Hey, everyone, sorry for going dark again, writer's block... the worst kind. With how this story is going, I'm not able to go through with it as is. I tried changing things much too early, took the arc's focus away from Usopp, and as a result, I've burned out...
That, and If I did manage to go through with it, the whole thing going forward would just get so convoluted that even I myself, the author, wouldn't be able to keep up with it. So I'm going to go ahead and announce a rework, rewrite, and even a RENAME for this story. That's, right! From the ground up!Same OC's for the most part, but Viper's gonna have a new Devil Fruit power, as I shall admit that I came up with the Shock-Shock fruit BEFORE finding out about a certain false god's Devil Fruit.
