Hi there, I'm LostAndLonging. My fandoms vary widely from anime to TV shows to movies.

Since you're reading this, you're probablybored, as I honestly can't think of any other reason you'd be on some random author's profile lmao. Might as well hear about some of my interests then, right?

My favorite fanfiction genres are hurt/comfort and angst. I just really love anything that's sad. If you can find a good, sad fic for me, I'll read it even if it's not in a fandom I'm in (although I do have to understand the context). That being said, it has to be a well-written,sad fic. I also love plot-intensive, well-written fics. The same goes for books.

I'm currently reading through the Unwind Dystology and the Arc of the Scythe, both by Neal Shusterman. Highly recommend; they're complex, well-written dystopian novels that ring eerily true when you think about where our culture's heading. Also, not to be a plug for classic books, but The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde is really good. Also 1984. Also...yeah, you get the picture. The classic books that don't spend every other chapter enumerating every solitary whale species on the planet (looking at you, Moby Dick) are actually really good. Again, I highly recommend them!

As a by the way, the older my writing is, the worse it gets. If you want your eyes saved, don't read my OUAT fics. I'm debating deleting them, but thus far I haven't for the sole reason that the keep me humble lol. Hard to be all arrogant hoity-toity author when someone can point to your works and say "uh, have you seen the grammatical errors in your stuff?" and just annihilate you on impact.
