Alright well it's taken me two years but I've finally found this part of the site, so let's see if I can fill it in some.

My name is Katherine and I'm 20 years old, female,and have just finished my second year of university where I'm doing psychology. (Before you ask, no, I cannot read your mind!)

I live in England, down in sunny old Kent.

I'm a sci-fi nut and quite happy to admit it, with my favourite TV shows being The X-files, Buffy, Angel, Charmed, Star Trek, Doctor Who, Torchwood - and I could probably go on for a while here and bore you all stupid so I'll stop, though I might just add 4400 and Heroes in there as I'm getting very into them as well.

My real obsession though is The Lord of the Rings. Read it when I was 8 and loved it ever since, books and films. I will happily talk for hours on the subject and show myself for the sad person I am by answering whatever questions are thrown around about it.

However, The X-files does come a close second. I love the Mulder/Scully relationship (as anyone who reads my stuff will know) and will forever remain a die-hard shipper no matter what other options are thrown my way. DSR I can cope with, but since for the whole of season 8 he was supposed to be in love with Scully, and then season 9 Reyes appears and immediately he re-falls for her, well, not quite believable enough for me I'm afraid.

Too many favourite episodes to name I fear but my favourites tend to be from seasons 4/6/7 and some from season 9. I prefer the standalones to the mythology arc, but both are good. Wasn't a fan of the William storyline though, just too depressing!

And I am now greatly looking forward to the new film! It has a filming date, it has a release date. I'm a happy bunny! Just so long as they do it justice.
