After many hours of tedious work, I finally did it. The first true step in completing my quest was taken as I created the first enhanced 4-Tier Potion Golem, able to make one potion's worth of liquid every five seconds. A hundred of these will make 1,728,000 potions per fucking day. The population of Remnant is apparently only 567,800,000, tremendously less than Earth's. That would mean, in five months, I'd have made 259,200,000 potions, more than half the population.

And that's only with a hundred potion Golems.

I can make a hundred more - thousands even, and my production rate would be immense. The only thing I'm worried about is finding a way to buy or produce all the vials and syringes I need. I can most likely buy enough once I get my potions sold, but right now, I don't think I have enough money, even with as much as I have.

Of course, I only just made one potion Golem, but it's still a problem I don't want to creep up on me. I can get Ozpin's help with this for now, until my factory is truly stable, but we'll see.

On other news; I also made Dust Golems. Yup, a Golem made purely out of Dust. They're for combat since I couldn't think of anything for them to do, but this is still a huge step. It failed a couple of times of course, but I took enough safety measures that I wasn't really damaged much. The explosions did destroy the Golems shielding me and even hurt a bit, but they barely shaved off 2000 points of Aura.

Then again, with failure, there's always a sliver of success. I now know what not to do.

Name: N/A

Level: 35

Base: Combat Golem

Type: Fire

Proficiency: Spellcaster

HP: 1000

MP: 6500

STR: 15

VIT: 10

DEX: 65

INT: 70

I made a few of them using Medium Quality Dust only. Three Fire, two Ice, four Wind, and three Lightning. Their HP being seemingly low is even reasonable. After all, Steel is far more durable than Dust. Still, I'm quite happy with how they turned out. They have a decent pool of MP, are even faster than my Steel Golems, and their attacks deal a surprising amount of damage. I ordered one to throw a fireball at me, and I lost 1000 AP. That's honestly more than decent, especially if I have armies of these bombarding a Titan or something. Imagine losing 1000 HP or even more per second?

What do they look like? Well, imagine something similar to the Crystal Golems from Dark Souls, albeit far smaller and thinner. They're not even as tall as me.

I've asked this question before; but what kind of monsters am I gonna make with Star-quality, or what I know now as Stardust? I'm definitely going to need to use the fifth tier ritual circle for it to not blow up the damn continent.

This reminds me; the next stage of ritual circle drawing requires… a lot. For the fourth level, I need to build four pillars of pure silver near each corner of the circle, then connect them with chalk and blood, and even the circle itself looks far more complex than before. It's starting to get unfortunately complicated, but I think I'll manage.

I have no way of getting silver right now, and I can't afford it in the Store in the quantities I need. I should probably head out for a dungeon dive soon. I also really need to level up to at least 100, so I can reach the recommended level for the Epic Dungeon. I might be confident that I can take it on, but I'm not about to discover how wrong I am when whatever boss it has one-shots me. A dive through a weaker dungeon should at least toughen me up for the big one.

Actually, Game. Can you tell me the tiers or ranks for the dungeons?

Very well.

The starting or weakest dungeons are gray. Common. The recommended level is 1-15.

Then, the green dungeons. Uncommon. Recommended level is 20-40.

Light blue ones are Rare. Recommended level is 40-55.

Dark Blue Dungeons are Super Rare. Recommended level is 60-90.

Epic Dungeons, as is one you found, are purple. Recommended level is 100-120. Epic Dungeons are limited to 30 per world.

Legendary Dungeons are orange colored, and there are only 15 of those around the world. Recommended level is 200-300.

Mythical Dungeons are red-colored, and there are only seven of those. Their recommended level is a little… different, I suppose. They start at level 300, but as you grow stronger, so will they. Simply put, you will never be over-leveled for them.

Finally, the last level is the Divine Dungeon. This one is black and only one exists, it's quite similar to the Mythical Dungeons, though it will always be above you in level, and starts with a recommended level of 1000.

That's… a lot of tiers. Which is good in my opinion. I didn't expect Super Rare, Mythical, or Divine to be a thing. I thought there would only be variants from Common to Legendary, but I suppose this is better. Sad how there are so few Epic and greater dungeons though, but there's still plenty of the weaker ones. You said the world has 500+ dungeons throughout, which is a lot.

Still, the difference between Mythical and Divine is… wow. 700 levels is a huge gap. Am I even on course to reach level 500 inside the next year? Probably not. I can, but that's only if I focus on power-leveling to the detriment of everything else, which I won't do. By the time, I'll have a company to run, eventually a kingdom. I won't have time to do it all in the span of a year.

Then again, I'm very comfortable at my current level. One of the reasons I want to level up more is because I want to level up my Sharingan and unlock my Susanoo. Giant Chakr- er, magic constructs are badass as hell.

Credits, Sharingan levels, and a good workout. Those are the main reasons I want to finish dungeons now. Levels and getting stronger is great, but no longer the main focus since I can basically beat most hunters on my own at the moment. No shade on them or Remnant, of course, there's still the Titans to worry about, but I really doubt I'm gonna fight another so soon after killing Fenrir.

Thanks for the information, Game.

My pleasure.

So work a little bit on the Golems until they reach level 80, then go out for a little dungeon hunting, come back, deal with one of the Slaver Rings with my newfound powers, then fuck off back here and try to finish the Potion Golems quest.

Sounds like a plan~

(Morningstar)

Never in his life had Morningstar been so perplexed. He has lived for many, many years, even before the two immortals were ever born. From the moment he got his body, he'd seen it all. The Gods and their domains, the Golden Age of Magic, The Rebellion, Extinction – he had witnessed the entire history of mankind and had seen civilizations rise and fall, wars that engulfed the entire world, his brethren completely annihilating whatever offended and/or annoyed them.

It wouldn't be arrogant to say that Morningstar was the wisest and most knowledgeable, Grimm or Immortal mattered not.

But never in his life, had he seen something so… different. So out of this world that it induced serious contemplation.

That mage was not human, or at least not fully, and neither was he Faunus.

He was something else. Something far more powerful than a measly human.

After extracting the blood and mana from the arm, Morningstar spent a day examining them. He managed to condense the mana, which came out as a luminescent light blue liquid. He knew the magic was different, but he did not expect it to be like this. Mana will always be either black or white, sometimes a mix. It all depended on the users and their hearts.

An evil individual will have the color of their mana be black, with white being the color of goodness. A mix will usually indicate that the user is neutral, or have a balance between good and evil within.

But this color is new, and he was intrigued by it.

Then, after examining more of it… he realized the gravity of what he'd acquired. The blood of an unknown entity, a being not of this world. And he knew this as he had already gone through every nook and cranny of Remnant hundreds of times before. There was no way a being like this could live for so long while eluding him.

This was fascinating, more so than anything he'd encountered in the past two thousand years or so.

Unfortunately, the amount of blood he extracted wasn't enough. After all, all he had it used to inject the corpse of Prickly, and while he wanted more, he thought up a better idea. That boy, the mage… he had grown stronger the moment he had killed Fenrir, hadn't he? Somehow, his magical reserves were filled and even increased.

He could either snatch the mage right now or wait for him to grow stronger – to see if he could draw stronger mana and blood from him.

With his mind torn, Morningstar flipped a coin.

And it landed on heads.

You may live for another day, young mage. He thought with a smirk. I'd savor it if I were you...

It was honestly fine, he thought. After all, seeing the convulsing corpse, the look of utter pain on the face of Prickly, and the overwhelming rage, grief, and hatred she was emitting was all worth it~

With her four limbs bound to an operating table, the corpse couldn't escape or do anything for that matter. In fact, all she'd done for the past few hours was quiver, scream, twitch, growl, and even sob. She looked as if she was going through the most excruciating agony any human could experience, and Morningstar was thoroughly entertained.

"You know how it feels now, I assume?" He said aloud, walking towards her and resting a hand on the table she was bound to. "Oh, I know the feeling all too well. After all, I went through something quite similar back in the day…"

The woman growled deeply, her sole remaining pupil becoming slits, her teeth forming daggers, and her nails growing sharper than blades. Her hair had grown out as well, reaching her back as even her muscles bulged. He did not know what those features belonged to, but it was obvious that the blood made her physically stronger than most humans or Faunus.

This is what the blood injection did to her, which quite honestly baffled him. So small an amount, yet so great a transformation...

The mana injection, however, managed to create a small core within her.

A core within a corpse… usually, this would be impossible, but with her soul so close to the body, unable to move on, Morningstar was able to create a pseudo core using the pure mana he'd acquired. It was small, but the quality of-

Her hand, bound as it was, aimed at Morningstar and released a powerful stream of water. He anticipated the attack, tilting his head to dodge it. With a snap of his finger, the bindings slithered as if they were alive and slammed her hand on the table, then completely encased all of her limbs in enchanted steel.

Morningstar looked behind him, grinning widely at the hole in the steel door the water jet made. A small amount of energy yet so much destructive potential. The quality of this magic was astonishing.

"Ah, trying to lash out at me, are you?" He said with a smile. "It appears you need… discipline. Don't you agree?"

"Ughhh- RaaAAAAAGH!" She roared, glaring at him with one eye filled with malice and hatred.

"Don't you talk back to me, young lady." He chuckled. "Even if the mana injection freshened up your memories, you're still under my brother's control.

"Ah well, how about we start testing out your new powers? I caught a few targets for you." He continued. "I'm sure you'll appreciate the chance to vent on some lucky individuals."

With his magic leaking, Morningstar lifted the operating table with his telekinesis, then walked out of his small lab by the mountainside. He had already commanded a few Grimm to greet him. Primal Beowolves, Ancient Goliaths, Beringel Lords, Ursae Maxima – many of the more powerful variants were waiting outside his lab.

Of course, these aren't any normal Grimm, especially not after Salem had given them the ability to… well, breed.

They were considered failures as they never were able to conceive, but Morningstar has another use for them.

He honestly had little idea why she made them, but there had been a certain phase where she'd throw a few huntresses at them and then just… watch. Of course, as with most such whims, Salem got over it after a few decades which is why she stopped making them, but even he was somewhat disturbed. He'd freely admit though, the despair generated was delicious.

He put down the table then snapped his fingers. The metal bindings slithered away from the corpse, who immediately jumped at him in rage, targeting his neck with her sharp nails. With a wave, Morningstar threw her towards the crowd of Grimm then floated upwards.

"Alright, everyone..." He called out loudly, "If you defeat her, I'll let you take her for yourselves!"

Of course, he didn't really mean it. She is his brother's toy after all, and he does not want to piss him off. He might enjoy Necropolis' company far more than any of his other brethren, even that one who loved playing human.

But he still enjoys seeing that wench getting what she deserves, for what she did to him was unforgivable.

Ah well… He thought with a smile as she fought back like a rabid animal, ripping apart a few Beowolves before a Beringel caught her off guard with a punch. I'll stop them if she gets too damaged.

Unfortunately for Prickly(and Necropolis)...

"Too damaged" for Morningstar is quite different from the norm…

(Reid) (A day later...)

So after many hours-

Minutes.

Minutes of thinking, I decided that my next destination for Dungeon hunting would be… Forever Fall!

Again.

In all honesty, I only really looked through the far east side of the forest the first time I was around. The place is huge. Really fucking big, like as big as a state. That was one of the few reasons I went there. Aside from me who barely even explored the place, I remembered a small detail in the show. There was this sap they talked about that tasted sweet and even attracted Grimm.

That got me curious. Why would a sap of all things, which from what I know tastes similar to maple syrup but sweeter, attract Grimm? It's literally considered food, why the fuck would food attract Grimm? And don't tell me it's the smell, because there are loads of things with similar smells (from what I've read) that should also attract Grimm, but they don't.

Aside from that curiosity, I also think I can use it as an ingredient in my potions.

Maybe they have some magical properties? That's what I'm hoping for. Magical ingredients are a lot stronger than normal ones. Parts of my self-grown plant monsters can attest to that.

And finally, I really want to know what I can do with it when it comes to cooking.

Cooking is… honestly far more overpowered than I initially thought. Sure, they're strong already by already increasing my stats by 20% max, but then I discovered another extremely useful buff. Not to my stats, not to my damage output, but to this.

Full-Course Meal – 2:30:52

You are well fed after a good and hearty meal.

Increase all stats by 20%

Increase all EXP gain by 10%

Faster personal and skill leveling simply by eating, and the buff stays for three hours. After getting this buff, it got me thinking about something. Can I somehow make EXP potions? Turns out, I can~

EXP Potion – Tier 3 x6

Increases all EXP gain by 15% for 2 minutes

Good thing about this is the extreme advantage and faster growth I'd be having. 15% on top of my 10% with multiplicative stacking is 26.5% and that's a godsend.

The downside, however, is how insanely difficult and expensive they are to make. I didn't have any exact recipes so I was forced to experiment, and when I finally got these, I tried to make a Potion-Golems with them, which ended up exploding. I don't think I'll ever be able to make a Potion-Golem with this until I have at least maxed out Golemcrafting. Thankfully, it's at level 80 right now, so it won't take too long.

I wonder what class I should take after that. Offensive, ranged, or more magic? Eh, weapon mastery is useless since I can just copy stuff with the Sharingan, so I'm probably taking another element. I remember The Game saying something about Earth and Water making Nature Magic, and I want that to make my plant army.

Those Golden Carrots are strong as fuck.

Fucking Jonson…

As I was running, the corner of my eye catches a blue light, making me stop in my tracks. I turn and grin widely as I see a light blue wormhole. Nice, a rare dungeon. I just need to kill the Grimm here and-

My ears pick up something and I crouch low immediately, sharpening my senses on what's in front of me. I scour the forest, then grimace as I see the students of Beacon being led by Glynda, who's telling them all about the sap and stuff.

Oh, I just walked into that episode, didn't I?

I spot Jaune getting dragged around by Cardin and his minions, causing me to let out a sigh.

That I did...

...Oh well, I'll just hang around and kill any Grimm nearby until I get the key, then slip inside without letting anyone spot me. If they do, I'll just knock them out with a burst of Conqueror's. No problem at all.

(Jaune)

To say Jaune was having a bad day would be an understatement.

First, he was obviously seen as the weakest guy in all of Beacon, even weaker than that Saul guy, which made him the easy target for bullying. It got to the point where he'd be awake all night to finish the homework and projects they'd hoisted onto him.

Second, his mother and father were starting to send him messages and calls, ones he will never answer because he knew what would happen if he did. They'll drag him out of Beacon, send him to his late grandfather's farm, and he'll work there until the end of time.

Third, and finally, he fucked up pretty badly by rejecting his partner's offer and pissing her off. She must be angry, seeing as she refuses to talk to him anymore even with Ren and Nora's help. Even still, he absolutely hated himself for not taking her offer of training. He could've gotten much better with a bit of personal coaching from the Invincible Girl herself.

But noooo he had to let his pride get in the way. And what did that get him? Blackmailed, and turned into Cardin's whipping boy.

Pride just wasn't worth it at all…

"Alright Jaune, you know what to do," Cardin said, handing him a jar of sap.

"I-I do?" He blurted out as he took it, glancing down at the other students from the hill he was on.

"It's pretty simple." He shrugged. "I want you to hit that redhead bitch with this. I hear Rapier Wasps love this stuff~"

"W-what?!" Jaune looked at him in horror. "B-but-"

"Upupup, Jauney Boy." Cardin scolded, chuckling. "It's either you do it, or you can kiss your spot here goodbye. What will it be~?"

Jaune's jaw clenched as he turned his gaze to the jar, then back to his friends. He couldn't do this – he couldn't harm his partner and friend like this! He couldn't do something so cruel.

But if he didn't, then…

Then he won't be able to fulfill his dream anymore.

Jaune raised the jar, letting out a shaky breath. His heart clenched as he saw the happy look on Pyrrha's face, smiling and laughing with their team and Team Wildberry. He could've been there, laughing with them, but his damned pride got in the way. If he had taken her offer, then this would've never happened.

Now she's disappointed in him, since he lied to everyone in the school with his forged transcripts. He didn't belong in Beacon, he wasn't a fighter…

But this was the only way, wasn't it?

"I-I'm sorry…" He whispered before threw the jar.

Pyrrha yelped as It struck her, splattering the red-pinkish sap all over her armor. She glanced back at herself in confusion before her eyes widened.

Cardin laughed and snatched Jaune by the collar. "Good shot!" He said, then nodded towards his teammates. "Let 'em out, boys!"

Russel grinned as all of them got back, hidden away from everyone else, then cut the box filled with Rapier Wasps with his weapon. The wasps buzzed and flew away, heading directly at Pyrrha. Jaune held his head down in shame and regret as he heard the screams of the students, tears rolling down his cheeks.

Then, a roar caught them all off guard, stopping the laughter from Cardin and his team. Jaune looked up and his eyes almost bulged out of his skull as he saw the biggest Ursa he's ever seen before. 15 feet tall, bigger than a bus, and almost completely covered in armor.

The Ursa Maxima was followed by tens and tens of other Ursae, Minor and Major, didn't matter. It had an army with it as it targeted-

"PYRRHA!" He screamed as he saw her unable to defend herself with so many of the wasps swarming her. He unsheathed his blade and rushed towards his partner.

Ren, Nora, and Team WLBY did their best as they defended the redhead, but they couldn't exactly deal with so many numbers as their core member, the invincible champion, couldn't fight. Even Professor Goodwitch was having a bad time as she tried to contain the giant Ursa with her semblance.

Jaune ran through the thickets, unconsciously slicing the head of an incoming Ursa Minor. He glanced back to see Team CRDL running away, making him grit his teeth in anger.

He shook his head, then he was stopped in his tracks by three Ursa Majors growling and roaring at him. Jaune took a step back in fear, his grip over Crocea Mors shaking. He can't defeat one, let alone three! But he needs to help Pyrrha somehow!

He glanced around his surroundings, which was the worst thing he could've done as one of the Ursae, taking advantage of the momentary lapse in his attention, pounced at him, knocking his blade from his grip. Jaune gasped and used every ounce of his strength to keep the Grimm away, but his physical strength paled in comparison to an Ursa Major, especially with the fact that Aura was the only thing that differentiates him from a normal civilian.

The Ursa roared and slammed its paw on one of his arms, causing him to cry out in pain as it pinned him down. Jaune closed his eyes in fear as the Grimm opened its maw, ready to end his life in a single chomp.

But then a strange warmth enveloped him as the Ursa roared again. Slowly opening his eyes, he saw all three Grimm that surrounded him turned to ashes as fire black as charcoal covered the clearings. His ears picked up something behind him, and he turned around to see a man covered in a black cloak and a strange, blue mask, his arm extended towards him.

The masked man then sprinted towards the gigantic Ursa, both his hands engulfing in black flames. Jaune quickly got up and followed after him, taking his sword with him.

The man then froze as he saw the wasps attacking his partner, and quickly extended his arm and let out a powerful gout of flames that engulfed her. Jaune was about to scream at him – even attack him, but as quick as he fired that attack, it disappeared to reveal an unharmed Pyrrha, the wasps around her all burnt to ashes.

Pyrrha then fell down unconscious.

Jaune rushed towards her, taking her in his arms as he looked at the masked individual completely manhandling the Grimm, punching holes in their thick armor before burning them from the inside out. All the students, even Glynda, looked on in awe as the Grimm flailed around, trying to get him away, but to no avail as he kept hosing it in fire over and over.

It didn't take long for the Grimm to keel over and die, unable to resist the hot black flames that burned at its insides. With the corpse disintegrating, he got down then knelt to take a small, shining blue object, which he put in his pocket before standing up.

The man walked towards him, but the students and Glynda all got in between them, aiming their weapons at them.

"Stay back!" His professor warned. "Do not take another step."

"W-wait…" The black-haired girl of team WLBY whispered. "You're the masked man, right? The one who destroyed the slaver ring?"

All of them froze, then Yang spoke. "Now that you mention it…"

"Out of my way." He said tonelessly. "She'll die soon. Let me pass."

"W-what?!" Nora exclaimed, only making Jaune feel even worse.

The man then pulled out a vial filled with red-liquid, and all of them recognized it as a healing potion. The professor glanced back then nodded, moving out of the way for him to get closer as the students did the same. The masked man nodded back and came closer to Jaune and his partner, crouching low.

"W-who are you?" The blond questioned in fear.

"What happened to her?" He simply asked.

Jaune froze as he realized that he was talking to him, then grimaced. "R-Rapier Wasps…"

"...How?" He asked again, pulling out the cork.

"It-…" Jaune held his head down in shame. "It was my fault…"

The man stiffened, and before Jaune could realize what happened, a punch in the face sent him flying back. Jaune grimaced as he nursed his nose, unable to meet his eyes.

"Scum." He growled out.

"H-hey!" Nora yelled, gripping her hammer tighter as she glared at him.

Jaune bit his lower lip. You don't have to tell me that...

The man aimed the vial into Pyrrha's mouth, pouring out the contents and making her drink it. Rapidly, all the wounds left by the Wasps disappeared before their eyes. Pyrrha awoke with a gasp, coughing violently as the man stood up. Without saying anything else, he sprinted away, leaving the students and professor alone.

"W-what happened?" Pyrrha asked him as she finally collected her thoughts. "How did those wasps get here? Are you okay, Jaune? Did they get you as well?"

"I-I'm sorry…" He quickly said. "I'm s-so sorry…"

"Jaune…?"

It was then that Jaune realized that being a hunter was not a profession suited for him.

And when Pyrrha's betrayed look graced him as he spilled out everything, he knew that he'd never recover whatever friendship he might have had with her.

(Reid)

You know, some could argue that Jaune did what he did because of me. That it's my fault he threw the sap at Pyrrha as I interfered with canon.

And you know what I say to that? Fuck off.

It's not my fault that Jaune is shockingly this fucking cowardly, enough for him to hurt others, even those close to him, because he can't stand a bit of hardship. It's not my fault he endangered his friends because his dumbass didn't have the balls to stand up for himself.

It honestly pissed me off a lot when I realized what happened. I don't blame victims for being bullied at all, but hurting others so you stay safe disgusts me. He could've asked for help from his friends, the professors, or even tried to fight back, but nope.

I let out a sigh. Whatever, thinking about this will only piss me off more.

I open the blue dungeon door, the shining light blinding me momentarily before I blink it away. I gaze around at the gigantic dark hallway I find myself in, only two torches lighting up the area I am. Fuck, I can barely see anything here…

The dungeon door behind me closes and vanishes, making me nod as the system gives the dungeon quest.

Bonus Rewards B: 3500 EXP, 3000 Credits, Knightly Gauntlets, 5 Dungeon Wafers

Bonus Rewards B: 7500 EXP. 5000 Credits, 5 Potion Recipes, 1 Gacha Tokens

Ah great, a maze.

Today just keeps getting better and better…

I'll just stick to the right side and walk from there, I guess. Best way to not get lost I think. Not like it's exactly a problem either since I don't need to drink, eat or sleep, but eh. The faster I'm done with this the better.

I unsheathe my sword and snap my fingers, a small orb of light forming above me acting as a torch. I shoot another one out in front of me, grinning as I see a crowd of skeletons and zombies ahead. I dash to an archer in the back, smashing it to pieces with a haki-infused punch as I twirl around, plunging my sword into a zombie's chest. I lazily duck under an arrow and retaliate with my own, using light magic, sniping the skeleton in the head.

Light Magic leveled up

Oh, I'm definitely clearing this place out. If not for the rewards, then solely to grind my light magic.

Another skeleton charges at me with its rusty spear, which I easily sidestep, then smash the face of with a jab.

Martial Arts Mastery leveled up

And my unarmed skill too.

Also, I'm slightly intrigued by those Knightly Gauntlets. The past dungeons I went through both gave me pieces of armor. Quicksilver Boots and Undead Vest. The Vest, which gave extra resistance against undead beings on top of its already decent defense stats, was ripped apart in the fight against Fenrir, but the boots were thankfully undamaged. They give extra 10% running speed, which is really good, especially with how many speed buffs I have.

The Knightly Gauntlets could work as weapons, no? And I was just talking to Ruby about a new gauntlet weapon.

I take it back, I think this dungeon is gonna be fun~

(Three hours later...)

So, after a few hours of exploring the place, I noticed something. Certain spots have stronger monsters while others have weaker ones. Like, a certain place had ghouls instead of normal zombies, and another had a lesser lich. I easily took care of them of course – I'm too over-leveled for this dungeon anyway – but I have an idea what this means.

I'm guessing if the place has stronger monsters mean I'm on the right track because I've been checking the opposite direction and noticed only weaker monsters like slimes, zombies, etcetera appear. Which is fine because I want to kill everything anyway, so dealing with the weaker mobs will make the stronger ones easier to deal with.

I only leveled up three times, which isn't much, but hey, I only killed mobs with levels ranging from 5 to 40, and that's too low compared to me. Unfortunately, the Full-Course Meal ran out, so I don't get my extra 10% EXP anymore.

Keeping Observation Haki active at all times, I tilt my head to dodge an arrow, then throw a light spear in the direction of the skeleton archer, killing it instantly. Before it hit the skeleton, however, I see something that catches my interest. I jog over, gasping as I see a treasure chest inside a cage.

"Oh fuck yes," I say quietly, grabbing the metal bars before bending them. I get inside the cage but stop before I try and open the chest and hum.

I take a step back, then create a small light arrow. It hits the chest, and fortunately, nothing happens other than the arrow sticking inside it. Okay, not a Mimic then, good.

I open the chest, grinning at the gold and gems inside it. Rubies, Emeralds, Amethysts – so many gems- Is that a dagger?

I grip the handle of what I assume is a dagger then pull out, marveling at the blue-tinted blade. I'm no blacksmith or a weapons appraiser, but damn this definitely is strong at first sight. Let's see…

Manasteel Dagger

A dagger created from the rare metal of magic, Manasteel.

Deals 100 + 3xDEX Physical Damage + 500 Magic Damage

Charging it with magic will emit a small magic blade that deals 600 Magic Damage

I'm not exactly a dagger person, but I can at least examine it and see what this Manasteel is. Maybe I can figure out how to recreate it somehow? Maybe even make golems out of it.

I send the contents of the chest to my inventory then walk out of the cage, continuing on my way.

Maybe I'll find a new sword soon too...

(Five hours later...)

I can't tell how exactly how much time I've spent killing undead and clearing out the place, but I think I did it. I'm pretty sure I got rid of all the monsters around the maze but I can't tell for sure since I still haven't killed the boss. I suppose I'll see if I did it or not once I get rid of Magrath, and if I didn't, then I can just turn back and comb the place a few more times.

I also found three more chests, with two of them being Mimics. None of them got me and killing them yielded a surprising amount of EXP. The Game said it's the equivalent of the rewards the Mimic ate – Yes, Mimics eat treasure too apparently – and through them, I managed to reach level 100 and exceed it finally, and that means second stage Sharingan. The cost of activating it is 10 points less, and the improvement is noticeable. Not all that powerful, but very noticeable still.

After leveling up to 103, I summoned Gwyn so he can level a bit as well.

Anyway, the treasure chest had more gold, more gems, and this.

Ring of Mana

An enchanted silver ring.

All Magic Damage is increased by 10% and all spells cost 10% less.

It's a silver ring adorned with strange glowing markings. It's decent for my first enchanted item, not to mention I really like how it looks.

Anyway, I'm finally near the center of the maze, and the giant metal gate in front of me will probably lead to the boss.

"You ready, Gwyn?"

He barks in confidence.

"Always raring, aren't ya." I grin. "You weren't ready when I kicked your ass though."

Gwyn growls at me in annoyance, prompting me to laugh.

"I'm joking, Gwyn," I say, patting his head. "Come on then, I'll cook up something good for us once we're back home."

I push the door open with both hands, using all of my strength to move it. I'm of course strong enough, and the door began to move. I let out a breath then give it one powerful push, finally opening it and revealing a huge circular chamber lit by green torches. At the middle of it was a 12 foot Minotaur with a red, double-headed axe with a golden handle resting on the ground. It opened its eyes, and I can see intelligence in them as it nodded to me.

"Greetings, warrior." It, or he says. "I am Magrath, Guardian of this maze. May I have the name of my opponent?"

I nod. "Reid Astera."

"It is an honor." He snorts, then turns to Gwyn. "I believe this is your companion?"

"He is." I confirm. "Is there a problem?"

He hums. "If I may, I would rather battle against you alone. A one-on-one, as you humans say."

...Well…

Name: Magrath

Title: Maze Guardian

Age: 85

Race: Minotaur

Level: 64

HP: 45,000

MP: 10,000

AP: [Locked]

STR: 311

VIT: 305

DEX: 239

INT: 103

WIS: 241

CHA: 72

LUK: 73

Yeah, I can take care of him on my own.

"Sure." I shrug. "Gwyn, don't interfere."

Obedience.

Gwyn steps back and sits, gazing at Magrath blankly.

"I thank you, Reid Astera." He bows his head in respect, then brings up his axe to his shoulder.

So there are intelligent mobs too, huh…

I unsheathe my sword as my free hand shines in light. I slowly walk towards the boss, circling around him as I look for any weak points to exploit. He too begins to circle me, taking my measure as I do the same.

A beat passes, then he charges at me, gripping his axe with both hands. I already saw the attack a mile away as I roll out of the path of his strike, dashing in to slash at his leg. He grunts in pain and turns around, but I'm already at his other side, blasting his back with a light beam. I duck under as he spins his giant axe around, evading just by a hair's breadth. I cast a fire burst to launch myself away from him, then switch to light magic to blast him from afar.

He roars and slams his axe on the ground, causing the earth beneath us to explode up. I jump, maneuvering away from any earthen spikes heading for me. Some kind of an earth spell then?

I sense an attack coming from behind, and I whirl about to blast the Minotaur with a full-powered Light Beam to the face before he can bring down his axe on me, which deals critical damage. Magrath takes a few steps back as he kneels down, but as I was directly above him, I bring down my Haki-infused foot on his hand, slamming him into the earth.

I leap away, smirking from behind my mask as Magrath slowly gets up.

"You… are powerful." He says.

"A lot of people think so too."

Name: Magrath

HP: 21,604/45,000

If I had used Fire Magic instead of Light, he would be in the four-digit range. But I still want to train my light magic for a powerful Light attack to use on the Grimm and Titans.

I sprint forward, prompting Magrath to once again swing his axe at me, but I was able to deflect it, my strength being close to his, then maneuver around to his exposed back. I slash his back three times in about a second, then dash away only to rush back and deal a powerful blow, causing his back to flow with a curtain of blood. He roars in pain and rage, turning around a little too late as I blast him in the face with another Light Beam.

Dazed, he slowly steps away from me, but I don't give him room to breathe as I was already under him, Triple-Striking his right leg, causing him to fall to his knees. I kick his face, then release a Light Spear at the damaged leg, completely ripping it off at the knee.

But he doesn't fall, instead, he lets out a powerful roar that knocks me back a few paces. I bring up my quest in fear, sighing in relief as the no-hit objective isn't marked as failed.

Name: Magrath

HP: 9,419/45,000

Yeah, I dealt way too many critical hits to him, didn't I?

I take out an EXP potion, injecting myself with it, then send my sword to my inventory as both of my hands shine.

"Thank you for this battle." He nods in respect, then slowly gets up with one leg, his axe in hand. "Brace yourself…"

I crack my neck and extend both arms towards him.

The ground shakes, the spikes coming to life as all of them soar towards me from every direction. I evade them easily by leaping and ducking, my speed and senses far superior to anything here, then I aim both arms mid-air, shooting two beams towards Magrath. The rock spikes shoot up to protect him, but my beams rip through easily, striking him regardless.

One more attack…

I tilt my head to dodge a spike, then grab it and launch myself towards him, taking out my sword. Switching to Fire Magic, I cast a Fire Burst behind me to accelerate, then swing Wolf's Bane at his throat, slitting it.

The rock spikes all fall down instantly, breaking into many pieces as Magrath loses his balance, stumbling on the ground.

"Th...nk…you..."

And just like that, the boss is dead. That was fun~

Level up x7

Ah, level 110. What a great milestone~

Damn, only a few points away from upping both WIS and INT at the same time, but with the extra 75 points, I can only do it to one of them. INT or WIS, which should I take…

Eh, I'll go for INT. That should hopefully give a perk that increases my magic damage.

205 + 45 = 250 INT

205 + 30 = 235 WIS

Perk gained

[Refined Mana] – 250 INT

Nice~

How about the loot…

-Knightly Gauntlets

A Gauntlet belonging to an important figure in the Knight's Order

Adds 50 Defense

Deals 250 + (DEX+STR)x2.5 Physical Damage

-Magrath's Axe

An enchanted axe belonging to Magrath, The Maze Guardian.

Deals 5000 + STRx5 Physical Damage

Special Ability: Slamming the weapon into the ground will cause it to shake, making weaker opponents lose their footing

Huh, not bad. I can maybe put the axe to use somehow. The Gauntlets though are something I'm definitely using. The damage looks great, especially with my build.

I already had some dungeon wafers from some vases I found along the way, and they had no taste at all. They just increase one stat by 1% for five minutes and that's barely anything.

The recipes… Eh, I can check them out once I'm back home.

Now then, the moment I've been waiting for…

I hesitantly take out a Gacha Token, looking at it warily. I have four of these, but I'm really not looking forward to whatever I get.

Feeling a little afraid, I inject myself with an All-stat syringe, then immediately snap it, whic-

Flaw gained

Huh? What?

Wait, I thought it summons stuff? You told me that, Game!

I said "might".

...Oh.

Well, that's a lot better than summoning Thanos or something. That really was scary.

...The flaw isn't that bad either, right?

[Mad Wizard]

You LOVE magic. Everything about it makes you excited, but with this excitement, comes recklessness.

You are far more prone to reckless magical experimentation, feeling overconfident in your rituals and such. You will tend to barely take any safety measures, and usually think your experiments will end up as a success.

...Fuck.

You've gotta be kidding me. Literally after I learned my lesson to not be reckless? Are you fucking serious?

God fucking damn it.

No, calm down. Look on the bright side; it's not an insta-kill entity or an actual insta-kill. I can control this more than some genocidal maniac wrecking havoc and killing everything because it amused them.

Haha...ha…

And another plus; you still have three more Tokens, and maybe one of them will just get rid of the flaw.

Next one…

Snap.

Training Dummy

A dummy used for training or talking. Whatever suits your need really.

Has 1000 HP when deployed.

That's… that's fucking useless! I literally can order my Golems to act as training dummies, and they have more HP than this! Hell, my Golems are even better conversationalists than this dumb dummy!

Fuck!

Sigh, Next.

The True Dragon Ball Collection

A box holding every single Manga volume and CD disc of the entire Dragon Ball franchise (GT included). The CDs will work on any device as long as they fit.

...You know what, this is a good pull. I love Dragon Ball, and I'm looking forward to seeing Ruby's reaction when I show it to her.

Alright, this just recovered my mood. Let's hope the last one is good as well…

Goldbrand

The Goldbrand is an ancient artifact, which takes the form of a golden katana. It was created by the dragons of the North. According to the legends of thieves, it was given to a great knight who was sworn to protect the dragons. It contains the power of the Daedric Prince Boethiah, and burns those that it strikes.

Deals 1000 + STRx7.5 Physical Damage + 6000 Fire Damage

"FUCK! YESSSS!" I pump my fists in the air as I laugh. "Finally, a great weapon!"

I take it out, grinning widely as I feel the heat it emits. Giving it a practice swing, it lets out a satisfying swoosh, causing me to giggle almost madly. Oh I can't wait to use you on something~!

"Come on, Gwyn!" I call out to the wolf who's apparently next to me, his tail swishing as he senses my excitement. "We're gonna test out Goldbrand and our new powers on some shitty slavers!"

"Woof!"

"Onward, my loyal companion!"

"Woof! Woof!"

I turn around and rush to the door that appeared where Magrath died, opening the door to the Forever Fall again. Setting up my destination, I sprint forward, Gwyn vanishing into my soul.

I'm gonna have so much with this~
