Blake was walking around a dark forest, her weapon in her hand as her ears twitched. She turned her head to see nothing. She would turn back her head and continued walking.
It was then that she heard a twig snap nearby as she would turn aroud and pointed her weapon at nothing. "Mmm… it's nothing…" She said as she turned around… only to come into contact with a Malicious Metroid.
BGM: Bowser Appears (Super Mario Galaxy)
"AAAAH!" She yelped as the Metroid hissed at her as she quickly dodged a headbutt as she quickly shot at the Metroid before she ran off as the Metroid was right behind her as it would proceed to flank her on the right.
Blake kept running, glancing over as the Metroid would evolve as each passing tree. Alpha, Gamma, Zeta… and then Omega. Blake kept picking up the pace, trying desperately to avoid the Metroid that was coming after her, and just when she passed a tree… something clotheslined her from behind said tree.
"Nnngh!" Blake grunted as she rubbed her head… and then felt a foot slam into her gut. "Gah!" She yelped as she looked up to see the SA-X planting its foot down, aiming its arm cannon at her while the Omega Metroid would tower over Blake. She would quickly realize that these two were teaming up.
"Oh no…" Blake whispered as the SA-X fired at her, but her semblance activated as she quickly rolled to the side and then ran off as the SA-X and the Omega Metroid charged after her.
It was then that Blake would come across a lake, quickly screeching to a halt as she turned around to see the SA-X slowly approaching her as she also saw the Omega Metroid turning into the Metroid Queen as they slowly stalked toward her.
She would quickly turn to the water as she turned back as they were getting closer, the Metroid Queen roaring at her. She backed up, her left foot touching the water as she aimed Gambol Shroud at the two. It was then that the SA-X and Metroid Queen stopped walking.
"What are you…?" She wondered as she heard a giant splash as she turned her head to see Serris having breached out and was coming in on top of her with its mouth wide open as her eyes widened and her ears lowered as she let out a loud terrified shriek
End BGM
"AAAAAH!" Blake yelled, quickly sitting up on her hospital bed and panting, finding herself sweating too. "Oh… oh god… Oh…"
"Hey…" A soft voice spoke, as Blake turned her head to see Weiss right beside her. "You okay? Looks like you were having a nightmare…"
"I was…" Blake quietly said.
Weiss gently took her hand. "Samus told us what happened at that station… all of it." She said. "I know we heard what you said when we first checked up on you."
"How… long was I out?"
"About a day. Actually, the whole team aside from ROB has been out for a day." She said. "You were all pretty much exhausted."
"How is everyone? SPBRR, I mean."
"Samus only received some minor injuries, Pikachu's got bandages on his back and tail, Rosie's got a sling over her arm, a cast on her foot, an ice cold bandana over her eye and bandages on her back, oh, and she has bandages wrapped around her forehead too, and her abdomen and chest. ROB has a few dents, but that'll buff out…"
"And me… I have… scars all over me." Blake said, putting herself in a fetal position, not really caring that she's in a hospital gown. "I'm assuming it's more than my face."
"Yeah… It's bad. You have a massive burn scar on your back and your lower chest and abdomen took quite a hit too." Weiss said before sighing sadly. "You've been through hell… and I was so worried about you when you were tuning us out over despairing over those ten SA-X things."
"I… I couldn't even hear Calyrex reaching out to me… or you for that matter." Blake admitted. "I was drowning in despair… I… I thought I could never make it out…"
"But you're here… and that's all that matters. All of you are back home." Weiss smiled, a tear rolling down her cheek before hugging her gently. "I would've gone through hell and back just to get you guys out of there… blow that station up and all of us making it back home. That's… that's how much I love you and the sisters. We never eye to eye back in the day but… now look at us, we're like… a family."
"A family that's been through hell…"
"Blake… that's what made us stronger. Look at Ruby, she's been doing amazing things lately, Yang is… well, Yang, I've gotten stronger myself and… then there's you. Risking your life just to stop this parasite from infecting the entire universe… I never thought you'd team up with RIdley, but you're strong too. All of us are. We've gotten closer and forming tight bonds…"
"I know." Blake looked into Weiss's eyes. "I'm just not sure how much longer I would've taken it…"
Weiss smiled. "The good news is… you can finally relax as best as you can… and I'll be there to get you back to the way you were."
"I… I don't think I'll be the same after that shitfest…"
"Oh trust me, I know… but the least we can do is get you, well… get you back on your feet and relax just like the rest of us. I know you're on edge after all that… believe me, I was on edge too when we were at the Tundra. I didn't show it though… I was doing my best to hide it."
"And look where that got you… oh, sorry, was that rude?"
"No no, you're definitely right." Weiss let out a chuckle as both of them heard the door open.
"Is she awake?" Kali asked.
"Yeah, she's awake." Weiss smiled as Blake would see her parents and Sun walking in.
"Oh, hey guys…" She smiled.
Meanwhile, in Samus and Rosalina's room…
"Mmm… that was a good nap…" Samus said, having a bandage on her cheek with Pikachu on her lap as she heard footsteps approaching her as she turned to see Palutena walking in.
"Hey, I heard that you were back!" Palutena smiled.
"Pichu!" Pichu hopped off of Palutena's shoulder and landed on Samus's gut.
"Mmph! Easy sweetie… I'm a little sore there…" Samus winced before chuckling, wrapping Pichu into a hug and kissing his forehead.
"Pichu!" He smiled.
"Where's the other one?" Samus asked.
"Well… here's the thing… I was taking care of the little guy and I was feeding him and… well…" Palutena smiled. "He grew up during your abscence." She said, stepping out of the way as there was an Alpha Metroid floating there.
"An… Alpha?" Samus wondered as the Alpha Metroid let out a happy chirp… a chirp that was familiar to Samus. "No way…" She said as the Alpha Metroid flew around and chirped happily, snuggling against her.
Samus giggled a bit. "I see… I leave on a mission and you grow up on me. You little doofus." She said, hugging the Metroid as it nuzzled against her.
"By the way, have you ever thought of naming him? It just can't be… ya know, Metroid."
"Mmm… I'm not really creative with names though…" Samus said.
"Hmm…" Palutena folded her arms. "Ah! I got it… Xeno!"
"Xeno…?" Samus raised her eyebrow.
"Pretty creative, huh?" Palutena smiled proudly.
"Um… how about I go with something like… Newt."
"Newt?" Palutena wondered. "I mean… sure, but it's not exactly a reptile or anything…" She said with a sweatdrop.
"Oh, I think it's adorable." Rosalina said as the women turned to her.
"Oh Rosie… you look awful." Palutena winced.
"Oh, I'll be fine. I've had worse." Rosalina reassured.
"Where is she!" A voice suddenly demanded. "Ibuki's heard that Rosie-chan is in the hospital!"
"I-I-Ibuki, just… calm down…!"
"Mikan-chan, show her where she is!"
"R-Room 205!"
"Thank you~!"
Immediately, Ibuki came walking in. "Never fear, Ibuki's here!" She said and then saw Rosalina, letting out a gasp. "Oh Rosie-chan…" She immediately walked over. "You've seen better days."
"Yeah…"
"Not to worry, Ibuki knows what happened! Ruby-chan and Yang-chan filled her in!" Along with her following along with the story, but that's for another time. She thought as she would gently hug Rosalina. "Don't you worry, Rosie-chan! Ibuki'll take care of ya!" She said as she turned her head to see the Zero Suit. "Oooh, is that your Zero Suit that she made for you?" She asked as she picked it up… and saw how tattered it was.
"Oh goodness, it's worse than she thought!" She said. "Damned X-Parasites did a number on Ibuki's homemade Zero Suit!" She said as anime tears ran down her cheek. "Her blood, sweat and tears went down the drain just like that…" She said before shaking her head with a dorky grin. "Don't you worry, Rosie-chan! Ibuki'll make this even more durable that not even Ridley can destroy it!"
Rosalina giggled. "That's sweet of you."
"Oh! That reminds Ibuki… she needs to do the same for Blake-chan's Zero Suit! Where is she?"
"Next door."
"Next door!" Ibuki said as she ran out.
"…How did she know Blake has a Zero Suit?" Samus asked.
"It's Ibuki." Palutena and Rosalina said at the same time, causing Samus to sweatdrop.
"Uh… okay."
"Excuse her, pardon her, out of Ibuki's way! She's a woman on a mission!"
"AAAAAAAH!"
"Oh! Sorry old lady, wrong room!" Ibuki went running past their room and going into the other side. "Hey Blake-chan, Ibuki needs to borrow your Zero Suit for a sec!"
"She's… lively." Samus said.
"You get used to it." Rosalina said with Palutena nodding.
Meanwhile, in the waiting lounge…
"Oh woooooow!" Ruby's eyes sparkled.
"Yes indeed!" Roy Mustang said. "I created these gloves myself. With a snap of my fingers, I can create massive fireballs and explosions! Heh, nothing can stop me when I snap these bad boys."
"Except when you're in contact with water, then you're completely useless." Riza pointed out, causing Mustang to sweatdrop. "Seriously, do you not remember Planet HU-501? It was completely humid and you couldn't ignite a single spark on those creatures that were attacking us."
"Oh here we go! I didn't think it was humid out there, I thought it was just hot that day!" Roy shot back.
"So many Roys does this make?" Summer whispered to Yang.
"Let's see…" Yang had pulled out a notebook. "Two Foxes, two Jades-"
"You might want to add a three to Jade… I've heard there was an Empress Jade way back then." Summer said.
"Really? Well in that case… I'll add another checkmark here."
"Oh, and add in Veronica. Jade's daughter was Veronica."
"Oh, hey… Veronica shares a name with someone." Yang said, writing it down. "Okay… Roy the Young Lion, Roy Koopa and now Roy Mustang…" She said. "Goodness, if this keeps up, I might as well get a free shake." She joked, causing Summer to snicker.
"You might as well put Adam in there." Tai pointed out.
"Oh right, because of Samus's friend." Yang nodded, writing it down. "Two Adams… one completely psychopathic and another is… well, robotic." She said, glancing over at ROB who was tilting his head at Armstrong flexing his muscles to Ilia and Mercedes.
"These muscles have been in my family for generations!" He said, doing some poses.
"That's… lovely." Ilia said, forcing a smile.
"Charming…" Mercedes also forced a smile while sweatdropping.
"Oh for pete's sake." Olivier grabbed Alex by the ear and dragged him away, much to his chagrin.
"Gah, sis, why must you be so cruel!"
"Are those muscles for real?" Ilia wondered.
"I… I'm not sure…"
Yang would look over at Edward who was chatting with Alphonse, Winry and Ruby as the brothers were completely shocked over Ruby's scythe while WInry was curiously looking it over in awe. "There is absolutely no way a weapon like this should work… I must reverse engineer it to see what it does!"
"Ack! Don't you touch my baby!" Ruby said, reaching over to grab it.
"…Hold on a second." Yang said as she walked over to Edward. "Hmm…" She mused as she rubbed her chin in thought, mentally comparing her height to Ed's. "…Oh sweet Arceus." She said. "…Hey, Ruby?"
"Yeah?"
"I think I found someone shorter than Neo." Yang said.
Uh oh… Alphonse and Winry thought.
"Huh? Is that even possible?" Ruby wondered.
"Apparently." Yang would then look around in confusion. "That's odd… why do I hear a whistling teapot?"
"GAAAAAAAAAAH!" Ed yelled, which was enough to startle everyone in the room who didn't know about Ed's… temper. "WHAT THE HELL DID YOU CALL ME, BLONDIE?!" He yelled, glaring at Yang. "YOU CALLIN' ME A PIPSQUEAK?! LET ME AT YA!" He yelled as Alphonse had to hold him back. "AL, LET ME GO! I NEED TO TEACH THIS WOMAN A LESSON!"
"Sorry! He gets real touchy about his height."
"Ohohoho!" Yang smirked, folding her arms. "You think you can take me on? Aw, that's adorable coming from a little man like you."
A fiery aura surrounded Edward. "WHY YOU…" He pried himself out of Alphonse's grip and attacked Yang… only for the latter to casually put her arm out and pushed his head back, casually leaning on him.
"Oh yeah, I'm so scared." Yang said.
"RRRRGH! AT LEAST LET ME HIT YA! STOP CHEATING, YA DAMNED BROAD!"
"Yang, would you stop teasing the little guy?" Summer asked before realizing what she just said. "Ooops…" She said, covering her mouth while blushing. "Sorry… it slipped!"
"Nice going." Tai teased, earning a soft glare from his wife.
"Ya know, Ed… if you had at least drank your milk as a kid, you wouldn't be such a little bean." Winry said.
"DAMMIT WINRY! HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO TELL YOU!" Edward yelled. "I don't need milk to grow up. I have friends!"
"…Oh gosh, I never thought that'd come back to haunt me…" Ruby sweatdropped.
"And for the record, Winry! I have a metal leg! Excuse me for it stunting my growth!"
"I don't think it's that at all. It's the fact that you never drank milk as a kid!"
"…Think we should leave them be?" Ruby whispered.
"Yeeeeeah… my bad." Yang rubbed her head as they took off running to go see Blake.
"Oh here we go with your crummy preaching about how milk is good for ya!"
"Who's preaching?!"
Later, when everyone has been checked out of the hospital…
"Easy now… easy…" Ibuki said, helping Rosalina walk on crutches.
"I have to say, this is a bit… uncomfortable." Rosalina said, looking down at her foot. "Frankly, I'd say I'm fine on my foot. Granted... Ridley did impale me there."
"That may be true, but we have to make sure you don't make it worse lest we pull a Weiss-chan." Ibuki pointed out.
"That's... a good point." Rosalina nodded.
"Pull a what now?" Weiss asked with a raised eyebrow.
Ibuki gave Weiss a friendly smile before looking back at Rosalina. "Come on, Rosie-chan. Ibuki'll take care of ya until you're a hundred percent better~!" She said.
Rosalina smiled. "That's sweet." She said as Ibuki would help Rosalina head back to her home.
"Pull a Weiss? What does that even mean?" Weiss asked.
"Remember how you twisted your ankle back in space and you insisted you were fine?" Yang pointed out, causing Weiss to blush a deep red.
"I wouldn't necessarily call a "twisted ankle" a grand event unlike say, Ruby running away for a week..."
"Oh, so pulling a "Ruby" is fine, but pulling a "Weiss" isn't?" Ruby raised an eyebrow.
"It won't catch on!"
"Ah, I'm sure it will." Yang grinned.
Blake let out a giggle, wearing the clothes that she got in Galar. "I missed this..." She said as she looked out into the snowy wonderland. "The snow... it makes everything so... quiet and peaceful..."
"Better than being in a cramped station in space, huh?" Yang smiled.
"I guess..." Blake nodded, as she would hear chirping as she would turn to see the Alpha Metroid, now named Newt, happily flying around Samus. "Mmph!" She stiffened, looking wary over the Metroid.
She knew it was Samus's and knew it was docile, but given what she went through regarding the Malicious Metroid named Nina, she's not exactly a fan right now.
"Blake, you okay?" Sun would speak up, putting his hand on her shoulder to snap her out of it.
"O-oh! Yeah, I'm fine." Blake said, putting her hood over her head with her cat ears poking out. "I'm just... glad to be back..." She said and then walked off, her hands in her pockets while the snow crunched beneath her feet.
"Ah, Blake...!" Sun ran after her.
"The poor dear." Kali whispered. "There has to be something we can do..."
"We will have to give her all the love she needs." Ghira said, then watching Weiss running over to Blake, and then her parents would soon join her.
Samus watched her walk off. "Oh Blake..." She said sadly. "Those Parasites really did a number on you..."
"Boop boop?" ROB wondered.
"I'd hate to sound like the bad guy here, but given what she has been through... perhaps therapy would be wise." Adam advised.
"Yeah." Samus nodded and then turned to ROB. "Adam, are you comfortable inside ROB or would you prefer a new body?"
"Personally I'd rather have my old body back, but I suppose it cannot be helped. That said, I wouldn't mind having a new body to call my own. I'd hate to slow down ROB."
"Boop boop? Beep boop."
"I know, but it's for the best."
ROB closed his eyes before slowly nodding. "Boop."
"Hmm…" Samus rubbed her chin in thought. "Ah!" She snapped her fingers and then pulled out her phone and started to dial someone up.
"Hello?"
"Hey Tails. I was wondering if you and your ragtag group of mechanics could do something for me."
Winry immediately turned her head. "Mechanics?" She whispered.
"Oh! Sure… but uh, some of them are unavailable at the moment. Nitori is helping Susie plan out an ice cream parlor somewhere in Remnant, and Dr. Light is currently having another spat with Dr. Wily again… but I'm free, so is Pietro and Futaba."
"Great. I'll meet you guys there." Samus said.
"You have mechanic friends?" Winry asked.
"Yup."
Winry's eyes sparkled. "I think I'm about to meet my people!" She said.
"Your… people?" Edward raised an eyebrow.
"Suddenly, I'm feeling very afraid…" Adam said.
"Boop." ROB agreed.
"I'll catch up with you guys later! I need to do a little sight seeing~!" Winry said as she walked off with Samus and the others.
"…So!" Roy Mustang cleared his throat. "Considering we just renounced ourselves from the Galactic Federation, I propose we build a base here of our own."
"What would we call ourselves?" Riza asked.
"Simple. We call ourselves… the Mushroom Kingdom Strike Force!" Roy said. "Has a fitting name, no?"
"Personally, Remnant's Strike Force has a better ring to it." Olivier said.
"That sounds reasonable." Armstrong nodded.
"Agreed." Alphonse said.
"No complaints from me." Ed said.
"Ack!" Roy yelped, realizing he's been outnumbered. "Come on, Hawkeye! You know Mushroom Kingdom Strike Force sounds cooler!"
"Sorry… I'm going with the winning team."
"Gah! Mmph… fine… we'll do Remnant then." He mumbled. I hate it when they gang up on me like that.
At the Mechanics Depot…
BGM: Dr. Toadley (Mario and Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story plus Bowser Jr's Journey)
"Woooooow!" Winry exclaimed, her eyes sparkling. "This is so cooooool!"
"Yeesh, am I usually like this?" Futaba raised an eyebrow.
"Oh, give her time." Pietro chuckled.
"You two are robots!" Winry said, checking out Penny and SAPR who were there as she was examiing them, "Oh man, just imagine what kind of upgrades I could give you two!"
"Upgrades?" Penny tilted her head.
"Hmm, I personally wouldn't mind that." SAPR said.
"I'll leave you guys to it." Samus said as she walked off, leaving ROB and Adam alone.
"Wait, don't leave us here like that!" Adam exclaimed. "Lady!"
"Boop boop…" ROB sweatdropped as they would see the mechanics staring at the two of them.
"Now then, let's figure out a way to extract Adam from the robot." Pietro said.
Pause BGM
Meanwhile, with Ridley…
Ridley wandered through the Smash Mansion before he came across Dark Samus's room. "There you are." He said as he opened the door and walked in, where he would see Dark Samus working on something. "Hey."
BGM: Thirteenth Discretion (Kingdom Hearts: Re:Chain of Memories)
"Ah, Ridley… you're back." Dark Samus turned around on her chair. "How was your trip?"
"Eventful, to say the least."
"And how was your acquaintance?"
"Shou Tucker? He's no longer with us. A Malicious Omega Metroid that he called "Nina" made sure of that."
"Fascinating."
"But there was something very… interesting about this particular Metroid. It had a craving for aura and it even had a semblance… though from what I could tell, it did't bother using it as a Metroid Queen."
"Aura, you say? What makes you so sure?"
Ridley smirked. "You know that cat faunus from Team RWBY? It had a craving for her aura."
Dark Samus looked intrigued. "Go on."
"There was a team at the BSL station. Team SPBRR… the team leader being Samus and her teammates consisting of that rodent, the faunus, that space traveler and the Robotic Operating Brat."
"Interesting… so a Metroid could potentially snack on aura. What about the Faunus?"
"As far as I know, she's suffering from PTSD over it. Went into despair too!"
"Hmhmhmhm… then perhaps we should use the Metroids from the Metroid Lab to use it against the huntsman and huntresses. I assume you have plenty?"
"Yes, we have a few crates full of Larval Metroids before the station and the lab blew up."
"That is plenty." Dark Samus nodded. "Still, I never thought Samus would have herself a team… considering what had happened before."
"Indeed. Heh, she probably still has nightmares over losing those fellow bounty hunters." He smirked. "So… how's your little project going along?"
"I will just need a little more time before it is fully realized." Dark Samus said, pulling up an Assist Trophy. "Mother Brain won't be the only Assist Trophy assisting us with our goal. And I'm not talking about the other trophies who help out the Smashers. I'm talking about them."
"Ah yes, those individuals that made her life hell." Ridley smirked. "Soon, our galactic conquest will begin."
"Indeed." Dark Samus chuckled. "Bowser has done it poorly. We will see to it that it will be done correctly."
"Right you are." Ridley said and then smirked. "Might I suggest a few other "assists" that could potentially make the bounty hunter's life a living hell?"
"Oh? I'm listening."

Meanwhile, with Samus…
"Haaah…" Samus walked into her room with Pikachu, Pichu and Newt as she plopped down on her bed. "Home sweet home…" She said as the Pokemon and Metroid snuggled up next to her.
"Mmm…" Samus sat up. "I'm gonna take a shower… I'll be right back." She said as she walked into her own personal bathroom. Of course, there were the typical showers in the mansion where all the guys and ladies would shower together, but a few of them had requested to the Hands to install personal showers in their bathrooms… as it tends to get rather wild at both showers.
Or at least, that's what Samus had heard from Little Mac regarding the men's shower room.
Samus undid her ponytail and proceeded to take off her blue sports bra and shorts, then took off her jet boots as she would hop into the shower and then proceed to turn on the water, where the hot water hit her as she let out a relaxed sigh, letting the water pour through her body as some of it had trickled down her breasts.
"Aaaah…" She smiled, letting her cares just melt away underneath the hot water.
BGM: Scent of Silence (Kingdom Hearts: Chainn of Memories)
"Dangerous creatures, you say! You'd know all about that, wouldn't you? You have a Metroid sitting around at that mansion of yours. It's friendly to everyone and yet you only sic it on those who deserve it! You call yourself a benevolent bounty huntress? You have a dangerous creature on your side! It's only a matter of time before you go insane and have the Metroid kill anything that makes you angry!" Shou's words echoed in her head. "After all, you have Metroid DNA inside of you! Wouldn't that make you dangerous too? You've been experimented on! You have Chozo AND Metroid DNA inside of you! You're not even human anymore, and yet, you have the audacity to call yourself one? Don't make me laugh, Sammy… after all, no mere human can blow up planets and go about their day like nothing happened!"
"Nnngh…"
"Hahaha! We're the same, you and I! I'm insane for having a Metroid as a surrogate daughter, you're insane for raising one like a child after it had imprinted on you… it's only fair that we're the same! Hahahaha!"
Samus would try to block it out by washing her hair with shampoo and conditioner and then washed it off before she grabbed a sponge, applied soap and proceeded to lather herself up. "We sure as hell aren't the same…"
"You slaughter everything, including those Shroobs that you helped RWBY with your younger self! Face it, you're nothing more than a killing machine despite claiming you're human! You call US the bad guys? Have you looked into a mirror lately because frankly, you're more naive than I had taken you for!"
Now it was Ridley's turn to echo in her head.
"If it wasn't for your naivety… your parents would still be alive! Because of your naivety, you also let your adopted parents be killed too! Remember Old Bird and Gray Voice? Now where could those Chozo be? Oh wait, your naivety cost them their lives! You can't just be a good guy if you constantly massacre everything in sight! You can't just be a benevolent Bounty Hunter if you constantly blow up planets! Everyone calls you heroic but all that you have EVER been is a BLOOD SOAKED MURDERER!"
The soap had washed off of her body as she would reach to turn the water off… but instead, she decided to sit down in the bathtub in a fetal position. "Mmm… of course he'd go for the heart…" She mumbled as a tear rolled down her cheek before she lay on her back in the tub, stretching out and looking at the ceiling as the shower water pelted her body.
"…But I'm not like him." She said. "He kills for fun and I kill for justice… sure, I've killed creatures but frankly, it was more of self defense. How was I supposed to know I was in their territory?" She mumbled, but rolled her eyes, knowing that Ridley wouldn't even care. I'm gonna enjoy sticking it to him when the situation calls for it… She smirked.

She sat back up, slapping her cheeks together. "Alright, that's enough moping." She said as she stood up and turned the water off and with a deep breath, she walked out of the tub and dried herself off with a towel, wrapping it around her body as she walked out and then put on an orange sports bra and orange shorts as she sat on the bed.
"Pichu chu?" Pichu asked.
Samus smiled, scratching Pichu behind the ears as she lay back down. "Aaaah, it feels good to be back." She said, closing her eyes and was ready to sleep...
Until her phone went off.
She immediately cringed. Please don't be another mission so soon, please don't be another mission so soon... She hoped as she looked at the caller ID... and saw that it was Tails. Oh thank the gods... She thought and then answered it. "Hello?"
"We're finished!"
"Already? I'll be right over." She said and then hung up. "I suppose a nap can wait." She said as she sat up.
Meanwhile...
"SO... WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO REPORT?" Calasmos asked.
"Well our spies overheard about SPBRR's stories about the Metroid and how the so called X Parasites mutate the Malicious Metroid into deadly forms." A Dark Gryphon reported."
"HMMM... INTERESTING, SEEMS MY INFLUENCE CAN'T AFFECT THEIR EVOLUTION. AFTER ALL, EVOLUTION REQUIRES GENERATIONS, EXPERIMENTATION, OR CHANGES IN DNA TO AFFECT THEIR MUTATION."
"So let's revive them those X Parasites and start feeding them to our Metroid units."
"NO, YOU THINK I'M GOING TO WASTE MY TIME REVIVING THEM AND THEIR UNPREDICTABLE NATURE AND HAVING NO DECENCY TO KNOW WHO IS IN COMMAND HERE. I WOULD USE OUR METROIDS FOR A FAILSAFE, BUT IT WOULD END UP CAUSING CASUALTIES FOR BOTH OUR TROOPS AND THE X-PARASITES. NOT TO MENTION I WILL BE INFECTED TOO, AND THEN WHO WILL LEAD YOU?"
"Sorry Master. But how we get those mutations?"
"SIMPLE... WE WAIT UNTIL THOSE CREATURE'S ARE INFLUENCED INTO MY GRASP... OR SOME HEAVY EXPERIMENTATION TO MUTATE INTO THEM WITHOUT THE NEED FOR THOSE PARASITES. EITHER WAY SOMETIME THE QUICKEST WAY ISN'T ALWAYS THE BEST OPTION."
"Indeed."
"ANYWAY, WHAT IS THE STATUS ON SPYING MORE OF THOSE GROUP'S CAPABILITIES?"
"Sir, more of our spies are currently gathering info of capabilities that any of the other people with Team JINX or those residents from Diamond City." A Hell's Gatekeeper spoke up. "Our spies had a hard time in espionage due to the Luminary's team mate and Bowser exploring the city."
"HMM... YES, GATHER INFO ON THOSE HUMANS... THE MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE FOR OUR ARMY ON BOTH THEIR STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESS FOR THE FUTURE. ALSO WHAT'S THE GRIMM'S LEADER'S NAME?"
"Nothing yet, sir."
"WHY MUST WE BE ON THE EDGE ON OUR SEATS TO FIND THE ANSWER, HOW WE CREATE THEORIES TO THESE QUESTIONS, IT'S A BIG MYSTERY THAT THEORIES WILL END GETTING DESTROYED WHEN THE SOLUTION IS FOUND. BUT POSSIBILITIES KEEPS THE MIND THINKING."
Calasmos paused for a bit. "HMMM... THE MONTH OF DECEMBER IS COMING SOON. AND THOSE HUMANS ARE ABOUT TO CELEBRATE THIS CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY... HOPEFULLY I WILL GET MY ANSWER AS MY "EARLY CHRISTMAS GIFT" OTHERWISE I WOULD GET "COAL" IN THE FORM OF NOTHING, BUT I WOULD NOT SURPRISED BY THAT IF IT HAPPENS."
"And what about those X-parasites? You think there's a possibility of seeing them again?" The Dark Gryphon asked.
"EVEN WITHOUT MY POWERS THAT I WON'T USE TO REVIVE THEM... WE CAN'T RULE OUT THEM POSSIBLY RETURNING IN THE FUTURE. WE MUST BE PREPARED IF THEY RETURN. THOSE PARASITES, IF THEY SAY ARE TOUGH, THEN THEY ARE HARDER TO STOMP THAN ROACHES. AND IT WILL BITE THOSE SPBRR'S BUTTS IN THE FUTURE. IF THAT THING DOES RETURN AND SOMEONE DOESN'T FINISH THOSE OFF SOON, IRONICALLY IT WILL FALL TO US TO SAVE REMNANT."

Resume Dr. Toadley BGM
Samus walked inside with both Pokemon and Newt nearby. "Alright, so what do you have?"
"Whoa… never seen you with your hair down before!" Futaba said. "…Also, aren't you cold? A sports bra and shorts out in this weather?"
"I've been through the vaccum of space, this is nothing… even if I'm part Metroid now." Samus said.
"Oooookay then!"
"Okay so anyway, so first we had to shut down ROB so he wouldn't do any everlasting damage to him." Tails said. "And then we extracted Adam out of him."
"We then proceeded to look online for any robot that we could use as a base." Pietro said. "Funny enough, Penny and SAPR offered themselves to be the base."
"You can make us look male, can't you?" Penny giggled.
"Wouldn't exactly work out." Pietro chuckled.
"So, we built up his new body out of… well, you're just gonna have to look." Futaba said as they turned to see a small robot sitting on the counter, but was not active at the moment. Surprisingly, it looked strikingly similar to Astro Bot (AKA the Playstation VR robot.) but the colors were painted orange and red similar to Samus's Power Suit.
"…Soooo, why is he decked out in my suit colors?" Samus raised an eyebrow.
"It was Futaba's idea." Tails said.
Excuse me for wanting to go for a Metroid approach. Futaba thought.
"And now… we turn him on." Tails said, pressing a button as Adam's eyes turned on and then pressed another button to reactivate ROB.
"Booop…? Boop boop."
"Mmmph… my head…" Adam muttered and looked at everyone. "Oh, I suppose I have a new body now."
Futaba grinned. "Say hellooooo to your new body!" She said, pulling up a mirror as Adam looked in the mirror.
"…I beg your pardon?"
"What do you think?" Samus asked, smiling.
"I feel so light, so small… so cute! …I hate it."
Samus gave him a teasing smile. "Aw, but you look so adorable!"
"I don't want to look adorable."
"Hmhmhmhmhm, well, that's how it's gonna be. Any objections, Adam~?"
Adam sweatdropped, his robotic body slumping with an annoyed look. "Of course you would throw that back at me."
"If it helps, you can now fly around or hover in the air with Gravity Dust in your system." Pietro said. "Plus, we found a way to make it reusable without having to worry about potentially running out."
"I see… well, at least now I can fly- hey hey hey, put me down!" Adam said as SAPR was picking him up.
"I can't help it, you're just so adorable!" SAPR squealed. "You're just so precious! I just want to squeeze you and hug you forever!" She said as Adam tried to pry himself out of her grip and flew off before landing on another counter.
"Phew… alright, I need to ask. Who was the genius who decided to make me this body?" He asked as he heard innocent whistling coming from Pietro and Futaba, which made him grow a angry tic mark on his forehead. "I NEVER ASKED YOU GUYS TO MAKE ME LOOK ADORABLE!"
"I have to say, it's a step up from your last body." Samus teased, earning a glare from Adam before he let out a defeated sigh.
"Alright… anything fancy that you gave me?" Adam asked, a little irritated.
"Ah yes!" Winry smiled. "We gave you Anti-Gravity repulsors, a water gun-"
"A water gun? Oh… joy…"
"A grappling hook, a paintball gun-"
"A paintball gun?" Samus raised an eyebrow. "Why a paintball gun?"
"…Inklings." Futaba said.
"Aaaah…" Samus nodded in understanding.
"-Shuriken blades, an inflatable inner tube-"
Samus snickered, picturing Adam Malcovich in an inflatable tube in his old body. "Oh, I am so going to enjoy that image."
"Of course you will." Adam mumbled.
"A Plasma Cannon, a flashlight which has an incandescent and UV setting and… 4K Camera Optics."
"4K… camera… what?" Adam asked.
"Well, you know, if you want to take a picture… it'll be a beautiful picture not just in HD but in 4K!" Futaba grinned.
"I'm not one for tourism." Adam said, sulking over how some of his weapons were completely useless in his robotic eyes.
"Ah, lighten up. You'll be fine." Samus smiled as Adam glanced over to see SAPR still fawning over him, as he pushed her away.
"Oh, and we have this too!" Futaba said, pulling out a VR headset that looked very similar to Playstation's VR headset. "With this, you can communicate in it and it acts as a HUD for your external surroundings."
"Really…" Adam said as he put it on him. "Alright, engaging Heads-Up Display." He said as he took a look around, seeing his health, his contacts and much more. "Interesting… okay, I could get used to this." He said, taking off the headset and saw that it shrunk as it put it in his robotic pocket.
"So what do you think?" Winry asked.
"Well… aside from my horribly cute body, I can get used to this." Adam said as he floated up and flew next to Samus. "Well, I supposed we must be off then."
"Thank you, guys." Samus said with a smile as she waved and walked off where ROB would follow them where Futaba, Tails and Winry would walk out as well, leaving Pietro with his daughters.

"Well, I suppose that's that. Still finding it amusing that my former CO is practically a little pipsqueak now."
"That's commander pipsqueak to you, Lady." Adam said before sweatdropping. "…Wait… no, that came out wrong." He said as Samus giggled at this, then she looked over to see Futaba looking excited.
"You're looking quite excited. Something up?"
"Oh, I am just THIS close to cracking Remnant's network! I want to see what makes it tick!" She said. "Thankfully, I have my good buddy Tails helping me out."
"…Wait, what?" Tails blinked in surprise.
"Yeah. See you on the other side of the computer screen, SonicFan70!" She grinned and then took off running. "LET'S CRACK THIS THING WIDE OPEN!"
"Wait… what?"
"You sound confused." Winry said.
"Yeah… what's up?" Samus asked.
"I… this is news to me." Tails said. "I don't recall helping Futaba out with cracking Remnant's network. Sure, I've been curious about it but I've never really thought of hacking it… and Futaba thinks I'm helping her?"
"Hmm… strange." Samus mused.
"A parody account?" Winry guessed.
"Someone pretending to be you?" Adam guessed.
"Boop boop!" ROB guessed while Pikachu, Pichu and Newt were deep in thought.
"Your guess is as good as-…oh!" Tails pounded his fist into his palm. "I got it! It's either Team Chaotix who got bored and are helping Futaba out… or it's Rouge! I wouldn't put it past her for trying to hack into something."
"Well, whatever the case… I just hope Futaba finds what she's looking for." Samus said.
Meanwhile, at Rosalina's house…
"Just a little more…" Ibuki said, cutting a hole inside Rosalia's back door with a buzz saw. "Little more… perfect!" She said, knocking the chunk of wood down as she would quickly apply a doggy door on the back door like she did for the front.
"There we go, now Alexander-chan can run around outside to his heart's content!" She grinned, sitting on the couch next to Rosalina who had magically put on her more casual clothing.
"You didn't have to do this for me." Rosalina said.
"You're banged up, Rosie-chan. Someone's gotta take care of you. Ibuki doesn't mind being your caretaker for a while." She winked. "That's what the oddest of friends do, after all!"
Rosalina giggled. "And I appreciate it." She said with a smile as Ibuki wrapped her into a gentle hug.
"Do you want anything to eat? Ibuki can make something for you!"
"Mmm, sure."
"Awesome!" Ibuki grinned as she walked to the kitchen while Rosalina leaned her head on the pillow, sighing deeply while smiling.
"Such a wonderful friend…" She said, closing her eyes while Alexander hopped onto the couch and rested his head on her lap.
At Garreg Mach…
Blake walked over to the fishing pond, hands still in her pockets and the hoodie still over her head as she looked down into the water, glancing at Flayn who was drooling at the size of the fish she caught. Alois, meanwhile, caught himself a tiny fish, much to his dismay.
She let out a sigh and looked into the water, seeing her reflection in the water. She would see the scars on her face as she frowned at the sight of them. Well, it could always be worse. She thought as she continued to look at her reflection… when in an instant, she saw her reflection change to Adam Taurus.
"Wha?!" Blake yelped, backing up in fear, she breathed heavy for a few seconds before hesitantly looking back into the water and saw her reflection back to normal. "Phew…" She sighed in relief and looked at her reflection… seeing that half of her face now Adam's.
"Nnngh… please tell me my mind isn't this fucked up…" Blake groaned, flashing back to what happened in the Crown Tundra with her screaming at Adam after what he did to Weiss. She closed her eyes. "I'm not like you… I'm not like you… I will never be like you…" She told herself repeatedly, splashing the water with her hand as she walked off, trying her best to walk away.
"Blake?" A voice spoke up as Blake nearly jumped and turned to see Byleth approaching her.
"Oh… Byleth, it's you." Blake said.
"Yeah, it's me." Byleth said with a smile, and then immediately spotted her scars on her face, and then looked dow at her abdomen where she saw a massive scar on it. She immediately looked at her with concern and walked closer.
"Blake, what happened? Did something awful happened to you? I know you went with Samus on a mission but I didn't know what happened." Blake said as she put her hands on her shoulders. "Blake, please… you can tell me…"
Blake looked at her in the eyes before they swelled with tears as she wrapped her arms around Byleth and started crying in her shoulder. "Oh…" Byleth whispered, gently rubbing her back. "Shhh, I'm here…" She said with a smile. "Come on, let's head in my dorm… you can tell me everything there." She said, gently taking her hand and taking her to her room with Blake still sobbing uncontrollably.

Post Credit Scene!
Planet SR-388. Or what was left of it after the BSL Station slammed into it. Debris floated around in the vaccum of space as rocks and dust were scattered everywhere.
A small yellow blob floated around one such rock, seeming to be floating endlessly in the vacuum of space. The blob landed on it and slowly started forming as the rock in question floated endlessly in the vacuum of space. It was moving… but slowly.
The blob kept forming… until it formed into a familiar Power Suit. It stared off into the vacuum of space where it would pick something up on its radar.
Approaching Planet ZDR. Project Dread nearly complete.
The space rock, along with this creature, seemed to be heading toward this… Planet ZDR in the distance.
The SA-X… will return.

A rumor of an X-Parasite still at large in Metroid: Dread? Might as well go all out in that. If there's a X-Parasite floatin' around in Dread, great! If not, welp... as a Mad Titan once said: "Fine, i'll do it myself."
Shout Out to DarkRebellion for suggesting Adam getting a new body similar to Astro Bot! Another to Wyvern for coming up with a name for the Metroid baby and named it Newt as in the little girl from Aliens. Another to SuperSaiyanFever for asking me about said name too!
