I'm very intolerant to drama, but open to opinions. Constructive criticism is different than negative criticism, and that is something I deeply stress quite often.

Drama is a lot of stress for me. I've been getting PMs about all the current drama going on-- I am not responding to them and I will stay neutral. I like both of the involved authors, and refuse to throw dirt where it doesn't need to be thrown.
