As an old fellow, having been reading SF and Fantasy since the Galaxy was a much smaller place, and elves ruled the world I have been seeking a chance to set the record straight. When you have been around long enough, you see a lot of things, and lie about them. Hence writing fanfiction. My goal is just to entertain myself, and any others who will join in the game.

As a long time SF geek I've always loved internal consistency, and to the best of my ability what I write will try to "improve" it in the topics, shows, etc. which interest me. Crossovers should always obey the internal logic of the place they are set in, as duly improved by Yr. Obt. Serv.

As I worked on "Out of the West" I've come to appreciate professional authors even more. As each section got written it seemed to offer endless opportunities and temptations to delve endlessly in the background information. Aside from the need to fill in huge areas of no information on wizarding society and magical ecology the evolving nature of esper society, so new and so much in flux, was a constant temptation to losing track of the story and filling in the background. I can see why there are so many (often bad) uses of the Roman Empire and gladiatorial games. So much dramatic structure already prepared, just fill in the names of your characters! Accordingly I feel only moderate guilt in having social structures in various societies mirror (as least in a distorted way) each other. I mean, after all, it sorta really happened somewhere and sometime.

My major current work is on Naruto projects, one well developed and partially posted, and one as a prospective semi-crossover with Out of the West (slightly) and some other stuff that I, and my editor, Nate, will be working on. I have started a new HP story "Palimpsest" from an Hermione viewpoint. Hopefully it is a bit less bloody than my Naruto work. Which is still being worked on, currently with considerable angst and painful death.

Earlier in January this year (2016), my father passed away due to cancer, and thus his existing stories unfortunately will remain unfinished. I have posted similar notices in his unfinished stories, but figure posting here as well would not be remiss, however delayed doing so is.

Please feel free to read and leave reviews on his stories, as I periodically check on them. If you have any pertinent questions, you can also leave PMs, though I check those somewhat less frequently. Regardless, I hope you all enjoy his works. Thank you.
