THE LONER: Hikigaya Hachiman (age 17) simple teenager, autoproclamied king of Loners, third rate Magus and member of the service club by day, Leader of Oroboro, the most feared secret magical organization in the world, by night. The kind of guy that spends half of his time conquering the world , the other half reading and playing videogames and barely knows what sleep means.

Skills: Hachiman effective power is still unknown, but he is ranked 1 among the most dangerous humans of the Moonlight world. Highly experinced in combat and cunning enough to solo a Vampire bare handed, Hachiman’s real strenght lies within his versatile pain magic able to attack every enemy in physical, psicological and spiritual way...of course making Hachiman pay quite the price.

THE SWORD: Shiro Emiya (age 17) everyone knows him. He is your typical nice guy with Survivor Syndrome who aims to become a hero of justice even if it would turn in his ruin...yeah your average anime protaganist.

Skills: Shiro is a skilled archer and cook, has got physical abilties greatly above the average and a sharp mind (even though he can be dense as f* and has interesting converastions with his kitchen tools or other inanimate objects), currently he knows only Projection, Reinforcement magic and he sucks at them

THE HOMUNCULS: Sieg Hikigaya (actual age 9, physically and mentally 24), artificial human being created by the Yggdmillenia clan to become the vessel for the hero Siegfried. Nine years before the start if the story he was saved from certain death by the Assassin and Ruler servants, currently he lives with both of them in Fuyuki...he is also a massive weeb

Skills: Sieg is a formidable Master with both high magical power and great prowless in melee, but most importantly he is able to access the energy of the heroic spirit Siegfried. To date he is the strongest Master in the Holy Grail War

When 8man was summoned by Sieg, the grail had problems to grant him a physical manifestation because Hikigaya Hachiman existed as an heroic spirt in multiple future timelines and since all of them were equally possible The grail couldn't just summon one version of 8man.

in order to aggirate the issue 8 Hachimans were summoned as a single Rider/Assassin servant with a seal that keeps divided his egos and trash Noble Phantasms(that embody the relationships with the people 8man loved in his life). Thus creating 8man's eight modes numbered from 0 to 7
