The Showman said as fireworks and confetti rained down as the two heroes walked out waving to the crowd before shaking each other's hand and going to their respective corners "NOW THIS WILL BE A NON DEATH ROUND LIKE LAST ROUND!" Showman said "the internet would review bomb us if we killed them" he said as an aside before returning to the main crowd "SO WHICH LEGENDARY HERO OF HEROES WILL WIN THE DAY AND SERVE THE RED, WHITE AND BLUE!" the showman said saluting "That's weird I'm an aussie" he said before walking away

All-Might vs Captain America

"Ah you must be Steve Rogers!" All-Might said as he saw the first avenger jump into the boxing ring which was surrounded by kids

"Sure am, you're Toshinori huh?" Steve said holding his hand out for All-Might to shake making the kids cheer

"I never thought I'd be fighting in a special charity match against one of the greatest heroes of all time" All-Might smiled

"Same here" Captain America said smiling as he went to his corner and got ready. "You good?"

"I am" All-Might laughed as the bell dinged

LET THE BATTLE COMMENCE!

All-Might threw a large punch which was blocked by Capt's shield surprising the Symbol of Hope, allowing Capt to attempt to sweep All-Might off his feet, getting the smiling giant on the mat before springing up and throwing his shield rebounding off the walls as it hit All-Might in the back of the head. forcing the symbol of peace to stumble forward into the first Avengers' knee forcing him back. Using the ropes of the ring Captain America manage to do a jumping kick, but he was grabbed by All-Might, who threw him to the floor, making him bounce again. Rearing his fist back, then thrusting it forward. Capt saw this and rolled under, leading into him pushing up and kicking All-Might in the gut before throwing a haymaker striking All-Might in the chest a couples of time.

"Not bad Dear Captain" All Might said racing forward and performing a lariat at the American super soldier knocking him into the ropes and potentially ending the fight "Are you okay?" the hero asked

"I can do this all day" Capt said standing up and wiping blood from his mouth. He rushed forward grabbing his shield and using it to block several of All-Might's attacks

"Very good strategy" All-Might smirked before grabbing the shield and punching Cap in the face a couple of times before letting the shield hit him in the face knocking him once again off his feet, making Cap roll back into his feet and throw his shield into the ropes and straight into All-Might's chest giving him time to perform a jump takedown, knocking the blonde hero down

"Stay down" Cap said before All Might stood up and brushed him off. Smiling All Might performed his Detroit Smash, which Cap was barely able to deflect with his shield, sliding back an inch. Smiling Cap threw a right hook into All-Might's face before jump kicking him in the chest again, using the shield to absorb the impact of him falling on the mat. Getting up he used a discus motion striking All-Might on the chin

"Nice shot" All-Might said as he picked up Cap and threw him into the arena's floor

"Oww" Cap groan "I might have to take a break"

"Go ahead cap" a voice said

"You don't mind?" Cap asked

"No I don't" All-Might said as Cap rolled out of the ring before Captain America landed, folding his blue and white wings up "Ah the Falcon version, I was hoping I would fight you one day" All Might smiled

"Indeed" Falcon said as he stomped on the shield making it connect to his hand before he threw haymaker to All-Might's stomach, making blood dribble down his chin while he grunted, Spinning around Falcon opened his left wing tripping the Symbol of peace, making him land hard on the mat

"My Turn you hero" All Might said

"Oh crap" Cap Falcon said

"LANGUAGE!" Cap said

"TEXAS SMASH!" All-Might said sending Cap Falcon into the ropes

"Nice move" Cap Falcon said before he leap back and did a roundhouse kick to All-might, only for the hero to catch it "Uh oh, STEVE!"

"Hang on Sam!" Cap said as he was pushed back by the sheer amount of wind pressure, going over to protect the kids. All-Might sweat dropped before he saw Falcon jump in the air and slammed the shield onto the top of All-might's head sending him to the floor

"10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1!" the ref said

VICTORY ACHIEVED!

"Okay who saw the Falcon Captain America to come in and end the match, one that was fairly even, but still he was still a Captain America, which there seems to be a lot of these days, anyways like I said the fight seemed fairly even since they were holding back, if they had gone all out that shield would just be red, instead of red white and blue. Of course the fight wasn't as even since All-Might was still carrying an injure, but the fight had to be quick since he was on a time limit. Next time we have masters of the staff head your way" the Showman said "So join us next time in Exhibit Arena and have a good time wherever you are" he said walking off.

G'day Guys Grizz here and I am just going to say sorry for the lateness of thsi chapter, but it was hard to write since I wasn't getting a good flow of combat plus I had them holding back storywise, now I came up with this idea back when Falcon and the winter soldier was being released weekly duing some...difficuulties so I didn't know which one to use hence why Falcon and Captain America so up
