AN: Hey, y'all. This is just a quick little one-shot that I just decided to write. I hope that y'all enjoy reading it. Now on with the story.

Oliver Queen looked out the window of his hotel room. He knew that he would have to leave soon if he was going to make it. He couldn't believe how long it took him to track the woman he had been searching for. The woman was incredibly hard to find. But after nearly three months, his efforts finally paid off and now he is in another country just waiting until his target leaves her place of work.

Oliver's phone buzzed, he checked it, and seeing the text, he smiled. Moments later, he was out the door, walking down the street. That's when he caught sight of her; tall, blonde hair tied up in a ponytail, wearing sunglasses, a high-tech-looking battlesuit that's green, white with accents of black. He followed for several blocks until they were in a dead-end.

The woman turned around to glare at the man who was following her. She's revealed to be none other than Commander Cassie Cage. She knew he was there the whole time. She wanted to see what he was up to. She pulled her gun out, pointing it straight at his head.

"What the fuck do you want? I'm only going to ask you once. And I don't like being followed either." Cassie calmly stated, her gaze never wavering nor her arm moved. She was serious.

"I apologize. I know how this looks. My name is Oliver Queen. I need your help. In Star City, where I'm from, people from Outworld have been targeting meta-humans and I don't know why. I know that you've been to Outworld. I need your resources." Oliver replied, knowing that he only had one chance.

Cassie's eyes widened in complete and utter disbelief. She had no idea what to expect, but this certainly wasn't it. She lowered her gun and placed it back into its holster it a moment when she realized that she wasn't in any danger.

"I've heard of you, Oliver. I also know exactly what you're talking about. I've been keeping tabs on you and your city. We, the Special Forces have been trying to figure out a way to help. And I think that we have. Come on, follow me. We have a lot of work to do." Cassie said, leading him out of the alleyway and to her car. This was going to be a very interesting adventure for them and their friends.
