NOTE: I also love Tokoha, which is probably why I want to mess with her so much. I originally wanted Tsukki and Tokoha to make-up and be friends, but my desire for the little girl to be evil was way too strong.
My original idea for Tsukki wasn't for her to be evil, but I really can't help but write her doing very mischievous things. I also haven't revealed her age yet to you guys. Just know that for Tsukki to properly exist Misaki had the baby during her teenage years. More on that will be explained when I eventually get to the backstory of how Misaki and Kai got together and Tsukki's birth.
Review and Enjoy!
Chapter 10: Lunch Surprise!
"Moon Deity Who Governs Night, Tsukuyomi attacks!"
"...No guard."
Tsukki glared at the final damage check she performed, irritated that it wasn't a heal trigger. The tiny lilac placed the card in her damage zone. "No fair, you always know what I'm going to do," Tsukki pouted.
Misaki giggled at her daughter's pouting face, it was always an adorable sight. "I'm your mother, Tuskki. I'll always find a hole in your strategies," Misaki said as she gathered up her cards. "However, you are starting to get a lot better. You pushed me quite a bit there."
Tsukki's glare lessened a bit. "Still, I can't beat you or Papa."
"Give it time, Tsukki. I'm sure you'll be able to beat us one day," Misaki truly meant what she said. Her daughter could be described as a prodigy and at the rate she was growing the girl would be a force to be reckoned with.
Now if only her daughter could put her smarts to less mischievous usages. Her Uncle Shin was still cleaning paint off the walls of Card Capital 2, because Tsukki got annoyed at the Trinity Dragons for constantly bugging her. So, the small lilac created multiple paint filled balloons and had planted them in different areas around the store. The balloons had exploded, drenching everyone in multi-colored paint. Misaki had wasted no time in grounding the little prankster for the stunt.
She may have also done it due to Tokoha being there, but Tsukki had refused to acknowledge that part.
DING
"Oh, looks like the food is done," Misaki was dragged out of her thoughts. She made her way over to the oven to take the pies out. She placed them on top of the stoves, so that they could cool off. "Tsukki, go wake up your Father." The older lilac rolled her eyes at the small huff her daughter answered with.
"Can't we just let Papa oversleep? It's his fault for having to deal with jetlag," Tsukki said.
Kai had just returned from his very abrupt trip to America (NOTE: Chapter 7 explains why). Her husband had returned home yesterday night and was busy snoring on the couch in their living room.
What?
You thought she was joking about making him sleep on the couch?
"I know it's his fault, but it would be rude to eat without him. And don't you want to ask about your Uncle Aichi and Aunt Kourin? Perhaps he brought gifts from them?" Misaki piqued her daughter's interest. The smaller lilac's green orbs lit up at the prospect of gifts.
She hopped off her chair and scrambled over to the living room to awake her Father. Misaki smirked as she began setting the table, knowing that her daughter would be bugging him more than just waking him up.
"Wake up, Papa!"
The response that was given was her Father rolling over in his sleep, subconsciously readjusting himself on the couch. Tsukki began poking her Father's arm in another attempt to wake him up. He didn't move an inch after a full two minutes of her just poking him.
Huffing in pure annoyance at how stubborn her Father was, Tsukki began shaking him. "Wake up, Papa!"
All she kept hearing were his soft snores, the adult not even acknowledging that she was trying to wake him up. Or he was and was doing his best to ignore her, Tsukki honestly couldn't tell which annoyed her more. The lilac huffed again and left the living room, she walked upstairs into her room to grab something.
When she returned she had a bookbag in her hands, unzipping it Tsukki took out a buzzer that she borrowed from a classmate. The little lilac grinned evilly as she placed it right next to his ear and pushed the button.
BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRUUUUUUUUUUUUMMMMMMMMMMMM
His snoring stopped and Tsukki knew that she had finally gotten him to wake up. However, he still hadn't moved from his position, forcing her hand once more.
BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRUUUUUUUUUUUUMMMMMMMMMMMM
A masculine hand ripped the buzzer out of her hand and placed it out of sight. The hand returned and flicked Tsukki on the forehead causing her to let out a small yelp. Her Father's hand moved back out of sight and his snoring had once more started up.
Tsukki rubbed her forehead and glared at the back of her Father.
"Stupid Papa."
He flinched.
"Pufferfish Papa."
Another flinch.
Her evil smile returned as the girl realized what she should've done from the very start.
"Mole-face Papa."
"Cricket Papa."
"Stinkbug Papa."
"Pufferfish Papa."
"Idiot Pa-"
Kai suddenly sat up on the couch, his head slowly turning to look down at the arrogant smirk on his daughter's face that reminded him too much of himself. The two stared at each other for a full minute before Kai decided to speak.
"What?"
"Mother told me to wake you up. Lunch is ready," Tsukki informed him.
"And you couldn't just wake me up normally?"
"I tried, but you're very stubborn, Papa," Tsukki answered.
Kai hummed in response and held up the buzzer. "I'll be keeping this for now as your punishment."
"Punishment!?" Tsukki gasped.
"Yes, you should know better than to blow something like this into someone's ear," Kai said as he got to his feet.
Tsukki pouted for the 2nd time that day. "Tch, annoying Papa."
Kai flinched once more after hearing another insult, he made his way to the kitchen to see what his wife had cooked while he was sleeping.
Tsukki skipped her feet after him, amused to no end. Her Papa was very easy to mess with, much easier than her Mother.
"Papa, did you bring back any gifts?" Tsukki asked, biting into her slice of pie.
Kai swallowed his food before answering. "I did."
Tsukki's eyes lit up.
"But, you won't receive them until tomorrow as another part of your punishment," He smirked.
"Punishment? For waking you up?" Tsukki questioned, annoyed.
"No, for drenching Card Capital 2 and everyone inside with paint," Kai gave her a small glare.
Tsukki flinched at his response. "You know about that?"
"Of course he knows, Tsukki. You're still grounded for that stunt," Misaki answered. Tsukki pouted again at her parents, not understanding why they were so upset over a prank.
"Though, there is a surprise that Aichi and Kourin want you to know," Kai smirked.
That news made Tsukki perk up, her attention focused solely on her Father. "What, Papa?" Misaki watched her daughter, already knowing what the surprise was due to Kourin calling her a week beforehand.
The Motherly lilac wished she could've taken a picture of her daughter's face, because it was the first time Tsukki has ever looked that shocked before.
"They're having a WHAT!?"
Chapter End
NOTE: I don't even have to say what Aichi and Kourin are having. Kai is usually the one who cooks the meals for their family, but whenever he's not home or is too tired Misaki takes over.
The next chapter will feature Tsukki and Aichi/Kourin. So, look forward to that.
Have a great day!
