Hello everyone. So here we are, the long waited chapter at his nickname and the mysterious person who will kidnap Bell. Well….more like teenap, but who am I to judge? Anyways, let's see what other strange adventurers does Eli would deal with.

I am also doing edits on each chapter slowly, just to make corrections and also seeing errors, so if you see something missing, it will be explained on the edits. So far, one chapter I did, and have more to go. So wish me luck.

Chapter 28: What is in the name?

Bell looked at Hestia, his right eye twitching hearing his new nickname. On the one hand, it wasn't Little Rookie, an embarrassing nickname for sure. However, it is the new nickname and made him question everything at this point. Sure, it's hilarious on a level that would amuse the gods, but for him.

They were at the Hostess of Fertility, as Lilli and Eli were there to celebrate. Eli had his small cup of juice as Lilli had hers as well.

"Okay, so I am known as the Flaming Knight Hare? Really?"

Hestia chuckled bashfully as she scratched the back of her head, as Lilli said "It's a decent alias. Could have been worse, could have been called the Burning Fighting Fighter."

Bell felt a cringe growing on the back of his mind. "Yeah, a nickname I thought up and how shitty it now just realizing it."

"Flaming Knight Hare?" Eli asked.

"My abilities tend to bring fire and also save a woman's life." Bell answered simply.

He looked at him for a moment and replied "Well you do look like a rabbit and you are a knight, so it fits you."

Bell felt depressed "Et tu, Eli?"

He looked up and noticed Syr and Ryuu were with them, with drinks on them. "Ummm….taking a break?"

Ryuu answered, "Mama told us to make this celebration in a bigger manner."

"Ah, I see. Well then" he raised his glass "Let's make a toast, for those lives that were lost. For they are remembered for their adventurers and for their fortitude to face a difficult task. And may our enemies tremble in fear on their spirits that will haunt them for life."

They drank on that and Syr said "Seems bittersweet hearing that."

The white haired teen finished his drink "Just sobering the thought that they will haunt their enemies, even when they are long gone. Give them something to go after, unless they are able to move along to the Heavens themselves."

The food was served as Anya said "I am surprised mew leveled up fast, meow."

"Yeah, I am surprised about it. Then again, an irregular minotaur just appearing there isn't a coincidence…."

She nodded in agreement "Agreed. Oh by the way, white hair, Mama said to eat a little more."

He smirked, "Let me guess, I need to get bigger?"

She nodded "Yep. Although you look better with your look. Not too muscular, just perfect for speed."

"That's the point of it." He then looked at Ryuu and said "Thank you for your advice Ryuu. Maybe it was my adventure that helped me reach that level."

She looked down and her ears were a bit red "I….It was nothing."

"It is more than that. I will figure out a way to repay you."

Her face had a tinge of red. Syr saw this and smirked "My oh my, I have never seen Ryuu that red."

"Syr!" she felt embarrassed.

A bit of laughter was on the table.

"Oi, Record Holder!"

He recognized that voice from anywhere. The last time he heard that voice was the man telling him to run for it, to save himself. The man in question ran back and took out ten of those cultists before he was taken out.

He looked at the man with tan skin, some scars on his face and had a smirk on his face.

"Mord….you died protecting me. I promise you, I will make sure you will live for a very long time, hell I will even point at some women to go after, ya old dog."

"I heard how you managed to move yourself up in such a short time."

He nodded, "It wasn't easy."

"I can imagine. My name is Mord Latro and these are my crew here" he pointed at some few ruffians there. "And we wanted to see if you would like to join our crew here. We could get you pretty far, especially on the 18th floor."

"Oh?" he acted interested, just for the sake of appearance.

"Oh indeed. You could join us, and in return, we could get you stronger and maybe get to know some of your friends. We are friends after all." He was looking at girls lustfully.

Bell cringed hearing this. "Yeah….as much as I wouldn't mind the help, I would rather go on my own path. But thanks for the offer though."

"Eh? Come on, I know you don't mean that" he walked over and was close, placing his hand on Ryuu's shoulder. "We are all frie-"

"Sir….I will ask you again, don't touch me." Ryuu voice had edge on it.

Bell added "I suggest you listen to her. And I also suggest you boys leave, as I am here with my family and friends."

Mord looked at the people around him. Numerous women, and a young boy that had dark hair, but had a blindfold on him, drinking his juice innocently.

"Listen here punk, I know you couldn't have gone up a level that fast!" He slammed the table a bit hard. The girls got intense, Eli felt nervous, yet Bell didn't flinch at all.

A smash was heard, and Mord now grew frightened. Bell now grew nervous "Please leave Mord….".

"Leave…. And you are banned from coming in here." her voice grew quiet.

Mord nodded "Come on, let's leave." They left immediately as the patrons went back to eating and drinking.

Bell sighed. He looked over to see Mia going over to him. "You alright kid?"

"Yeah, I'm good." He noticed the side of the bar table was shattered. He took out some money "How about some recommended desserts, Mama?"

She smirked, "You got it, Bell."

He nodded and smiled. Then Chloe appeared and had a sly smirk "Enjoying mewr time, meow?"

"I am. Having the people I care about the most here, eating and drinking. All worth it."

She nodded in agreement "Enjoy the meal then." She caresses his hair and sees her leave. He shook his head as he noticed Ryuu frowned a little from that. However, he noticed Syr whispering a bit and she stared at Bell for a bit and then looked down, but noticed her ears were a bit red.

"What are you doing, Freya?"

Once she was done, Ryuu went over and sat next to him. She then asked "Mr. Cranel….could you show me your healing spell?"

He blinked for a moment and nodded. He held her hand, making her blush a little and whispered "Beleg Edair, Berio gwenyr nîn" She felt warmth on her body and was surprised hearing those words.

"Ancient elven…."

He nodded. She looked at him differently and smiled softly "My father told me of an elf whose healing spell brings warmth and comfort. Healing spells just heals and that is it. Yours though….seems like my father told me of an elf who had a similar spell like that."

"It brings comfort to the person, feeling safe, Ryuu." He smiled softly and looked into her eyes. "It's a spell that took me a while to master and also pronounce the words correctly. It also saved me during the fight and I am willing to show you more in time."

He took a drink and then changed the subject "I know the new Moon will be out in about a month, and I wanted to see if you wanted to see it with me?"

She blushed hearing this. He might as well be asked to be engaged, due to what he is asking. She then looked at Syr and nodded in approval. It felt strange that she was okay with it. She looked at him and nodded "Okay. I would like that."

He smiled brightly. "Great!"

Then they resumed eating and drinking.

Syr had a sly smile at this. Ryuu does deserve happiness after all of what she went through. Plus, sharing with her is a perfect way to get closer to each other.

Next Day….

Bell headed to the Tower of Babel to time his meeting right. If things go well, he would have Welf on his team again. He liked Welf and considered him as an older brother. Plus some of his later abilities made him a near equal with Hephaestus, which made their familia a really strong crew.

He arrived at the floor and made himself look busy, by looking around the area and waited for the right moment.

"What do you mean you moved it here?!"

And that is his cue.

He went right at the checkout counter, and found Welf and the clerk in an argument. It was strange to see him alive and well.

"We had to move some of your stuff on the side." The older man argued.

"Oh, you mean right where no one can see it?!" Welf pointed at the back of the store.

And Bell decided to jump in. "Are you Welf?"

He turned and said "Yes I am." He raised his eyebrow.

Bell smiled and extended his hand "Hi, I'm Bell Cranel. I bought your armor about a month or so ago and it saved me a number of times and it is pretty good. I wanted to see if you had any more."

Welf blinked for a moment and then realized that name "Wait, you're the Record Holder, right?"

Bell nodded, cringing in his mind on that secondary title "Yeah I am."

Welf had a wide smile and replied "Good. I am meaning to see if you wanted to sign a contract with me, as being your own personal blacksmith."

"Deal."

"Deal? Just like that?"

"Just like that. I trust your craftsmanship as it saved me from numerous fights." Bell thought "Some of your later works saved me and our friends lives."

This caused him to shake his hand. Then he looked at the other blacksmiths who were hearing all of this, shouted "Thank you for agreeing with me, Bell Cranel! I am glad that you signed up with me as your personal blacksmith!"

This caused the others to leave in disgust and disappointment. Welf sighed in relief, he had someone who was on the rise.

"So, do you have any more of the armor you have made?"

"Actually I do. Let's head to my place and I can show you."

"Great!"

Both went and began to discuss the terms and condition of it all.

Blue Pharmacy

Naaza, Lilli, and Hestia were chatting about their days, as Naaza was finishing up another potion. Lilli was reading a book, while listening on.

"Glad that Bell is taking time off." Naaza corked the vial and placed it on the box "After the last fight, I would assume he would just jump in back for more."

Hestia chuckled, "He is young, but he is mature enough to know when to ease off a bit."

"Lilli sees Master Bell acting older than he lets on." She added.

"Heh….it is an added bonus on his personality."

Hestia nodded "That agree with."

She then took out another vial "By the way, where is Eli? I thought he would be with you."

Hestia replied "Eli wanted to do another mission, so he ended up getting more than one volunteer."

"Oh? Are they reliable?"

"Very."

Lilli puts the book down "Lilli should have gone with Nephew Eli. I feel that he is in danger of sorts."

"With a group of people he has, nothing can go wrong."

In a forest

Things are so quiet and quaint. The birds were chirping, the animals were eating or resting. Then a rumbling is heard. The animals made it out of dodge. A lone bird watched as they saw four short people running for their lives.

The one in front, was carrying a dark haired werewolf boy wearing a blindfold, and hanging on to him.

This all started with a simple task of obtaining ores. These ores though are unique ones as they are meant to be used on compases. Thankfully, Lady Hephaestus provided the location of it and they were off. One of her advice was to use a compass to know when they are close to it, due to a strange moment where the compass spins around. The more it spins the closer they are to the ores.

What surprised the Gulliver Brothers is how quiet Eli is and also listened to their instructions. He also surprised them more, how he was able to tell apart each brother from their scent when they played 'switch the helmet' game. They were able to find it and were able to obtain the ores. However, one of the brothers, Berling, spotted a piece of gold, lying around the place. He went to retrieve it, only to come across an Amazoness woman. Both stared at one another, as then she made a loud whistle.

The whistle brought out at least 30 Amazoness with a look of hunger on them, more particularly with Eli.

And that is the situation they were in. Running.

"Why aren't we fighting them off, bro?!" One of them shouted, avoiding a few rocks.

"If we do, they might snatch Eli while we are fighting them off, you dingus!" He made a brief moment to look at Eli as he was holding on, while looking at his compass. "Are we out of the woods yet, kid?"

"No Uncle Alfrigg! It's still spinning!"

"Shit….not good. I am going to protect this kid's virtue at all cost! I must protect it for Lady Freya!"

They kept running until he looked back. One of his brothers made a gesture. He nodded.

"Alright boys, you know what to do!"

Grer and Dvalinn stopped for a moment and rushed at them. This surprised the Amazoness on the charge. Both Pallums then threw smoke and stun pellets, then rolled to the side and ran in opposite directions. This caused the Amazoness to cough and feel their bodies being stunned for a moment.

Both Alfrigg and Berleg turned to another direction. Eli noticed the compass was stabilizing.

"It's working again, uncle!"

"Alright kid. Point us where the south is!"

He pointed on straight down. He noticed the two brothers returning and kept running.

The Amazoness were recovering and realized they were long gone.

"Oh! I wanted to have my way on the Pallum!"

"They were pretty strong!"

They were complaining until a sandy haired Amazoness appeared and said "What are you doing?"

They were surprised to see their leader and replied "Sorry captain, but there were these Pallums and a child werewolf here, but they got away."

She looked at them for a moment and replied "Head back to camp."

They bowed and went back to camp. The captain looked ahead and frowned.

"Everything….okay sister?"

She turned to see her twin sister, same hair color, except wearing a veil. "Yes….let's head back."

Outskirts of Orario

Eli got off of Alfrigg as they were taking a moment to breathe.

"That was amazing running!"

They waved as if it were nothing. "Trust me. You….don't want them to get ya…."

"I know. They had this look that they wanted to eat me for some reason. I am not edible."

In some way, they are blessed that the child is still innocent. They needed to protect his innocence, lest he becomes corrupted.

As they were getting inside, a blonde chienthrope girl noticed them. She saw Eli and ran toward them. "Eli!"

A/N: Boy this one I had a lot of changes in the original one. Originally, I would have had the Gullivar Brothers distract the Amazoness, while Eli made a run for it. Then they were caught and mated by them, while Eli made it free. I changed it, because I am like 'I just don't see it. Maybe running would be more comical. I mean 4 shotas running from these women?'

I also cut out the meeting with the Lilli, Welf and Bell to test each other out for the next chapter.

And lastly, I originally wanted to have Syr jump in, but I am saving her for the next chapter.
