For anyone who got an Author Alert for chapter 16 of Into the Shadow, I would like to apologize. It was a mistake, which will be explained further in my next real chapter, which I swear to have posted by 6:00 tomorrow, Eastern Standard Time. If you want someone to blame, blame The Converted or possibly ME132.

I know I've been terrible about updating, but the truth is I just got my first job this summer and am finding it more than exhausting. Where, you ask? Mordor. Not kidding.

My name is Jenny, and I'm (unfortunately) a high school student in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. Not, however, that I'm at all proud of my country as of late. I'm fairly tall, with brown hair and blue eyes, though some tell me that one is actually green. How special. As for facial features, just picture a wall-eyed bass and you'll do fine.

My major hobbies include drama, reading, writing for my school literary magazine, and, of course, fanfiction. My favorite movies are Lord of the Rings (naturally), Moulin Rouge, and Casablanca. My favorite books are, once again, Lord of the Rings, The Silmarillion, A Tree Grows in Brooklyn (EVERY teenage girl should read this one), and just about anything else I can get my hands on.
