After a very long break from writing fan fiction, during which there were times I was pretty sure I was going to stop forever, it looks like I'm going to make a comeback. Armed with a new fandom and, I think, a more improved writing style, I expect to be reading and writing almost exclusively in Battlestar Galactica, the greatest show on TV today. My new BSG fic, "The Handle of Humanity," is now posted! :D

At this point, all my older work is on hiatus. I've actually lost a lot of my original texts and supporting material in computer crashes and other mishaps that happen over time, and I don't have the time to start replacing them or rewrite my older work in a way that would satisfy me at this point. I've deleted a lot of my more awful stuff, but I'll leave up others for those of you who still enjoy a Grindelwald-era Harry Potter fic (hehe). Don't hold your breath on updates, though; I may get back to them in the future (esp. 1945, my magnum opus), but as of now, I don't have the means or the motivation.

And me? Not too much to me. I've just graduated from college with a degree in physics; however, what I'm going to do with said degree has yet to be determined. Feel free to contact me any time, especially for squeeing-about-fandom purposes. I don't bite. :D

Here, have a preview of my new Battlestar Galactica story. It's not AU now, but could probably turn that way depending on the events of Season 4. The outline was completed prior to "Sine Qua Non" and is consistent with all events up until that point.

The Handle of Humanity
The fleet has reached their new home, but the end of one struggle marks the start of another when the people of Earth respond to them with fear and suspicion. Meanwhile, Bill Adama's head gets in the way of his happiness, and Tom Zarek takes it upon himself to pick up the pieces of Laura Roslin's broken heart.
