rokuro started floating and came over to the tiny girl. She stopped trying to pull herself out and instead reached for her big brother. Rokuro smiled as he grabbed his baby sister and lifted her up.

Despite the fact that she was named after her aunt, Rokuro was the one who had similarities to her. Aguri was a blue-haired girl who clearly took more from her father, with blue hair and blue eyes.

"Hey Aguri! Are you excited?"

"Yee!" the two year old said as she waved her arms, sitting in Rokuro's crossed legs as they slowly spun through the air.

"Alright you two. Play later." Akari instructed. Rokuro and Aguri pouted as they came down onto the ground. The three snuck out of the room, with Rokuro carefully carrying his baby sister, who had her hands over her mouth to keep herself quiet.

"Time to make some breakfast for daddy." Akari said quietly.

"Yay!" Rokuro cheered quietly.

"Yee!" Aguri copied.

Akari took the two kids to the kitchen and took out a couple things that she and the kids would need. Bowls, plates, rice, etc. She placed a pot of water on top of the stove and turned it on. The water slowly began to heat up and started bubbling. Rokuro reached for the pot, only for his mom to slap his hand with a spoon. Aguri held up a small container of miso paste, which Akari took with a smile. Rokuro took a long spoon and added some of the paste to the water, slowly mixing it.

"Mom! Look! The water is turning a different color now!" Rokuro said excitedly. Akari nodded.

"Keep it up sweetie. Mix until the paste disappears." she instructed.

"Okay!"

"Mama!" Aguri said as she pulled on Akari's pants leg. Akari turned to smile at her daughter.

"You're going to help me with the eggs."

"Okee!" Akari placed the toddler on the kitchen counter with her legs in the kitchen sink, making sure that she wouldn't fall off or spill eggs on the floor. Aguri began carefully beating the eggs in the bowl that her mother prepared for her. Though it was mostly her just holding the beater with both hands and smacking the inside of the bowl. Akari turned her attention to the fish that she bought the day before. She slowly began grilling the fish over the stove, making sure to keep an eye on her babies. Fortunately, they were able to finish without any, incidents.

-Last Year-

"Hey mom! What does this do?"

"NO-!"

BOOM!

-Present-

'Thankfully Ryunosuke rebuilt our home.' Akari sweatdropped as she set up the food on a nifty bed table.

"Ooh! Mom, mom! Can I take the food to dad?" Rokuro volunteered excitedly. Akari shook her head.

"I'll take the food. You just make sure they don't fall. And carry your sister." Akari told him.

"Okay…" Rokuro pouted as he picked up his baby sister and sat her in his crossed lap, floating above his mother's head. The trio made their way to the parents' bedroom, but to their dissatisfaction, Nagisa was already awake. He was looking over his phone, likely reading the news as he usually does, clearly waiting. He looked up as they walked in.

"Daddy!" Aguri cheered at the sight of him, not caring that the surprise was potentially ruined.

"Why are you awake so early Dad?" Rokuro pouted.

"I heard you guys cooking in the kitchen." Nagisa smiled.

"Well, at least you didn't come to investigate. Happy Birthday Nagisa." Akari said as she set the table down over Nagisa's lap, giving him a quick kiss. Aguri and Rokuro quickly followed up by giving him a hug around his neck.

"Happy Birthday Dad!" Rokuro said.

"Thank you. This looks delicious!" Nagisa said as he looked over the tray in front of him. He picked up a spoon and slowly began eating.

'Too much miso in the soup, too much salt in the eggs, the fish is dry, but I still love this.' Nagisa thought with a satisfied smile.

"You like it Dad?" Rokuro asked eagerly.

"Mhmm! This is delicious." Nagisa said as he gave his kids headpats. He finished the food and let out a satisfied sigh.

"That was good. Now, what are we going to do today?" Nagisa asked as he looked at the three.

"Why don't you two go give Daddy his present before the party tonight?" Akari suggested.

"Okay!" Rokuro and Aguri chirped before Rokuro flew him and his sister out of the room.

"Aguri's going to continue struggling to walk if her brother keeps carrying her everywhere." Nagisa commented.

"I know, but they love it so much." Akari sighed. The two kids flew back in, with a piece of paper in their hands.

"Look Daddy! Present!" Aguri said excitedly. Nagisa took the paper in hand and looked it over.

"Aguri and me drew together!" Rokuro said proudly. It was a simple, crude drawing. Crayon-scribble grass, a triangle sitting on a square to be a house, four stick figures with two being too big, flowers not moving around, and a yellow circle as a sun. Written on the corner was "We luv Dady! Form Rokuro and Agri." Warmth and love filled Nagisa's heart and chest as he beamed.

"Thank you my little dragons. I love it!" Nagisa said as he gave them both kisses and hugs. The two kids giggled as the kisses tickled them. The two were squeezed tightly before being released.

"We should put this in a picture frame." Nagisa told his wife.

"Agreed, but let's save that for later and celebrate the birthday man's birthday first." Akari said.

"Let's play a game Dad! A video game!" Rokuro said excitedly.

"Yee!" Aguri said as she tossed her hands up.

"Okay, okay. Let's play." Nagisa said as he tried to move. Akari put a hand on his shoulder, stopping him.

"Chair." she said sternly. Nagisa rolled his eyes, but complied. Akari brought over a wheelchair, and Rokuro grabbed his dad by the shirt and lifted him out of the bed. He set his dad down carefully, and Aguri immediately crawled into his lap. Rokuro began pushing the two out, and Akari followed them out.

After setting his dad next to the couch, Rokuro immediately rushed over to the game consoles and grabbed some controllers before hurrying back to Nagisa.

"Come on! Let's play let's play let's play let's play let's play!" Rokuro said excitedly.

"Alright, alright. What do you want to play?" Nagisa said as he took one of the controllers. Rokuro had a massive controller, almost the size of his baby sister.

"Let's play Tekken 11!" Rokuro said as he turned the game console on.

"They really should've let it end after Tekken 8." Akari sweatdropped when she looked at the logo of the long-lived series.

"Okay, we're playing. But don't break the controller this time." Nagisa warned his son. The boy laughed sheepishly.

The two selected their characters, and began playing. Rokuro had placed the controller on the ground. The reason for the controller's large size became obvious as he began smashing the buttons with fists as soon as the Fight sounded off. Nagisa shook his head as he blocked the poor attempt at a combo and countered before proceeding to land a brutal combo on his son. On screen, Rokuro's character was juggled through the air, had his kicks blocked or jumped over, and tossed to the ground several times. A Perfect flashed across the screen as Nagisa's character won.

"Don't even think about it." Both parents said as Rokuro raised his hands over his head. He pouted and crossed his arms as he huffed.

"Tere tere." Aguri said as she leaned out of her seat and gave Rokuro a few pats on the head.

"Maybe go easy on him?" Akari suggested.

"No! I'll win by myself!" Rokuro insisted as he started the game again. His character found itself victim to another combo.

-Line Break-

After an hour of Rokuro trying helplessly to land an actual hit on his Dad's character, Aguri began complaining about how she didn't get to play, despite not being able to hold the controller. So the family of four went from playing video games to watching a movie. They got to play Nagisa's favorite series, Sonic Ninja, much to his delight. They watched around four movies before Aguri began whining that she was hungry. So they ordered a few dozen pizzas, which had just arrived.

"Okay, pepperoni, sausage, ham, cheese, Hawaiian, CBR, mushroom, yep, we got everything." Akari said. She took about 34 pies and slid them to the side before taking one of the cheese pizzas and cutting it to small pizzas. Nagisa nodded to Rokuro, who lunged at the 34 pies and began ripping into them.

"Manners Rokuro." Nagisa scolded. Rokuro froze, before eating a slice in a more controlled manner, but still fast. Nagisa and Akari ate as well, with both stopping to stick one of the cut pieces with a fork and feeding it to their daughter, who made happy noises as she ate.

"Can I have juice Dad?"

"Sure Rokuro. But only one cup." Nagisa said firmly.

"And wipe your hands and mouth." Akari added. Rokuro nodded as he floated out of his chair and flew to the sink, rinsing his hands and mouth before floating to the fridge and pulling out a box of apple juice. He stabbed the straw into it and took a drink.

"Ooh! Me too!" Aguri said excitedly.

"One for your sister too, Rokuro. Smaller." Nagisa called. Rokuro took out another, smaller box of apple juice and flew over to Aguri, stabbing the straw in and holding it for Aguri to take a sip from. The family continued to eat, with Rokuro making his sister laugh by stabbing his finger through a slice of pizza and using it as a puppet named Pizza-kun. They eventually finished eating, causing Aguri to hold up her plate.

"Look mommy! Look daddy! I finish!"

"That's great Aguri! Such a big girl." Akari cooed over her daughter as Rokuro began stacking the boxes.

"Hey Dad! Check this out!" Nagisa looked at Rokuro, whose hands glowed. He created a sphere of energy which covered the boxes, before the box dissipated, revealing that the boxes had been vaporized.

"Well done Rokuro! Only five and you have such good control over your energy." Nagisa praised his son. Rokuro grinned a happy grin. Nagisa has been training his son in using his powers since he was a literal baby, and his progress only sped up when he grew to the point where he could understand what his dad was telling him.

"Let's play some more Dad!" Rokuro said. Nagisa opened his mouth to respond, but he was cut off by a yawn.

"Actually, your dad should take a nap. He has to properly regain his strength." Akari said. Nagisa opened his mouth to protest, only for Akari to give him a firm look. Nagisa sighed and shrugged.

"Why don't we all take a nap together?" he said.

"Yee!" Aguri cheered before her brother could say anything. He pouted at having someone choose for him, but still helped his dad get back to his bed and laid him down. The entire family joined him, Akari lying next to him, Aguri on Nagisa's chest, and Rokuro between his parents. Nagisa quickly fell to sleep, with Aguri and Akari falling asleep soon after. Rokuro took a little longer to sleep. He had just eaten a large amount of food, and his stomach had digested a large amount of it, meaning that he was full of energy.

'Mm… I want to move!' Rokuro complained in his head.

"Rokuro." Rokuro nearly jumped and looked at his dad.

"Can't sleep?"

"No."

"Why don't you go exercise? Train a little bit?"

"Really?!"

"Yeah. Go ahead. Have fun. But remember the rules."

"Thanks dad!" Rokuro said quietly before slinking out the bed and zipping out. He hurled himself out a door and flew towards the mountains in the distance. Nagisa watched him fly off through the window before settling back down and sleeping.

-Line Break-

The clock read that it was 17:00 when Rokuro came back, his clothes slightly ruffled and dirty. He quickly went to his room and changed his clothes after washing his face and hands, humming happy birthday. He went into his parent's room, where the rest of his family had woken up. Aguri was blinking as she yawned cutely.

"Had fun Rokuro?" Nagisa asked.

"Mmhm!" Rokuro nodded happily.

"We're going to have some more fun. It's time to go to Grandma and Grandpa's house." Akari said.

"Yay!" Rokuro cheered as he picked up his sleepy sister and carried her out to get changed. Nagisa and Akari smiled at their excitement and made their way out as well.

Standing on the side of the road, looking through her phone was a pink-haired lady, in her twenties. Her eyes skipped over a message sent to her, reading it over and absorbing the details. Her eyes glanced to the side, before returning to her phone. A couple of teenagers walked up to her with an exaggerated swagger.

"Hey lady. Have you seen the drugstore?" One teen asked with a cocky smirk.

"Take your limp micro-d*ck and buzz off." Sakura said boredly. The teen froze in shock as the rest began to laugh. The teen's face turned red with anger, but he swallowed down his rage through gritted teeth.

"Hey, lady. Be nice."

"Aren't you a bit young to be trying to pick up chicks? Go back to school and study. Maybe if you got rid of that lame-ass haircut you got you'd actually impress people." Sakura said as she continued to scroll through her phone. "News flash. Shallow people prefer money over looks now-a-days."

The teen had had enough of what she was saying. He took out a knife and attempted to threaten Sakura. Attempted. Sakura pressed the barrel of her S&W Model 686 against his forehead, causing both him and his friends to freeze.

"Wanna keep going?" She challenged as she finally looked up at him from her phone and pulled the hammer back. The teen gritted his teeth and backed off. He and the rest of his gang slunk off.

'Teenagers.' Sakura rolled her eyes as she spun in her pistol and put it away. A beep from a car made her look up and smile. A minivan pulled up to her and opened the side-door.

"Big Sis Saku!" Rokuro and Aguri greeted their favorite babysitter with gleeful smiles. Sakura climbed in and gave both children a hug before turning around and giving the parents a kiss on the cheeks.

"Happy Birthday Nagisa."

"Thanks Sakura." Nagisa smiled back at his successor. Sakura moved to the back row and sat down.

"Hey Big Sis! You gotta put on your seatbelt!" Rokuro reminded her.

"I just sat down." Sakura deadpanned as she did just that and crossed her legs, showing off a glint of her gun.

"Sakura, you're bringing that?" Akari said exasperatedly.

"Gotta be prepared." Sakura said as she pulled out her gun and gave it a spin.

"Oh, Big Sis! Can I hold it?" Rokuro asked eagerly. Sakura gave a bark of laughter.

"Yeah, no."

"Aw…" Rokuro pouted.

"So how many people will be there?" Sakura asked as Akari drove the car down the street.

"Well, you'll see." Akari said.

"Fine, don't tell me." Sakura sniffed as she put away her gun.

"I won't."

"That never works."

"Nope."

The five people got out of the mini-van, Aguri held by Sakura and Rokuro helping his mother get his father into a wheelchair. They walked into the house behind them. When they opened the door, they were smacked in the face with a wall of sound. A group of kids were dashing around, running, yelling, screaming at each other. Sakura took a few steps forwards, put two fingers to her lips, and whistled. The kids froze, before running to their positions and lining up in straight lines in front of them.

"Good." Sakura said as she gave a nod in approval.

"Oh, thank you Sakura." Hiromi Shiota sighed as she walked up to them. Her sigh became a smile as she looked over her family.

"Happy Birthday Nagisa!" she said as she gave her son a hug. She gave Akari a hug too, and gave both Rokuro and Aguri kisses.

"How are my daughter-in-law and my grandbabies?"

"We're good Mother." Akari said.

"Hi Granmama!" Aguri said

"Hey Grandma, where's Grandpa?" Rokuro asked.

"Your Grandfather is inside, making food." Rokuro walked inside at the mention of food with his sister in his arms, only to stop as a white-haired boy walked up to them.

"Kyofu!" Rokuro greeted his best friend, who nodded back.

"You know, I don't see any of Kirara on him." Akari comments.

"At least it makes more sense than them having a literal demon." Nagisa says as he points. Kyofu apparently wanted a brother like Rokuro had a sister. So he stole one of his mother's occult books and summoned a demon, who was adopted and named Hasai. Kirara was still trying to figure out how he did everything perfectly.

"Nagisa." a deep voice sounded out from the side of the parents. They turned to see Ryunosuke and Rinka Chiba, who were immediately swarmed by the group of kids from before.

"How many kids is this Ryunosuke?" Nagisa sweatdropped as he looked over the kids.

"Twenty. And Rinka still wants more." Ryunosuke sighed as he picked the kids up, his tentacles helping out.

"And people say I need to take breaks." Nagisa joked. He and Akari went into the house with the Chibas and Sakura. Sakura went off to the side almost immediately when she spotted Sho, the younger brother of Ryunosuke. Nagisa's smile widened at the sight of some of his best friends. Karma Akabane and his wife Manami, Tomohito Sugino and his wife Yukiko, and Rio Nakamura. Yuma Isogai and his wife Meg were with their daughter Hadet, and having her talk with some of the younger kids. Ruth Sugino, a shy and timid little girl, about 3. Hellion, Heina, and Hekurane Akabane, triplets. Hasai, a black-haired version of his summoner brother.

Rokuro and Kyofu were walking around, holding hands to keep from separating as they chatted with the other kids and people. Well, Rokuro was talking. Kyofu was simply nodding to everything his friend said. Meanwhile, Aguri was talking with her aunt, Aguri Sr. Said aunt was currently cooing over her namesake niece. Whenever the two Aguris talked with each other, the older Aguri showed her clear favoritism, though she still showed very clear love and care for Rokuro.

When Nagisa came in, his friends immediately came over to him, wishing their good friend a happy birthday. Nagisa gave them all a bright smile, and thanked them. Nagisa's father also came out and gave his son and daughter-in-law a hug and wished him Happy Birthday.

"Akari, please help me. Dinner is ready." Akari followed her father-in-law into the kitchen and came out with plates of sushi, which nearly had Nagisa drooling. They were quick to set all the food up and set aside plates for the oldest of the tentacle children, who had the biggest appetites. Rokuro, Kyofu, and a Chiba kid named Miyako. Hasai also had a large pile of raw meat, which the demon began digging into.

The dinner wasn't silent, as the adults began chatting with each other, bragging about their kids or having conversations about their work. Sho told his brother and sister-in-law about a couple of criminals he caught and complained about some cheap clients. Sakura updated her notes about the kids for when she would baby-sit them. Karma laughed about how he filled Gakushu's coffee with capsaicin oil from a Carolina Reaper. Rio briefly sent up a prayer for the boy who took her out on a date once. Itona and Kirira talked rapidly about his phone company, leaving their friends in the dust from the conversation.

"This is quite nice. Having your friends and family coming over to celebrate your birthday." Hiromi said as she drank from her cup of tea.

"Yeah. It makes for quite a lively party." Nagisa laughed.

"It makes me so happy you didn't cut me out." Hiromi said quietly. Nagisa paused and looked at his mother, who smiled at him.

"Nagisa, I know you forgave me already. But as a mother, it's not so easy for me to forgive myself. I just want you to know that my promise to be a better mother is still standing strong. And that I can't be more proud of my baby boy." Hiromi said as she gave Nagisa a kiss on his forehead. Nagisa was surprised, but he smiled.

"Thanks mom. I'm glad you still see me for who I am."

"And I see a bright young man, strong and wise." Hiromi said.

"Oh, stop it mom." Nagisa laughed.

"Though not wise enough to take the occasional breaks." Sakura deadpanned from a few seats down.

"Yeah Nagisa. It's like you forgot what it's like to hang out!" Tomohito agreed.

"Us adult men are going out for drinks at the TakoYummy when you recover properly. So make sure to do it quickly." Karma added, ignoring the look Hiromi shot him for suggesting that her son celebrates recovering from a collapse by drinking. Nagisa smiled at his friends. Warmth and love filled his heart as he looked at the group of loved ones. This feeling will never die. Not for him.

"Sure. You buy."

Happy Birthday to the best boi in my favorite anime. Hope you enjoyed this nice little one-shot, and I have nothing else to say other than that I have a YouTube Channel under the same name as my regular FFN account, and an Ao3 profile with the same name for updates to the CoH Universe. I won't be asking for you guys to check anything out from my YouTube Channel just yet. Not until I make a video with audio that I'm satisfied with just yet. Check it out if you want, but beware. As per the usual, leave a review! Azure out!
