In an alternate timeline, Sanji's mother Sora died giving birth, thus rendering her unable to nourish the humanity that was still left in Sanji. Instead of being exiled and un-personed by his father, he is sent on a warrior trial that is supposed to last for three years.

The Straw Hats disbanded some years ago and each of them was forced to find his own worth in the world. Though the occurrence of a wedding ceremony is going to reunite them. The story starts off with a very bitter Sanji, having to suffer through watching the love of his life getting married to another man. Basically SanNami with switching PoVs, might be way too angsty at times.

The Battle of the Bastards through the eyes of a normal man-at-arms.

Sanji gets the unique opportunity to right a lot of wrongs. But at what cost?
