Chloe fails a wager she made with her step-father, and as a result is sent off to a detention center in Seattle where she meets someone in a cell.

After a terrible revelation about Alex is unveiled to Max, Chloe returns to save Max and reconcile their differences. David struggles to recover from the traumatic events of Beirut and now must save his step-daughter and Max himself. With a newer threat in league with Ares that is the Dark Order, everything will go from bad to worse in the penultimate episode of Max's end journey.

Max sacrificed Chloe. A horrible mistake she would gladly undo, but can't since er powers vanished and she's only left with her grieve. Trying to find comfort in the arms of another person, Max soon has to learn that life is precious and can end way too fast in a cruel way as ancient evil arises and she's forced to fight for those she cares about.
