A/N: Word of warning, this is an uber long chapter. Here you'll learn what happened to the Ra'zac and part of Eivor's backstory. I'm not going to go into more detail until I start reaching the chapters where the eggs start hatching. Anyway, enjoy.

Meanwhile

A forest covered mountain

The Ra'zac have been flying almost non-stop since they left the battle. They were surprised to discover massive cities the likes of which they have never seen before anywhere in Alagaesia. They remained hidden by sticking to the outskirts of the cities or hiding in dark alleyways. Using the cover of night to quietly capture and devour any human that they could leaving a bloody trail of carnage wherever they went. Their bloody path taking Japan by storm as the HPSC (Hero Public Safety Commission) tried to assure the population that these new cannibalistic villains will be brought to justice. The Ra'zac and Lethrblaka would eventually come to realize that they were nowhere near Alagaesia and were now far away from the rest of their family and their twisted master. Especially since some of the 'humans' here were speaking a language they have never heard before. Along with most of the population either had extra limbs, animals parts, or even didn't look human at all and had strange new abilities that looked nothing like magic.

The mother and son duo have managed to discover a large cave where they could finally rest away from the massive human population and plan their next move.

STOMP…. STOMP…. STOMP

Suddenly, heavy footsteps shattered the quiet of the cave. Something massive and heavy was slowly stomping toward the cave. After a few minutes of hearing nothing but lumbering footsteps, the creature than appeared in the cave entrance, casting the entire mouth in the darkness of its long shadow. From what they could see of the creature, it was over eighty feet tall, with massive muscles that looked like they could crush boulders and ripped trees from their roots. The creature leaned down, bracing itself on its massive fists as it peered into the cave, revealing its face to the Ra'zac. It had white angry looking eyes with long slicked back, brown, spikey hair. A large, stone-covered lower jaw, and a mouth filled with razor sharp teeth. Along with, oddly enough, a square device hanging from its neck like a collar.

"Are you…the cannibalistic villains my master has been searching for?" It suddenly spoke in a deep emotionless voice surprising the duo as they stared at the creature. "I will not… ask again." When they didn't answer, the creature began to unclench his fists and grab the ground in an earthshattering grip, showcasing it's irritation from the lack of an answer. Just when it seemed that they would end up fighting to death. "Gigantomachia, calm down." A voice spoke up from the device on the creature's neck now they knew as 'Gigantomachia'. Whom immediately calmed down and stared at the device. "I will meet them personally."

"But master, you are still recovering from your last battle."

"I still have enough strength to handle these two."

(Insert the power of all for one theme {Extended})

Suddenly, a black mist-like substance began to form in front of Gigantomachia. The mist manifested two glowing yellow eyes as it expanded into a large portal. From the portal emerged a tall human dressed in a black outfit with a skull shaped black helmet that completely covered his face and neck, with tubes emerging from underneath the chin and wound to the back of his neck. The moment the man exited the portal both the Ra'zac and Lethrblaka felt a cold chill crawl up their spines. The man's presence alone felt as if they weren't staring down a man, but a massive beast. He neither carried nor showed any indication of hidden weapons. But what was truly unusual was his scent, as it smelled like dozens of humans all merged into one body.

"Greetings, I've heard of your murder spree across the country. But unfortunately, some of those people you've killed did work for me. However, I am willing to offer a deal to compensate for their deaths," the man spoke in a polite tone, but the Ra'zac could not understand what he was saying due to the language barrier. When they didn't respond, the man took the silence to speak again. "Forgive me but can you not understand me? Espanola? English perhaps?" That they could finally understand.

"What do you want human?" The Ra'zac spoke more out of fear than anger. "Oh, so you can speak. I have been hearing along the grapevine lately of two unusual creatures that have been spreading chaos across the country by devouring people and leaving a path of carnage wherever they go. Unfortunately, some of the people you have eaten worked for me, and I do not like it when someone destroys what belongs to me. However, I am willing to overlook their deaths, if you bow down and swear your allegiance to me."

The Ra'zac snarled out of spite at this arrogant human. "Why should we, the Ra'zac care about a few humans deaths. Your kind are nothing more than meat to fill our stomachs. We are the monsters in the dark, the dripping nightmares that haunt your race-" the Ra'zac is suddenly struck dumb, as the oppressive feeling becomes truly suffocating. When he first appeared, the man only seemed like a predator eyeing them up for a quick meal, but it felt like the beast was now prepared to pounce and devour them.

"I tend to be quite patient when it comes to temperamental children. But even I have my limits in tolerance and patience. Now I suggest you think carefully little Ra'zac, you are all alone in a strange land, and you have two monsters baring down on you. Not to mention, I may not be able to see properly but I can tell that your big friend behind you is about to lay eggs. Before you go antagonizing me again, you better reconsider the next few minutes. We wouldn't want anything bad happening to either your friend or her coming brood now do we?"

The pressure suddenly lifted to the point that Ra'zac and Lethrblaka could breathe more again. However, it was still there at the edge just waiting to crush them again. The Lethrblaka turned to her offspring. "Hatchling, we should consider his offer." The Ra'zac spun to its mother. "No mother, we don't need this human. We can survive like we always have." But the Lethrblaka refused to listen. "We know nothing of these lands or these people. Our ancestors chased the humans to a faraway land and the dragon riders destroyed our kind. There is also the rider, she could be recruiting new riders even as we sit here. Take the offer, for your nest-mates." The Ra'zac wanted to argue again, but he came to realize she was right. They only fought off the rider because she was wounded and exhausted, and now there was no way to fight her alone. So, he turned back to the monster standing at the mouth of the cave.

"I take it you two have considered my offer?" Despite the helmet, they knew he was smiling.

The Ra'zac and Lethrblaka kneeled before their new master. "What is your bidding?"

(End the power of all for one)

Meanwhile, miles away in an undisclosed facility

Eivor leaned back into Agaravel's stomach as they quietly ate their meals provided by their newfound hosts. She was now dressed in a white tank-top showing off her muscular arms, with black sweatpants, black socks and white running shoes. For Eivor, her dinner was a plate consisting of pork with gravy, a mix of vegetables and tube-like substance called 'macaroni'. While Agaravel tore into a collected pile of meats consisting of enormous slices of beef. The pair were now fully rested, and their wounds treated thanks to the people who are now providing them shelter. The room they were sitting in had the build of a warehouse, with enough room for Agaravel to fully stretch herself out and more. But with a single bed, weapons rack that held her sword and repaired armor. A cabinet that contained her supplies, including her precious cargo of eggs. While a bookshelf contained several books that would help her learn the local language including several history books in 'English' in order to learn about her new home. As she quietly ate, Eivor couldn't help but think back to three days ago.

Three days ago

Agaravel felt the exhaustion from their almost month-long flight, the battle against the Ra'zac and her injuries quickly catching up with her as they continued to fly north. Searching for a place to land and recover as the weight of everything that has happened to them began to slow her down. Leaving their home behind with a collection of eggs, the future partners to new riders. Hearing about the fall of the Vroengard, and worst of all losing her mate and his partner rider to the traitors. Just when she was contemplating giving up, "Agaravel, are you seeing what I'm seeing?" Agaravel looked up and suddenly pulled up to hover as she looked ahead in shock. At first, she thought the exhaustion was causing her to hallucinate, but if Eivor could see it, then she might not be. After all, how can you hallucinate what looks like a city that stretches off into the distance consisting of great towers of steel and glass that light up the night sky with a host of bright, flameless lights and a cacophony of sounds from the streets below. The highlight of the city being a large mountain situated close to the center with a large building shaped like a huge H surrounded by walls of stone and steel.

Eivor decided that she had enough time to admire the view and quickly reminded her partner of their present state. Agaravel flapped her wings to turn and skirt the outer edges of the city along the shore, trying to stay out of site. Not knowing how these people would react to a large dragon flying overhead. Just when Eivor began to debate whether to land and ask for aid.

"Well, good evening." Eivor jumped in her saddle and whipped around to see to her and Agaravel's utter shock, a man with large red wings flying next to them. He appeared to be in his early twenties with a relaxed, aloof look on his face, shoulder length, messy blond hair, triangular markings around his slanted eyes and slight stubble on his chin. Attire wise, he was dressed in a black shirt with a wavy ripple-like pattern covered by a high-collared, white fur lined coat and brown gloves on his hands. Tan colored pants tucked into a pair of thick leather boots. He was wearing an ovular, yellow-tinted visor over his eyes and some sort of equipment over his ears. "Nice night for a flight isn't it. You mind telling me what you two are doing flying up here without a hero license?"

Eivor couldn't make a lick of sense of what this bird man was saying. Downright exhausted from barely surviving their fight with the Ra'zac and irritated from this guy's overly relaxed attitude she pulled out her sword and brandished it into the bird man's face, making him blink and pull back with his hands up, the universal sign of surrender. "I can't understand a god damned word you're saying bird man. We have had a long and exhausting day and your smug attitude isn't helping us whatsoever. Now who are you and where the hell are we?"

"Okay, okay my bad, didn't know you spoke English. Well to answer your questions, the names Hawks and as for where you are. You and your big friend here are currently flying over the city of Musutafu, Japan. You must be new around here since, well I don't mean to brag, but I am currently ranked the number 3 hero in Japan. Now I don't like to point out the obvious here, but your friend seems to be really bad shape here. I know you don't know who I am, and you don't trust me, but if you follow me, I can take you somewhere he can get some help."

Eivor couldn't believe what she was hearing from this Hawks fellow. She had neither heard nor read about any place called Musutafu before. The name sounded completely foreign to her despite her travels across Alagaesia. Since when were you ranked at being a hero? Not to mention this guy is just offering her a place to rest despite the fact that they had just met. Eivor considered not trusting him, but he was right about Agaravel's condition. If they just continued to hover where they were, there was a good chance they would fall and wreck who knows how much havoc below. Reluctantly, she sheathed her sword.

"Fine then, we'll follow you. By the way, Agaravel is a female not a male." With Agaravel backing it up with a growl, making Hawks fly back nervously.

"Whoop, my bad. Alright then, just follow me." With that, Hawks turned and flew away, with Agaravel following close behind. Agaravel turned an eye back to her rider.

"I don't like this Eivor, do you think we can trust him?"

"No, he seems to damn aloof for a fellow that was just threatened. Even when I was threatening him, he didn't tense up to fight or even dodge. Not to mention he appears to be unarmed, but that doesn't mean he can't fight back. At best, he is simply a magician that relies too much on magic to win, at worst he has other ways to fight that we don't know about. For now, we can't take any chances. The Ra'zac and the Lethrblaka are still out there, we lost an egg, and we know nothing about this land or its customs. If he is honest about helping us than all the better, but if he means us harm, we kill him and run."

Agaravel released an aggravated snort but knew her partner was right.

"Sounds like a plan to me."

All the while, Hawks contacted his superiors as he looked back and observed the two.

"I checked the area of the disturbance. I found two individuals flying nearby. One of them appears to have a dragon quirk, the other is a young woman in her early twenties riding on its back… Yes, she's armed, she threatened me with a sword and spoke English, but she doesn't seem to know where she is. Although, their both wounded. Looks like they just got out of a fight after traveling for who knows how long… Yes sir they're following me to HQ… Right, over and out."

After an hour of flying, they arrived at a tall, rectangular shaped building with a square shaped emblem situated on the front. The center of the emblem was a rhombus with four symbols surrounding the diamond (she would later learn that the symbols meant Hero. Public. Safety. Commission.) They landed on the roof of the building with Agaravel gratefully slumping down after a long flight. Eivor unstrapped herself and jumped from the saddle to check on Agaravel's injuries.

Hawks approached them to speak with them. "We have one best medics in the country coming up to check on the two of you."

No need, I can take care of some of the worst injuries and leave the rest for your medic."

Eivor then placed her right-hand on a large cut on Agaravel's left side and muttered words in the Ancient Language, causing a silver glow to shine from her Gedwëy ignasia (silver palm), and to Hawks complete surprise the wounds began to close. Soon enough, some of the worst of her injuries, including tears in the leather of her wings, were healed or at least looked better than before. Eivor stepped back to observe her work, wobbling slightly on her feet from the amount of energy she used. Just as she stumbled back, Eivor felt a hand support her back. She glanced behind her to see Hawks supporting her.

"Are you alright?"

She shoved him off. "I'm fine, that took a lot more out of me than I thought."

"So, I take it your quirk is a healing type and her quirk is a dragon type, right?" Hawks casually asked Eivor.

Eivor turned and looked at him like he grew a second head.

"What's a quirk? Don't tell me you've never seen magic or a dragon before?"

Agaravel growled and reached out with her mind to Hawks. "Are you implying that I am not a dragon you pompous bird man?"

Hawks raised his eyebrows. That's the first time he ever heard someone say they've never seen a quirk before. Not to mention that the dragon had the ability to speak telepathically. Wherever they were from might be so isolated that the term quirks never became mainstream in their population, or maybe…

"Where did you say you two were from again?"

"You never asked, but we come from a land called Alageasia. Have you never heard of it?"

He shrugged as he said "Can't say I have. You mind telling me where it is?"

But then Hawks suddenly blinked and place his hand on the device on his ears.

Eivor realized that the device might be a form of communication. She and Agaravel quickly reached out with their minds to try to get part of the conversation.

"Yes sir, we've arrived on the roof. The woman had some type of healing ability that she claimed was magic…No sir, the second has remained a dragon and has never given any indication of transforming and she can speak telepathically… Get this the woman claims that her friend is an actual dragon, and from the way she spoke, I'm actually starting to believe them… Yes sir, she claimed that they come from a land called Alageasia, never heard of it… Yes sir, I'll bring her in now."

"Sorry, we're going to have to cut this conversation short. My superiors and a few unannounced guests would like to speak to you. But your friend…"

"Her friend's name is Agaravel, and she can speak for herself bird man." Agaravel empathized with a snarl.

Hawks held up his hands for forgiveness. "My bad, my bad, Agaravel, you're going to have to stay here while the medic looks over your remaining injuries. You don't have to worry… You know I just realized that I never asked for your name."

"Eivor Rostasdottir."

"Eivor, okay I can remember that. You don't have to worry about Agaravel. We've got one of the best medics in the country coming up to check on her condition. She's under a strict oath to take care of her patients."

A nearby door opened. Eivor was expecting many things but never a little elderly woman. The woman's grey hair was tied up into a netted bun with a white syringe poking out of her hair. She is wearing a white coat over a tan dress with a vest like design. She was also wearing pink boots, a belt with an R-shaped buckle and a pink mask with purple visor. The woman was walking using a large syringe as a cane.

"Allow me to introduce Chiyo Shuzenji, also known as the Youthful Heroine, Recovery Girl."

"Pleasure to meet you deary." Chiyo said with a bow.

Eivor couldn't believe that they trusted this little old lady was a medical expert. Not to mention, 'youthful heroine' really? She looked more like somebody's sweet grandmother than a youthful heroine.

"Now let's help your friend here." As she walked up to Agaravel. Chiyo stood there for a few seconds and suddenly…

SMOOCH

Her lips stretched out to an inhuman length and kissed Agaravel's left foreleg. Eivor and Agaravel could only stare in shock and confusion as this happened. Until Agaravel first felt a slight drain on her energy and then an ich coming from all the injuries Eivor missed as they quickly healed. Once Chiyo was done she retracted her lips and brought a small packet from within her coat.

"That should do it. Here deary have some gummies." Agaravel could only open her jaws in stunned silence as Chiyo dropped some kind of candies into her mouth. Chiyo then turned to Eivor.

"Now let's take of you deary."

Eivor blinked and stepped back when she realized what was coming.

"Wait…"

SMOOCH

Too late. As Chiyo's lips stretched out and kissed her cheek. Causing a drain on her energy as her cuts and bruises rapidly healed. Once she was finished, she retracted her lips and handed Eivor some of the candies.

"There we go, have some gummies, and I suggest you two take it easy for the next few days. My quirk tends to drain you for the amount of energy required to heal you."

Eivor said nothing for a few seconds until she was poked by Hawks. Causing her to look at him.

"I suggest we get going. We've kept my superiors waiting long enough."

Eivor could only nod in agreement as they walked to the door. First, she turned back to Agaravel, who had just released a cavernous yawn before curling up on herself to take a nap.

"Will you be alright up here?"

Agaravel opened one eye to look at Eivor.

"Do not worry Eivor, I doubt after what the old woman did these people will be attacking us anytime soon. Besides, if they do attack, I can tear apart this building to save your life."

This didn't completely reassure Eivor, but she smiled in amusement.

"Alright, be safe."

Neither of them noticed as just before the door the closed, Hawks launched a feather. It swiped through a bit of Agaravel's blood that dripped onto the roof and quickly flew back into the building down to a built-in lab. He may believe that Agaravel might be an actual dragon, but part of him his still skeptical. The lab should be able to test whether she was a dragon or a delusional mutation type.

After a few minutes of walking through the building, she was eventually brought to large room. One side was occupied with a large desk with a woman in her late forties or early fifties dressed in a dark blue slightly opening coat, covering a dark blue undershirt. With a knee length skirt and high heeled shoes. She was wearing a silver metal necklace and her white hair was combed and slicked back revealing an emotionless face that regarded Eivor with a calculating gaze.

Next to the woman was a man in his late thirties or early forties with combed black hair and dressed in a black coat over a white buttoned shirt and black tie on his neck. Both of which were tucked into black pants over a pair of black shiny shoes. Just like the woman he was regarding Eivor with a blank but calculating gaze.

Situated in front of the desk were two large couches each occupied by, in her opinion, oddly dressed and unusual looking individuals. The couch on her right was occupied by two enormous, muscled humans. One was dressed in a striped, yellow suit and with slicked back blond hair and two sticking enormous bangs. He was sporting a huge grin with overly shiny teeth with over shadowed eyes.

The second man was wearing a blue suit with fire traveling down his suit in an x-shaped pattern. Facial wise, he sported a deep scowl with blue eyes and flames sprouting out of his head forming a beard, mustache and hair made of fire.

Hawks joined the two men on the couch, taking a seat next to the man on fire.

The couch on the left was occupied by two men and what looked like an animal in a suit.

The man on the right side of the couch was dressed in an all-black outfit with a long-sleeved shirt, pants and black boots with a long grey scarf wrapped around his neck. He was a tall slim and pale looking induvial with a scruffy chin, shoulder-length messy hair that framed his face with two long bangs and some short bangs drifting into his black eyes with dark circles underneath. He looked like he hadn't slept in days.

The man sitting on the right sight was another tall and muscular individual wearing a skin-tight, red outfit with white gloves and boots. His left glove had a thin tube stretching from the glove to his shoulder with a metal belt wrapped around his waist. He had grey, spikey hair, slanted dark-red eyes covered by an orange mask and sharp canines and tusks poking out of his mouth.

The clothed animal was bipedal, wearing a white long-sleeved shirt, covered by a double-breasted vest and a red necktie with matching pants. He was wearing large, orange shoes with thick soles. But she couldn't identify what type of animal he was. He was covered in white fur, with his head shaped like a mouse or a rat, with cheerful black eyes, his right eye was covered by a thick scar. His ears were square shaped like a bear's but with pink fur on the inside. His paws had four fingers that were shaped like a dog's but were currently occupied by a cup of steaming tea and cat's tail poking out of the back of his pants.

The man in the black suit standing next to the large desk stepped forward and spoke in English.

"Welcome, its Eivor Rostasdottir, correct?"

"Yes."

"We appreciate you for taking Hawks request to come this meeting. First of all, from what Hawks informed us, you claim to be from a land called Alageasia, correct?"

"That's right?" Eivor was not liking the way this conversation was going.

"Second of all, he claimed that you used an ability to heal your compatriot on the roof and claimed it was magic and not a quirk. Is that correct as well?"

"Yes, it is."

"Now, there are those in this society are not going to believe your claim. Some people, including some of us here in this room may right you off as either crazy or delusional. What reason do any of us have to believe you?"

"I have to agree." The man producing flames spoke up. "For all we know, you could be a spy or a villain trying to infiltrate our society. Madame President, I believe we should just lock this woman and her 'dragon' in an asylum or better yet Tartarus, just to be safe."

"Let's not get carried away here. I've seen plenty of unusual things over my career. Maybe we should hear her story first." The yellow suited man spoke up with a deep, cheerful voice. Eivor didn't know why but the man's presence actually put her at ease.

"Hate to say it All Might, but I have to agree with Endeavor." The speaker was the exhausted looking man. "Recklessly flying over a city while injured from a fight, blatant use of a quirk despite the law, and cosplaying like some medieval traveler while claiming to be from a land we never heard of before. I don't think its safe to have these two out on the streets."

"How can I convince you otherwise?" Eivor snapped at them. She was getting out right irritated that these people were calling her insane and not even allowing her to explain herself.

"Excuse me everyone, maybe we should hear her out first before we lock her up. It is a trial before sentence country after all." Spoke up the animal man.

'Finally, someone with common sense.' Eivor thought to herself.

For the first time, the woman at the desk stood up, getting the attention of everyone in the room.

"I agree with Nezu and All Might. Before we judge insane or otherwise, she has every right to explain her story." She said in an business like manner and never took her eyes off Eivor.

Eivor felt relief that some of these people, including this 'Madame President' was willing to hear her out, so she decided to tell her story.

"Thank you. Now as you are all aware, I come from a land called Alagaesia. I am possibly the last living and free member of an order of guardians called the dragon riders. We were the greatest scholars, warriors and magicians throughout the land. Kings and queens respected us, the people looked up to us as their protectors and peacekeepers. It has been this way for thousands of years. However, just three months ago, we betrayed by one of our own. A man called Galbatorix, a traitor who went missing a few years ago after murdering one of the council of elders and later stole a dragon hatchling. I was a student of the order. Just a few months away from becoming a fully fledged rider when Galbatorix revealed himself and declared war on us."

"What's worse, he wasn't alone, thirteen riders and their dragons joined forces with Galbatorix, and despite the fact we had them outnumbered several hundred to one, including many wild dragons, we were losing. The elders selected me and a few others to take five dragon eggs each and scatter to try to find a land to regroup and prepare for avenge our comrades. Despite our instructors, I left our headquarters accompanied by one other rider, my lover Beorn and his red dragon Skaal, who was Agaravel's mate."

"We traveled for at least three months to get as far away from the war as possible. As we traveled, we heard the news of the destruction of Doru Araeba, the capital of Vroengard, the island headquarters of the riders and the death of our leader, Vrael, who was the greatest of the riders. We soon learned from a fleeing wild dragon that the dragons had casted a terrible curse upon the dragons who joined Galbatorix. The curse was called was known as The Banishing of the Names, as the name suggests, it completely erased the identities of the dragons from all living memory. It wasn't long after the news, that we came across a mysterious tower. Inside we meet an eccentric old man called Tenga. While he would ramble on about many unusual subjects, one thing that did catch our attention was a scroll he was giving us. According to him, it contained a spell that would create a gateway to distant land where we could escape from Galbatorix and rebuild the order."

"We didn't believe at first. Eventually, we continued to fly further south, away from Alagaesia. Until, two months after leaving Tenga, we met two of our comrades we thought had died fighting Galbatorix. Kialandi who rode a purple dragon and his twin sister Formora who rode a brown dragon. We were happy to see them at first but then realized something. We couldn't remember the names of their dragons. Not only that, the two dragons have seemed to become more feral, they were more like flying beasts than dragons."

"That's when we realized the truth. That they had joined with Galbatorix and had willingly killed many of our comrades and many more wild dragons, all in the name of power. We fought them, but they had become too powerful. Beorn and Skaal were injured midway through the battle, they quickly handed us their cargo of eggs and begged us to escape. We wanted to stay and fight, but Skaal called upon his magic to sent us flying away. As we flew away, we only looked back once, and could only watch as the traitors ripped off Skaal's wings, sending them plummeting to their deaths."

"We spent a month grieving for the loss of our lovers, but we had to continue on, for the sake of the eggs. Soon enough, we began to realize that something else was following us. We thought at first, by the brief glimpses we saw, that Kialandi and Formora had caught up and were going to finish us off. So, we finally decided to take a risk and used the spell. Just as Tenga explained, a gateway had opened, finally we could find a place to regroup and prepare for revenge. We could be ready to take back our lands."

"But the moment we were about to enter the gate. They appeared; terrible creatures that were once thought destroyed by the Riders. They were called Ra'zac, they had the appearance of cloaked figures on hideous deformed dragons, but they were monsters that preferred to devour humans. What was worse, was that as they approached us, they demanded the eggs we were carrying. We refused and entered the gateway. As I cut off the energy required to produce the gate, one Ra'zac and its mount had managed to enter at the last second and followed us hear. We fought them, but for some reason, they broke off from the fight and flew away. We wanted to pursue them, but we were exhausted and injured, we had no choice but let them go. But as we flew away, I discovered that we lost an egg. It's bag had been ripped during the battle. But we couldn't risk searching for it while we were exhausted, so we flew away to find land. It wasn't long afterward that Hawks found us and led us here. The rest you know."

After finishing her story Eivor examined the faces of the people. Endeavor, the exhausted fellow, the high-collard man, and the man fanged fellow, all had skeptical looks. All Might, Hawks, and Nezu seemed to be intrigued. While the president and the spokesperson still had blank looks but they each had at least one raised eyebrow.

"I believe you." Exclaimed Nezu.

"What?!" Shouted everyone but the president and the spokesperson who only turned to Nezu with raised brows.

"Nezu you can't be serious. Come on, an order of dragon riders, Ra'zac, an evil rider. It sounds like something out of a fairy tale." Protested the exhausted man.

Hawks then stood up, getting everyone's attention.

"Well, some of her story does seem to check out. Some of the folks in Musatufa have reported a bright flash and the sound of thunder off the coast. Not to mention, some people with keen hearing quirks have complained about hearing roars and shrieks from the same direction."

Nezu then took a sip from a teacup that had somehow appeared out of nowhere.

"Well, there are two ways that we can check to see if she's crazy or not. First of all, Ms. Rostasdottir, do you happed to have a map of Alagaesia?"

Eivor reached into of the pouches on her belt and brought out a rolled-up parchment, handing it Nezu. He then rolled out the map on a table placed between the couches. Everyone else leaned in to take a closer look. What they saw was a landmass they have never seen on any map before. The western most part of the map was occupied by a series of cities that ran up and down the coast of a vast ocean and situated along a mountain range called the Spine that split the land east from west. The center was covered by a desert called the Hadarac desert, the north was almost completely covered by a forest called Du Weldenvarden, and the south was occupied by mountain range called the Beorn mountains.

"I still don't believe her. She could have drawn this map to trick us in her delusion." Said Endeavor.

"Well, if this doesn't convince you then there is one way she can convince us. Could you show us little magic Eivor, and Eraser head you can try to erase it, that should convince you."

Eivor than held up her hand with the Gedwëy Ignasia and said Brisingr (fire). A white colored flamed appeared and hovered above her palm. The exhausted man, now identified as Eraserhead, then looked at Eivor and suddenly his frowned deepened, his eyes took on a red glow and his long hair began to defy gravity. Nothing happened. Everyone in the room, the exception of Eivor and Nezu who was now laughing his head off.

After he stopped laughing, Nezu took another sip of his tea.

"Now, as for the most important reason. I happened to have met Tenga just two months ago."

Everyone turned their gaze on Nezu who continued to enjoy his tea.

"Nezu, why weren't we informed of this. You owe us an explanation." The man in the tight red suit spoke up for the first time.

"I am sorry Vlad King, but I didn't want to worry everyone. Somehow, Tenga to managed bypass all of my security, every camera and every sensor, and reached my office. He simply walked right in unannounced, introduced himself and said that came to me with a warning. He told me that in a few months' time, a dragon rider was going to arrive off the southern coast of Musutafu. He asked me to give them shelter, help them recruit new dragon riders and prepare for the threats that are coming for us all."

Finishing off his tea and placing it on the table. Nezu then stood up and began to pace between the desk of the president and the couches.

"Now let's go over what we know. Ms. Rostasdottir claims to be from a land called Alagaesia, with a map that gives us an idea of what it looks like. She can use magic, which can't be stopped by Eraser's quirk. On that note, you claim that before today, you never heard of the term quirk before, correct?"

Eivor answered with a nod.

"Not to mention, the loud noises and flash that came from the sea where Ms. Rostasdottir seemingly appeared out of nowhere. Now with all this, it is my opinion that she is not crazy and is in fact perfectly sane."

"Okay, say we do believe her. Question is, what do we do with them." Asked Eraser head.

"Here is my proposal. U.A. takes custody of Eivor Rostasdottir and Agaravel, teach them Japanese and our customs. Finally, hire her as an instructor at U.A. and allow her to recruit new riders from our hero course."

"Nezu, you can't be serious. Why would we allow our students to learn how to ride dragons and fight monsters?" Eraserhead questioned.

"I agree with Eraserhead. My own son is starting his career at U.A. as well. I won't be comfortable with her there." Snarled Endeavor.

"Well, think about this for a moment. Gates are doorways that depending on the make, can be opened from either side. So, if this Tenga was able to come and go from Alagaesia, whose to say that this Galbatorix and his minions could find a way here as well?"

That made everyone stop and think. None of them knew a thing about fighting dragons or their magic throwing comrades. If Galbatorix found his way here, he and his followers could destroy everything in their path, and the heroes would have almost nothing to stop them.

One by one, they all realized that there may be a benefit to allowing Eivor to stay here.

"Alright Nezu, but before I voice my opinion. There is one thing were overlooking here. Eivor, what exactly can you do besides train dragon riders? You're going to need a reason to be at U.A. before we go public with all this." Said Eraserhead.

"I was one of the best hand to hand fighters among the students of the order. I could train any qualified students in unarmed combat." Eivor explained.

Eraserhead's eyes lit up and he suddenly broke out a rather creepy grin.

"Okay, this might actually work. A lot of heroes nowadays have a bad tendency to over rely on quirks that they forgot about how to fight without them. Vlad what do you think?"

"I agree, some of last year's crop of students went up against a villain with an eraser type quirk and lost badly to the point that some quit out of utter humiliation."

Everyone then turned to All Might, Endeavor, and Hawks.

"Ha ha ha ha ha ha. A new class to help advance our future heroes, and train new dragon riders? What are we waiting for? I'm in." Said All Might.

"Well, I'm in. What's the worst that can happen?" Said Hawks.

As for Endeavor.

"I still don't like this. But you all have a point. Very well, at least this will keep them out of our way."

Finally, the president spoke up again.

"Then we're all in agreement. Eivor Rostasdottir will be work as a hand to hand combat instructor at U.A. and with observed permission to train dragon riders from the hero course. This meeting is now adjourned."

With that everyone but the president and the spokesperson got up from their seats and began to leave.

Present time

That was three days ago. What was most amusing was that as she left, she was approached by Nezu whom asked if he could have a ride on Agaravel. Eivor was reluctant to allow him on her partner, but she did need a guide to U.A. so she agreed. The flight took only half an hour, during which Nezu explained a few things about her new home.

Giving her a general explanation about quirks, fantastic and unusual abilities that appeared in the human population over a hundred years ago. How the following age of chaos created an age of heroes. Heroes were much like the dragon riders were for Alagaesia, a group of elite peacekeepers who used their powers to fight villains, criminals who would use their powers for selfish gain. While also assisting in natural disasters, accidents, and emergencies.

Upon arriving at U.A. she and Agaravel were given a place to stay along with new sets of clothes to help fit in the populous. The next day she was introduced to the rest of the staff, including the man would teach her how to speak Japanese. A rather loud hero called Present Mic, who was U.A. professor of English.

But while this was going on, she couldn't help but think of the egg that they lost to the sea. What if it sank and lost forever? What if it hatched and they could never find its rider. They could only hope they'll find it someday.

Meanwhile, Midoriya residence

On a bookshelf covered with hero merchandise, a silver stone began to shake.

A/N: Whew, what a chapter, it was over 7,000 words when I finally finished. I'm sorry that this might drone for a bit, but I figured it was necessary for Eivor's reason to be here. Also, for those of you who can tell, yes, I based Eivor on the same character from Assassin's Creed Valhalla, one of my favorite games in the franchise. Anyway, next chapter will be when the egg under Izuku's care will hatch. But, I'm not entirely sure when I'll upload it. Goodnight, and enjoy. Sé onr sverdar sitja hvass! May your swords stay sharp!
