MARCH 2021 UPDATE

Some housekeeping where everyone can see it:

- The review reply feature hasn't been working for a while. I try to PM my thanks instead. It's been months, it looks like this is just the way it is now.

- I am not on any other platform right now! Not AO3, not Tumblr, not the Lizard King's hangout zone. Beware of imitators etc.

- That also means that if you make art or anything for the fic, the only way I'm seeing it is if you send it to me. (With links spaced so they'll show up here.) Dont get me wrong, I LOVE seeing this stuff! But I hardly have the time to keep up with my writing. I'm not kidding about not being on other platforms. I used to have readers who sent links on to me when someone made fan art or memes for the fic, but they're both out of commission now. So, yeah. Take my username seriously. I am a digital hermit. I live and die on this site. If you don't send it, I don't see it.

- The alert system on this site functions pretty intermittently. To give you an idea: I got seven story faves on my last fic and was only email alerted for two of those. Reviews and PMs could be the same, I don't have enough data to compare. Putting this here just in case there are messages not getting through. High chance I'm not ignoring you, it's technical difficulties.

I don't own Futurama, I just like writing about it. Mainly AUs, and mainly Fry / Leela, though I ship other things too. (Shipper fics are pretty much the only thing to be found in this fandom.)

Most of my work is based on the first four seasons of the show. I like the newer episodes just fine, but the characters are at their strongest in the original run and that's what I prefer to work with.

Know Your Quarry: A Hunger Games AU involving a teenage Fry and Leela. Sequels to follow.

You Just Might Find (You Get What You Need) : Stand-alone fic. Fry and Leela, pre-ship. An exploration of Leela's tentative feelings for Fry. Or, the crew get drunk on Valentine's Day.

but baby it's cold outside: Canon compliant Freela Xmas fic.

had we but world enough and time: A Groundhog Day AU. Fry dies horribly and Leela is stuck living through his last day again and again, as she tries to process her grief and maybe, just maybe, her feelings for him too.

Works-in-progress:

The Little Things: A collection of insights and inbetween moments, based on Fry and Leela's relationship in canon. It's not impossible I'll update this one, but not likely.

Walking A Fine Line: My main Futurama work. It's an AU exploring the idea that Lars lived, and Leela and Fry unsuccessfully attempt to fight their feelings for each other. Involves Brainspawn attack, mutant warfare, and some incredibly tangled emotions. Basically an epic. Updates are slower than I would like, because my life is pretty hectic and I'm a perfectionist about this story. Recent updates: Fry and Leela reunite, Lars faces his mortality, the Brainspawn continue to take over the universe.

Glory And Gore: The sequel to Know Your Quarry, my teenage Fry and Leela Hunger Games AU. On hiatus, not abandoned.
