Chapter 319: Arc 18: A New Rivalry! Nami and Ulti!

"X Drake." Chopper started, both pirate Captains now faced each other.

"Did he change sides?" Usopp wondered.

"That bastard." Sanji snarled. "He's that perv who saw Nami-san, Sasha-hime and Robin-chan taking a bath the other day in the Flower Capital."

"That's unforgivable, Drake." Brook fumed.

"He's so despicable." Sanji growled.

"No, you are." Nami snapped.

"I'm glad you didn't drown in the pool of blood that shot from your nose." Robin added.

"Off topic, Robin." Sasha sweatdropped.

"I have hot blood running through my veins." Sanji went into love-struck mode.

"Cut it out." Nami hammered him with her Sorcery Clima-Tact "Don't try to pass your nosebleed off as cool."

"What's with this guy?" Franky mused. "He wants to fight alongside us?"

"How could he say that after slicing his ally?" Jinbe pondered.

"He just turned into something like a dinosaur." Tsunagoro noted.

"He must be one of the Tobi Roppo officers." Hyogoro stated. "But that's peculiar..."

"What does he think he's doing?" Ulti snapped.

"Drake, why did you attack one of the Numbers?" Page One demanded.

"I know you." Luffy addressed his fellow Captain. "You wanna take down Kaido, too?"

"I can't tell you why, but we have the same goal." X Drake replied, only to have to defend himself against the incoming Zoro.

"Don't try to use a shitty trick at this stage?" the swordsman retorted. "Luffy, just like Hawkins, he became Kaido's subordinate."

"But now I got kicked out." X Drake reminded.

"That's why you wanna side with us?" Zoro fired back.

"How can we trust such a shallow bastard?" even Franky was opposed.

"Stay away from Luffy, X Drake." Jinbe barked. "Even the world of pirates is governed by a moral code."

"Zoro, back down, now!" Sasha ordered. "That guy... he's Grandfather's subordinate."

"Grandpa?" Luffy echoed incredulously.

"X Drake," Sasha addressed the undercover Marine. "Is Coby doing well?"

"I really shouldn't be too surprised you know about Coby." Drake snorted. "Thalassa Sasha."

"You can become my ally." Luffy decided.

"No!" Franky and Jinbe instantly protested.

"Stay out it it, Captain." even Zoro was against the idea. "You moron."

"Either way, I'm gonna take down Kaido." Luffy shrugged. "You can do as you like, too. Besides, not only is he Grandpa's underling, he knows Coby as well." he told the three objectors.

"They say rearguards are the true heroes of the battlefield." Franky remarked, he and Jinbe taking the field.

"Hurry to the castle, you two." Jinbe told the siblings.

"We'll leave them to you," Luffy nodded. "Sasha, let's go."

"Once a traitor, always a traitor." Zoro stood his ground against Drake. "I can't let you get close to those two."

"I don't blame you." Drake conceded.

"Sanji, let's go inside the castle." Luffy gave the blond cook a side look.

"You three, save your energy and hurry forward." Yatappe fended off the attacking samurai.

"The man in the straw hat," Page One noted. "I guess he's the boss of all the pirates and samurai. Let's go, aneki."

"Pay-Pay, I can't go on." Ulti whined. "I fought against Yamato before and I'm exhausted. Carry me." she insisted.

"Get out of my way, you damn samurai." Page One growled.

"You uber-idiots." even Ulti was out of her whiny mood and the two changed into their Ancient Zoan forms.

"I fought those two in the castle." Luffy recognized Page One and Ulti.

"That's..." Sanji gaped, remembering Page One was the one who destroyed his soba stall. "The dinosaur from the Flower Capital."

"You'll never see Kaido-san again." Page One rampaged towards the trio. "Straw Hat."

"Special Attack, Green Star: Skull Exploding Grass." Usopp shot his Pop Green bullet straight into Page One's mouth.

"How dare you shoot at me?" Page One snarled. "Who did it?"

"Pay-Pay, it's that tramp." Ulti pointed to Nami.

"It wasn't me, but it doesn't matter." Nami snapped. "The battle is already on. Now, bring it on." she turned tail and ran.

"I won't let you get away." Page One swore.

"Well, guess we can leave this to them." Sasha muttered.

"Let's go." Sanji agreed. "To where Kin'emon and the others are."

"You two, cover your ears." Luffy warned, hearing Apoo's cymbals.

"Listen to my Fighting Music." Apoo declared. "Slash."

"What the hell is this?" Sanji hissed, the shockwaves from Apoo's attack assaulted his ears.

"Looks like you got smarter, Straw Hat." Apoo mocked. "But being unable to hear while fighting is gonna be hard."

"Ex-quip: Neptune's Academic." Sasha summoned one of her higher-tiered water armor and it's corresponding 'Neptune's Heart' spear appeared in her hand. "Sea Serpent Shrill." she conjured a winding snake made entirely of solidified water and a high-pitched shriek rang from the serpent's mouth, counteracting Apoo's Oto Oto Fruit.

"Jaki." Apoo snarled, playing the piano keys on his teeth. "Goki." he clanged the cymbals upon his head. "Juki." he pounded the drum on his chest. "It's so painful to see you guys like that. The ten of you have destroyed a lot of towns."

"Slide Evolution: Vigilante's Creed." Sasha swooped her armor into 'Neptune's Academic's ice equivalent and her 'Neptune's Heart' spear was also changed out into the 'Stone Cold Spear'. "Lunar Jewel." she locked Apoo in a large ice ball. "Oh, shut up already. I don't even know how Kidd tolerates you."

"There are ten of them?" Franky echoed. "I need more cola."

"Whatever it is, any 'number' of them is a threat." Jinbe agreed.

"We gotta go." Sanji urged his Captain on. "Don't stop, you two." he warned, the trio jumping to dodge Hatcha's mace.

"Franky, run straight out of the dome." Jinbe instructed. "If we let the giant thing run wild any longer, the samurai won't be able to take it."

"Does he think General Franky is a toy?" Franky twitched, taking off as Hatcha chased him with Jaki raised up in the air. "I won't get caught. I'll make him regret thinking that it's a toy."

"At least," Drake growled, clashing with Zoro. "If you guys win, it's more favorable to me than them winning. Is that convincing enough?"

"I see." Zoro noted. "You're quite honest."

A round of rotary shots were heard from the Live Stage, forcing Zoro and Drake to dodge the bullets.

"Drake!" Queen roared. "Don't think you can get away, you traitor."

"You've got a freak coming after you." Zoro remarked.

"Did you think I'll be taken down by crap like that?" Drake scoffed. "This is..." he picked up a pellet embedded into the floor. "Don't tell me... this bullet is..."
