![]() Author has written 39 stories for Card Captor Sakura, Matantei Loki Ragnarok, Chrono Crusade, Princess Tutu, Ragnarok Online, Harvest Moon, and Legend of Korra. Updated May 18th, 2009 I've been writing fanfiction for quite some time. And I still enjoy it all the years after I started. There's not a lot to know about me, really. I'm an only child. And I'm twenty-one, working full time. I've liked creative writing since I was in grade school, though I used to hide it back then. I was no good at it, for one thing. I began in the fanfiction world with writing cheesy romance stories, mostly based on the old school manga/anime. Foolish, girlish fantasies of perfect love and happy endings. I would like to say I have matured, but I really haven't. I have merely accepted reality and also twisted it into my writings. Some of my stories now carry darker elements, angst, things that would be unspeakable for me to write about in the past. And I now find those difficult elements in romance to be extremely alluring. ...But one thing remains true: There will be a happy ending. Something about that fantasy has never grown out of me. Like a wish, a hope, a faith that everything will turn out all right in the end. I'm still a romance writer. But love has become both a turning point in my own life, and a new door. A mystery. It's not all about perfect fantasies. Sometimes, it could even be considered simply "Bittersweet". Another new anime that I found quite by accident has stolen my heart again. The fandom for this anime is incredibly small, even though the story, characters and everything were nothing short of fantastic. And what is it called...? Princess Tutu. Yes, that's right. I can see everyone running away just due to the title. And you are therefore missing out on one of the best anime and story structures ever. Never take things at face value. It's far from the cutesy fairytale it seems to be. It mixes fairytale with a underlaying dark storyline, ballet/opera/musicals, and has one of the most beautiful soundtracks ever. Oh, and did I mention the story and characters will send you through a loop and a half within the 26-episode length? I recommend it to anyone of any age that loves a good story, regardless of if you're a boy or girl. And naturally, Princess Tutu had a pairing that insprired me greatly (even beyond Chrno and Rosette from CC. Yeah, that much.) You shall be seeing Fakir x Ahiru fanfiction from me. Thank you for your patience and I hope you'll still enjoy my writing, even if I'm not constantly continuing the things the majority want me to. Current Stories: ( Princess Tutu:) ( -- This is where the inspiration is flowing at an alarming rate) Distorted Reflections - Getting the plot more solidly set before I dive into Chapter 3. ON HOLD. Darkness of Heart -AU (Alternate Universe) (This entire story is now mapped out in outline form from start to finish) Written an outline for chapter 2 and now into the phases of writing out the second chapter. (Alternate Universe fics are freaking difficult.) ON HOLD. Of Kisses and Quotes - Got a few more ideas and small outlines set for certain themes. Running Ink - (Mostly mapped out completely, though I will probably change some things.) Sets the four main PT characters (Ahiru, Fakir, Rue, and Mytho, but will also have various appearances by other lesser PT characters) into a more recent setting, and sticks them into the business world (don't ask, my ideas are crazy).-- Working on Chapter 2 (I know it's taking a long time in coming, but please be patient. ;;;) UPDATES (April 11th, 2007) Other Ideas/Fics - Due to the "Mun challenges", I do have another theme I might include in the Kisses and Quotes collection. Furthermore...I wrote a Fakir/Ahiru smut piece, but I don't know about posting it here. ;;; (Don't judge me! Jeez. I'm 21, as of a few months ago. If for some strange reason you want the link, message me or something. I might put it up here eventually, who knows. :P) I'm also working on two separate one-shots, one of which deals with going Ice-skating (yeah, you read that right. I was supposed to finish it around New Years, but it never happened. Let's just say Fakir can dance, but he can't skate. XD ) and the other is going to be a marriage fic (because of that one deviant art deviation that claims Fakir and Ahiru getting married is "OMG OUT-OF-CHARACTER" ...But hey, let me just say Ahiru's not getting married to who you'd expect, Fakir is going to throw a tantrum and then get drunk (he'll also get slapped by Rue), and you can expect a showdown at the altar on the day of the wedding. ...And a very in-character Fakir/Ahiru verbal banter fight. XD I know I've been a little inactive lately, but I hope you can be patient. I'm also involved in an LJ RP where I play about 5-6 characters ( one of which is Fakir XD ). And I've also been steadily progressing and making AMVs as of my first one finished on August 8th. If you like Princess Tutu, you're welcome to watch them - my username there is Shiirahime. If you're upset about the Chrno Crusade and Matantei Loki Ragnarok fics that I just haven't had the drive for, I apologize, but I've been in the PT fandom for about a full year now and I still adore it beyond belief ( A plot that took them 10 years to create? Of course it's that good. ) My fandom loving for it has gone farther than any. Fanart, Fanfiction, Icon-making, and my new area of study: AMV-making~ Anyway, I hope you enjoy my works and thank you to those of you that still support me! I appreciate it. These tiny fandoms really need the love and the PT disease needs to spread. XD My Ultimate OTP of all time: Fakir/Ahiru - Princess Tutu ( How can you not a love an angsty, assertive boy (A knight and a writer. That's LOVE) who needs anger management paired with clumsy and naive DUCK (even if she becomes a girl, she's still truly a duck~)? XD They rock my world. ) |
